本发明涉及一种用于汽车密封件上的植绒带,具体涉及一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车在中国社会和家庭中的逐渐普及,汽车使用过程中如何对出现的机械故障进行诊断找出原因并给予适当的处理就显得非常重要,各种机械故障的出现会对汽车行驶安全和使用效率产生重大影响,严重时会对驾驶员及他人的人身和财产安全构成严重威胁,因此无论对于维修人员还是驾驶员来说,对汽车机械故障出现的原因进行正确分析和诊断就显得非常重要,有助于提升汽车使用的安全性和效率,更好的满足生产生活的需要。
声响异常是一种比较常见的汽车机械故障,出现这种故障时汽车驾驶人能够听到发动机发出沉闷或尖锐的响声,或者其他部件因为非正常摩擦而发出顿挫声,这种异常声响有时会以一定的频率或间隔时间交替出现,或者没有任何规律间歇性地出现。
据统计约70%的汽车机械故障都会表现出一定的异响,因此通过倾听的方法对汽车机械故障进行诊断非常实用,随着汽车使用时间的延长和机械零部件磨损的加快,在汽车制动工作时由于零部件契合之间的间隙加大,使得工作时经常出现异响,通过倾听汽车的异响可以判定汽车转动是否平衡,通过对异响发生时的特征诸如是否连续、是否存在规律、是否间歇性发生等,就可以基本判定故障发生的部位。
一般地,如汽车玻璃的导槽、汽车门框、汽车尾箱或汽车天窗等各个部位都是会发生异响之处。为了解决异响,一般的解决办法都是采用塑料或者橡胶的密封条或海绵条填充在间隙中来减少汽车的异响。但是,减少不等于消除。 在汽车行驶的过程中,这种动态的异响仍然会发生,仅仅凭密封条或海绵条无法更好地解决问题。
目前已有意识以植绒绒毛层作为密封条的耐磨涂层,但是此植绒绒毛层与位于该植绒绒毛层上的汽车窗户玻璃的接触仍然不够紧密,尤其是在汽车运行过程,汽车窗户玻璃在升降状态下的震动仍然使汽车发生异响。
发明内容
究其原因在于植绒绒毛层本身不具有良好的附着力和耐磨性,使其在与汽车窗户玻璃接触的过程中,无法抵御汽车窗户玻璃在升降状态下的震动,导致汽车窗户玻璃在升降震动过程中与植绒绒毛层产生摩擦滑动,异响随之产生。
静电植绒是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性,使绒毛带上负电荷,把需要植绒的物体放在零电位或接地条件下,绒毛受到异电位的被植绒物体吸引,呈垂直状加速飞升到被植绒物体表面上,由于被植绒物体涂有胶粘剂,绒毛就被垂直粘在被植物体上,因此静电植绒是利用电荷的自然特性产生的工艺。
本发明的目的在于提供一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其能够解决汽车窗户玻璃升降状态下发生的异响问题。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其包括植绒膜、植绒胶水、绒毛和植绒涂料,所述植绒胶水辊涂或喷涂在所述植绒膜上形成植绒胶水层,利用静电室高压静电将所述绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上,所述植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在所述绒毛上形成植绒涂层,所述植绒涂层包括氟硅改性水性聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液、有机钼、有机硅、固化剂和溶剂。
在本发明技术方案中,利用静电室高压静电将所述绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上即是一种静电植绒工艺,静电植绒可以使绒毛竖立***在胶水上,竖立***的绒毛可以全面地辊涂或喷涂植绒涂料形成植绒涂层。
在植绒涂层中,氟硅改性水性聚氨酯树脂具有粘接力,也能够提高耐磨性能,提供绒毛的憎水性;聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液的作用在于增加粘接力,提升牢度;有机钼的作用在于提供产品柔顺手感及滑感;有机硅的作用在于调节产 品摩擦系数,提高耐磨性能,溶剂起到溶解和稀释的作用;固化剂起到交联固化的作用。
从而,本植绒涂层具有较好的粘接力,一方面使涂料可以牢固地附着在绒毛上,另一方面也可以牢固地附着在玻璃上;又由于具有较高的耐磨性能,从而可以在汽车玻璃升降过程中,附着在玻璃上的植绒涂层可以承受玻璃与硅氟树脂之间的内部的分子间的摩擦,解决汽车窗户玻璃升降状态下发生的异响问题。
氟硅改性水性聚氨酯树脂是包含有机硅或有机氟单体改性或共混改性的聚氨酯树脂。
聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液,可以市售获得,例如羟基聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液D52。
有机钼是包含有机钼单体及有机钼聚合物;有机硅是包含有机硅单体及有机硅聚合物。
固化剂优选异氰酸酯。
溶剂是包含但不限于为醇醚类溶剂或水。
进一步地,所述植绒涂层还包括消泡剂。消泡剂优选高分子聚硅氧烷聚合物消泡剂,可以市售获得。例如迪高TEGO825消泡剂。消泡剂的作用在于消除分散过程中的泡沫。
为更好地发挥植绒涂层作用,该植绒涂层包括如下重量比的组分:

