下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考 附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100。
如图1-图6,根据本发明实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100包括排水盖板10和过滤盖板20。
排水盖板10上设有排水通道13,排水通道13可以由排水盖板10独立形成,也可以是由排水盖板10与波轮洗衣机的内桶的侧壁共同限定出(如图6),并且,当取消外桶或降低外桶高度时,要想实现脱水且使水不被甩到箱体上,需设置单独的导水结构,这样,在脱水状态下,内桶内的水通过导水结构被引导至洗衣机外部或被引导至洗衣机底部的接水装置内。在本实施例中,排水通道13与内桶连通,从而使得洗衣机在进行脱水排水时,内桶内的水可以通过排水通道13排出,进而实现盖板组件100的脱水排水功能。过滤盖板20设于排水盖板10,过滤盖板20限定有用于过滤、收集衣物线屑的过滤腔25,过滤盖板20在内桶的旋转方向上的两侧分别设有第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221,第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221均于与过滤腔25连通。
当内桶正转(即内桶绕其中心沿一个方向旋转)时,盖板组件100随内桶正转,这时,第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221中的一个在水流作用下被打开而另一个在水流作用下关闭,衣物线屑通过被打开的过滤进孔进入到过滤腔25内,而被关闭的过滤进孔则可以防止进入过滤腔25内的衣物线屑在水流作用下通过其流出。
同样,当内桶反转(即内桶绕其中心沿另一方向旋转)时,盖板组件100随内桶反转,这时,这时,第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221中的另一个在水流作用下被打开而一个在水流作用下关闭,衣物线屑通过被打开的过滤进孔进入到过滤腔25内,而被关闭的过滤进孔则可以防止进入过滤腔25内的衣物线屑在水流作用下通过其流出,从而保证衣物线屑被留在过滤腔25内,进而实现盖板组件100的过滤、收集功能。
由此,据本发明实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100,通过设置排水盖板10,从而使得盖板组件100可以实现脱水排水功能,而通过设置与排水盖板10相连的过滤盖板20,并且使得过滤盖板20的第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221随内桶的正转或反转而在水流作用下实现打开和关闭,进而实现对于内桶内的衣物线屑的过滤、收集作用,由此,同时实现盖板组件100的脱水排水、过滤功能、且结构简单、易于制造、装配。
如图4和图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,过滤盖板20主要由底座21、上盖22、 第一拨片23和第二拨片24组成。
底座21与排水盖板10相连,例如,底座21与排水盖板10之间可以通过底座21上设置的卡扣卡接与排水盖板10的表面,这样方便二者的拆装,进而便于用户及时清理过了盖板中的衣物线屑。
上盖22盖设在底座21上,上盖22的内表面与底座21的上表面之间共同限定出过滤腔25,第一过滤进孔2211与第二过滤进孔2221分别设于上盖22的两侧,第一拨片23和第二拨片24均可转动地设于底座21,从而利用第一拨片23打开和关闭第一过滤进孔2211,利用第二拨片24打开和关闭第二过滤进孔2221。
由此,既可以通过过滤盖板20实现对衣物线屑的过滤、收集作用,而且,通过将过滤盖板20设置成多个开拆卸地部件,也可以方便过滤盖板20的制造及组装。
如图4和图5,在本发明的一些示例中,第一拨片23可转动地设于底座21,且第一拨片23位于第一过滤进孔2211的内侧,从而利用第一拨片23打开和关闭第一过滤进孔2211,第二拨片24可转动地设于底座21,且位于第二过滤进孔2221的内侧,从而利用第二拨片24打开和关闭第二过滤进孔2221。
如图4,在本发明的一些示例中,为了保证第一拨片23或第二拨片24在一个旋转方向(如内桶正转)的水流作用下可以打开过滤进孔,而在另一个旋转方向(如内桶反转)的水流作用还可以在水流作用下被顺利打开,第一拨片23的最大转动角度和第二拨片24的最大转动角度均小于90°,从而避免第一拨片23或第二拨片24在水流作用下转动至于水流流向大致平行的方向(如图4中第一拨片23或第二拨片24在水流作用下与盖体223大致平行)而不易在水流作用下被打开,导致过滤腔25内的线屑漏出,影响线屑的过滤、收集效果。
