因此,有必要提供一种解决方案,可让上述手写笔既可仅在手写板上书写又可同时在手写板和铺在手写板上的纸上书写。

如图6所示,该主动式电容笔还包括设置在笔壳210内的电路板230和电源250。该电路板230设置在笔芯220与电源单元250之间。该笔芯220包括设置在笔芯220一末端的笔芯头221。当该笔芯220安装到笔壳210内时,该笔芯头221外露于该笔壳210的第一末端。笔芯220由导电材料制成。笔芯220内灌装有在纸张、布等介质上书写用的油墨。该电路板230上设置有信号发射器(图未示)。在本实施方式中,该笔芯220远离笔芯头221的末端与该电路板230上的信号发射器电连接。如此,该信号发射器产生的信号通过笔芯220传递至笔芯头221,之后,再通过笔芯头221传递给与该手写笔200相配合的手写板。如此,可实现书写笔迹在手写板与书写纸上的一致。
所述的手写板是与手写笔200相配合的触控装置。所述手写板包括触控屏、处理器等。手写笔200可在铺设有纸张的手写板上书写,手写笔200不仅在纸张上留下实际的书写笔迹,还由于手写板感应到手写笔200的书写笔迹而将虚拟的书写笔迹保存或显示在另一显示终端上。可以理解的是,手写笔200可以与其他包含对应触控屏的触控装置进行交互。
在一实施方式中,该笔壳210由导电材料制成。
在第二实施例中,手写笔200为被动式电容笔,即本实施例中的手写笔200是不包括电源的电容笔。此时手写笔200的笔芯220为导体,笔芯220内灌有书写用的油墨。
在第三实施例中,手写笔200为被动式电磁笔,即不包括电源的电磁笔。本实施例中的手写笔200包括电路板230、共振电路、信号发射器,手写笔200的笔芯220为导体,所述共振电路和信号发射器设置在电路板230上并与笔芯220电连接,电路板230控制信号发射器通过笔芯头221向手写板发送信号。具体的,所述手写板包括被动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏,所述电磁屏向外发送交流电磁场信号,所述共振电路感应到交流电磁场信号共振产生能量,为电路板230、信号发射器提供电能,因此无源电磁笔不需要电源。
在第四实施例中,手写笔200为主动式电磁笔,即包括电源的电磁笔。手 写笔200包括电路板230、电源250及信号发射器,所述信号发射器设置在电路板230上。手写笔200的笔芯220为导体,电路板230、信号发射器以及所述笔芯220电连接,电路板230控制所述信号发射器通过所述笔芯头221向手写板发送信号。具体的,所述手写板包括主动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏。
需要说明的是,由于主动式电磁笔与被动式电磁笔的工作原理不一样,因此所对应的电磁屏是不一样的,同样的,主动式电容笔与被动式电容笔的工作原理也不一样,故而所对应的电容屏也是不一样的,所以说明书中有区分说明。
对于上述实施例中的手写笔200,还可以包括压力传感器,用以感应手写笔写字时笔尖的受力大小以发送相应的压感信息至控制器,控制器根据压感信息可控制信号发射器产生压感信号。压力传感器可位于笔芯220靠近电路板230的末端并与笔芯220抵持。在本实施例中,笔芯220可活动地设置于笔壳210内,当使用手写笔200书写时,笔芯220的笔芯头221受到压力带动笔芯220产生位移,抵持于笔芯220远离笔芯头221的末端上的压力传感器根据所述位移获取笔芯头221的压力信息。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,手写笔还包括通讯单元,所述压感信号可通过通讯单元发送至手写板。所述通讯单元可为蓝牙模组、WIFI模组等通讯模组中的其中一种。
请一并参照图7和图8,图7是图5所示的手写笔套上图1所示的手写笔套的示意图,图8是图7中A1部的剖视图。当手写笔200套上手写笔套100时,笔壳210的第一末端211穿入并容纳于手写笔套100的第二容纳孔115内,手写笔200的笔芯头221收容于笔尖120的第一容纳孔123中。当笔芯头221收容于笔尖120的第一容纳孔123时,笔芯头221的外表面与第一容纳孔123的内壁部分贴合。如此,笔芯头221与第一容纳孔123的末端之间存在一空隙,使得笔芯头221的出墨端与第一容纳孔123的末端不接触。由于笔芯220为导体,笔芯220与电路板230电连接,且笔芯头221的外表面与笔尖120的第一容纳孔123的内壁部分贴合,因此,笔尖120与笔芯220、电路板230电连接,信号可以通过笔尖120向外发送。当手写笔200套上手写笔套100并进行书写 时,笔尖120便与手写板相接触并在手写板上留下书写笔迹,此时,该手写笔200处于第一书写状态。也即,手写笔200处于第一书写状态时,该手写笔200是通过手写笔套100上的笔尖120在手写板进行无墨书写,该手写笔200的书写笔迹仅为电子笔迹,仅留存在手写板上,而且手写板上的纸张上并没有笔墨笔迹。
在一实施例中,手写笔200包括压力传感器。笔芯220可活动地设置于笔壳210内。当手写笔200套上手写笔套100时,笔壳210的第一末端211穿入并容纳于手写笔套100的第二容纳孔115内,手写笔200的笔芯头221收容于笔尖120的第一容纳孔123中。当笔芯头221收容于笔尖120的第一容纳孔123时,笔芯头221的外表面与第一容纳孔123的内壁部分贴合。当使用套有手写笔套100的手写笔200书写时,笔尖120受到压力后在固定件130与套体110的第一端部111之间形成的容腔内移动,由于笔芯头221的外表面与笔尖120的第一容纳孔123的内壁部分贴合,笔尖120带动笔芯220产生位移,抵持于笔芯220远离笔芯头221的末端上的压力传感器根据所述位移获取笔尖120的压力信息。压力传感器将相应的压感信息传递至控制器,控制器根据压感信息可控制信号发射器产生压感信号。
