本公开涉及互联网技术领域,具体涉及一种智能券的发放方法、装置及利用智能券的核销方法、装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术和移动终端技术的发展,越来越多的商家通过互联网发行电子券给用户,用户在享受商家提供服务的过程中,直接使用电子券进行消费或者获得优惠。电子券是指由各商家发放,以各种电子媒介形式制作、传播和使用的商业凭证。电子券包括:现金券、抵价券、抵扣券、折扣券,如红包、优惠券等。目前,电子券已被越来越多的用户接受和使用。
现有的发券方法,一般是商家事先设定好券的各类信息,例如,优惠信息、约束条件信息、发券方式等,券本身的折扣率或面额都是固定的,即唯一值,并不会因为用户的消费而产生差别,也就是说,无论是用户在消费前先领好,还是在付款的前一刻领取,与用户的消费无关。
另外,商家在建券时,并不了解用户的信息,例如用户是否对优惠敏感,消费力水平,此次消费人数(例如他负责点餐,但实际就餐人数超过1人),购买习惯(例如单品的常规单次购买数量),然而这些都是影响实际优惠券使用效果的重要因素,例如在一个常规人均消费10元的餐厅,对两个结伴而来的用户提供一张门槛金额为13元的全场满减券;再例如向一个常来超市就会购买一箱蒙牛牛奶的用户提供一张适用于蒙牛牛奶的无门槛减至券,都无法有效地提升客单价,以及单品单次购买数量,甚至有可能会让商家凭空支出营销成本,减少利润率,也就是说,往往不能够得到最优的营销效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本公开以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的智能券的发放方法、装置及利用智能券的核销方法、装置。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种智能券的发放方法,包括:
当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;
根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值;
根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供了一种利用智能券的核销方法,包括:
获取用于触发发券活动条件的针对商家的用户特定行为,以供服务端根据上述智能券的发放方法创建并返回智能券实例;
依据服务端返回的智能券实例对用户支付行为进行结算处理。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供了一种智能券的发放装置,包括:
第一获取模块,适于当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
现有的券实例都是根据商家所设定的优惠信息的唯一值而创建的,而本公开中,商家设定一个优惠信息范围,为了能够充分保证商家的利益,可以从商家所设定的优惠信息范围值中灵活选择优惠信息最终值,根据该优惠信息最终值创建券实例,由此得到的券称为智能券,在本公开中,智能券的券面额、门槛金额等都是灵活设定的,不同的智能券的券面额、门槛金额等会有所不同。
智能券模板定义了发放给用户的是一个什么券,规定了电子券在使用时的优惠及一些限制条件,其可能包含如下信息:券类型(例如,全场折扣券、全场满减券、单品券等)、有效期、使用说明、优惠信息范围值等,智能券模板中的各类信息都是商家事先设定的,每个商家可以自行设定优惠信息范 围值,该范围值规定了商家所能给予用户的优惠范围,其中,智能券模板并不能进行核销,即,不具有实际消费的功能。举例说明,商家定义所发放券的券类型为折扣券,有效期为2018年3月23日-2018年3月31日,使用说明:到店支付使用、不可与单品优惠叠加使用,折扣率范围(券模板优惠信息的范围值)为[a,b],再例如,对于单品券,可以设定单品券的件数门槛和减至价的范围值,当然,这里仅是举例说明,商家可以根据实际需要进行设定。
图1示出了根据本公开一个实施例的智能券的发放方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S100,当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征。
在本公开实施例中,用户针对商家所产生的用户特定行为即视为发券活动条件被触发,其中,用户特定行为可以是以下行为中的任意一种:用户打开商家的店铺主页或者打开商家的店铺主页中的购物车或者触发领取按钮等,这里不做具体限定,其它能够视为用户触发了发券活动条件的用户特定行为均属于本公开的保护范围。
当发券活动条件被触发时,可认为需要向用户发放智能券,具体地,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征,其中,用户消费特征体现了用户日常消费情况,对于不同的用户,其日常消费各有不同,因此,用户消费特征也会有所不同,这里结合用户消费特征为商家设计智能券实例,能够助于商家达到最优的营销效果。
步骤S101,根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值。
本公开实施例中,优惠信息最终值是创建智能券实例的依据,其决定了商家给该用户的优惠力度,商家的营销支出,由于不同用户的用户消费特征不同,因此,对于不同的用户,根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中所确定的优惠信息最终值也会不同,那么不同用户所享受的优惠也会不同。通过为不同的用户设计不同的优惠信息最终值,能够帮助商家减少不必要的营销支出,提升商家的利润率,同时还实现了千人千券,提升了用户体验。
步骤S102,根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。
在根据步骤S101得到优惠信息最终值后,可以根据优惠信息最终值来创建智能券实例,其中,智能券实例是真实的用户可以使用的电子券,在用户使用后将被核销的电子券,在创建智能券实例后,将智能券实例返回给用户,完成智能券发放。
根据本公开上述实施例提供的方法,当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值;根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。基于本公开实施例提供的方案,根据用户消费特征智能地计算优惠信息最终值,实现了灵活的设计券实例的优惠力度和/或使用门槛,能够使商家达到最优的营销效果,减少商家不必要的营销支出,进一步促进了用户消费,提升了商家的利润率。
图2示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的智能券的发放方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S200,当发券活动条件被触发时,判断触发发券活动条件的用户是否为新用户,若是,则执行步骤S201或步骤S202;若否,则执行步骤S206。
在本公开实施例中,判断触发发券活动条件的用户是否为新用户主要是为了确定是否能够获取到该用户的用户消费特征,进而确定是否能够根据用户消费特征确定优惠信息最终值。
一般情况下,对于一个新用户而言,这类用户可能没有线下支付信息,因此,也就无法获得表征用户日常消费情况的用户消费特征,为了能够保证商家的利益,需要结合其它数据计算优惠信息最终值,以根据优惠信息最终值创建券实例,发放给用户。对于一个新用户,可以借助相似用户的用户消费特征或者历史商家交易信息来计算优惠信息最终值。
对于一个老用户而言,可以获取到表征该用户日常消费情况的用户消费特征,因此,对于这类用户,根据用户消费特征来确定优惠信息最终值,然后根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,充分保证商家的利益最大化,避免商家不必要的支出。
发券活动条件被触发时,能够获取到触发该发券活动条件的用户的用户标识,根据用户标识查询是否存在用户消费记录,若不存在用户消费记录,则认为触发发券活动条件的用户为新用户;若存在用户消费记录,则认为触发发券活动条件的用户不是新用户。
步骤S201,根据行业或地域的统一用户画像得到该用户的相似用户。
针对每个用户,可以根据用户数据,例如,年龄、性别、地址、偏好等,构造用户画像,在本公开实施例中,可以根据行业或地域等统一构造用户的用户画像,每个用户都对应有唯一的用户画像,这样,根据用户画像可以精准地确定该用户的相似用户,在确定两个用户相似的情况下,可以认定用户的用户消费特征也相似,因此,在确定了相似用户后,可以获取相似用户的用户消费特征,以便于根据相似用户的用户消费特征确定优惠信息最终值。
步骤S202,获取预设时间段内商家交易信息。
在判断出触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户的情况下,由于不存在该用户的用户消费特征,因此,需要结合其他数据来计算优惠信息最终值,这里可以依据商家的历史交易信息,具体地,获取预设时间段内商家交易信息,例如,获取90天内商家的交易信息,当然,预设时间段可以根据实际需要进行设定,这里不做具体限定。
步骤S203,根据商家交易信息计算交易均值。
通常情况下,商家交易信息中会包含有交易金额、单品信息、商家标识等信息,在本步骤中,通过统计预设时间段内商家的交易金额和交易数量,计算该商家在预设时间段内的交易均值。
步骤S204,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板。
具体地,可以查询券模板库,得到商家提供的携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板。
在本公开实施例中,并不具体限定步骤S202-步骤S203与步骤S204的执行顺序,例如,可以先执行步骤S204中的方法再执行步骤S202-步骤S203,或者同时执行步骤S202和步骤S204。
步骤S205,根据交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值。
在确定了交易均值之后,可以根据交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值,下面以计算包含门槛金额和券面额的全场折扣券为例进行说明,获取商家所在行业的利润率,获取预设时间段内商家交易信息(例如,90天内的商家交易信息),优惠信息范围值(例如,折扣率范围[a,b]),根据商家所在行业的利润率从折扣率范围[a,b]确定出商家利润率最大时的折扣率为x,计算商家的交易均值m;根据交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值,例如,得到优惠信息最终值为:门槛金额=m/x,券面额=m/x*(1-x),举例说明,得到交易均值为80,商家利润率最大时的折扣率为0.8,得到门槛金额为100元,券面额为20元。
在本公开可选实施例中,还可以借助电商数据确定优惠信息最终值,例如,可以根据当前用户的城市定位与电商常用的收货地址是否相同的判断结果来确定优惠信息最终值,若当前用户的城市定位与电商常用的收货地址不同,可以认为用户当前正在出差,而通常情况下,单位对于出差的员工都会有相应的报销政策,因此,对于出差用户可以给予用户较低的优惠。
步骤S206,查询用户消费特征库,得到触发发券活动条件的用户或相似用户的用户消费特征。
用户消费特征库预先存储了大量用户的用户消费特征,具体地,存储了用户标识与用户消费特征的对应关系,其中,用户消费特征体现了用户日常消费情况,例如,优惠敏感特征、消费水平特征、消费人数特征、购买习惯特征(例如,单品的常规单次购买数量)等,不同用户的用户消费特征不同。
发券活动条件被触发时,能够获得触发发券活动条件的用户的用户标识,若触发发券活动条件的用户不是新用户,那么可以根据用户标识查询用户消费特征库,得到与该用户标识对应的用户消费特征;若触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,在步骤S201中确定了该用户的相似用户,则可以根据相似用户的用户标识查询用户消费特征库,得到与相似用户对应的用户消费特征。
针对于触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户的情况,可以根据相似用户的用户消费特征确定优惠信息的最终值。
步骤S207,查询券模板库,得到商家提供的携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板。
券模板库存储了大量商家所设定的智能券模板,具体地,券模板库预先存储了商家标识与智能券模板的对应关系,因此,用户针对商家产生用户特定行为而触发了发券活动条件时,可以获取到商家标识,因此,根据商家标识查询券模板库能够快速查找到与商家标识对应的智能券模板,从而得到智能券模板中所记录的优惠信息范围值。
例如,商家A设定了智能券模板如下:所发放智能券实例的券类型为折扣券,有效期为2018年3月23日-2018年3月31日,使用说明:到店支付使用、不可与单品优惠叠加使用,折扣率范围(优惠信息范围值)为[a,b],在券模板库中预先存储了商家A的商家标识及智能券模板,根据商家A的商家标识可以查找到对应的智能券模板,得到优惠信息范围值为[a,b]。
步骤S208,将用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值输入至预设计算模型,得到优惠信息最终值。
预设计算模型是基于大量的样本训练得到的,例如,可以采用决策树模型或深度学习模型进行训练,其中,样本形式为(用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值,优惠信息最终值),因此,经过训练得到的预设计算模型是关于输入为用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值,输出为优惠信息最终值的模型,在获取到一用户的用户消费特征及商家对应的优惠信息范围值之后,将其输入至预设计算模型,即可得到为该用户生成智能券实例时所使用的优惠信息最终值。
当然,预设计算模型训练时,样本形式并不仅限于此,例如,除了上述训练参数,还可能包含预设时间段内商家的交易信息、历史不同行业活动折扣率/利润率,这里仅是举例说明。
另外,本公开实施例中的预设计算模型并不唯一,服务端可以依据用户消费特征及用户消费特征对应的特征值选择合适的预设计算模型。
下面以计算包含门槛金额和券面额的全场折扣券为例进行说明,获取商家所在行业的利润率,获取预设时间段内商家交易信息(例如,90天内的商家交易信息),获取用户消费特征(例如,用户上次消费金额)、优惠信息范围值(例如,折扣率范围[a,b]),将上述信息输入至预设计算模型,预设计算模型根据上述信息进行计算得到优惠信息最终值,其中,预设计算模型 可以进行如下计算:根据商家所在行业的利润率从折扣率范围[a,b]确定出商家利润率最大时的折扣率为x,对交易信息进行聚类处理,得到多个消费人群,针对每个消费人群,确定消费人群的消费上限、消费下线、消费均值;根据用户上次消费金额确定用户所属消费人群及该消费人群对应的消费均值m;根据确定的消费均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值,例如,得到优惠信息最终值为:门槛金额=m/x,券面额=m/x*(1-x),举例说明,得到消费均值为60,商家利润率最大时的折扣率为0.8,得到门槛金额为75元,券面额为15元。
步骤S209,根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。
智能券实例是用户享受商家所给予的特定优惠的凭证,在得到优惠信息最终值后,可以根据优惠信息最终值来创建智能券实例,其中,智能券实例是真实的用户可以使用的电子券,在用户使用后将被核销的电子券,在创建智能券实例后,将智能券实例发送给用户,如此,完成智能券发放,通过灵活设计生成智能券实例的优惠信息最终值,实现灵活的向用户发券,例如,对于那些对优惠不敏感的用户,可以不向用户发放智能券;再例如,对于人均消费10元的餐厅,对于两个结伴用户可以提供一张门槛金额为25元的全场满减券,从而提升商家的利润率。
根据本公开上述实施例提供的方法,针对触发发券活动条件的用户,若判断出触发发券条件的用户不是新用户,可以利用该触发发券活动条件用户的用户消费特征确定优惠信息最终值,若判断出触发发券条件的用户是用户,则可以通过获取该用户的相似用户的用户消费特征或通过确定商家在预设时间段内的交易均值确定优惠信息最终值,根据所确定的优惠信息最终值帮助商家设计智能券实例的具体限制,例如,门槛和面额(折扣等),通过灵活设置智能券实例的具体限制,有助于商家达到最优的营销效果,减少商家不必要的支出,提升了商家利润率,另外,由于灵活设计智能券实例的具体限制,还能够达到促进用户消费的目的,进一步增加商家收益。
图3示出了根据本公开又一个实施例的利用智能券的核销方法的流程示意图。如图3所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S300,获取用于触发发券活动条件的针对商家的用户特定行为,以 供服务端根据智能券的发放方法创建并返回智能券实例。
用户在客户端侧针对商家所产生的用户特定行为视为用户触发了发券活动条件,因此,需要实时监测是否产生用户特定行为,若监测到针对商家产生了相应的用户特定行为,则获取对应的用户特定行为,其中,用户特定行为具体可以为用户打开商家的店铺主页浏览店铺内商品或者打开商家的店铺主页中的购物车或者触发领取按钮等行为,这里仅是举例说明,其它能够视为触发了发券活动条件的用户特定行为均属于本公开的保护范围。
在获取到用户特定行为之后,客户端将该用户特定行为转发给服务端,服务端根据图1或图2所示实施例中的方法创建并返回智能券实例。
步骤S301,依据服务端返回的券实例对用户支付行为进行结算处理。
服务端在创建智能券实例后,将智能券实例返回给客户端,当用户在进行付款时,可以使用相应的智能券实例进行结算,具体地,根据智能券实例中所记载的优惠信息给予用户相应的优惠。
图4示出了根据本公开一个实施例的智能券的发放装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,该装置包括:第一获取模块400、确定模块410、创建模块420。
第一获取模块400,适于当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征。
确定模块410,适于根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值。
创建模块420,适于根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。
可选地,第一获取模块400进一步适于:查询券模板库,得到商家提供的智能券模板;
查询用户消费特征库,得到用户消费特征。
可选地,确定模块410进一步适于:将用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值输入至预设计算模型,得到优惠信息最终值。
可选地,预设计算模型具体为决策树模型或深度学习模型。
可选地,用户消费特征包括以下特征中的一种或多种:优惠敏感特征、消费水平特征、消费人数特征、购买习惯特征。
可选地,装置还包括:判断模块430,适于判断触发发券活动条件的用户是否为新用户;
第一获取模块400进一步适于:若触发发券活动条件的用户不是新用户,则获取触发发券活动条件的用户的用户消费特征。
可选地,第一获取模块400进一步适于:若触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则根据行业或地域的统一用户画像获取相似用户的用户消费特征。
可选地,装置还包括:第二获取模块440,适于若判断出触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则获取预设时间段内商家交易信息;
第一计算模块450,适于根据商家交易信息计算交易均值;
第三获取模块460,适于获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板;
第二计算模块470,适于根据交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值。
根据本公开上述实施例提供的装置,当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;根据用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值;根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回智能券实例。基于本公开实施例提供的方案,根据用户消费特征计算优惠信息最终值,实现了灵活的设计券实例的优惠力度和/或使用门槛,能够使商家达到最优的营销效果,减少商家不必要的营销支出,进一步促进了用户消费,提升了商家的利润率。
图5示出了根据本公开一个实施例的利用智能券的核销装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,该装置包括:获取模块500、结算模块510。
获取模块500,适于获取用于触发发券活动条件的针对商家的用户特定行为,以供智能券的发放装置创建并返回智能券实例;
结算模块510,适于依据智能券的发放装置返回的智能券实例对用户支付行为进行结算处理。
本公开实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,该非易失性 计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的方法。
图6示出了根据本公开一个实施例的一种计算设备的结构示意图,本公开具体实施例并不对计算设备的具体实现做限定。
如图6所示,该计算设备可以包括:处理器(processor)602、通信接口(Communications Interface)604、存储器(memory)606、以及通信总线608。
其中:
处理器602、通信接口604、以及存储器606通过通信总线608完成相互间的通信。
通信接口604,用于与其它设备比如客户端或其它服务器等的网元通信。
处理器602,用于执行程序610,具体可以执行上述方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序610可以包括程序代码,该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
处理器602可能是中央处理器CPU,或者是特定集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本公开实施例的一个或多个集成电路。计算设备包括的一个或多个处理器,可以是同一类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU;也可以是不同类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU以及一个或多个ASIC。
存储器606,用于存放程序610。存储器606可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
程序610具体可以用于使得处理器602执行上述任意方法实施例中的方法。程序610中各步骤的具体实现可以参见上述方法实施例中的相应步骤和单元中对应的描述,在此不赘述。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的设备和模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程描述,在此不再赘述。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种智能券的发放方法,包括:
    当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;
    根据所述用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值;
    根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回所述智能券实例。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征进一步包括:
    查询券模板库,得到商家提供的智能券模板;
    查询用户消费特征库,得到用户消费特征。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值进一步包括:
    将用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值输入至预设计算模型,得到优惠信息最终值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述预设计算模型具体为决策树模型或深度学习模型。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述用户消费特征包括以下特征中的一种或多种:优惠敏感特征、消费水平特征、消费人数特征、购买习惯特征。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其中,当发券活动条件被触发时,所述方法还包括:判断触发发券活动条件的用户是否为新用户;
    所述获取用户消费特征进一步包括:
    若所述触发发券活动条件的用户不是新用户,则获取触发发券活动条件的用户的用户消费特征。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户消费特征进一步包括:
    若所述触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则根据行业或地域的统一用户画像获取相似用户的用户消费特征。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:若判断出触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则获取预设时间段内商家交易信息;
    根据所述商家交易信息计算交易均值;
    获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板;
    根据所述交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值。
  9. 一种利用智能券的核销方法,包括:
    获取用于触发发券活动条件的针对商家的用户特定行为,以供服务端根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法创建并返回智能券实例;
    依据服务端返回的智能券实例对用户支付行为进行结算处理。
  10. 一种智能券的发放装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,适于当发券活动条件被触发时,获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板和用户消费特征;
    确定模块,适于根据所述用户消费特征,从优惠信息范围值中确定优惠信息最终值;
    创建模块,适于根据优惠信息最终值创建智能券实例,返回所述智能券实例。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块进一步适于:
    查询券模板库,得到商家提供的智能券模板;
    查询用户消费特征库,得到用户消费特征。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的装置,其中,所述确定模块进一步适于:将用户消费特征、优惠信息范围值输入至预设计算模型,得到优惠信息最终值。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述预设计算模型具体为决策树模型或深度学习模型。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的装置,其中,所述用户消费特征包括以下特征中的一种或多种:优惠敏感特征、消费水平特征、消费人数特征、购买习惯特征。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:判断模块,适于判断触发发券活动条件的用户是否为新用户;
    所述第一获取模块进一步适于:若所述触发发券活动条件的用户不是新用户,则获取触发发券活动条件的用户的用户消费特征。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块进一步适于:若所述触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则根据行业或地域的统一用户画像获取相似用户的用户消费特征。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二获取模块,适于若判断出触发发券活动条件的用户是新用户,则获取预设时间段内商家交易信息;
    第一计算模块,适于根据所述商家交易信息计算交易均值;
    第三获取模块,适于获取携带有优惠信息范围值的智能券模板;
    第二计算模块,适于根据所述交易均值及优惠信息范围值计算得到优惠信息最终值。
  18. 一种利用智能券的核销装置,包括:
    获取模块,适于获取用于触发发券活动条件的针对商家的用户特定行为,以供权利要求10-17任一项所述的装置创建并返回智能券实例;
    结算模块,适于依据智能券的发放装置返回的智能券实例对用户支付行为进行结算处理。
  19. 一种计算设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能券的发放方法对应的操作。
  20. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使处理器执行如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能券的发放方法对应的操作。
  21. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能券的发放方法对应的操作。
  22. 一种计算设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行如权利要求9所述的利用智能券的核销方法对应的操作。
  23. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使处理器执行如权利要求9所述的利用智能券的核销方法对应的操作。
  24. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行如权利要求9中所述的利用智能券的核销方法对应的操作。