如4,在本发明的一些示例中,底座21设有第一转轴231槽和第二转轴241槽,第一拨片23设有第一转轴231,而第二拨片24设有第二转轴241,第一拨片23可以通过第一转轴231与第一转轴231槽的配合可转动地设于底座21上,而第二拨片24可以通过第二转轴241与第二转轴241槽的配合可转动地设于底座21上,由此实现第一拨片23、第二拨片24在水流作用下配合打开和关闭过滤进孔(第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221中的一个打开而另一个被关闭)的作用。
如图4和图5,在本发明的一些示例中,底座21设有第一卡钩211和第二卡钩212,第一卡钩211与底座21的表面限定出所述第一转轴231槽,并且第一转轴231槽位于第一卡钩211与上盖22的一个侧壁之间(如图4),同样,第二卡钩212与底座21 的表面限定出所述第二转轴241槽,并且第二转轴241槽位于第二卡钩212与上盖22的另一个侧壁之间(如图4),这样,利用第一转轴231槽、第二转轴241槽可以分别实现第一拨片23和第二拨片24的转动,同时,利用上盖22的一个侧壁与第一卡钩211的配合可以避免第一拨片23在水流作用下脱出第一转轴231槽,而利用上盖22的另一个侧壁与第二卡钩212的配合可以避免第二拨片24在水流作用下脱出第二转轴241槽。
如图4,在本发明的一些示例中,为了对第一拨片23和第二拨片24的转动角度进行限位,避免第一拨片23和第二拨片24在虽然在一个方向的水流作用下打开过滤进孔(即第一过滤进孔2211或第二过滤进孔2221),但由于转动角度过大而导致无法在另一方向的水流作用下关闭过滤进孔,即避免第一拨片23和第二拨片24无法重新被水流掀起,第一卡钩211的长度小于第一拨片23的宽度,第二卡钩212的长度小于第二拨片24的宽度。
由此,既可以利用第一卡钩211、第二卡钩212分别与第一拨片23、第二拨片24配合分别实现二者的转动,同时,也可以利用第一卡钩211、第二卡钩212分别对于第一拨片23、第二拨片24的最大转动角度进行限定,使得其始终小于90°(如图4所示),进而保证在水流作用下第一拨片23和第二拨片24可以顺利的打开和关闭对应的第一过滤进孔2211和第二过滤进孔2221,避免过滤腔25内的衣物线屑通过过滤进孔流出,从而保证过滤效果。
如图4,在本发明的一些实施例中,排水盖板10的中部朝向上盖22方向凸起,从而在排水盖板10的一侧形成排水通道13,而底座21的中部则设有向上盖22方向凸起形成的凹部213,所述凹部213可以将排水盖板10的中部朝向上盖22方向的凸起容纳其中,从而方便盖板组件100的装配,使得盖板组件100整体结构紧凑,有效地节约空间,同时,利用底座21的中部凸起,也可以对第一拨片23和第二拨片24的最大转动角度起到二次限定(第一卡钩211和第二卡钩212可以起到一次限定)的作用,从而保证第一拨片23和第二拨片24可以顺利打开和关闭过滤进孔。
如图2和图5,在本发明的一些示例中,排水盖板10在内桶的旋转方向的两侧分别设有第一导流件和第二导流件,第一导流件包括多个第一导流板11,多个第一导流板11沿排水盖板10的长度方向间隔开布置且临近第一过滤进孔2211,从而可以利用第一导流板11对水流进行导向,以便于水流可以通过第一过滤进孔2211进入过滤腔25内;
而第二导流件包括多个第二导流板12,多个第二导流板12沿排水盖板10的长度方向间隔开布置且临近第二过滤进孔2221,从而可以利用第二导流板12对水流进行导向,以便于水流可以通过第二过滤进孔2221进入过滤腔25内。
此外,第一导流板11和第二导流板12也可以起到加强筋板的作用,有效地提高排水盖板10的结构强度。
如图4,在本发明的一些示例中,上盖22包括盖体223、第一侧板221和第二侧板222,第一侧板221和第二侧板222分别连接在盖板两侧,第一过滤进孔2211设于第一侧板221而第二过滤进孔2221设于第二侧板222,盖体223上设有过滤出孔2231,从而保证通过第一过滤进孔2211或第二过滤进孔2221进入过滤腔25内的水可以从过滤出孔2231被顺利排出。需要注意的是,由于水流的流向及流体性质,第一过滤进孔2211、第二过滤进孔2221同样也可以有部分水流排出,同样,过滤出孔2231内也可能有水流流入,这对本领域技术人员而言是可以理解的。
下面参考附图1-图6描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的波轮洗衣机。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机包括内桶和根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100,盖板组件100设于内桶的内侧壁。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机,通过采用根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100,具有结构简单、易于装配且既可以通过盖板组件100实现脱水排水、又可以通过盖板组件100进行过滤、收集衣物毛屑等特点。
