技术领域
本申请涉及通讯终端产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种纹理保护膜、终端及纹理保护膜的制作方法。
背景技术
当前手机等通讯终端产品的外观主体材质已经全面走向玻璃材质,玻璃材质的新工艺处理方式对外观效果的影响非常大,进而对产品的竞争力和差异化至关重要。随着越来越多的玻璃材质的使用,每个终端厂商都在寻求玻璃材质上工艺的突破,玻璃上的工艺技术从丝印,喷涂,到玻璃镀膜,膜具转印(Glass direct molding,GDM),再到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)膜片纹理等,已同质化严重。
目前在制作PET保护膜时,为了得到多样的视觉效果,采用的方案是在PET的单面印制纹理层,该方案可通过改变纹理层的图案得到多样的视觉效果。但是,看到的图案为平面静止图案,欠缺层次感、深度感,装饰效果较差。
发明内容
本申请的实施例提供的纹理保护膜、手机及纹理保护膜的制作方法,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升产品的竞争力和吸引力。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种纹理保护膜,包括:保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体的第一表面设有第一纹理层,所述保护膜本体的第二表面设有第二纹理层,所述第一表面与所述第二表面相对,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
本申请实施例提供的纹理保护膜,由于在保护膜本体的两相对的第一表面和第二表面上分别设置了第一纹理层和第二纹理层,且第一纹理层与第二纹理层能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案,由此,相比于单层纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升产品的竞争力和吸引力。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层的图案与所述第二纹理层的图案相同,第二纹理层的图案相对于第一纹理层的图案偏转一定角度,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加干涉形成摩尔纹图案。摩尔纹能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第一直线条纹,所述第二纹理层包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第二直线条纹,所述第一直线条纹在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹形成大于0度的夹角。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一直线条纹沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度为2-20um,所述第二直线条纹沿垂直于所述第二表面的方向的厚度为2-20um。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一直线条纹沿平行于所述第一表面的方向的宽度为 20-200um,所述第二直线条纹沿平行于所述第二表面的方向的宽度为20-200um。
在可能的实现方式中,所述相邻两条所述第一直线条纹的间距为20-250um,所述相邻两条所述第二直线条纹的间距为20-250um。上述参数范围内可以进行上百种图案变化,搭配出很多种意想不到的外观效果,选择上述参数范围可提高产品的工艺效果和外观品质。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一直线条纹的外表面为圆弧面。
在可能的实现方式中,所述保护膜本体为PET膜。PET膜具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸稳定性、透明性和可回收性。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层和所述第二纹理层均由无影胶水压印形成。
在可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层远离所述第一表面的一侧设有第一光学膜,所述第二纹理层远离所述第二表面的一侧设有第二光学膜,所述第一光学膜和所述第二光学膜用于增加透光度、增加亮度和/或形成色彩。由此,可提高纹理保护膜的装饰效果。
第二方面,本申请提供一种终端,包括玻璃盖板,所述玻璃盖板的内表面贴附有第一方面的任一实现方式中所述的纹理保护膜。
本申请实施例提供的终端,由于在玻璃盖板的内表面贴附了纹理保护膜,且保护膜本体的两相对的第一表面和第二表面上分别设置了第一纹理层和第二纹理层,第一纹理层与第二纹理层能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案。由此,相比于单层纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升终端产品的竞争力和吸引力。
在第二方面可能的实现方式中,所述终端包括中框主壳体,所述中框主壳体内设有显示模组,所述中框主壳体的正面出光侧设有正面玻璃盖板,所述中框主壳体的背面设有背面玻璃盖板,所述正面玻璃盖板和/或所述背面玻璃盖板的内表面贴附有所述纹理保护膜。
第三方面,本申请提供一种纹理保护膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
在保护膜本体的第一表面制作第一纹理层;
