可选地,第一固定面、第二固定面、第三固定面和第四固定面上均设有一个或多个固定螺丝孔。采用该可选实施例,通过固定螺丝孔,可将第一固定面、第二固定面、第三固定面和第四固定面的任一面固定在墙壁上,同时也便于对上部挂墙架或者底部挂墙架进行固定。
可选地,预设夹角为90度。采用该可选实施例,由于多数墙角都是直角的墙角,第二固定面和第三固定面相互垂直,可将第二固定面和第三固定面分别安装在墙角的两侧面。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种空调器。
在一些可选实施例中,一种空调器,包括上述任一项的挂墙支架。
采用该可选实施例,直接将挂墙支架集成到空调器上,从而使空调器直接可以固定在墙面上。
采用该可选的实施例,通过上部挂墙架和底部挂墙架对空调器进行固定,并将两个墙面固定架安装固定在墙面上,将上部挂墙架和底部挂墙架固定在墙面固定架上,在将墙面固定架安装在墙面上时,可以将相互平行的第一固定面和第四固定面中的一面,固定在墙面上,也可选用预设角度和墙角角度相同的墙面固定架,将第二固定面和第三固定面分别固定在墙角的两侧墙面上,将上部挂墙架和底部挂墙架固定在墙面固定架上背向墙面的一侧,使该用于空调器的挂墙支架存在多种安装方式,使用时更加的灵活多变。

图1、图2示出了用于空调器的挂墙支架的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,一种用于空调器的挂墙支架,包括墙面固定架100、上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300,上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300可固定在墙面固定架100上,墙面固定架100包括第一固定面101、第二固定面102、第三固定面103和第四固定面104,第一固定面101和第四固 定面104平行,第二固定面102和第三固定面103之间具有预设夹角。
采用该可选的实施例,通过上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300对空调器进行固定,并将两个墙面固定架100安装固定在墙面上,两个墙面固定架100之间的安装位置与上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300对应,然后将上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300固定在墙面固定架100上,从而将整个空调器固定在墙面上,在将墙面固定架100安装在墙面上时;如果安装在平面墙上,可以将相互平行的第一固定面101和第四固定面104中的一面,固定在墙面上,另一面与上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300固定连接;如果安装在墙角处,则可选用预设角度和墙角角度相同的墙面固定架100,将第二固定面102和第三固定面103分别固定在墙角的两侧墙面上,然后将上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300固定在第一固定面101和第四固定面104中远离墙面一侧的面上;该用于空调器的挂墙支架存在多种安装方式,使用更加的灵活多变。
可选地,还包括防脱支架500,防脱支架500一端通过螺丝固定在墙面固定架100上,另一端覆盖上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300与墙面固定架100连接的部位。采用该可选实施例,利用防脱支架500覆盖在上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300与墙面固定架100连接的部位,防止上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300从墙面固定架100上脱落,提高安全性。
可选地,还包括壁挂支撑400,上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300可通过壁挂支撑400固定在墙面固定架100上。采用该可选实施例,通过挂壁支撑400将上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300固定在墙面固定架100上,一方面可增加固定的稳定性,通过改变壁挂支撑400固定在墙面固定架100上的位置,使墙面固定架100的多个面均可对上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300进行固定,满足墙面固定架100的多种安装形式,使用更加便捷。
可选地,壁挂支撑400可通过螺丝固定在墙面固定架100的任一个面上。采用该可选实施例,通过螺丝固定更加方便拆卸,根据不同的固定需求,选择将壁挂支撑400安装在墙面固定架100上的不同位置处,从而使墙面固定架100的任一个面都具有对上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300进行固定的能力。
图3示出了墙面固定架的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,第一固定面101、第二固定面102、第三固定面103和第四固定面104上均设有一个或多个固定螺丝孔。采用该可选实施例,通过固定螺丝孔,可将第一固定面101、第二固定面102、第三固定面103和第四固定面104的任一面固定在墙壁上,同时也便于对上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300进行固定。
可选地,第二固定面102和第三固定面103之间的预设夹角为90度。采用该可选实施例,由于多数墙角都是直角的墙角,第二固定面102和第三固定面103相互垂直,可将第二固定面102和第三固定面103分别安装在墙角的两侧面。
可选地,墙面固定架100整体呈梯形,可由梯形空心管截取进行生产。采用该可选实施例,能够使得墙面固定架100固定,同时生产更加方便,生产成本更低。
可选地,墙面固定架100整体采用合金材料铸造成型。采用该可选实施例,可使得墙面固定架100的稳固和轻便。
可选地,第一固定面101、第二固定面102、第三固定面103和第四固定面104的连接角为倒角。采用该可选实施例,能够使得墙面固定架100的光滑,防止安装时划伤空调器和墙壁,并提高美观性。
图4示出了上部挂墙架的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,上部挂墙架200包括用于固定空调器的上固定座201和一个或多个用于连接墙面固定架100的第一挂钩202,上固定座201的一侧与第一挂钩202固定连接。采用该可选实施例,通过上固定座201对空调器的上部进行固定,通过第一挂钩202与墙面固定架100连接,使安装和拆卸的过程更加方便。
可选地,上部挂墙架200为一个整体,且一体铸造成型。采用该可选实施例,可提高上部挂墙架200的稳固性,且更加方便生产。
可选地,上固定座201上设有穿透上固定座201的固定孔。采用该可选实施例,可以方便利用螺丝穿过固定孔对空调器进行固定。
