具体地,门体100的外周壁指的是位于门体100的上下左右四个侧壁,多个折弯槽111间隔设于外框板13,将多个折弯槽111分别折弯后,边板12限定出发泡腔60的上下左右四个内壁,边板12的远离发泡腔60一侧的边沿与外框板13连接,且外框板13垂直于边板12并从边板12的外侧沿向发泡腔60内部延伸,外框板13形成发泡腔60的部分外侧壁,外板40安装于外框板13。
可选地,如图10-12所示,边板12具有连接门封卡条20的卡槽121。具体地,卡槽121邻近边板12的内侧沿设置,卡槽121由第一延伸部122和第二延伸部123限定出,且门封卡条20设有与卡槽121相配合的卡勾21,通过卡槽121与卡勾21的相互配合以将门封卡条20连接于门框10,内板30安装于门封卡条20。
根据本公开的进一步的实施例,门框10与门封卡条20为一体件。由此,门框10与门封卡条20通过一体加工成型的工艺加工制造,省去了门框10与门封卡条20的装配过程,加工制造较为方便,且门框10与门封卡条20整体的结构强度也较好。
根据本公开的一些实施例,门体100还包括安装于门封卡条20的门封条50。具体地,如图11和图12所示,门封卡条20设有开口直径小于其内部直径的球形槽22,门封条50设有与球形槽22配合的伸入件51,伸入件51伸入球形槽22以使门封条50连接于门封卡条20,这样,门体100在关闭箱体的过程中,门封条50可以起到缓冲门体100的作用,且对门体100和箱体之间的间隙起到密封作用。
根据本公开第二方面实施例的冰箱,包括根据本公开第一方面实施例的门体100。
根据本公开第二方面实施例提出的冰箱,通过利用根据本公开第一方面实施例的门体100,具有加工制造方便、制造成本低等优点。
下面参考图13描述根据本公开第三方面实施例提出的门体100的制造方法。
如图13所示,根据本公开第三方面实施例的门体100的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过挤出成型工艺获取挤出件11;
S2:在挤出件11上构造出沿其长度方向间隔开的多个折弯槽111,将挤出件11在多个折弯槽111处分别折弯并连接挤出件11的两端,得到门框10;
S3:将门封卡条20安装于门框10的内周沿;
S4:将内板30安装于门封卡条20且使内板30位于门框10的内侧,将外板40安装于门框10且使外板40位于门框10的外侧,利用门框10、门封卡条20、内板30和外板40限定出发泡腔60;
S5:向发泡腔60内填充发泡料并进行发泡;
S6:将门封条50安装于所述门封卡条20。
根据本公开实施例的门体100的制造方法,门体100由门框10、内板30、外板40和门封卡条20的装配而成,各个分体件加工制造方便,无需设计复杂的模具,尤其是通过挤出成型工艺制造而成的门框10,制造成本低。
根据本公开实施例的门体100和具有其的冰箱以及该门体100的制造方法的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门体(100),其特征在于,包括:
    门框(10);
    门封卡条(20),所述门封卡条(20)安装于所述门框(10)的内周沿;
    内板(30),所述内板(30)连接于所述门封卡条(20)并位于所述门框(10)的内侧;
    外板(40),所述外板(40)连接于所述门框(10)且位于所述门框(10)的外侧;
    其中,所述门框(10)、所述内板(30)和所述外板(40)互为分体件,且所述门框(10)、所述门封卡条(20)、所述内板(30)和所述外板(40)共同限定出发泡腔(60)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述门框(10)为一体件且通过多次折弯形成首尾相接的闭环。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述门框(10)构造有延其长度方向间隔设置的多个折弯槽(111),通过将所述门框(10)在多个所述折弯槽(111)处分别折弯以形成所述闭环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述折弯槽(111)为三角形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述折弯槽(111)至少为三个且所述门框(10)为矩形。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述门框(10)包括:
    边板(12),所述边板(12)形成为所述门体(100)的外周壁;
    外框板(13),所述外框板(13)连接于所述边板(12)的外侧沿,在所述门框(10)的横截面内所述外框板(13)垂直于所述边板(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的门体(100),其特征在于,所述门框(10)与所述门封卡条(20)为一体件。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的门体(100),其特征在于,还包括:
    门封条(50),所述门封条(50)安装于所述门封卡条(20)。
  9. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的门体(100)。
  10. 一种门体(100)的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    通过挤出成型工艺获取挤出件(11);
    在所述挤出件(11)上构造出沿其长度方向间隔开的多个折弯槽(111),将所述挤出件(11)在多个折弯槽(111)处分别折弯并连接所述挤出件(11)的两端,得到门框(10);
    将门封卡条(20)安装于所述门框(10)的内周沿;
    将内板(30)安装于门封卡条(20)且使所述内板(30)位于所述门框(10)的内侧,将外板(40)安装于所述门框(10)且使所述外板(40)位于所述门框(10)的外侧,利用所述门框(10)、所述门封卡条(20)、所述内板(30)和所述外板(40)限定出发泡腔(60);
    向所述发泡腔(60)内填充发泡料并进行发泡;
    将门封条(50)安装于所述门封卡条(20)。