当该手写笔200未套设该手写笔套100且用手写笔200在手写板(该手写板上铺有纸张)上进行书写时,该手写笔200处于第二书写状态。也即,手写笔200处于第二书写状态时,该手写笔200的笔芯头221不仅在纸张上留下油墨笔迹,还可通过笔芯头221与手写板的接触在手写板上留下电子笔迹。
在另一实施方式中,手写笔套100的第二容纳孔115内设有用于固定笔壳210的第一末端的第一限位部140。如图4所示,第一限位部140为设置在所述手写笔套100的第二容纳孔115内的凸起或凸环。在另一实施方式中,笔壳210的第一末端的外表面上设置有与第一限位部140相对应的第一卡位部240。第一卡位部240为与所述凸起相配合的凹槽或与所述凸环相配合的凹环。可以理解的是,第一限位部140与第一卡位部240相配合将手写笔套100与笔壳210 的第一末端固定,其配合方式不限于凸环与凹环的配合或凸起与凹槽的配合,还可以是锯齿状结构的啮合等配合方式。
参照图9,图9是本发明一实施例提供的笔帽的示意图。在一实施例中,手写笔200还包括笔帽300,笔帽300可套设于手写笔套100的第一端部111上。
请一并参见图10和图11,图10是图5所示的手写笔依次套上图1所示的手写笔套、图9所示的笔帽的示意图,图11是图10中A2部的剖视图。笔帽300包括一第二套体310及设置在该第二套体310外侧上的夹持件320。所述第二套体310上开设有收容手写笔套100的第一端部111的第三收容孔311。
该手写笔套100的第一端部111的外表面上设置有第二卡位部150,第二卡位部150为凹槽或凹环,该笔帽300的第三收容孔311内设有与所述第二卡位部150相配合的第二限位部320。第二限位部320为与所述凹槽相配合的凸起或与所述凹环相配合的凸环。如此,通过该第二卡位部150与第二限位部320的相互配合,可将笔帽300更加稳固地套到该手写笔套100上。可以理解的是,第二卡位部150与第二限位部320相配合将手写笔套100的第一端部111与笔帽300固定,其配合方式不限于凸环与凹环的配合或凸起与凹槽的配合,还可以是锯齿状结构的啮合等配合方式。
笔帽300还包括夹持件320,夹持件320通过螺丝或其他的方式固定在笔帽300远离手写笔套100的第一端部111的一端上,夹持件320可在手写笔套上手写笔套100和笔帽300后将手写笔夹于书本、口袋、手写板的皮套之类的地方,方便用户的携带和使用。
参照图5、图7和图10,图5、图7和图10分别表示了手写笔不同的书写状态。手写笔200的书写状态分为第一书写状态、第二书写状态和第三书写状态。
如图5,图5展示了手写笔的第二书写状态。在手写笔200的第二书写状态下,手写笔200与手写笔套100分离,笔帽300可套设在手写笔套100上。 若手写笔200为被动式电容笔时,手写笔200可配合铺设有纸张的手写板使用,所述手写板包括被动式电容笔对应的电容屏;若手写笔200为被动式电磁笔时,手写笔200可配合铺设有纸张的手写板使用,所述手写板包括被动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏,对应被动式电磁笔的电磁屏可以不断向外发送交流电磁场,被动式电磁笔中的共振电路接收到交流电磁场的信号共振产生能量,为电路板230、信号发射器提供电能,信号发射器产生信号后通过笔芯头221发送电磁信号回电磁屏,电磁屏接收到电磁信号后可确定手写笔的位置信息和压感信息,实现手写笔迹与电子笔迹的同时记录;若手写笔200为主动式电容笔或主动式电磁笔时,手写笔200可配合铺设有纸张的手写板使用,所述手写板包括主动式电容笔对应电容屏或主动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏,手写笔200通过笔芯头221向所述电容屏或电磁屏发送电容或电磁信号,所述电容屏或电磁屏收到信号后可确定手写笔的位置信息和压感信息,实现手写笔迹和电子笔迹的同时记录。
如图7,图7展示了手写笔的第一书写状态。在手写笔200的第一书写状态下,手写笔200套上手写笔套100,笔帽300与手写笔套100分离。若手写笔200为被动式电容笔时,由于手写笔套100的笔尖120为导体,手写笔200套上手写笔套100后可在被动式电容笔对应的电容屏上书写或操作;若手写笔200为被动式电磁笔时,手写笔200套上手写笔套后可在手写板上书写或操作。所述手写板包括被动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏,对应被动式电磁笔的电磁屏可以不断向外发送交流电磁场,被动式电磁笔中的共振电路接收到交流电磁场的信号共振产生能量,为电路板230、信号发射器提供电能,信号发射器产生的电磁信号依次通过笔芯220、笔芯头221、笔尖120,将电磁信号传递至电磁屏,电磁屏接收到电磁信号后可确定手写笔200的位置信息,实现电子笔迹的记录;若手写笔200为主动式电容笔或主动式电磁笔时,手写笔200套上手写笔套100后可在手写板上书写或操作,所述手写板包括对应主动式电容笔对应的电容屏或主动式电磁笔对应的电磁屏,信号发射器产生的信号依次通过笔芯220、笔芯头221、笔尖120,将信号传递至电容屏或电磁屏,电容屏或电磁屏接收到信 号后可确定手写笔200的位置信息,实现电子笔迹的记录。