图5示出了底部挂墙架的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,底部挂墙架300包括用于固定空调器的下固定座 301和一个或多个用于连接墙面固定架100的第二挂钩302,下固定座301的一侧与第二挂钩302固定连接,另一侧设有固定脚303,固定脚303垂直固定在下固定座301上。采用该可选实施例,通过下固定座301对空调器的下部进行固定,并由固定脚303拖住空调器的底端,保持对空调器的固定,通过第二挂钩302与墙面固定架100连接,使安装和拆卸的过程更加方便,同时对空调器的固定也更加牢靠。
可选地,底部挂墙架300为一个整体,且一体铸造成型。采用该可选实施例,可提高底部挂墙架300的稳固性,且更加方便生产。
可选地,固定脚303固定在下固定座301上与第二挂钩302相反的一面的下端。采用该可选实施例,可提高固定脚303的承载能力。
可选地,下固定座301上设有穿透下固定座301的固定孔。采用该可选实施例,可以方便利用螺丝穿过固定孔对空调器进行固定。
图6示出了壁挂支撑的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,壁挂支撑400上设有挂墙架固定槽401。采用该可选实施例,通过挂墙架固定槽401可以更好的对上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300进行固定,并且防止上部挂墙架200和底部挂墙架300晃动,使固定的更加牢靠。
可选地,壁挂支撑400一侧设有用于和墙面固定架100连接的固定片,另一侧上设有凸起,挂墙架固定槽401设置在凸起上。采用该可选实施例,可将壁挂支撑400固定在墙面固定架100上,同时给挂墙架固定槽401提供足够的安装位置。
可选地,挂墙架固定槽401的尺寸略大于第一挂钩202和第二挂钩302的尺寸。采用该可选实施例,可将第一挂钩202或第二挂钩302***到挂墙架固定槽401内,从而对第一挂钩202或第二挂钩302保持固定。
可选地,壁挂支撑400一侧的凸起为中空设计,挂墙架固定槽401设置在凸起上侧壁上。采用该可选实施例,可以让壁挂支撑400保持坚固性,同时更加轻便。
图7示出了防脱支架的一个可选实施结构。
该可选实施例中,防脱支架500设有两个条形边,两个条形边之间具有第二预设角度,两个条形边中的任一个上设有固定孔,可通螺丝穿过固 定孔将防脱支架500固定在墙面固定架100上。采用该可选实施例,可以将防脱支架500的一边进行固定,另一个边对第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302形成限位,防止第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302滑脱。
可选地,第二预设角度为90度。采用该可选实施例,保持防脱支架500两个条形边的相互垂直,使其一个条形边贴合墙面固定架100的平面,另一个条形边贴合卡入到壁挂支撑400上的第一挂钩202或第二挂钩302上侧,通过直角更好的对第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302进行固定。
可选地,防脱支架500两个条形边的宽度大于第一挂钩202或第二挂钩302的宽度。采用该可选实施例,可以更好的将第一挂钩202或第二挂钩302覆盖,对其保持稳定的固定,使其不易脱落。
可选地,防脱支架500采用合金材质铸造成型或者采用强度高的塑料注塑成型。采用该可选实施例,使防脱支架500为一个整体结构,提高可承受力量的极限值,使防脱支架500更加稳定牢靠。
图8示出了一种空调器的一个可选实施结构。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种空调器。
该可选实施例中,一种空调器,包括上述任一项的挂墙支架。
采用该可选实施例,直接将挂墙支架集成到空调器上,从而使空调器直接可以固定在墙面上。
使用时,首先将上部挂墙架200的上固定座201部分和底部挂墙架300的下固定座301部分,固定在空调器的后侧,并且将固定架303托在空调器的下侧,然后将墙面固定架100固定在墙面上,直接将第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302直接挂在墙面固定架100远离墙面的一个侧面上,利用第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302的钩住墙面固定架100的一个侧面,从而将上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300固定在墙面固定架100上,或者,在墙面固定架100远离墙面的一个侧面上安装壁挂支撑400,并将第一挂钩202或者第二挂钩302固定在壁挂支撑400上,从而将上部挂墙架200或者底部挂墙架300固定在墙面固定架100上,进而将整个空调器固定在墙面上。
和本公开并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本公开的范围仅由所附的权利要求 来限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于空调器的挂墙支架,包括墙面固定架、上部挂墙架和底部挂墙架,其特征在于,所述上部挂墙架和所述底部挂墙架可固定在所述墙面固定架上,所述墙面固定架包括第一固定面、第二固定面、第三固定面和第四固定面,所述第一固定面和所述第四固定面平行,所述第二固定面和所述第三固定面之间具有预设夹角。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,还包括壁挂支撑,所述上部挂墙架和所述底部挂墙架,可通过所述壁挂支撑固定在所述墙面固定架上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述壁挂支撑可通过螺丝固定在所述墙面固定架的任一个面上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述壁挂支撑上设有挂墙架固定槽。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述上部挂墙架包括用于固定空调器的上固定座和一个或多个用于连接墙面固定架的第一挂钩,所述上固定座的一侧与所述第一挂钩固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述底部挂墙架包括用于固定空调器的下固定座和一个或多个用于连接墙面固定架的第二挂钩,所述下固定座的一侧与所述第二挂钩固定连接,另一侧设有固定脚,所述固定脚垂直固定在所述下固定座上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,还包括防脱支架,所述防脱支架一端通过螺丝固定在墙面固定架上,另一端覆盖所述上部挂墙架或者所述底部挂墙架与所述墙面固定架连接的部位。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述第一固定面、所述第二固定面、所述第三固定面和所述第四固定面上均设有一个或多个固定螺丝孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的挂墙支架,其特征在于,所述预设夹角为90度。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的 挂墙支架。
