Abstract

一种铰链结构、铰链装置及电子设备。所述铰链结构包括至少一个铰链组件(30),铰链组件(30)用于铰接两个主体(10,20),并使两个主体(10,20)相对闭合或相对打开,铰链组件(30)包括铰链盖(303)和两个铰链(301,302);两个铰链(301,302)的轴向相互平行;两个铰链(301,302)分别对应两个主体(10,20),每个铰链均用于和对应的主体连接并可至少部分收容在主体内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体(3011,3021)以及第二转动体(3012,3022),第一转动体(3011,3021)用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体(3012,3022)和铰链盖(303)连接,铰链盖(303)位于两个主体(10,20)之间并用于遮盖铰链。所述铰链装置具有较为简洁的外观线条,结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。

铰链结构、铰链装置及电子设备
本申请要求于2018年4月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810322841.2、申请名称为“一种可折叠电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及机械结构领域,尤其涉及一种铰链结构、铰链装置及电子设备。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,笔记本电脑、翻盖手机、可折叠平板等可折叠式电子设备成为工作和生活中常用的电子产品。
目前,现有的笔记本电脑等可折叠式电子设备的外观,通常受限于屏幕和机身主体之间的铰链。其中,铰链通常由位于屏幕和机身主体之间的多段式转轴构成,且在每段转轴的外侧用铰链盖进行遮挡,以提高电子设备的外观美观度。在其中一种铰链的构成中,铰链的铰链盖为多个且对称分布在机身的两侧。图1是现有技术中一种可折叠式电子设备的铰链结构示意图。如图1所示,机身和屏幕之间的铰链盖可以为两个,且分布在机身的两侧,从而从机身和屏幕的连接处后方看去,整个电子设备的转轴分为a、b、c、d和e五段。此外,多段式转轴中,铰链盖数量也可以为一个。图2是现有技术中另一种可折叠式电子设备的铰链结构示意图。如图2所示,一个铰链盖分布在机身中央区域,因而将整个电子设备的转轴分为f、g和h三段。
然而,当铰链由屏幕和机身主体之间的多段式转轴构成时,电子设备在屏幕和机身主体的连接处被分隔为多段,造成电子设备外观上的竖直线条较多,影响外观整洁性和美观度。
发明内容
本申请提供一种铰链结构、铰链装置及电子设备,外观线条较为简洁,结构整体性和外观一致性均较好。
第一方面,本申请提供一种铰链结构,包括至少一个铰链组件,铰链组件用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或相对打开,铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链均用于和对应的主体连接并可至少部分收容在主体内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖位于两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。这样铰链结构中的铰链组件可以被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,两个主体的连接处除了主体本身的轮廓外,不存在其它因避让铰链或铰链盖而产生的分段和多余的竖向线条外观线条较为简洁,结构的整 体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。
可选的,第一转动体为套筒,第二转动体为可***套筒并在套筒内转动的***部;或者,第二转动体为套筒,第一转动体为可在套筒内转动的***部。
可选的,第二转动体和铰链盖固定连接。这样铰链的第二转动体和铰链盖之间不会发生相对旋转,第一转动体相对于第二转动体转动时,会带动该铰链所连接的主体与铰链盖之间相对转动。
可选的,第二转动体和铰链盖之间通过以下任意一种连接方式连接:粘接、焊接、卡接、螺纹紧固件连接。由于第二转动体和铰链盖之间为分体式结构,因而铰链盖和第二转动体的制造和成型均较为容易,能够有效降低生产成本。