根据本发明实施例的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件100和具有其的波轮洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,包括:
    排水盖板(10),所述排水盖板(10)设有适于与所述波轮洗衣机的内桶连通的排水通道(13);
    过滤盖板(20),所述过滤盖板(20)设于所述排水盖板(10)且限定有过滤腔(25),所述过滤盖板(20)在所述内桶的旋转方向上的两侧分别设有与所述过滤腔(25)连通的第一过滤进孔(2211)和第二过滤进孔(2221),所述过滤盖板(20)被构造成,
    所述盖板组件(100)随所述内桶正转时,所述第一过滤进孔(2211)和所述第二过滤进孔(2221)中的一个在水流作用下打开且另一个在水流作用下关闭;
    所述盖板组件(100)随所述内桶反转时,所述第一过滤进孔(2211)和所述第二过滤进孔(2221)中的所述一个在水流作用下关闭且所述另一个在水流作用下打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述过滤盖板(20)包括:
    底座(21),所述底座(21)与所述排水盖板(10)相连;
    上盖(22),所述上盖(22)盖设于所述底座(21)上以与所述底座(21)共同限定出所述过滤腔(25),所述第一过滤进孔(2211)和所述第二过滤进孔(2221)设于所述上盖(22);
    第一拨片(23),所述第一拨片(23)设于所述底座(21),用于打开和关闭所述第一过滤进孔(2211);
    第二拨片(24),所述第二拨片(24)设于所述底座(21),用于打开和关闭所述第二过滤进孔(2221)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一拨片(23)可转动地设于所述底座(21)且位于所述第一过滤进孔(2211)的内侧;
    所述第二拨片(24)可转动地设于所述底座(21)且位于所述第二过滤进孔(2221)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一拨片(23)的最大转动角度和所述第二拨片(24)的最大转动角度均小于90°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述 底座(21)设有第一转轴(231)槽和第二转轴(241)槽,所述第一拨片(23)设有可转动地配合于所述第一转轴(231)槽的第一转轴(231),所述第二拨片(24)设有可转动地配合于所述第二转轴(241)槽的第二转轴(241)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述底座(21)设有第一卡钩(211)和第二卡钩(212),所述第一卡钩(211)与所述底座(21)的表面限定出所述第一转轴(231)槽且所述第一转轴(231)槽位于所述第一卡钩(211)与所述上盖(22)的一侧壁之间,所述第二卡钩(212)与所述底座(21)的表面限定出所述第二转轴(241)槽且所述第二转轴(241)槽位于所述第二卡钩(212)与所述上盖(22)的另一侧壁之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述第一卡钩(211)的长度小于所述第一拨片(23)的宽度;
    所述第二卡钩(212)的长度小于所述第二拨片(24)的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述排水盖板(10)的中部朝向所述上盖(22)方向凸起以在所述排水盖板(10)的一侧形成所述排水通道(13),所述底座(21)的中部朝向所述上盖(22)方向凸起以形成与所述排水盖板(10)配合的凹部(213)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述排水盖板(10)在所述内桶的旋转方向上的两侧分别设有第一导流件和第二导流件,所述第一导流件包括沿所述排水盖板(10)的长度方向间隔开设置且邻近所述第一过滤进孔(2211)的多个第一导流板(11),所述第二导流件包括沿所述排水盖板(10)的长度方向间隔开设置且邻近所述第二过滤进孔(2221)的多个第二导流板(12)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),其特征在于,所述上盖(22)包括盖体(223)和分别连接于所述盖体(223)两侧的第一侧板(221)和第二侧板(222),所述第一过滤进孔(2211)设于所述第一侧板(221)且所述第二过滤进孔(2221)设于所述第二侧板(222),所述盖体(223)设有过滤出孔(2231)。
  11. 一种波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    内桶;
    根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的用于波轮洗衣机的盖板组件(100),所述盖板组件(100)设于所述内桶的内侧壁。
