本发明涉及沙发配件设备技术领域,特别是一种助站式躺椅用铁架及其工作方法。
背景技术
躺椅已是许多家庭必须的家具,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,电动躺椅沙发已经逐步进入普通百姓家庭。电动躺椅沙发就是一个带电的可以自动躺卧的沙发,表面一般都是采用高级真牛皮覆盖,中间采用高档海绵填充,主体结构由可伸缩设置的躺椅铁架进行支撑,具有时尚型和美观性,广泛应用在家庭、公司等场所。电动沙发躺椅的出现,可以说是开拓了休闲行业和家具行业的新篇章,电动沙发躺椅具有家具的实用性,也具有休闲行业的休闲型,高科技自动化的设计,能够将这三者完美的结合到一起。
现有的躺椅铁架,一般具备平躺、翘腿、正坐等姿势,具备上述功能的躺椅铁架很多,例如中国专利授权公告号CN202892335U、CN203538831U、CN203314481U等等,上述专利文献中记载的躺椅铁架,不具备辅助站立的功能,对于一些老年人和残障人士来说,使用时存在很多不便,为改进上述缺陷,中国授权专利公告号CN203986974U公开了一种双电机驱动躺椅机构,包括:底座,所述底座上设置有第一驱动头、第二驱动头、尾部调节支架总成和中部调节支架总成,第一驱动头驱动尾部调节支架使其呈垂直状态、平躺状态或者倾斜状态,所述中部调节支架总成上配合连接有前部调节连杆部,所述第二驱动头驱动中部调节支架总成升降使其呈直立状态或者平躺状态,并且驱动前部调节连杆部呈打开状态或者收缩状态,所述前部调节连杆部在收缩状态时被尾部调节支架总成锁紧,在打开状态是被尾部调节支架总成释放。该双电机驱动躺椅机构能够实现躺椅搁脚板的伸展和收缩,躺椅架的抬升和下降,靠背的倾斜和竖起多种功能。对于一些特殊的使用者,需要在躺椅上实现头低脚高的平躺状态,以使其脚部血液加快流向头部,或实现相应其他目的,现有的躺椅结构,并不能实现上述功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、可实现头低脚高功能的助站 式躺椅用铁架及其工作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的助站式躺椅用铁架,包括:倾斜支架、底架、伸缩支架、旋转杆、上架组件、第一电动推杆,所述倾斜支架中部的两侧与所述底架铰接配合,以使倾斜支架的尾端搭接在底架的尾端,底架的前端搭接在倾斜支架的前端;所述上架组件的尾端与所述底架的尾端铰接配合,所述旋转杆设置在所述上架组件的前部上方,所述旋转杆的两端与所述伸缩支架传动配合,所述上架组件的前端设置助站挡块,所述旋转杆的端部下侧设置与所述助站挡块相适配的助站支架,所述上架组件的尾部还设置旋转杆限位挡块,所述第一电动推杆的前端与所述旋转杆的中部铰接配合,所述第一电动推杆的尾端与所述倾斜支架尾端铰接配合,以使第一电动推杆倾斜设置在旋转杆和倾斜支架之间;装配时,第一电动推杆处于初始状态,搁脚板伸缩组件处于收缩状态,倾斜支架、底架水平设置;第一电动推杆收缩时,旋转杆向旋转杆限位挡块方向移动,旋转杆驱动搁脚板伸缩组件展开,形成平躺状态;旋转杆移动至与旋转杆限位挡块接触时,搁脚板伸缩组件不再伸展,第一电动推杆继续收缩则第一电动推杆拉动倾斜支架的尾端上翘,使得倾斜支架的前端形成支撑、底架的前端上翘,形成上翘躺姿状态;第一电动推杆伸长时,倾斜支架、搁脚板伸缩组件复位,第一电动推杆继续向斜上方伸长使得助站支架与助站挡块接触,由助站支架带动上架组件绕其尾端转动,形成助站姿势。