可选的,第二转动体和铰链盖为一体式结构。这样第二转动体和铰链盖共同形成了同一个部件,因而铰链组件中的部件数量较少,能够有效提高第二转动体和铰链盖之间的连接结构强度,以及增强铰链组件在工作时的可靠性。
可选的,第一转动体和第二转动体之间具有转动阻尼。这样在铰链结构中,铰链的第一转动体和第二转动体之间能够保持在任意的相对角度和转动位置。
可选的,铰链组件为至少两个,且至少两个铰链组件沿同一轴向间隔排列。这样铰链组件实现两个主体的可转动连接时,能够使转动时主体轴向各部位的力量较为均衡,便于主体的相对转动。
可选的,至少两个铰链组件包括第一铰链组件和第二铰链组件,第一铰链组件中的第一转动体和第二铰链组件中的第一转动体相向设置。这样让第一铰链组件和第二铰链组件的受力较为均衡,有效提高铰链组件的转动可靠性,避免铰链结构在转动时因受力不均衡而发生损坏。
可选的,第一铰链组件中的铰链盖和第二铰链组件中的铰链盖相互连接并形成一体式的遮盖件。此时,从主体正面看去,两个主体之间的连接处所呈现的是一个整体的遮盖件,因而外观较为简洁、美观,视觉效果较好。
可选的,遮盖件在铰链的轴向上的长度与主体在该方向上的长度相匹配。这样两个主体之间的连接处会完全被同一个遮盖件所遮盖,且遮盖件的边缘与主体的边缘一般会相互齐平或者位于接近齐平的位置。因此即可有效的减少铰链结构在主体正面方向上的线条数量,使整个结构的外观更为简洁。
可选的,遮盖件的面向铰链的一侧开设有用于穿设线缆的线槽,线槽的长度方向与铰链的轴向相互交错。这样,遮盖件上所开设的线槽能够为线缆提供空间,使线缆穿过两个主体之间的连接处,且线槽能够保护线缆,使线缆在主体相对转动时仍能够藏在线槽内,不会因主体的相对位置变化而产生折断或者损坏现象。
可选的,线槽沿遮盖件的板面方向延伸。这样线槽只要具有较浅的深度即可将柔性电路板容纳在其中,不会破坏遮盖件的外观。
可选的,铰链盖具有与铰链的形状相匹配的弧形面。这样当铰链或者铰链中的不同部分相对转动,例如是第一转动体相对于第二转动体转动时,铰链或者铰链中可转动部分的最外侧轮廓会绕着铰链的轴线转动,并形成一个弧形的移动轨迹,而此时,铰链盖所形成的弧形面即可与铰链在转动时的移动轨迹所匹配,以避免和铰链之间发生结构干涉。
可选的,铰链盖具有两个与铰链一一对应的弧形面,两个弧形面并排排列并相互连接。这样铰链盖会与铰链组件中两个并排设置的铰链相匹配,让两个铰链均可正常转动而不被铰链盖所阻挡。
可选的,铰链盖为板状件。
第二方面,本申请提供一种铰链装置,包括两个主体和如上所述的铰链结构,铰链结构中的铰链组件分别与两个主体连接。这样铰链装置中的铰链组件可以被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,两个主体的连接处除了主体本身的轮廓外,不存在其它因避让铰链或铰链盖而产生的分段和多余的竖向线条,外观线条较为简洁,结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。
可选的,每个主体上均开设有用于收容铰链的容置结构。容置结构可以为在主体的内部为铰链提供足够的容置空间,让铰链全部或者部分的被容纳在该容置空间内,同时保证铰链与其它结构之间的正常连接关系,以方便的实现铰链的正常转动功能。
可选的,容置结构包括开设在主体上的容置槽。
可选的,容置槽的内壁形状与铰链的形状相互匹配。一方面,容置槽可以保证铰链的顺利容纳,使铰链和主体之间避免干涉现象;另一方面,容置槽对于主体的内部空间占用较少,有利于主体内部空间的充分利用,以及主体内其它结构以及电子器件的摆放布置。
可选的,第一转动体和主体之间为可拆卸连接。这样第一转动体可以方便的与对应的主体之间完成连接或者拆卸,从而有利于实现铰链结构的整个装配过程。
可选的,第一转动体具有沿铰链轴向延伸的防转部,防转部具有与铰链轴向平行的安装平面。当第一转动体产生转动的趋势时,安装平面会与主体上的所贴合的结构相互抵接并维持面接触,以阻止防转部的安装平面与主体上相应结构之间的相对转动,从而遏制第一转动体相对于铰链所对应的主体的转动趋势。
可选的,第一转动体和主体之间卡合连接,且安装平面与主体的壁相互贴合。
可选的,防转部的安装平面上开设有至少一个第一安装孔,主体上设置有与所述第一安装孔相对应的第二安装孔,第一安装孔和第二安装孔之间通过紧固件连接,且安装平面和主体的外表面贴合。