如图10,图10展示了手写笔的第三状态。在手写笔200的第三状态下,笔帽300、手写笔套100和手写笔200依次套设,笔帽300用以保护手写笔套100的笔尖120,避免因碰撞而损坏。笔帽300上的夹持件320用以将手写笔夹于书本、口袋或手写板的皮套上,方便用户的携带和使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种手写笔套,其特征在于,所述手写笔套包括笔尖和套体,所述笔尖连接在所述套体的第一端部上,所述笔尖为导体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述笔尖活动连接于所述套体的第一端部上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,当使用所述手写笔套书写时,所述笔尖相对于所述套体沿着所述套体的长度方向上下移动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述手写笔套还包括固定件,所述笔尖通过固定件连接于所述套体的第一端部上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述固定件固定于所述套体的第一端部上,所述固定件与所述套体共同形成***述笔尖一端的空腔,所述笔尖一端可活动地收容于空腔内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述固定件形成收容笔尖的收容通孔,笔尖的一端收容于收容通孔内,相对另一端从收容通孔穿出而位于固定件外侧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述笔尖靠近所述第一端部的末端形成间隔槽;所述收容通孔的内侧壁上设有收容于所述间隔槽内的凸柱。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述套体的第一端部的端面上设有与所述凸柱相配合的卡口;当所述凸柱与所述卡口相卡合时,所述固定件将所述笔尖连接于所述套体的第一端部上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述卡口为多个,相邻两 卡口之间形成有凸台,所述间隔槽为多个,相邻两间隔槽之间形成凸块,所述凸台在第一端部的端面上围设形成容纳所述凸块的收容槽。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述笔尖呈圆锥型,开设有用于收容手写笔的笔芯头的第一容纳孔。
  11. 如权利要求4至9任意一项所述的手写笔套,其特征在于,所述套体和所述固定件由导电材料制成。
  12. 一种手写笔,包括笔壳及设置在所述笔壳中的笔芯,所述笔芯包括笔芯头,所述笔芯内装有笔墨,其特征在于,所述手写笔还包括如权利要求1至11任一项所述的手写笔套,所述手写笔套套设于所述笔壳的第一末端时,所述手写笔通过所述笔尖进行无墨书写;当所述手写笔套未套设于所述笔壳的第一末端时,所述手写笔通过所述笔芯头进行出墨书写。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述套体内设有卡持所述手写笔的第一限位部,所述第一限位部为设置在所述套体内的凸起或凸环。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述笔壳的第一末端的外表面上设有与所述第一限位部对应的第一卡位部,所述第一卡位部为与所述凸起相配合的凹槽或与所述凸环相配合的凹环。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述笔芯由导电材料制成。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述笔尖开设有用于***述手写笔的笔芯头的第一容纳孔,所述第一容纳孔的内壁与所述笔芯头的外表面部分接触,且所述第一容纳孔的内壁与所述笔芯头的端部之间存在空隙,所述空隙将所述笔芯头的端部与所述第一容纳孔的内壁间隔开。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述笔尖开设有用于收容手写笔的笔芯头的第一容纳孔,当所述手写笔插设所述手写笔套时,所述笔芯 头收容于所述笔尖的第一容纳孔内,所述笔芯头的外表面与所述第一容纳孔的内壁部分贴合,所述笔芯头与笔尖电连接,信号可通过所述笔尖向外发送。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述手写笔还包括压力传感器,所述压力传感器抵接在所述笔芯远离所述笔壳第一末端的一端,用以感应所述手写笔写字时笔尖的受力大小。
  19. 如权利要求13所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述手写笔还包括笔帽,所述笔帽用于套设于所述手写笔套的第一端部。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的手写笔,其特征在于,所述手写笔通过所述笔尖进行无墨书写时,所述笔帽与所述手写笔套分离;所述手写笔通过笔芯头进行出墨书写时,所述手写笔与所述手写笔套分离,所述笔帽套设于所述手写笔套上。
