Abstract
The present invention is related to a hydraulic fluid mixture which provides remarkable improvement in reaction time of thermo-element as a result of mixing paraffin with graphene having a high thermal conductivity coefficient and has a homogenous distribution thanks to both boron's wetting effect which, occurring within paraffin, allows the mixture to sufficiently wet the graphene and graphene's nano particles structure, thus allows both heat transfer to increase through the heat transfer surface area and the improvement in the response time of thermo-elements to be sustainable through their lifetime. Graphene has remarkable higher thermal conductivity coefficient than the material added (such as graphite, expanded graphite and organic modified expanded graphite) within paraffin in known state of the art to provide improvement response time of thermo-elements. Besides, micro scale particle structures of mentioned graphite, expanded graphite and organic modified expanded graphite prevent said materials to compose homogeneous mixture within paraffin and this is resulted decomposition of added material from paraffin with time and so, the improvement provided thermo-element comprising hydraulic mixture composed with these materials decreases with time.