第三方面,本申请提供一种电子设备,包括如上所述的铰链装置。这样铰链装置中的铰链组件可以被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,两个主体的连接处除了主体本身的轮廓外,不存在其它因避让铰链或铰链盖而产生的分段和多余的竖向线条,外观线条较为简洁,结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。
可选的,铰链装置的两个主体均为壳体,一个壳体设置有显示设备,另一壳体设置有键盘。
可选的,电子设备为笔记本电脑、可折叠平板电脑或者是可折叠手机。
因此,本申请的铰链结构、铰链装置及电子设备中,铰链结构包括至少一个铰链组件,铰链组件用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或相对打开,铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链均用于和对应的主体连接并可至少部分收容在主体内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转 动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖位于两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。这样铰链结构中的铰链组件可以被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,两个主体的连接处除了主体本身的轮廓外,不存在其它因避让铰链或铰链盖而产生的分段和多余的竖向线条,外观线条较为简洁,结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。

具体实施方式
图3是本申请实施例一提供的铰链结构与主体的连接示意图。图4是本申请实施例一提供的铰链结构中铰链组件的结构示意图。图5是本申请实施例一提供的铰链结构中铰链组件的一种可能的连接示意图。图6是本申请实施例一提供的铰链结构中铰链组件的另一种可能的连接示意图。图7是本申请实施例一提供的铰链结构中铰链组件的***示意图。如图3至图7所示,本实施例提供的铰链结构,具体包括有至少一个铰链组件30,铰链组件30用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或者是相对打开,铰链组件30包括铰链盖和两个铰链。
其中,两个铰链的轴向相互平行。
两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链用于和对应的主体连接,并可至少部分收容在主体内部。
每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖设置在两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。
具体的,铰链结构用于连接两个主体,以使两个主体之间形成可转动连接。其中,两个主体可以是主体10和主体20,主体10和主体20通常为同一电子设备的不同组成部分,且两个主体之间需要通过铰链组件30实现可转动连接,从而使主体10和主体20之间呈现不同的相对位置以及角度。示例性的,主体10和主体20可以分别为笔记本电脑的两个可相对转动的外壳,其中一个主体10上可以集成有显示屏幕等公知组件,而另一个主体20内部可以设置有主机及键盘等公知组件。主体10和主体20之间可以通过铰链组件30连接,并沿着A方向相对转动至不同的角度,以呈现相对闭合的折叠状态,或者相对打开,以便于屏幕的显示以及屏幕的录入等。此外,主体10和主体20也可以为其它电子设备的组成部分,此处不加以限制。
为了实现两个主体之间的连接和相对转动,铰链结构中包括至少一个连接在主体10和主体20之间的铰链组件30。每个铰链组件30中包括有两个铰链,这两个铰链可以分别用于与不同的主体连接,从而实现主体与铰链组件之间的相对转动。例如铰链301可以对应主体10,而铰链302可以对应主体20,此时主体10和主体20均能够沿着A方向相对铰链组件30转动。其中,两个铰链可以并排设置,也可以沿着同一轴线排列,且两个铰链的前后位置相互错开。这样,铰链301和铰链302的轴向可以相互平行或者是沿着同一轴线,因而当铰链结构中的主体10或者主体20相对于铰链组件30绕着铰链301或者是铰链302的轴线转动时,两个主体的转动轴线也会相互平行或者重合。这样,可以通过合理设置铰链组件30的尺寸和大小,使两个主体的转动轴相互临近,以实现近似于主体10和主体20绕着同一转动轴相对转动的效果。此时,铰链结构中主体10和主体20之间的相对转动方式和现有技术中,两个主体之间通过同一铰链转动连接的方式较为相近,同样能够实现两个主体之间的打开或者折叠关闭操作。其中,以下为便于叙述,均以两个铰链呈并排设置为例进行说明。
