通常自助服务为树型层级结构,即包括多个下级子菜单。电话终端接收下级子菜单显示指令后,通过二维平面子显示模块显示下级子菜单信息。下级子菜单显示指令包括但不限于触摸显示指令、按键显示指令、语音显示指令、图像显示指令等。例如,电话终端为带有触摸屏的智能手机,则可通过触摸操作进行预设信息浏览和打开二维平面子显示模块,操作方便。
从上述实施过程可以看出,相较于现有自助服务中的单一语音播报,本实施例通过文字、图像、视频等多种显示方式提供预设信息,用户不再需要将电话终端长时间放到耳边,仅需要看文字、图像、视频等即可快速获取信息,提高用户体验。
第二显示方式:
参考图3和图4,该显示方式以立体显示技术显示预设信息,显示过程包括:
T321、以文字、图片或视频形式通过3D立体显示模块显示预设信息,3D立体显示模块包括多个显示面,每个显示面都以文字、图片、视频或其结合形式显示预设信息。优选地,3D立体显示模块可采用四面体、六面体、多面体、球体、半球体等。作为选择,3D立体显示模块为拟物3D显示体,例如立体卡通形象、动物、植物、汽车、家电、家具等,以上拟物3D显示体均为立体物体,均可包含多个显示面和多个显示层级。
T322、将预设信息的不同内容分别显示在3D立体显示模块的不同显示面。可根据预设信息的信息分类、服务分类、功能分类、内容分类等标准设置每个显示面的显示内容。例如,某一显示面负责显示视频信息,某一显示面负责显示图片信息,某一显示面负责显示文件信息等。
T323、电话终端接收显示切换指令,3D立体显示模块根据显示切换指令进行旋转、缩放或切换显示面。显示切换指令包括但不限于触摸切换指令、按键切换指令、语音切换指令、图像切换指令等。例如对于带有触摸屏的智能手机,通过滑动操作即可旋转或切换显示面。例如,显示切换指令为旋转指令,3D立体显示模块根据该旋转指令完成对应方向和幅度的旋转;或显示切换指令为缩放指令,3D立体显示模块根据该缩放指令完成对应大小的调整。
通常自助服务为树型层级结构,即包括多个下级子菜单。所以本实施例在步骤T322之后还包括:
T324、接收下级子菜单显示指令,使用3D立体子显示模块显示接收到的下级子菜单信息。其中,3D立体显示模块包括多级3D立体子显示模块,3D立体子显示模块包括多个显示面,每个显示面以文字、图片或视频形式显示下级子菜单信息。下级子菜单显示指令包括触摸显示指令、按键显示指令、语音显示指令等。进一步,在完成阅读或操作后,接收返回上级菜单命令,从3D立体子显示模块返回至上一显示层级,上一显示层级可为3D立体显示模块或3D立体子显示模块。3D立体子显示模块的调整方式同3D立体显示模块,可参考上文,在此不再赘述。
可以理解,将上述第一显示方式和第二显示方式进行组合显示的,在不同显示层级分别使用二维平面显示模块或3D立体显示模块的,也属于本发明的保护范围。
本实施例通过二维平面显示模块或3D立体显示模块显示预设信息,可使用户快速获得信息内容,提高用户体验。
第二实施例
参考图5,自助服务过程往往是一个需要交互的过程,即需要用户进行一定的操作,例如选择操作、输入操作等,所以在第一实施例的基础上,本实施例的自助服务拨号方法在步骤T3之后还包括:
T4、电话终端接收操作指令,并发送操作指令至电话通信服务器。操作指令包括但不限于触摸操作指令、按键操作指令、语音操作指令、图像操作指令等,电话通信服务器中存储有操作指令与预设信息的对应关系。例如,对于具有触摸屏的智能手机,显示界面显示多条预设信息,用户选择某条预设信息时,仅需要触摸该条预设信息即可产生对应的操作指令。
T5、接收与操作指令对应的预设信息。电话通信服务器根据操作指令与预设信息的对应关系进行查找,将与操作指令对应的预设信息下发至电话终端,电话终端接收并进行显示与操作指令对应的预设信息。
进一步,在自助服务过程,还需要用户输入账号、密码、验证码等信息,所以本实施例还包括:
T6、电话终端接收用户输入信息,并发送用户输入信息至电话通信服务器。用户输入信息包括但不限于文字信息、图像信息、视频信息、音频信息、生物特征信息等。电话终端通过调用输入法输入文字信息,电话终端通过调用摄像头获取图像信息,电话终端通过摄像头和麦克风获取视频信息,电话终端通过麦克风输入音频信息,电话终端通过指纹采集模块获取指纹信息,电话终端通过虹膜识别模块获取虹膜信息,电话终端通过NFC近场通信模块读取外置卡片或设备信息等。