将上述组分混合均匀即可制备出植绒涂料,植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在绒毛上形成植绒涂层。
植绒膜作为涂布基材,是静电植绒的基布。在植绒膜的材料选择上,所述植绒膜可优选为TPV、PVC、TPE植绒膜中的一种或多种混合。
所述植绒胶水用于粘接绒毛在涂布基材上,可优选为PU水基植绒胶水。PU水基植绒胶水属于水性粘接剂,例如可包含改性水性聚氨酯乳液、丙烯酸乳液、水性环氧树脂,其具有环保无毒、耐水性能好、粘接牢固、耐水洗等功能。PU水基植绒胶水可以从市面上直接获得。
所述绒毛可优选为PET或PA绒毛。PET绒毛即涤纶绒毛;PA绒毛即尼龙绒毛。PET或PA绒毛具有较好的耐磨性。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述方案的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法。
一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将植绒胶水用辊涂或喷涂的方式涂布在植绒膜上;
(2)利用静电室高压静电将绒毛植入植绒胶水层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;出烘道后经过收卷得到半成品植绒带;
(3)然后把半成品植绒带再放进放卷台喷涂或辊涂已经调配好的植绒涂层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化。
进一步地,还包括步骤(4)出烘道后经过收卷、分切、精切、再收卷包装。
本发明的有益效果在于:
将本发明植绒带安装于汽车玻璃的导槽上,在汽车运行的过程中,对响度进行测试,测试结果均为<3SONE(宋),解决了汽车窗户玻璃升降状态下发生的异响问题,而且植绒涂层具有柔顺手感和滑感。
本发明植绒带适用于汽车橡胶密封条表面植绒领域,包含但不仅限于汽车玻璃密封条、海绵条表面植绒。
具体实施方式
下面结合优选的实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但是本发明要求的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其包括TPV植绒膜、PU水基植绒胶水、PET绒毛和植绒涂料,PU水基植绒胶水辊涂或喷涂在TPV植绒膜上形成植绒胶水层,利用静电室高压静电将PET绒毛绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上,植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在PET绒毛上形成植绒涂层,植绒涂层包括如下重量比的组分:

该疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法如下:
(1)将PU水基植绒胶水用辊涂或喷涂的方式涂布在TPV植绒膜上;
(2)利用静电室高压静电将PET绒毛植入植绒胶水层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;出烘道后经过收卷得到半成品植绒带;
(3)然后把植绒带再放进放卷台喷涂或辊涂已经按工艺调配好的植绒涂层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;
(4)出烘道后经过收卷、分切、精切、再收卷包装的工艺,得到植绒带。
实施例2
一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其包括TPV/PVC植绒膜、PU水基植绒胶水、PET绒毛和植绒涂料,PU水基植绒胶水辊涂或喷涂在TPV/PVC植绒膜上形成植绒胶水层,利用静电室高压静电将PET绒毛绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上,植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在PET绒毛上形成植绒涂层,植绒涂层包括如下重量比的组分:

该疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法如下:
(1)将PU水基植绒胶水用辊涂或喷涂的方式涂布在TPV/PVC植绒膜上;
(2)利用静电室高压静电将PET绒毛植入植绒胶水层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;出烘道后经过收卷得到半成品植绒带;
(3)然后把植绒带再放进放卷台喷涂或辊涂已经按工艺调配好的植绒涂层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;
(4)出烘道后经过收卷、分切、精切、再收卷包装的工艺,得到植绒带。
实施例3
一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其包括TPV/PVC/TPE植绒膜、PU水基植绒胶水、PA绒毛和植绒涂料,PU水基植绒胶水辊涂或喷涂在TPV/PVC/TPE植绒膜上形成植绒胶水层,利用静电室高压静电将PA绒毛绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上,植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在PA绒毛上形成植绒涂层,植绒涂层包括如下重量比的组分:

该疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法如下:
(1)将PU水基植绒胶水用辊涂或喷涂的方式涂布在TPV/PVC/TPE植绒膜上;
(2)利用静电室高压静电将PA绒毛植入植绒胶水层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;出烘道后经过收卷得到半成品植绒带;
(3)然后把植绒带再放进放卷台喷涂或辊涂已经按工艺调配好的植绒涂层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;
(4)出烘道后经过收卷、分切、精切、再收卷包装的工艺,得到植绒带。
将以上实施例1-3制得的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,安装于汽车玻璃的导槽上,对汽车在运动状态下,汽车窗户玻璃升降状态下发生的响度进行测试,测试结果均为<3SONE(宋),而且植绒涂层具有柔顺手感和滑感。
从而本发明疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,能够解决汽车窗户玻璃升降状态下发生的异响问题,而且植绒涂层具有柔顺手感和滑感。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,其包括植绒膜、植绒胶水、绒毛和植绒涂料,所述植绒胶水辊涂或喷涂在所述植绒膜上形成植绒胶水层,利用静电室高压静电将所述绒毛植入在植绒胶水层上,所述植绒涂料辊涂或喷涂在所述绒毛上形成植绒涂层,所述植绒涂层包括氟硅改性水性聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液、有机钼、有机硅、固化剂和溶剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述植绒涂层还包括消泡剂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述植绒涂层包括如下重量比的组分:

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯;所述溶剂为醇醚类溶剂或水。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为高分子聚硅氧烷聚合物消泡剂。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述植绒膜为TPV、PVC、TPE植绒膜中的一种或多种混合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述植绒胶水为PU水基植绒胶水。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带,其特征在于,所述绒毛为PET或PA绒毛。
  9. 一种权利要求1所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (1)将植绒胶水用辊涂或喷涂的方式涂布在植绒膜上;
    (2)利用静电室高压静电将绒毛植入植绒胶水层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化;出烘道后经过收卷得到半成品植绒带;
    (3)然后把半成品植绒带再放进放卷台喷涂或辊涂已经调配好的植绒涂层,进入烘道进行烘烤固化。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的疏水型汽车密封条植绒带的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤(4)出烘道后经过收卷、分切、精切、再收卷包装。
