Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine technique des communications, et concerne un procédé d'exploitation et de maintenance, un dispositif, un appareil serveur, et un support. Le procédé consiste : à déterminer, d'après chaque objet sous surveillance et des objets de surveillance passés de chaque opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance, un premier niveau de correspondance entre chaque objet sous surveillance et chaque opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance ; acquérir des premières informations de position de chaque objet sous surveillance et des secondes informations de position de chaque terminal d'exploitation et de maintenance, et déterminer un second niveau de correspondance entre chaque objet sous surveillance et chaque terminal d'exploitation et de maintenance ; déterminer, d'après le premier niveau de correspondance et le second niveau de correspondance, un niveau de correspondance absolue entre chaque objet sous surveillance et chaque opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance ; et déterminer, d'après le niveau de correspondance absolue, un opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance cible ayant le niveau de correspondance global le plus élevé par rapport à chaque objet sous surveillance, et envoyer lesdits objets au terminal d'exploitation et de maintenance de l'opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance cible afin d'exécuter une configuration de surveillance. L'invention permet de mettre en correspondance et d'attribuer automatiquement chaque objet sous surveillance à l'opérateur d'exploitation et de maintenance le mieux approprié, de sorte à améliorer l'efficacité de l'exploitation, de la maintenance et de la surveillance.