电话通信服务器中存储有与用户输入信息对应的预设信息,或者电话通信服务器包括用于存储用户输入信息的存储器。
本实施例中电话终端通过获取用户的操作指令和用户输入信息,并将操作指令和用户输入信息发送至电话通信服务器,实现自主服务的交互,从而丰富交互内容,提高用户体验。
第三实施例
参考图6,本实施例的自助服务拨号方法应用于电话通信服务器,电话通信服务器为电信运营商提供的服务器或自主服务方提供的服务器。该方法包括下述步骤:
S1、电话通信服务器接收拨号请求,拨号请求中包括电话号码。电话终端根据服务商的电话号码发出拨号请求,该拨号请求发送至电话通信服务器,电话通信服务器中存储提供服务的所有预设信息、拨号请求与预设信息的对应关系、以及操作指令与预设信息的对应关系。
S2、电话通信服务器查找与拨号请求对应的预设信息,并根据电话号码下发预设信息,预设信息用于通过显示屏显示。电话通信服务器根据拨号请求与预设信息的对应关系查找对应的预设信息,并将预设信息下发至电话终端。电话终端接收电话通信服务器下发的预设信息。预设信息包括但不限于文字信息、图片信息、视频信息中的一种或几种的组合。从上述实施过程可以看出,相较于现有自助服务中的单一语音播报,本实施例通过文字、图像、视频等多种显示方式提供预设信息,用户不再需要将电话终端长时间放到耳边,仅需要看文字、图像、视频等即可快速获取信息,提高用户体验。
S3、电话通信服务器接收操作命令。电话终端接收操作指令,并发送操作指令至电话通信服务器。操作指令包括但不限于触摸操作指令、按键操作指令、语音操作指令、图像操作指令等,电话通信服务器中存储有操作指令与预设信息的对应关系。例如,对于具有触摸屏的智能手机,显示界面显示多条预设信息,用户选择某条预设信息时,仅需要触摸该条预设信息即可产生对应的操作指令。
S4、查找与操作命令对应的预设信息,并下发预设信息。电话通信服务器根据操作指令与预设信息的对应关系进行查找,将与操作指令对应的预设信息下发至电话终端,电话终端接收并进行显示与操作指令对应的预设信息。
作为选择,本实施例的自助服务拨号方法在步骤S3之后步骤S4之前,还包括:
S341、判断操作命令是否与预设操作指令匹配。
S342、若操作命令与预设操作指令匹配,则执行步骤S4。
S343、若操作命令与预设操作指令不匹配,则下发提示信息,提示用户进行重新输入。
第四实施例
参考图7,自助服务过程往往是一个需要交互的过程,即需要用户进行一定的操作,例如选择操作、输入操作等,所以在第三实施例的基础上,本实施例的自助服务拨号方法在步骤S2之后还包括:
S5、接收用户输入信息,并存储用户输入信息。用户输入信息包括但不限于文字信息、图像信息、视频信息、音频信息、生物特征信息等。电话终端通过调用输入法输入文字信息,电话终端通过调用摄像头获取图像信息,电话终端通过摄像头和麦克风获取视频信息,电话终端通过麦克风输入音频信息,电话终端通过指纹采集模块获取指纹信息,电话终端通过虹膜识别模块获取虹膜信息,电话终端通过NFC近场通信模块读取外置卡片或设备信息等。
电话通信服务器中存储有与用户输入信息对应的预设信息,或者电话通信服务器包括用于存储用户输入信息的存储器。
作为选择,在步骤S5之后还包括:
S51、判断输入信息是否与预设输入信息匹配。
S52、若输入信息与预设输入信息匹配,则存储用户输入信息。
S53、若输入信息与预设输入信息不匹配,则下发提示信息,提示用户进行重新输入。
本实施例中电话终端通过获取用户的操作指令和用户输入信息,并将操作指令和用户输入信息发送至电话通信服务器,实现自主服务的交互,从而丰富交互内容,提高用户体验。
通过实施本发明,将传统的仅接收音频信息改进为接收文字、图片、视频等显示信息,从而实现从听到看的转变,大大提高用户获取信息的速度,节约用户时间,提高用户体验。