在保护膜本体与所述第一表面相对的第二表面上制作第二纹理层,所述第二纹理层与所述第一纹理层能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
本申请实施例提供的纹理保护膜的制作方法,可制得具有双面纹理图案的纹理保护膜,相比于单面纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升产品的竞争力和吸引力。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述在保护膜本体的第一表面制作第一纹理层包括:在保护膜本体的第一表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述在保护膜本体的第二表面制作第二纹理层包括:在保护膜本体的第二表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层的图案与所述第二纹理层的图案相同,第二纹理层的图案相对于第一纹理层的图案偏转一定角度,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加形成摩尔纹图案。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述第一纹理层包括多条相互平行的第一直线条纹,所述第二纹理层包括多条相互平行的第二直线条纹,所述第一直线条纹在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹形成大于0度的夹角。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述第一直线条纹沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度为2-20um,所述第二直线条纹沿垂直于所述第二表面的方向的厚度为2-20um。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,相邻两条所述第一直线条纹的间距为20-250um,相邻两条所述第二直线条纹的间距为20-250um。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例涉及纹理保护膜、终端及纹理保护膜的制作方法,以下对上述实施例涉及到的概念进行简单说明:
摩尔纹:又称莫列波纹、莫尔条纹、叠纹、水状波纹,是一种在栅栏状条纹重叠下所产生的干涉影像。
PET膜:又名耐高温聚酯薄膜。它具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸稳定性、透明性和可回收性。
无影胶:无影胶又称光敏胶、紫外光固化胶,无影胶是一种必须通过紫外线光照射才能固化的一类胶粘剂,它可以作为粘接剂使用,也可作为油漆、涂料、油墨等的胶料使用。
终端可以是移动终端,移动终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、POS(Point of Sales,销售终端)、车载电脑等。本发明实施例对终端的具体形式不做特殊限制。
如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种纹理保护膜100,纹理保护膜100包括保护膜本体1,保护膜本体1的第一表面设有第一纹理层2,所述保护膜本体1的第二表面设有第二纹理层3,所述第一表面与所述第二表面相对,如图4所示,所述第一纹理层2与所述第二纹理层3叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
本申请实施例提供的纹理保护膜,由于在保护膜本体1的两相对的第一表面和第二表面上分别设置了第一纹理层2和第二纹理层3,且第一纹理层2与第二纹理层3能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案,由此,相比于单层纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,如图7所示,当将纹理保护膜贴覆于终端的盖板玻璃6的内表面时,能够增加盖板玻璃6的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升产品的竞争力和吸引力。
其中,干涉纹理图案可以为摩尔纹,例如,可使所述第一纹理层2的图案与所述第二纹理层3的图案相同,且第二纹理层3的图案相对于第一纹理层2的图案偏转一定角度,以使第一纹理层2与第二纹理层3叠加干涉形成摩尔纹图案。
第一纹理层2的图案与第二纹理层3的图案可以有多种选择,只要能够干涉形成摩尔纹 图案即可,例如,第一纹理层2的图案与第二纹理层3的图案可以均为网格状纹理;也可以如图2、图3所示,第一纹理层2包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第一直线条纹21,所述第二纹理层3包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第二直线条纹31,如图5所示,所述第一直线条纹21在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹31形成的夹角α为10度。由此,当第一纹理层2和第二纹理层3叠加后可看到类似图4所示的摩尔纹。该摩尔纹能够增加玻璃材质产品(如手机的玻璃盖板)的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果。需要说明的是,第一直线条纹21和第二直线条纹31的夹角α可以为不等于0度的任意角度,不同的夹角可以叠加形成不同的摩尔纹。
