一种具有肢体按摩机构的按摩机及其工作方法,包括支架(1)、与支架(1)连接的支撑壳(2)和安装于支架(1)、支撑壳(2)中的按摩机构,按摩机构包括电机(3)、减速机(4)、转轴(5)和若干施疗件(6),电机(3)与减速机(4)连接,减速机(4)上设有动力输出端,动力输出端连接转轴(5),若干施疗件(6)偏心地设置于转轴(5)上,其中,若干施疗件(6)从靠近减速机(4)的一端向远离减速机(4)的一端呈螺旋状绕设地安装于转轴(5)上,支撑壳(2)的内侧面上设有气囊(20)。通过偏心螺旋设置在转轴(5)上的施疗件(6),在电机(3)正反转的带动下对被施疗者的被施疗部位进行循环的按摩,带来更好的按摩体感。

Description

具有肢体按摩机构的按摩机及其工作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有肢体按摩机构的按摩机及其工作方法。
背景技术
如图1所示,传统的按摩机100,具有腿部按摩装置200,传统的腿部按摩装置主要通过上下或者左右的气囊挤压方式对被施疗者进行按摩,按摩方式单一,被施疗者的按摩体验一般。因此,本发明提出一种可实现多种按摩方式的腿部按摩机构,以提高按摩的舒适度和实现更好的施疗效果。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是现有按摩机的肢体按摩机构的按摩方式单一。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明技术方案提供一种肢体按摩机构,其中,包括支架、与所述支架连接的支撑壳和安装于所述支架、所述支撑壳中的按摩机构,所述按摩机构包括电机、减速机、转轴和若干施疗件,所述电机与所述减速机连接,所述减速机上设有动力输出端,所述动力输出端连接所述转轴,若干所述施疗件偏心地设置于所述转轴上,其中,若干所述施疗件从靠近所述减速机的一端向远离所述减速机的一端呈螺旋状绕设地安装于所述转轴上,所述支撑壳的内侧面上设有气囊。
可选的,所述电机和减速机设置于支撑壳顶部,所述转轴垂直于减速机设置,用以在减速机的带动下对肢体的腿部进行按摩。
可选的,所述电机和减速机设置于支撑壳体底部,所述减速机上设有两个动力输出轴,所述两个动力输出轴上各设有一个转轴,分别用以按摩肢体的腿部和脚部。
可选的,所述支架与所述支撑壳在长度方向上所在的两个平面之间呈锐角、直角或钝角可拆卸地安装。
可选的,还包括轴承端盖,安装于所述支架中,所述转轴的一端连接所述减速机,所述转轴的另一端连接所述轴承端盖。
可选的,还包括轴承,所述轴承安装于所述转轴与所述施疗件之间,用于支撑所述施疗件并使得所述施疗件能够在所述转轴上进行旋转。
可选的,所述支架和所述支撑壳在与所述施疗件对应的位置上开始有开口。
可选的,所述转轴的轴线与所述支架所在的平面、所述支撑壳所在的平面分别平行。。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明技术方案还提供一种按摩机,包括如上述中任意所述的手臂按摩机构。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明技术方案还提供一种手臂按摩机构的工作方法,其中,所述工作方法如下:
电机启动提供动力给减速机,减速机控制转轴旋转,安装于转轴上的施疗件旋转,施疗件旋转过程中穿过开口并接触被施疗者的被施疗部位。
本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明技术方案通过偏心螺旋设置在转轴上的施疗件,在电机正反转的带动下对被施疗者的被施疗部位进行循环的按摩,带来更好的按摩体感。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。

