为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。
实施例一
如图1所示,一种空调器的新风调节***,空调器包括压缩机1,新风调节***包括新风换热器2。新风换热器2的两端分别与压缩机1的吸气口和排气口相连,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够进入新风换热器2,并与流经新风换热器2的气流进行热交换后流回压缩机1。采用这样的技术方案,可直接利用空调器本身的压缩机1实现新风***对气流的调节目的,相对于现有技术来说不需要增设新的压缩机,因此能够节约制作成本,降低开发门槛,有利于新风***普及,同时只需对一个压缩机1进行控制,控制方式比较简单。再具体制作时,新风换热器2可设置在流经空调器的气流路径上,例如将新风换热器2设置在空调器的入风口上,以使新风换热器2对流经空调器的空气温度或湿度进行调节。
进一步地,如图2所示,图中箭头指向为冷媒的流向,其中空心箭头表示冷媒从压缩机1中流出方向,实心箭头表示冷媒向压缩机1回流方向,空调器包括室外换热器3,新风换热器2通过室外换热器3与压缩 机1的排气口相连,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够流经室外换热器3换热后,再进入新风换热器2中。这样从压缩机1排出的冷媒能够先通过室外换热器3换热,使冷媒降低温度后再进入新风换热器2中,此时压缩机1排出的全部冷媒,均通过室外换热器3进入新风换热器2中,因此能够使新风换热器2表面的温度变得很低,以实现对流经新风换热器2的气流进行除湿,此时该空调器的新风调节***为除湿模式,空调***处于吹风模式下。
具体地,如图2中所示,还包括第一阀门5,第一阀门5具有第一通道,室外换热器3通过第一阀门5的第一通道与压缩机1的排气口相连,以通过第一阀门5对进入室外换热器3的冷媒进行节流。进一步地,第一阀门具有与第一通道分隔的第二通道,新风换热器2通过第一阀门5的第二通道与压缩机1的吸气口相连,此时第一阀门5可以为四通阀,以实现冷媒从新风换热器2至压缩机1和冷媒从压缩机1至室外换热器3的两路流通。需要说明的是第一阀门5并不仅限于为四通阀,也可以是其他能够实现发明目的的设备。
实施例二
本实施例中对空调空调***在制冷工作模式下冷媒的两种可选的流向方式进行介绍:
冷媒的第一种流向方式
此种方式是对实施例一的进一步拓展,如图3所示,图中箭头指向为冷媒的流向,其中空心箭头表示冷媒从压缩机1中流出方向,实心箭头表示冷媒向压缩机1回流方向,空调器包括室内换热器4,室内换热器4的两端分别与室外换热器3和压缩机1的吸气口相连,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够进入流经室外换热器3换热后,通过室内换热器4流回压缩机1。 在实际工作时,压缩机1排出冷媒能够进入流经室外换热器3换热后,分成两路,一路通过室内换热器4流回压缩机1,另一路通过新风换热器2流回压缩机1,需要说明的是此时空调器处于制冷工作状态,即该空调器处于制冷工作模式。采用这样的技术方案压缩机1排出冷媒只有部分通过新风换热器2流回压缩机1,此时新风换热器2表面的温度虽然较低,但是高于第一种方式中新风换热器2表面的温度,这样能够达到对流经新风换热器2的气流的温度调节(冷却)的目的。
具体地,如图3中所示,还包括第二阀门6,第二阀门6具有第三通道,室外换热器3通过第二阀门6的第三通道与压缩机1的排气口相连,以通过第二阀门6对从压缩机1流向室外换热器3的冷媒进行节流。进一步地,第二阀门6具有与第三通道分隔的第四通道,室内换热器4通过第二阀门6的第四通道与压缩机1的吸气口相连,这样可以通过第二阀门6控制室内换热器4中冷媒流量的大小。此时新风换热器2通过第一阀门5与压缩机1的吸气口相连,已通过第以阀门5控制新风换热器4中冷媒流量的大小。通过第一阀门5和第二阀门6的配合作用,实现对新风换热器2表面温度的精确控制,以适应实际使用要求。其中第二阀门6可以为四通阀,以实现冷媒从室内换热器4至压缩机1和冷媒从压缩机1至室外换热器3的两路流通。需要说明的是第二阀门6并不仅限于为四通阀,也可以是其他能够实现发明目的的设备。
冷媒的第二种流向方式
本方式是对冷媒的第二种流向方式的改进,如图4所示,图中箭头指向为冷媒的流向,其中空心箭头表示冷媒从压缩机1中流出方向,实心箭头表示冷媒向压缩机1回流方向,还包括第二阀门6,新风换热器2和室内换热器4均通过第二阀门6与压缩机1的吸气口相连。其中,第二阀门6为三通阀,但并不仅限于此,也可以为其他任意可以实现发明 目的的设备。进一步地,还包括第一阀门5,第一阀门5具有第一通道,室外换热器3通过第一阀门5的第一通道与压缩机1的排气口相连,以通过第一阀门5对流向室外换热器3的冷媒进行节流。此时第一阀门5还具有与第一通道分隔的第二通道,第二阀门6可通过第一阀门5的第二通道与压缩机1的吸气口相连,第一阀门5可以为四通阀,但并不仅限于此,也可以是其他可实现发明目的的设备。
实施例三