其中,如图6所示纹理图案的尺寸参数可以选择以下范围:第一直线条纹21沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度h可以选择为2um至20um之间,第一直线条纹21沿平行于所述第一表面的方向的宽度d为20-200um,相邻两条所述第一直线条纹21的间距w可以为20um至250um之间,第二直线条纹31的各项参数与上述第一直线条纹21的各项参数相同。上述参数范围内可以进行上百种图案变化,搭配出很多种意想不到的外观效果,选择上述参数范围可提高产品的工艺效果和外观品质。
如图6所示,第一直线条纹21的外表面211可以为圆弧面。另外,第一直线条纹21的外表面也可以为平面,在此不做限定。
具体地,保护膜本体1可以为PET膜。PET膜又名耐高温聚酯薄膜。它具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸稳定性、透明性和可回收性。可通过无影(Ultraviolet Rays,UV)胶水压印工艺在PET膜的正反两面分别形成第一纹理层2和第二纹理层3。
为了增加纹理保护膜的亮度、透光度并提升纹理图案的反射质感,如图1所示,可在第一纹理层2远离所述第一表面的一侧设置第一光学膜4,在第二纹理层3远离所述第二表面的一侧设置第二光学膜5,第一光学膜4和第二光学膜5可以通过镀膜工艺形成。由此,第一光学膜4可提升第一纹理层2的亮度和反射质感,第二光学膜5可提升第二纹理层3的亮度和反射质感,从而可提高纹理保护膜的装饰效果。另外,还可以在第一光学膜4和/或第二光学膜5上添加色彩,从而可形成彩色的纹理装饰效果。
本申请实施例还提供了一种终端,如图7所示,包括玻璃盖板6,所述玻璃盖板6的内表面贴附有上述任一实施例所述的纹理保护膜100。
本申请实施例提供的终端,由于在玻璃盖板的内表面贴附了纹理保护膜100,且保护膜本体1的两相对的第一表面和第二表面上分别设置了第一纹理层2和第二纹理层3,第一纹理层2与第二纹理层3能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案。由此,相比于单层纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升终端产品的竞争力和吸引力。
如图9所示,终端包括中框主壳体7,所述中框主壳体7内设有显示模组(图中未示出),所述中框主壳体7的正面出光侧设有正面玻璃盖板61,所述中框主壳体7的背面设有背面玻璃盖板62,所述正面玻璃盖板61的内表面贴附有所述纹理保护膜或背面玻璃盖板62的内表面贴附有所述纹理保护膜,还可以正面玻璃盖板61的内表面和背面玻璃盖板62的内表面均贴附有所述纹理保护膜。
如图7、图8所示,在贴附纹理保护膜时,可将纹理保护膜的第一光学膜4与玻璃盖板通过光学胶8粘接。第二光学膜5远离所述第二纹理层3的一侧可以设置用于遮挡光线的油墨层9,从而防止手机漏光。需要说明的是,油墨层9可以是一层、两层或多层,在此不做限定。另外,若纹理保护膜贴附在正面玻璃盖板61上,则油墨层9可避让开手机的显示区域 设置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,关于本发明实施例终端的其他构成等已为本领域的技术人员所熟知,在此不再详细说明。
本申请实施例还提供了一种纹理保护膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
在保护膜本体1的第一表面制作第一纹理层2;
在保护膜本体1与所述第一表面相对的第二表面上制作第二纹理层3,所述第二纹理层3与所述第一纹理层2能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
通过上述制作方法可得到具有双面纹理图案的纹理保护膜,相比于单面纹理图案,通过两层纹理干涉形成的纹理图案会产生更立体、更丰富、流动性更好的纹理炫光光影效果,能够增加玻璃材质产品的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果,提升产品的竞争力和吸引力。
其中,在保护膜本体1的第一表面制作第一纹理层2可以包括以下步骤:在保护膜本体1的第一表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
在保护膜本体1的第二表面制作第二纹理层3可以包括以下步骤:在保护膜本体1的第二表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
上述压印工艺可以通过纹理模具实现。
其中,干涉纹理图案可以为摩尔纹,例如,可使所述第一纹理层2的图案与所述第二纹理层3的图案相同,且第二纹理层3的图案相对于第一纹理层2的图案偏转一定角度,以使第一纹理层2与第二纹理层3叠加干涉形成摩尔纹图案。
在进行压印工艺时,第一纹理层2的图案与第二纹理层3的图案可以有多种选择,只要能够干涉形成摩尔纹图案即可,例如,第一纹理层2的图案与第二纹理层3的图案可以均压印成网格状纹理;也可以如图2、图3所示,第一纹理层2包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第一直线条纹21,所述第二纹理层3包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第二直线条纹31,所述第一直线条纹21在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹31形成10度的夹角。由此,当第一纹理层2和第二纹理层3叠加后可看到类似图4所示的摩尔纹。该摩尔纹能够增加玻璃材质产品(如手机的玻璃盖板)的层次感、深度感、通透性和装饰效果。
上述制作方法的工艺参数可以选择如下范围:第一直线条纹21沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度h可以选择为2um至20um之间,第一直线条纹21沿平行于所述第一表面的方向的宽度d为20-200um,相邻两条所述第一直线条纹21的间距w可以为20um至250um之间,第二直线条纹31的各项参数与上述第一直线条纹21的各项参数相同。上述参数范围内可以进行上百种图案变化,搭配出很多种意想不到的外观效果,选择上述参数范围可提高产品的工艺效果和外观品质。