进一步,所述上架组件包括H型支架、倾斜连杆、助站连杆,所述底架的尾端两侧固定设置底架立撑,所述H型支架包括H型支架横撑和固定设置于H型支架横撑两端的H型支架侧撑,所述H型支架侧撑的尾端与所述底架立撑的底部铰接配合,各助站连杆的尾端固定设置助站立撑,所述H型支架侧撑的前端与所述助站立撑底部铰接配合,各倾斜连杆的尾端与相应底架立撑的顶端铰接配合,倾斜连杆的前端与所述助站立撑的中部铰接配合,以使H型支架侧撑、助站立撑、倾斜连杆、底架立撑组成四边形结构。
进一步,所述伸缩支架包括对称设置的两侧撑,各侧撑的前端设置可伸缩的搁脚板组件,各侧撑的尾端设置可伸缩的靠背组件,各侧撑的中部设置侧撑驱动组件,各侧撑的前端还设有支架连杆,所述支架连杆的顶端与所述侧撑铰接配合,支架连杆的底端与助站立撑铰接配合;所述旋转杆的两端分别固定设置转动连 杆,各侧撑的内侧固定设置固定连杆,所述转动连杆包括呈三角形分布的前连接端、后连接端和转动连接端,所述转动连接端与所述固定连杆的底部铰接配合,所述前连接端与所述搁脚板伸缩组件传动配合,以使所述旋转杆转动时可由前连接端驱动所述搁脚板伸缩组件伸缩。

进一步,所述侧撑驱动组件包括呈倒A字型分布的第一连杆、第二连杆,所述扶手支架横撑的两端固定设置推动连杆,所述第一连杆的顶端与所述侧撑铰接配合,所述第一连杆的尾端与所述第二连杆的底端铰接配合,所述第二连杆的顶端与所述后连接端铰接配合,所述第一连杆的中部与所述推动连杆的尾端铰接配合,以使所述旋转杆可带动侧撑驱动组件、伸缩支架移动。

上述助站式躺椅用铁架的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
A、正坐姿势:第一电动推杆处于初始状态,倾斜支架、底架处于水平状态,搁脚板伸缩组件处于收缩状态,可实现正坐。
B、平躺姿势:启动第一电动推杆使得第一电动推杆收缩,第一电动推杆收缩带动旋转杆向旋转杆限位挡块方向移动,旋转杆带动转动连杆转动,由转动连杆驱动搁脚板伸缩组件展开,形成平躺状态;旋转杆移动至与旋转杆限位挡块接触时,搁脚板伸缩组件不再伸展。
C、上翘躺姿:第一电动推杆继续收缩,旋转杆限位挡块使得旋转杆不能继续移动,第一电动推杆拉动倾斜支架的尾端上翘,使得倾斜支架的前端形成支撑、底架的前端上翘,形成上翘躺姿状态。
D、助站姿势:第一电动推杆伸长时,倾斜支架、搁脚板伸缩组件复位,第一电动推杆继续向斜上方伸长使得助站支架与助站挡块接触,由助站支架带动上架组件绕其尾端转动,形成助站姿势。
发明的技术效果:(1)本发明的助站式躺椅用铁架,相对于现有技术,通过设置倾斜支架,使得伸缩支架展开后,由第一电动推杆驱动可实现底架前端的抬升,使用者平躺后可实现头低脚高的功能,丰富了铁架的功能;(2)滚轮的设置使得倾斜支架的前端可与地面滑动配合,以减少摩擦阻力;(3)具有三个连接端的转动连杆,使得仅采用一个电动推杆即可实现平躺坐姿、休闲躺姿、助站姿势三种操作模式,结构简单,功能丰富。

装配时,第一电动推杆24处于初始状态,搁脚板伸缩组件处于收缩状态,倾斜支架5、底架6水平设置;第一电动推杆24收缩时,旋转杆2向旋转杆限位挡块81方向移动,旋转杆2驱动搁脚板伸缩组件展开,形成平躺状态;旋转杆2移动至旋转杆2与旋转杆限位挡块81接触时,搁脚板伸缩组件不再伸展,第一电动推杆24继续收缩则第一电动推杆24拉动倾斜支架5的尾端上翘,使得倾斜支架5的前端形成支撑、底架6的前端上翘,形成上翘躺姿状态;第一电动推杆24伸长时,倾斜支架5、搁脚板伸缩组件复位,第一电动推杆24继续向斜上方伸长使得助站支架23与助站挡块83接触,由助站支架23带动上架组件绕其尾端转动,形成助站姿势。
实施例2
上述助站式躺椅用铁架的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
A、正坐姿势:第一电动推杆24处于初始状态,倾斜支架5、底架6处于水平状态,搁脚板伸缩组件处于收缩状态,可实现正坐,如图2所示。
