Description

用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车辅助设备技术方面,特别涉及用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构。
背景技术
如今,汽车成为交通运输的一种重要工具,但是,汽车在车辆承重状态下,在转弯行驶时,由于离心力的作用,会使车身,车厢产生向一侧倾斜的现象,严重时甚至造成侧翻的危险。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构,包括车辆本体、车架以及设置在车架上的两端的弹簧支架,车辆本体设置在车架上,弹簧支架两侧分别设置了左固定柱和右固定柱,车架上设置有滑轮组,左固定柱上端设置有第一缓冲绳绕过滑轮组与右固定柱下端连接,左固定柱的下端设置有第二缓冲绳绕过滑轮组与右固定柱上端连接。
由此,在车辆转弯或行驶至颠簸路段,车辆有可能发生侧翻的危险,当车辆发生侧翻时,本方案中的用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构通过设置有缓冲绳以及滑轮组可以防止车辆发生侧翻,并且使车辆回复平衡状态。
在一些实施方式中,车架设置有防脱弹簧组分别与第一、第二缓冲绳连接。
由此,车辆发生倾斜侧翻时,第一、第二缓冲绳有可能会脱离滑轮组导致本结构无法实施防侧翻功能,防脱弹簧正式针对于此,防脱弹簧可以防止第一、第二缓冲绳脱离滑轮组,保证本结构能实施防侧翻功能。
在一些实施方式中,滑轮组包括左上滑轮、左下滑轮、右上滑轮以及右下滑轮,第一缓冲绳依次绕过左下滑轮、右上滑轮连接至右固定柱下端,第二缓冲绳依次绕过左上滑轮、右下滑轮连接至右固定柱上端。
由此,滑轮组包括四个滑轮,由该滑轮组改变力的方向,使本方案中用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构实现防侧翻功能。
在一些实施方式中,第一缓冲绳包括第一承力绳以及设置在第一承力绳中间的第一缓冲装置,第二缓冲绳包括第二承力绳以及设置在第二承力绳中间的第二缓冲装置。
由此,缓冲装置在车辆发生侧翻时,其中一个会处于拉伸状态,缓冲装置的拉力会使倾斜的车辆恢复平衡状态。
在一些实施方式中,第一、第二承力绳为钢丝绳。
由此,由钢丝绳作为第一、第二承力绳,钢丝绳索具具有强度高、自重轻、工作平稳、不易骤然整根折断等特点。
在一些实施方式中,第一承力绳、第二承力绳的表面涂有润滑油。
由此,第一承力绳、第二承力绳的表面涂油润滑油,使得第一、第二承力绳在拉扯时,不易损毁,且带有润滑作用。
在一些实施方式中,第一、二缓冲装置为缓冲弹簧弹簧。

在一些实施方式中,缓冲弹簧外表面套设有弹簧套筒。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构,包括车辆本体1、车架3以及设置在车架3上的两端的弹簧支架2,车辆本体1设置在车架3上端,两端弹簧支架2分别设置了左固定柱41和右固定柱42,车架3上设置有滑轮组5,左固定柱41的上端设置有第一缓冲绳61绕过滑轮组5与右固定柱42下端连接,左固定柱41的下端设置有第二缓冲绳62绕过滑轮组5与右固定柱42上端连接。
由此,在车辆转弯或行驶至颠簸路段,车辆有可能发生侧翻的危险,当车辆发生侧翻时,本方案中的用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构通过设置有 第一、第二缓冲绳61、62以及滑轮组5可以防止车辆发生侧翻,并且使车辆回复平衡状态。
此外,车架3设置有防脱弹簧组7分别与第一、第二缓冲绳连接61、62。
由此,车辆发生倾斜侧翻时,第一、第二缓冲绳61、62有可能会脱离滑轮组2导致本结构无法实施防侧翻功能,防脱弹簧7正式针对于此,防脱弹簧7可以防止第一、第二缓冲绳61、62脱离滑轮组,保证本结构能实施防侧翻功能。
此外,滑轮组5包括左上滑轮51、左下滑轮52、右上滑轮53以及右下滑轮54,第一缓冲绳61从左固定柱41上端依次绕过左下滑轮52、右上滑轮53连接至右固定柱42下端,第二缓冲绳62从左固定柱41下端依次绕过左上滑轮51、右下滑轮54连接至右固定柱42上端。
由此,滑轮组5包括四个滑轮,由该滑轮组5改变力的方向,使本方案中用于车辆的防倾斜再平衡结构实现防侧翻功能。
此外,第一缓冲绳61包括第一承力绳612以及设置在第一承力绳612中间的第一缓冲装置611,第二缓冲绳62包括第二承力绳622以及设置在第二承力绳622中间的第二缓冲装置621。
由此,缓冲装置在车辆发生侧翻时,其中一个会处于拉伸状态,缓冲装置的拉力会使倾斜的车辆恢复平衡状态。
此外,第一、第二承力绳612、622均为钢丝绳。
由此,由钢丝绳作为第一、第二承力绳612、622,钢丝绳索具具有强度高、自重轻、工作平稳、不易骤然整根折断等特点。

具体使用方法:如图1和图4所示,以车辆发生右倾斜为例,当车辆在平衡状态时,第一、第二缓冲绳61、62处于静止状态;当车辆发生右倾斜时,左上、下滑轮51、52向上方移动,右上、下滑轮53、54向下方移动,第一缓冲绳61变长,第一缓冲装置611处于拉伸状态,处于拉伸状态 的第一缓冲装置611拥有反作用力,反作用会使得倾斜的车辆恢复平衡状态;在右倾斜的过程的,第二缓冲绳62长度不变,第一缓冲弹簧62处于力平衡状态,但是左下滑轮52、右上滑轮53与支点位置的距离变短,处于平衡状态的第一缓冲弹簧62总长度大于该距离与左下滑轮52、右上滑轮53之间距离的总和,第二缓冲绳62有可能会发生脱落,这时,防脱弹簧7可以防止第二缓冲绳61脱离滑轮组5。
在倾斜的状态下、第一、第二缓冲绳61、62会处于拉扯状态,第一、第二缓冲绳61、62在滑轮组5滑动会产生摩擦力,第一、第二缓冲绳61、62上涂有润滑油,可以减少该过程产生的摩擦力。
在车辆承重状态下,在转弯行驶时,由于离心力的作用,会使车身,车厢产生向一侧倾斜的现象,严重时甚至造成侧翻的危险,本结构能在车辆发生侧翻征兆前,让汽车防止侧翻并恢复平衡状态。
本结构可随意组合用于车辆的其他平衡装置,例如:前后平衡。