需要说明的是,当两个铰链分别用于与不同的主体连接时,一般均指铰链与靠近该铰链的主体连接,例如铰链301和距离较近的主体10连接,而铰链302和与自身距离较近的主体20连接。这样各个铰链只与对应的主体连接,而不会发生交叉连接或者是错位连接等现象。此外,由于主体10和主体20可以为相同结构和相同大小,也可以为不同结构及大小。因而相应的,铰链301和铰链302可以为相同类型以及结构的铰链,也可以为不同类型及结构的铰链。
其中,铰链结构中,铰链组件30的数量可以为一个,也可以为一个以上,例如是两个或三个。当铰链组件30的数量为两个时,两个铰链组件30可以分别位于两个主体的转动轴线的两端附近,这样主体10和主体20相对转动时,两个铰链组件30可以均衡受力。而当铰链组件30的数量为三个时,三个铰链组件30可以分别布置在主体10和主体20的转动轴线的两端及中部,并在主体10和主体20相对转动时均衡分担转动力矩。可以理解的是,铰链组件30也可以为其它数量以及排布方式,此处并不以此为限。
当铰链组件30的数量为一个以上时,不同铰链组件30之间可以分别独立设置, 也可以具有共有的结构,并依靠共有的结构相互连接,使整个铰链结构形成一个整体组件,此时,该整体组件中可包括的铰链数量可以大于两个,例如可以为所有铰链组件30中铰链数量之和。例如,铰链组件30的数量为两个,且这两个铰链组件30之间可以共用同一个铰链盖,此时,两个铰链组件30等效于组成了一个更大的组件,该组件中包括有四个铰链,且四个铰链分成两组,并分别与主体10或者主体20连接。这样不同铰链组件30之间相互连接,在两个主体通过铰链组件30转动时,不同铰链组件30之间可以通过公共结构分散承担力矩,使转动过程更为顺畅。可以理解的是,当铰链组件30的数量为两个以上时,各铰链组件30之间同样可以依照类似的方式进行连接。
当主体10和主体20均连接在铰链组件30上,且通过铰链组件30实现相对转动时,为了避免主体10或者主体20和铰链组件30之间发生结构干涉现象,每个铰链均可以至少部分收容在对应的主体内部,具体的,可以是铰链301至少部分收容在主体10的内部,而铰链302至少部分收容在主体20的内部。这样,如果两个主体转动至较小的角度,例如是接近0°时,主体10和主体20之间的空间较为狭小,此时,铰链组件30中的铰链301和铰链302等结构可以被收容在主体10或者主体20的内部,从而避免与主体10或者主体20上的结构相互干涉。具体的,在本实施例中,两个主体所成的最小角度可以为0°,即主体10和主体20可以转动至相互贴合的位置。
具体的,为了实现铰链组件30中每个单独铰链的转动,每一个铰链均可以包括能够相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体和第二转动体分别与不同的结构连接。例如是,第一转动体和该铰链所对应的主体连接,而第二转动体则和铰链组件中的铰链盖连接。其中,第一转动体和第二转动体之间为转动连接,所以也能够让铰链对应的主体相对于铰链组件整体产生转动,完成铰链的转动功能。
以铰链301为例,铰链301中包括能够相对转动的第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012,第一转动体3011和铰链301对应的主体10连接,而第二转动体3012和铰链组件30中的铰链盖303连接。相应的,铰链302中同样包括有能够相对转动的第一转动体3021和第二转动体3022,且第一转动体3021和主体20连接,第二转动体和铰链盖303连接。