本实施例中的空调器的新风调节***如图1所示,空调器包括压缩机1,新风调节***包括新风换热器2。新风换热器2的两端分别与压缩机1的吸气口和排气口连接,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够进入新风换热器2,并与流经新风换热器2的气流进行热交换后流回压缩机1。
本实施例中对空调***在制热工作模式下冷媒的两种可选的流向方式进行介绍:
冷媒的第一种流向方式
如图5所示,图中箭头指向为冷媒的流向,其中空心箭头表示冷媒从压缩机1中流出方向,实心箭头表示冷媒向压缩机1回流方向,空调器包括室外换热器3,新风换热器2通过室外换热器3与压缩机1的吸气口相连,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够流经新风换热器2换热后,再通过室外换热器3流回压缩机1。这样从压缩机1排出的高温冷媒能够先通过新风换热器2换热,后再进入室外换热器3中,此时压缩机1排出的全部冷媒,均进入新风换热器2中,因此能够使新风换热器2表面的温度变得很高,以实现对流经新风换热器2的气流加热。需要说明的是此时空调器处于制热工作状态,即该空调器处于制热工作模式。
具体地,如图5所示,还包括第一阀门5;第一阀门5具有第一通道, 新风换热器2通过第一阀门5的第一通道与压缩机1的排气口相连,以通过第一阀门5对进入新风换热器2的冷媒进行节流。进一步地,第一阀门5具有与第一通道分隔的第二通道,室外换热器3可通过第一阀门5的第二通道与压缩机1的吸气口相连。此时,第一阀门5为四通阀,以实现冷媒从室外换热器3至压缩机1和冷媒从压缩机1至新风换热器2的两路流通。需要说明的是第一阀门5并不仅限于为四通阀,也可以是其他能够实现发明目的的设备。
进一步地,如图5中所示,空调器包括室内换热器4,室内换热器4的两端分别与室外换热器3和压缩机1的排气口相连,使压缩机1排出冷媒能够流经室内换热器4换热后,通过室外换热器3流回压缩机1。这样压缩机1排出冷媒能够分成两路,一路流经室内换热器4进入室外换热器3,另一路流经新风换热器2流回室外换热器3,需要说明的是此时空调器处于制热工作状态,采用这样的技术方案压缩机1排出冷媒只有部分通过新风换热器2流向室外换热器3,此时新风换热器2表面的温度虽然较高,但是低于第一种方式中新风换热器2表面的温度,这样能够达到对流经新风换热器2的气流的温度调节(加热)的目的。
具体地,如图5中所示,还包括第二阀门6,室内换热器4通过第二阀门6与压缩机1的排气口相连,以通过第二阀门6对从压缩机1流向室内换热器4的冷媒进行节流,同时可通过热器通过第一阀门5和第二阀门6的配合作用,实现对新风换热器2表面温度的精确控制,以适应实际使用要求。
冷媒的第二种流向方式
本方式是对冷媒的第一种流向方式的改进,如图6所示,图中箭头指向为冷媒的流向,其中空心箭头表示冷媒从压缩机1中流出方向,实心箭头表示冷媒向压缩机1回流方向,还包括第二阀门6,新风换热器2 和室内换热器4均通过第二阀门6与压缩机1的排气口相连。其中,第二阀门6为三通阀。但并不仅限于此,也可以为其他任意可以实现发明目的的设备。进一步地,还包括第一阀门5,第一阀门5具有第一通道,第二阀门6通过第一阀门5的第一通道与压缩机1的排气口相连。此时第一阀门5可以具有与第一通道分隔的第二通道,室外换热器3通过第一阀门5的第二通道与压缩机1的吸气口相连。第一阀门5可以是四通阀但并不限于此,也可以是其他任意可实现发明目的的设备。
本发明又一方面提供一种空调器,包括如以上任意实施例中所描述的空调器的新风调节***。
以上实施例使本发明具有设计合理、结构简单,而且能够节约制作成本,降低开发门槛,有利于新风***普及的优点。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种空调器的新风调节***,所述空调器包括压缩机(1),其特征在于:
    所述新风调节***包括新风换热器(2);
    所述新风换热器(2)的两端分别与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口和排气口相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述空调器包括室外换热器(3),所述新风换热器(2)通过所述室外换热器(3)与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连,使所述压缩机(1)排出冷媒能够流经所述室外换热器(3)换热后,再进入所述新风换热器(2)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第一阀门(5);
    所述第一阀门(5)具有第一通道,所述室外换热器(3)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第一通道与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述第一阀门(5)具有与所述第一通道分隔的第二通道,所述新风换热器(2)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第二通道与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述空调器包括室内换热器(4);