以上实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据此实施,并不能限制本发明的保护范围。凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自助服务拨号方法,应用于电话终端,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
    T1、发出拨号请求,所述拨号请求中包括电话号码;
    T2、接收与所述拨号请求对应的预设信息;
    T3、显示所述预设信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤T3之后还包括:
    T4、接收操作指令,并发送所述操作指令;所述操作指令包括触摸操作指令、按键操作指令、语音操作指令、图像操作指令中的至少一种;
    T5、接收与所述操作指令对应的预设信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,所述步骤T3包括:
    T311、以文字、图片或视频形式通过二维平面显示模块显示所述预设信息;
    T312、若所述预设信息的显示内容大于单个所述二维平面显示模块的显示内容,则分页显示所述预设信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,所述步骤T3包括:
    T321、以文字、图片或视频形式通过3D立体显示模块显示所述预设信息,所述3D立体显示模块包括多个显示面;
    T322、将所述预设信息的不同内容分别显示在所述3D立体显示模块的不同显示面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤T322之后还包括:
    T323、接收显示切换指令,所述3D立体显示模块根据所述显示切换指令进行旋转或切换显示面;
    所述显示切换指令包括触摸切换指令、按键切换指令、语音切换指令、图像切换指令中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤T322之后还包括:
    T324、接收下级子菜单显示指令,使用3D立体子显示模块显示接收到的下级子菜单信息;
    其中,所述3D立体显示模块包括多级所述3D立体子显示模块,所述3D立体子显示模块包括多个显示面,每个显示面以文字、图片或视频形式显示所述下级子菜单信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤T3之后还包括:
    T6、接收用户输入信息,并发送所述用户输入信息;所述用户输入信息包括文字信息、图像信息、视频信息、音频信息、生物特征信息中的至少一种。
  8. 一种自助服务拨号方法,应用于电话通信服务器,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
    S1、接收拨号请求,所述拨号请求中包括电话号码;
    S2、查找与所述拨号请求对应的预设信息,并根据所述电话号码下发所述预设信息,所述预设信息用于通过显示屏显示;
    S3、接收操作命令;
    S4、查找与所述操作命令对应的预设信息,并下发所述预设信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2之后还包括:
    S5、接收用户输入信息,并存储所述用户输入信息;所述用户输入信息包括文字信息、图像信息、视频信息、音频信息、生物特征信息中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自助服务拨号方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S3之后所述步骤S4之前,还包括:
    S341、判断所述操作命令是否与预设操作指令匹配;
    S342、若是,则执行所述步骤S4;S343、若否,则下发提示信息;
    或者在所述步骤S5之后还包括:
    S51、判断所述输入信息是否与预设输入信息匹配;
    S52、若是,则存储所述用户输入信息;S53、若否,则下发提示信息。