以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种纹理保护膜,其特征在于,包括:保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体的第一表面设有第一纹理层,所述保护膜本体的第二表面设有第二纹理层,所述第一表面与所述第二表面相对,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层的图案与所述第二纹理层的图案相同,第二纹理层的图案相对于第一纹理层的图案偏转一定角度,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加干涉形成摩尔纹图案。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第一直线条纹,所述第二纹理层包括多条相互平行且间隔排列的第二直线条纹,所述第一直线条纹在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹形成大于0度的夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一直线条纹沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度为2-20um,所述第二直线条纹沿垂直于所述第二表面的方向的厚度为2-20um。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一直线条纹沿平行于所述第一表面的方向的宽度为20-200um,所述第二直线条纹沿平行于所述第二表面的方向的宽度为20-200um。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述相邻两条所述第一直线条纹的间距为20-250um,所述相邻两条所述第二直线条纹的间距为20-250um。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一直线条纹的外表面为圆弧面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜本体为PET膜。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层和所述第二纹理层均由UV胶水压印形成。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的纹理保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层远离所述第一表面的一侧设有第一光学膜,所述第二纹理层远离所述第二表面的一侧设有第二光学膜,所述第一光学膜和所述第二光学膜用于增加透光度、增加亮度和/或形成色彩。
  11. 一种终端,包括玻璃盖板,所述玻璃盖板的内表面贴附有权利要求1-10中任一项所述的纹理保护膜。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括中框主壳体,所述中框主壳体内设有显示模组,所述中框主壳体的正面出光侧设有正面玻璃盖板,所述中框主壳体的背面设有背面玻璃盖板,所述正面玻璃盖板和/或所述背面玻璃盖板的内表面贴附有所述纹理保护膜。
  13. 一种纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    在保护膜本体的第一表面制作第一纹理层;
    在保护膜本体与所述第一表面相对的第二表面上制作第二纹理层,所述第二纹理层与所述第一纹理层能够叠加形成干涉纹理图案。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述在保护膜本体的第一表面制作第一纹理层包括:在保护膜本体的第一表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述在保护膜本体的第二表面制作第二纹理层包括:在保护膜本体的第二表面涂覆UV胶层,并在UV胶层表面压印微纳米级别的沟槽纹理。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15中任一项所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层的图案与所述第二纹理层的图案相同,第二纹理层的图案相对于第一纹理层的图案偏转一定角度,所述第一纹理层与所述第二纹理层叠加形成摩尔纹图案。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一纹理层包括多条相互平行的第一直线条纹,所述第二纹理层包括多条相互平行的第二直线条纹,所述第一直线条纹在所述第二表面上的投影与所述第二直线条纹形成大于0度的夹角。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一直线条纹沿垂直于所述第一表面的方向的厚度为2-20um,所述第二直线条纹沿垂直于所述第二表面的方向的厚度为2-20um。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一直线条纹沿平行于所述第一表面的方向的宽度为20-200um,所述第二直线条纹沿平行于所述第二表面的方向的宽度为20-200um。
  20. 根据权利要求17-19中任一项所述的纹理保护膜的制作方法,其特征在于,相邻两条所述第一直线条纹的间距为20-250um,相邻两条所述第二直线条纹的间距为20-250um。
