Abstract
【解決手段】基板上に形成され、凹凸パターンを有する樹脂層(140)と、前記凹凸パターンの突出部または凹入部に順に形成される金属膜(150)及び不透明膜(160)と、を含み、前記突出部または凹入部には光が透過する光透過部が形成されることを特徴とする立体感形成外装材及びその製造方法を提供する。

Claims (18)
- 基板上に形成され、凹凸パターンを有する樹脂層と、
前記凹凸パターンの突出部または凹入部に順に形成された金属膜及び不透明膜と、
を含み、
前記突出部または凹入部には、光が透過する光透過部が形成されたことを特徴とする立体感形成外装材。 - 前記金属膜及び不透明膜は、前記突出部または凹入部の中央へ行くほど厚さが増加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記光透過部は、前記突出部または凹入部の縁部に形成され、
前記金属膜、または前記金属膜及び不透明膜で形成された半透過部と、
前記金属膜及び不透明膜が形成されていない完全透過部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の立体感形成外装材。 - 前記金属膜の厚さは、1μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記不透明膜の厚さは、1μm〜15μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記金属膜は、アルミニウム(Al)ペースト及びニトロセルロース、カーボンブラック、ポリエステル樹脂、イソシアネート及び添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記不透明膜は、カーボンブラック及び変性アクリル、ポリエステル樹脂及び添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記突出部または凹入部は、深さが1μm〜100μmであり、ピッチが1μm〜300μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記基板は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルメタクリレートの中から選択された材料からなるフィルムまたはシートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記基板の下に、PSAで接着されたガラス層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- 前記樹脂層の平面部上に形成された不透明膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の立体感形成外装材。
- (a)基板上の樹脂層に凹凸パターンを形成する段階と、
(b)前記凹凸パターンの突出部または凹入部に金属ペーストまたはインキをコーティングして金属膜を形成する段階と、
(c)前記金属膜上に不透明膜を形成する段階と、
を含む立体感形成外装材の製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階は、
不透明インキをコーティングする、不透明フィルムまたはシートをラミネーティングする、または、不透明インキをコーティングした後にその上に不透明フィルムまたはシートをラミネーティングして、不透明膜を形成する段階であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。 - 前記(b)段階または(c)段階では、バーコーターまたはグラビアコーターを用いてコーディングすることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階または(c)段階では、
前記凹凸パターンの突出部にコーティングする場合、凹凸パターンを下に向かせてコーティングすることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。 - (d)前記樹脂層の平面部に不透明膜を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。
- 前記(d)段階は、
前記樹脂層の平面部にグラビアコーターを用いて不透明インキをコーティングする段階であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。 - (e)前記基板の下にPSAをコーティングする段階と、
(f)前記PSAの下にガラス層を接着する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の立体感形成外装材の製造方法。