B、平躺姿势:启动第一电动推杆24使得第一电动推杆24收缩,第一电动推杆24收缩带动旋转杆2向旋转杆限位挡块81方向移动,旋转杆2带动转动连杆13转动,由转动连杆13驱动搁脚板伸缩组件展开,形成平躺状态;旋转杆2移动至与旋转杆限位挡块81接触时,搁脚板伸缩组件不再伸展。
C、上翘躺姿:第一电动推杆24继续收缩,旋转杆限位挡块81使得旋转杆2不能继续移动,第一电动推杆24拉动倾斜支架5的尾端上翘,使得倾斜支架5的前端形成支撑、底架6的前端上翘,形成上翘躺姿状态。
D、助站姿势:第一电动推杆24伸长时,倾斜支架5、搁脚板伸缩组件复位, 第一电动推杆24继续向斜上方伸长使得助站支架23与助站立撑82上的助站挡块83接触,由助站支架23带动上架组件中的倾斜连杆7、H型支架4绕底架立撑64的底部向上转动,同时转动连杆13拉动第一连杆141、第二连杆142移动,带动扶手支架3、侧撑11、助站连杆8移动,使得扶手支架3的尾端上扬、侧撑11绕支架连杆16转动、靠背组件上扬、助站连杆8上扬,形成助站姿势。

  1. 一种助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,倾斜支架、底架、伸缩支架、旋转杆、上架组件、第一电动推杆,所述倾斜支架中部的两侧与所述底架铰接配合,以使倾斜支架的尾端搭接在底架的尾端,底架的前端搭接在倾斜支架的前端;所述上架组件的尾端与所述底架的尾端铰接配合,所述旋转杆设置在所述上架组件的前部上方,所述旋转杆的两端与所述伸缩支架传动配合,所述上架组件的前端设置助站挡块,所述旋转杆的端部下侧设置与所述助站挡块相适配的助站支架,所述上架组件的尾部还设置旋转杆限位挡块,所述第一电动推杆的前端与所述旋转杆的中部铰接配合,所述第一电动推杆的尾端与所述倾斜支架尾端铰接配合,以使第一电动推杆倾斜设置在旋转杆和倾斜支架之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述上架组件包括H型支架、倾斜连杆、助站连杆,所述底架的尾端两侧固定设置底架立撑,所述H型支架包括H型支架横撑和固定设置于H型支架横撑两端的H型支架侧撑,所述H型支架侧撑的尾端与所述底架立撑的底部铰接配合,各助站连杆的尾端固定设置助站立撑,所述H型支架侧撑的前端与所述助站立撑底部铰接配合,各倾斜连杆的尾端与相应底架立撑的顶端铰接配合,倾斜连杆的前端与所述助站立撑的中部铰接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述伸缩支架包括对称设置的两侧撑,各侧撑的前端设置可伸缩的搁脚板组件,各侧撑的尾端设置可伸缩的靠背组件,各侧撑的中部设置侧撑驱动组件,各侧撑的前端还设有支架连杆,所述支架连杆的顶端与所述侧撑铰接配合,支架连杆的底端与助站立撑铰接配合;所述旋转杆的两端分别固定设置转动连杆,各侧撑的内侧固定设置固定连杆,所述转动连杆包括呈三角形分布的前连接端、后连接端和转动连接端,所述转动连接端与所述固定连杆的底部铰接配合,所述前连接端与所述搁脚板伸缩组件传动配合,以使所述旋转杆转动时可由前连接端驱动所述搁脚板伸缩组件伸缩。