实施例一
请参见图2和图3所示,示出了一种实施例的肢体按摩机构,其中,包括支架1、与支架1连接的支撑壳2和安装于支架1、支撑壳2中的按摩机构,按摩机构包括电机3、减速机4、转轴5和若干施疗件6,电机3与减速机4连接,减速机4的输出端连接转轴5,若干施疗件6偏心且均匀地设置于转轴5上,其中,若干施疗件6从靠近减速机4的一端向远离减速机4的一端呈螺旋状均匀绕设地安装于转轴5上(如图4中转轴5与施疗件6的结构所示,图4中的施疗件6呈螺旋状设置于转轴5上)。
本实施例中,支架1与支撑壳5在长度方向上所在的两个平面之间呈锐 角、直角或钝角可拆卸地安装。
本实施例中,还包括轴承端盖7,安装于支架1中,转轴5的一端连接减速机4,转轴5的另一端连接轴承端盖7。
本实施例中,还包括轴承8,轴承8安装于转轴5与施疗件6之间,用于支撑施疗件6并使得施疗件6能够在转轴5上进行旋转。
本实施例中,支架1和支撑壳2在与施疗件6对应的位置上开始有开口9,若干施疗件6与若干开口9之间的距离依次减小或增加,施疗件6在旋转过程中穿过开口9。
本实施例中,转轴5的轴线与支架1所在的平面、支撑壳2所在的平面分别平行。
通过以下说明进一步的认识本发明的特性及功能。
参见图2至图4所示,在本实施例中,还提供一种按摩机,包括如上述中任意的肢体按摩机构,同时提供一种肢体按摩机构的工作方法,参加图5所示,本发明实施例中肢体按摩机构在按摩机中与气囊安装部的一个实施例的结构示意图,其中,工作方法是:被施疗者的被施疗部位放置在肢体按摩机构中的支撑壳2上,被施疗部位上方是按摩机的气囊安装部10,气囊安装部10底部安装气囊20,气囊20压在手臂上,电机3启动提供动力给减速机4,减速机4控制转轴5旋转,安装于转轴5上的施疗件6旋转,施疗件6旋转过程中穿过开口(图5中未示出,开口9的位置参见图3所示)并接触被施疗者的被施疗部位。通过施疗件6对被施疗部位进行循环锤击式的按摩,由于施疗件6螺旋式的结构,施疗件6会依次逐个的按摩被施疗部位。
实施例四
参见图5所示,按摩部分为左右两个部分,分别对肢体的左右腿部进行按摩,以右侧为例,转轴5设于底部,施疗件6偏心地设置于转轴5上, 侧部设置有气囊20,气囊20安装于气囊安装部10上,用于对肢体的腿部进行挤压,具体按摩方式前面已经叙述,在此不做赘述。
实施例五
参见图6所示,电机3和减速机4设置于按摩机底部,所述减速机4上设有两个动力输出轴5,所述两个动力输出轴5垂直设置,分别用于对肢体的腿部和脚部进行按摩;所述施疗件6偏心地设置于转轴5上,与施疗件6相对应的位置设有气囊20,用于对肢体在按摩的同时进行挤压。
以上,本发明的六个实施例中的肢体按摩机构旨在改善按摩机按摩体感,传统按摩机的肢体按摩机构是上下或者左右通过气囊挤压方式按摩,本实施例的肢体按摩机构利用不同的结构实现了更为优秀的体感,且通过电机3的正转、反转,能够符合中医的求心法(向心法),远心法(离心法)理论;通过改变施疗件6和气囊20的位置及施疗件6的前后放置位置或数量组合来保护本发明。
以上仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的实施方式及保护范围,对于本领域技术人员而言,应当能够意识到凡运用本发明说明书及图示内容所作出的等同替换和显而易见的变化所得到的方案,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,包括支架、与所述支架连接的支撑壳和安装于所述支架、所述支撑壳中的按摩机构,所述按摩机构包括电机、减速机、转轴和若干施疗件,所述电机与所述减速机连接,所述减速机上设有动力输出端,所述动力输出端连接所述转轴,若干所述施疗件偏心地设置于所述转轴上,其中,若干所述施疗件从靠近所述减速机的一端向远离所述减速机的一端呈螺旋状绕设地安装于所述转轴上,所述支撑壳的内侧面上设有气囊。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述电机和减速机设置于支撑壳顶部,所述转轴垂直于减速机设置,用以在减速机的带动下对肢体的腿部进行按摩。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述电机和减速机设置于支撑壳体底部,所述减速机上设有两个动力输出轴,所述两个动力输出轴上各设有一个转轴,分别用以按摩肢体的腿部和脚部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述支架与所述支撑壳在长度方向上所在的两个平面之间呈锐角、直角或钝角可拆卸地安装。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,还包括轴承端盖,安装于所述支架中,所述转轴的一端连接所述减速机,所述转轴的另一端连接所述轴承端盖。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,还包括轴承,所述轴承安装于所述转轴与所述施疗件之间,用于支撑所述施疗件并使得所述施疗件能够在所述转轴上进行旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述支架和所述支撑壳在与所述施疗件对应的位置上开始有开口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述转轴的轴线 与所述支架所在的平面、所述支撑壳所在的平面分别平行。
  9. 一种按摩机,包括如权利要求1-8中任意所述的肢体按摩机构。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-8中任意所述的肢体按摩机构的工作方法,其特征在于,所述工作方法如下:
