一种室内外换气装置,包括安装在室内一侧的风机(1)、安装在室外一侧的进风壳体(2)和排气窗(3),进风壳体(2)上设有进风口和出风口,风机(1)与进风壳体(2)内部相连通,进风壳体(2)从进风口至出风口之间顺序安装有空气滤芯(4)和过滤网(5),排气窗(3)安装在墙体上用于连通室内外的空气。

一种室内外换气装置
本申请要求于2018年04月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810320705.X、申请名称为一种室内外换气装置的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种室内外换气装置。
背景技术
人类的生理活动产生的废气、室外空气污染物的入侵等因素造成的室内空气质量的恶化日益严重地危害人类的健康,改善室内空气质量已是全社会普遍关注的入居环境的头等大事随着社会的发展,并且目前空气污染已经成为常态,随着雾霾的来临,现有的设备已经显出它的不足:1、现有的对雾霾真正有效的空气处理设备还处理很高昂价格的状态,并需要排布风管等设施,并不适合变通家庭安装使用;2、现有的家用房间空气过滤机实用弊端太多,比如雨天就不能打开换气装置,一旦打开雨水就有可能通过进风管道渗入室内;3、现在技术没有考虑室内的空气循环,不能达到很好的空气过滤效果。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本申请提出一种室内外换气装置。
本申请提出的一种室内外换气装置,包括风机、进风壳体和排气窗;
进风壳体用于安装在室外一侧,进风壳体上设有进风口和出风口,进风壳体内从进风口至出风口之间顺序安装有过滤网和空气滤芯;
风机用于安装在室内一侧,风机与所述出风口连通;
排气窗安装在墙体上以将室内空气排至室外。
在优选技术方案中,排气窗上设有单向阀,室内空气通过单向阀向室外流动。
在优选技术方案中,排气窗和风机分别安装在相对的墙体上。
在优选技术方案中,所述进风口位于进风壳体底部。
在优选技术方案中,空气滤芯可拆卸地安装在进风壳体上。
在优选技术方案中,进风壳体上开设有插装口,空气滤芯通过插装口插装进入进风壳体内部。
在优选技术方案中,进风壳体上靠近插装口的位置安装有插销,插销包括插座和插头,插座固定在进风壳体上,插头从插座中伸出的状态下,插头封挡在插装口处。
本申请中,所提出的室内外换气装置,风机和进风壳体将室外空气抽送至室内,排气窗将室内空气排出至室外,因而室内外空气能够持续进行循环,室内的空气持续得到更新,去除室内的灰尘、有毒气体等等;并且空气滤芯可拆卸地安装在进风壳体上,更换空气滤芯非常方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,图1为本申请提出的一种室内外换气装置的结构示意图,图2为本申请提出的一种室内外换气装置进风壳体的结构示意图。
参照图1-2,本申请提出的一种室内外换气装置,包括安装在室内一侧的风机1、安装在室外一侧的进风壳体2和排气窗3,墙体上开设有通孔,风机1与进风壳体2相对设置位于通孔两侧,进风壳体2上设有进风口和出风口,进风口处安装有过滤网5,进风壳体2内部安装有空气滤芯4,出风口与通孔连接,排气窗3和风机1安装在同一面墙体上,排气窗3供室内的空气从中排出至室外,排气窗3与风机1间隔一段距离,风机1工作状态下将室外的空气经滤网抽入进风壳体2内,并经过空气滤芯4过滤后抽送至室内,再经过排气窗3排出至室外,使得室内的空气得到更新,将室内的灰尘、有毒气体等带出至室外。
本实施例中,排气窗3上设有单向阀31,单向阀31进气口靠近室内一侧,单向阀31出气口靠近室外一侧,空气经单向阀31只能从室内排至室外,这样设计的优点在于室外空气不会经过排气窗3进入室内,避免室外空气经排气窗3进入室内与风机1抽送进来的相冲突,无法达到室内外空气循环的目的。
在另外的设计方式中,排气窗3与风机1分别安装在相对设置的墙体上,达到更好地循环换气效果。
本实施例中的进风壳体2呈三棱柱形状,进风口和出风口分别开设在 三棱柱的直角边侧面上,安装时出风口安装在墙体的通孔位置,进风口朝下,这样设计在雨天雨水不会通过进风口进入进风壳体2内,因而在雨天换气装置可以正常开启,不用担心雨水进入室内。
进风壳体2竖直面上开设有插装口21,空气滤芯4通过插装口21水平安装进入进风壳体2内部;插装口21上方安装有插销6,插销6包括插座和插头,插座固定在进风壳体2上,插头封挡在插装口21处限制空气滤芯4经插装口21移出。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种室内外换气装置,其特征在于,包括风机(1)、进风壳体(2)和排气窗(3);
    进风壳体(2)用于安装在室外一侧,进风壳体(2)上设有进风口和出风口,进风壳体(2)内从进风口至出风口之间顺序安装有过滤网(5)和空气滤芯(4);
    风机(1)用于安装在室内一侧,风机(1)与所述出风口连通;
    排气窗(3)安装在墙体上以将室内空气排至室外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,排气窗(3)上设有单向阀(31),室内空气通过单向阀(31)向室外流动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,排气窗(3)和风机(1)分别安装在相对的墙体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,所述进风口位于进风壳体(2)底部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,空气滤芯(4)可拆卸地安装在进风壳体(2)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,进风壳体(2)上开设有插装口(21),空气滤芯(4)通过插装口(21)插装进入进风壳体(2)内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的室内外换气装置,其特征在于,进风壳体(2)上靠近插装口(21)的位置安装有插销(6),插销(6)包括插座和插头, 插座固定在进风壳体(2)上,插头从插座中伸出的状态下,插头封挡在插装口(21)处。