其中,为了实现主体10和主体20之间的开合操作,铰链组件30一般会靠近两个主体的同一侧边缘位置,这样在主体10和主体20相对转动时,两个主体会以该侧边缘为转动的基础,而另一侧边缘相互靠近或者相互远离,从而让主体10和主体20之间呈现出不同的转动角度。此时,作为转动基础的一侧边缘可定义为主体10以及主体20的背面,而相互靠近或远离的一侧定义为主体10和主体20的正面。而因为两个主体的靠近铰链301或者302的一侧边缘之间的间距较小,能够对铰链301和302进行遮挡,因而从主体10和主体20的背面看去,铰链301和铰链302会隐藏在主体10以及主体20的内侧,不易被看到,两个主体的连接处除了主体10和主体20本身的轮廓外,不存在其它因避让铰链或铰链盖而产生的分段和多余的竖向线条。而从主体10以及主体20的正面看去,两个主体的远离铰链301或者铰链302的一侧边缘相对打开时,铰链盖303可以作为外观件遮挡在铰链301或者是铰链302的外侧,避免两个主体之间的间距将铰链301和铰链302露出,提高主体正面的美观性。
这样通过铰链结构中的至少一个铰链组件30,可以连接在两个主体之间,并由于铰链组件30中的铰链301或者铰链302会被主体自身的结构或者是铰链盖所遮盖,所以从主体10或者主体20的背面看去,两个主体的连接处除了主体本身的轮廓外,不存在其它多余的竖向线条,具有平整简洁的外观;而从主体10或者主体20的正面看去,两个主体连接处的铰链301或者302也会被铰链盖303所遮挡,因而也具有较为整洁的外观。因此,铰链组件30能够在连接主体10以及主体20的同时,使整个铰链结构具有简洁的线条,美观性较好。
而为了和主体10或者主体20连接,并使主体10和主体20能够相对于铰链组件30转动,铰链301和铰链302也可以具有多种不同的结构和类型。例如,铰链中的第一转动体和第二转动体均可以为回转体形状,且第一转动体和第二转动体可以利用内外嵌套的方式实现连接以及相互转动。以下对铰链的各种可能的形状和结构进行具体说明。
其中,作为一种可选的实施方式,第一转动体3011以及第一转动体3021可以为套筒,而第二转动体3012以及第二转动体3022为可***套筒并在套筒内转动的***部。具体的,为了便于套筒和***部之间的相对转动,套筒可以为圆形套筒,而***部相应的可以为圆柱体的形状。一般的,套筒的一端具有开口,这样***部即可从开口***套筒的内部,并在套筒的内部自由转动。
此时,为了保证套筒和***部之间能够进行准确定位以及相对转动,套筒的内径一般会和***部的外径相互匹配,从而减少***部与套筒之间的旷量,避免***部在套筒内出现晃动情况。
套筒和***部构成铰链的两个可相对转动的部分后,可以再分别固定在其它的两个不同结构上。具体的,套筒可以与铰链301所对应的主体10,或者铰链302对应的主体20连接,而***部则对应连接在铰链组件30的铰链盖303上,这样即可实现铰链盖303与两个主体之间的可转动连接。
或者,作为另一种可选的实施方式,还可以令第二转动体3012和第二转动体3022为套筒,第一转动体3011和第一转动体3021为可在套筒内转动的***部。此时,和铰链301或者302所对应的主体相连的为***部,而套筒直接和铰链盖303相连。当第二转动体3012和第二转动体3022为套筒,而第一转动体3011和第一转动体3021为***部时,***部和套筒的具体结构、形状以及相对位置均与前述实施方式中第一转动体3011和第一转动体3021为套筒时的结构类似,此处不再赘述。
此外,第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012,或者第一转动体3021和第二转动体3022还可以为其它本领域技术人员所熟知的转轴或者铰链结构,此处不加以限制。而为了便于叙述,以下均以第一转动体3011和第一转动体3021为套筒,而第二转动体3012和第二转动体3022为可***套筒之中的***部为例进行说明。
具体的,铰链组件30中,铰链301的第二转动体3012以及铰链302的第二转动体3022均和铰链盖303之间固定连接。这样铰链301的第二转动体3012和铰链盖303之间,以及铰链302的第二转动体3022和铰链盖303不会发生相对旋转,第一转动体3011相对于第二转动体3012转动,或者第一转动体3021相对于第二转动体3022转动时,也会带动该铰链301所连接的主体10与铰链盖303之间相对转动,以及铰链 302所连接的主体20与铰链盖303之间相对转动。
其中,第二转动体3012或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间的固定连接,可以指可拆卸连接,也可以指不可拆卸连接,具体的连接方式可以根据实际需要和铰链的具体结构而设置,只要保证第二转动体3012或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间不会产生相对位移和转动即可。