    所述室内换热器(4)的两端分别与所述室外换热器(3)和所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连,使所述压缩机(1)排出冷媒能够进入流经所述室外换热器(3)换热后,通过所述室内换热器(4)流回所述压缩机(1)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第二阀门(6);
    所述第二阀门(6)具有第三通道,所述室外换热器(3)通过所述第二阀门(6)的所述第三通道与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述第二阀门(6)具有与所述第三通道分隔的第四通道,所述室内换热器(4)通过所述第二阀门(6)的所述第四通道与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第一阀门(5);
    所述新风换热器(2)通过所述第一阀门(5)与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第二阀门(6);
    所述新风换热器(2)和所述室内换热器(4)均通过所述第二阀门(6)与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第一阀门(5);
    所述第一阀门(5)具有第一通道,所述室外换热器(3)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第一通道与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述第一阀门(5)具有与所述第一通道分隔的第二通道,所述第二阀门(6)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第二通道与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述空调器包括室外换热器(3),所述新风换热器(2)通过所述 室外换热器(3)与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连,使所述压缩机(1)排出冷媒能够流经所述新风换热器(2)换热后,再通过所述室外换热器(3)流回所述压缩机(1)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第一阀门(5);
    所述第一阀门(5)具有第一通道,所述新风换热器(2)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第一通道与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述第一阀门(5)具有与所述第一通道分隔的第二通道,所述室外换热器(3)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第二通道与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述空调器包括室内换热器(4);
    所述室内换热器(4)的两端分别与所述室外换热器(3)和所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连,使所述压缩机(1)排出冷媒能够流经所述室内换热器(4)换热后,通过所述室外换热器(3)流回所述压缩机(1)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第二阀门(6);
    所述室内换热器(4)通过所述第二阀门(6)与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第二阀门(6);
    所述新风换热器(2)和所述室内换热器(4)均通过所述第二阀门(6)与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    还包括第一阀门(5);
    所述第一阀门(5)具有第一通道,所述第二阀门(6)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第一通道与所述压缩机(1)的排气口相连。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述第一阀门(5)具有与所述第一通道分隔的第二通道,所述室外换热器(3)通过所述第一阀门(5)的所述第二通道与所述压缩机(1)的吸气口相连。
  20. 根据权利要求1至19任意一项所述的新风调节***,其特征在于:
    所述新风换热器(2)设置在流经所述空调器的气流路径上。
  21. 一种空调器,其特征在于:
    包括权利要求1至20任意一项所述的空调器的新风调节***。
