In the pallet 63 gripped by the pallet gripping frame 65 immediately above the first pallet storage unit 61, the second gripper 81 of the fastener supply and transport unit 80 grips and lifts the fasteners 212 one by one. In the present embodiment, since the second gripper 81 is a vacuum gripper, the fastener 212 is sucked and held by vacuum.
In the present embodiment, by using a vacuum gripper as the second gripper 81, the fastener 212 having a thickness including the engagement tooth can be reliably held regardless of the thickness. Note that the second gripper 81 is not limited to the vacuum gripper, and other types such as a needle gripper may be used depending on the type of the fastener 212.
The pallet gripping frame 65 can move along the X direction together with the pallet 63 to be gripped so that the fastener 212 to be gripped can be reached by the second gripper 81. For example, the pallet gripping frame 65 may move the pallet 63 to be gripped so that the fastener 212 to be gripped by the second gripper 81 is located immediately below the fastener supply / conveyance unit 80.
When gripping the fastener 212, the second gripper 81 rises together with the gripped fastener 212, moves along the Y direction to just above the second position P <b> 2, and moves down until reaching a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the top plate 12. Then, the fastener 212 is released so as to be placed at the second position P2. At the second position P2, the placket 211 held and held by the second pressing plate 91 and the second pressing plate 92 of the second feed portion 90 is placed, and the fastener 212 is placed on the placket 211. Is placed.
Since the second gripper 81 of the present embodiment is a vacuum gripper, the fastener 212 is released by stopping suction of the fastener 212 by vacuum.