而在其中一种可选的连接方式中,第二转动体3012或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间可以通过粘接剂粘接。此时,第二转动体3012或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303均为独立部件,且第二转动体3012和铰链盖303之间,以及第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间利用双面胶或者是其它粘接剂实现粘合连接。由于第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间为分体式结构,因而铰链盖303和第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022的制造和成型均较为容易,能够有效降低生产成本。当第二转动体3012或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303采用粘合的方式进行连接时,第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022和铰链盖303只需要具有可以贴合的粘贴面即可进行粘接,而不需要设置其它结构复杂的连接结构,因而整体结构较为简单和紧凑。
其中,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,当第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022和铰链盖303均为相互独立的部件时,第二转动体3012和铰链盖303之间,或者第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间也可以采用卡接、螺纹紧固件连接、焊接、粘结剂粘接以及其它常用的连接方式连接,此处并不加以限制。
在另一种可选的连接方式中,第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022和铰链盖303可以为一体式结构。此时,铰链301中的第二转动体3012、铰链302中的第二转动体3022和铰链盖303可以采用一体成型的方式制成。这样第二转动体3012、第二转动体3022和铰链盖303共同形成了同一个部件,因而铰链组件30中的部件数量较少,能够有效提高第二转动体3012和铰链盖303之间,以及第二转动体3022和铰链盖303之间的连接结构强度,以及增强铰链组件30在工作时的可靠性。
当铰链结构中的铰链组件30连接在主体10和主体20之间,并用于实现主体10和主体20之间的相对转动时,主体10和主体20可以实现任意角度的转动,这样转动灵活性较好。此外,作为另一种可选的方式,还可以对主体10和主体20之间的转动角度进行一定的限制,来约束主体10和主体20之间的最大转动角度。例如,可以采用限位结构对转动角度进行限制。其中,限位结构的类型和具体结构均较为多样,且限位结构可以位于铰链结构的不同部件和位置上。以下以铰链301中设置限位结构为例进行说明。
其中,当铰链301中的第一转动体3011为套筒,而第二转动体3012为可***套筒中并相对转动的***部时,可以利用第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012本身的结构实现两者之间的角度限位。可选的,可以使套筒的部分内壁所在的轴向高度低于套筒的开口端面所在的轴向高度,并在套筒的开口处形成限位缺口3013,***部的外壁上设置有卡挡部3014,***部***套筒内时,卡挡部3014位于限位缺口3013内;同时,限位缺口3013在铰链301周向方向上的大小大于卡挡部3014在铰链301的周向方向上的大小,并将卡挡部3014相对于套筒的转动范围限制在限位缺口3013的相对两侧边缘之间。这样***部仍可以正常***套筒内部;但是由于卡挡部3014只能在限 位缺口3013内活动,当卡挡部3014转动至与限位缺口3013的边缘抵接的位置时,会无法继续转动,因而***部相对于套筒的转动角度便会被卡挡部3014和限位缺口3013所限制。其中,用于和限位缺口3013的边缘抵接而进行限位的卡挡部3014一般可以具有多种不同结构。
需要说明的是,当第一转动体3011为***部,第二转动体3012为套筒时,也可以采用上述的卡挡部以及限位缺口等类似的限位结构,此处不再赘述。