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,还包括扶手支架,所述扶手支架包括扶手支架横撑和固定置于扶手支架横撑两端的扶手支架侧撑,所述扶手支架侧撑的前部内侧设置扶手连杆,所述扶手连杆的一端与所述扶手支架侧撑铰接配合,另一端与所述侧撑的外侧铰接配合,所述扶手支架横撑的两端 置于所述侧撑中部的下方,所述扶手支架横撑的两端与所述助站连杆固定相连,所述扶手支架横撑与侧撑驱动组件传动配合,所述侧撑驱动组件与所述转动连杆的后连接端传动配合,以使所述旋转杆转动时可由后连接端驱动所述侧撑驱动组件移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述侧撑驱动组件包括呈倒A字型分布的第一连杆、第二连杆,所述扶手支架横撑的两端固定设置推动连杆,所述第一连杆的顶端与所述侧撑铰接配合,所述第一连杆的尾端与所述第二连杆的底端铰接配合,所述第二连杆的顶端与所述后连接端铰接配合,所述第一连杆的中部与所述推动连杆的尾端铰接配合,以使所述旋转杆可带动侧撑驱动组件、伸缩支架移动。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5之一所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述搁脚板伸缩组件包括平行设置的搁脚板第一连杆和搁脚板第二连杆、平行设置的搁脚板第三连杆和搁脚板第四连杆、搁脚板前撑、搁脚板传动杆,所述搁脚板第一连杆和搁脚板第二连杆的尾端与所述侧撑的前端铰接配合,所述搁脚板第三连杆的尾端与所述搁脚板第一连杆的前端铰接配合,所述搁脚板第四连杆的尾端与所述搁脚板第二连杆的前端铰接配合,所述搁脚板第三连杆、搁脚板第四连杆的前端与搁脚板前撑铰接配合,所述搁脚板第一连杆的中部设置搁脚板转动销,所述搁脚板第四连杆的中部与所述搁脚板转动销铰接配合,所述搁脚板传动连杆的尾端与所述转动连杆的前连接端铰接配合,所述搁脚板传动连杆的前端与所述搁脚板第二连杆的中部铰接配合,以使所述转动连杆可带动所述搁脚板传动连杆、搁脚板转动销移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述靠背伸缩组件包括靠背第一连杆、靠背第二连杆、靠背第三连杆,所述靠背第一连杆的底端与所述侧撑的尾端固定相连,所述靠背第一连杆的顶端与所述靠背第二连杆的前端铰接配合,所述靠背第二连杆的后端与所述靠背第三连杆的顶端铰接配合,两靠背第三连杆之间固定设置靠背横撑。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,还包括第二电动推杆,所述第二电动推杆的前端与所述旋转杆的中部铰接配合,所述第二电动推杆的尾端与所述靠背横撑的中部铰接配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的助站式躺椅用铁架,其特征在于,所述底架尾端的两侧、底架前端的两侧设置垫块,所述倾斜支架的前端两侧设置滚轮。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的助站式躺椅用铁架的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    A、正坐姿势:第一电动推杆处于初始状态,倾斜支架、底架处于水平状态,搁脚板伸缩组件处于收缩状态,可实现正坐;
    B、平躺姿势:启动第一电动推杆使得第一电动推杆收缩,第一电动推杆收缩带动旋转杆向旋转杆限位挡块方向移动,旋转杆带动转动连杆转动,由转动连杆驱动搁脚板伸缩组件展开,形成平躺状态;旋转杆移动至与旋转杆限位挡块接触时,搁脚板伸缩组件不再伸展;
    C、上翘躺姿:第一电动推杆继续收缩,旋转杆限位挡块使得旋转杆不能继续移动,第一电动推杆拉动倾斜支架的尾端上翘,使得倾斜支架的前端形成支撑、底架的前端上翘,形成上翘躺姿状态;
    D、助站姿势:第一电动推杆伸长时,倾斜支架、搁脚板伸缩组件复位,第一电动推杆继续向斜上方伸长使得助站支架与助站挡块接触,由助站支架带动上架组件绕其尾端转动,形成助站姿势。
