Abstract
La présente invention concerne une résine biodégradable PPC/PBAT modifiée par PHA préparée par les matières premières suivantes, en parties en poids : PPC : 20 à 40 parties ; PBAT : 30 à 50 parties ; et PHA 10 à 30 parties. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la résine biodégradable PPC/PBAT modifiée par PHA. Les PHA, PPC et PBAT sont les trois des résines aliphatiques, sont des matières premières biodégradables, et sont respectivement bien caractérisées. Le PPC est préparé par polymérisation du dioxyde de carbone généré par la fermentation de matières premières pendant le brassage. Le PHA et le PPC sont mélangés selon un rapport donné, et sont extrudés pour former une résine de mélange, de telle sorte que la plage de température de cristallisation est élargie et la température de transition vitreuse (Tg) est augmentée. En raison de la ductilité élevée du PPC, la résine de mélange résout le problème de la fragilité du PHA et présente par conséquent une résistance aux chocs et une ténacité significativement améliorées. Des données de détection indiquent que : lorsque la fraction de masse du PPC atteint 60 %, l'adaptabilité faible du PHA peut être améliorée de 200 % ; et après que le mélange est mélangé avec du PBAT pour la granulation, la résine obtenue présente des propriétés mécaniques globales et est particulièrement appropriée pour la préparation de produits en couches minces.
