本发明涉及灭火剂技术领域,且特别涉及一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,火灾是常见的在灾难,对人们的生命财产都造成了巨大的威胁,已成为人们和政府重点关注的话题。同时,随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的灭火产品被开发出来,常见的灭火剂包括水灭火剂、干粉灭火剂、泡沫灭火剂等。但是目前的灭火剂成分比较单一,对大型货场的灭火的时候很容易死灰复燃,灭火效果仍然不够好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,旨在改善现有灭火剂灭火效果不佳的问题。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,旨在改善制备出来的灭火剂效果不佳的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;增稠剂的重量占总质量的0.5%以上,余量为吸水树脂。
本发明提出一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物10~5000倍质量的水混合。

本发明实施例提供的一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;利用吸水树脂的吸水保水性能和增稠剂的高粘附性能,喷射到火源后使大量水份牢牢粘附在火源表面,形成一层厚厚的水膜隔氧层,可快速灭火和降温。其中,增稠剂的重量占总质量的的0.5%以上,余量为吸水树脂。需要强调的是,本实施例提供灭火剂只有增稠剂和吸水树脂两种原料组成。
优选地,增稠剂的重量占总质量的5%~30%,余量为吸水树脂。在该配比下制备出来的灭火剂的灭火效果较佳。更为优选地,吸水树脂与增稠剂的重量比为90:10,也即增稠剂的重量占总质量的10%,此时制备出来的灭火剂的灭火效果最佳。
进一步地,在本实施例中,增稠剂包括聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、环糊精、聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠、魔芋粉、淀粉醚、羧甲基淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、羟乙基淀粉以及瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
吸水树脂包括聚丙烯酸盐类树脂、聚丙烯腈类树脂或聚乙烯醇类树脂的水混物(例如:聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂);含有淀粉系高吸水性树脂;以及含有纤维系高吸水性树脂。
具体地,含有淀粉系高吸水性树脂包括淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐树脂、淀粉接枝丙烯酷胺树脂以及淀粉接枝丙烯腈类树脂中的至少一种。
含有纤维系高吸水性树脂包括含纤维素接枝丙烯酸树脂。
吸水树脂的粒径为30-200目,所述增稠剂的粒径为30-600目。
本实施例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:先将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物10~5000倍质量的水混合。水可以与吸水树脂和增稠剂充分混合,并可快速形成高粘附性水凝胶。
优选地,水的质量为所述混合物质量的100-1000倍。
上述高粘附性吸水凝胶灭火剂的使用方法为:可采用普通消防车,把5-100公斤混合物直接加入消防车水箱,10分钟内即可形成高 粘附性水凝胶,直接喷射火场灭火。本方法可替代常规水系列灭火方法,例如,森林火灾,家庭住宅火灾。
经过发明人的试验观察,本实施例提供的灭火剂至少具有以下性能特点:
1)固水性:胶体中97%以上是水,易于流动的水被固结起来,充分发挥了水的灭火作用。
2)热降温性:成胶过程是吸热反应火场高温使胶体中的水汽化,也将吸收大量的热。
3)阻氧化性:胶体具有很强的隔绝空气阻止氧化燃烧性能,阻化率可达100%,无助燃性,不燃烧。
4)热稳定性:在1000℃以上的高温下,胶体不熔化、不破裂,仍能保持完好,只是慢失水,但胶体仍粘附在燃烧物表面。
6)胶体在用泵进行输送时,其摩擦阻力较低,其粘度较大可牢牢粘附在燃烧物表面阻氧失水降温,可实现快速灭火。

本实施例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;增稠剂和吸水树脂的重量比为30:70。
其中,增稠剂包括淀粉醚;吸水树脂包括聚丙烯腈类树脂的水混物。
本实施例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:先将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物800倍质量的水混合。

本实施例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;增稠剂和吸水树脂的重量比为10:90。
其中,增稠剂包括魔芋粉;吸水树脂包括聚乙烯醇类树脂的水混物。
本实施例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:先将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物1000倍质量的水混合。

本实施例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;增稠剂和吸水树脂的重量比为10:90。
其中,增稠剂包括海藻酸钠;吸水树脂包括含纤维素接枝丙烯酸树脂。
本实施例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:先将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物200倍质量的水混合。
实施例13
本实施例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;增稠剂和吸水树脂的重量比为0.5:99.5。
其中,增稠剂包括聚丙烯酸钠;吸水树脂包括含纤维素接枝丙烯酸树脂。
本实施例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:先将吸水树脂和增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入混合物200倍质量的水混合。

本对比例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由增稠剂组成。增稠剂包括海藻酸钠。
本对比例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:将增稠剂与200倍质量的水混合。
对比例2
本对比例提供了一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,由吸水树脂组成,吸水树脂包括聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂的水混物。
本对比例还提供了一种上述高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其包括:将吸水树脂与200倍质量的水混合。
试验例1
将实施例1~13以及对比例1和2提供的灭火剂分别对火势大小相同的火源进行灭火,发现实施例1~13提供的灭火剂的灭火效果比对比例1和2提供的灭火剂的灭火效果更好。
试验例2
研究灭火剂与水配比成胶问题具体参见表1:

备注:3组灭火实验条件:木柴10公斤,汽油1升,分别点燃,秒表记时间
综上,本发明提供的一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,灭火效果佳,可快速灭火和降温。其制备方法,能够快速形成高粘附性水凝胶。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,由增稠剂和吸水树脂组成;所述增稠剂的重量占总质量的0.5%以上,余量为所述吸水树脂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的重量占总质量的5%~30%,余量为所述吸水树脂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述吸水树脂与所述增稠剂的重量比为90:10。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、环糊精、聚氧化乙烯、海藻酸钠、魔芋粉、淀粉醚、羧甲基淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、羟乙基淀粉以及瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述吸水树脂包括
    聚丙烯酸盐类树脂、聚丙烯腈类树脂或聚乙烯醇类树脂的水混物;
    含有淀粉系高吸水性树脂;
    以及含有纤维系高吸水性树脂。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述含有淀粉系高吸水性树脂包括淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐树脂、淀粉接枝丙烯酷胺树脂以及淀粉接枝丙烯腈类树脂中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,所述含有纤维系高吸水性树脂包括含纤维素接枝丙烯酸树脂。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂,其特征在于,吸水树脂的粒径为30-200目,所述增稠剂的粒径为30-600目。
  9. 一种如权利要求1所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括:将所述吸水树脂和所述增稠剂混合后得到混合物,然后加入所述混合物10~5000倍质量的水混合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的高粘附性水凝胶灭火剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水的质量为所述混合物质量的100~1000倍。