此外,为了避免铰链的各个组成部分从轴向方向相互脱离,可选的,还可以使套筒与***部在铰链的轴向上进行相对固定。其中作为一种可选的轴向限位结构,***部可以包括依次同轴连接的***段和连接段,***段和连接段均为圆柱状,且***段的直径小于连接段的直径,***段和连接段之间通过轴肩3015连接,***部***套筒内时,***段位于套筒内,连接段位于套筒外侧,且轴肩3015和套筒的开口端面3016抵接。
这样当***段***套筒中时,直径较大的连接段会无法继续***而滞留在套筒外侧。轴肩3015会与和套筒的开口端面3016相互抵接,以阻止***部的继续伸入。这样,***部和套筒就会被限制在此时的位置上,从而完成套筒和***部在铰链的轴向上的相对固定。
需要说明的是,当第一转动体3011为***部,第二转动体3012为套筒时,***部也可以采用上述的***段和连接段等类似结构来限制套筒和***部在铰链301轴向上的相对位置,此处不再赘述。
而铰链302中同样可以利用类似结构实现对铰链302转动角度的限制或者是铰链302在轴向上的定位,其具体结构和前述铰链301中的结构类似,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,上述对铰链转动角度进行限制的结构,仅为其中一种可选的结构实现形式,而非对其加以限制。可以理解的是,本领域技术人员可以利用其它本领域常用的限位结构及定位结构,例如,除了在铰链结构上设置限位结构外,还可以通过在主体10或主体20上设置卡挡结构等实现铰链转动角度的限制和定位。或者,也可以是并不对铰链的转动角度进行限制,从而令其具有较大的转动角度和转动灵活性。
在实际应用中,被铰链结构所连接的两个主体之间通常需要维持在一定的相对角度和位置,以便于用户的操作和使用,例如是当两个主体分别为笔记本的两个壳体时,两个主体需要保持固定的角度,以便用户观看其中一个主体上所设置的屏幕。而为了便于应用,铰链结构所连接的两个主体之间需要能够保持任一特定的相对角度。相应的,在铰链结构中,铰链301的第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012之间,以及铰链302中的第一转动体3021和第二转动体3022之间同样需要能够保持在任意的相对角度和转动位置。
因而,作为一种可选的方式,第一转动体和第二转动体之间通常可以具有转动阻尼。由于转动阻尼的存在,第一转动体和第二转动体之间需要施加一定的外力才能使其产生相对转动,而当外力的大小不够时,第一转动体和第二转动体之间便会维持在原有的相对角度和位置,并进而通过铰链组件让两个主体固定在当前的相对角度位置上。
以铰链301为例,具体的,为了实现第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012之间的 转动阻尼,可选的,第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012之间的接触面可以为粗糙的摩擦面,此时,第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012在相对转动时,摩擦面会产生较大的摩擦力,这样该摩擦面即可用于产生能够阻碍铰链转动的转动阻尼。其中,第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012的接触面可以位于第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012的侧壁位置,也可以位于第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012的端面位置,只要摩擦面能够在第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012之间产生足够的摩擦力即可。
此外,第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012还可以采用其它方式实现转动阻尼,例如可以在第一转动体3011或者第二转动体3012上设置弹性件,并利用弹性件的弹力实现转动阻尼,也可以是在第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012之间设置阻尼油,或者是本领域技术人员所熟知的其它阻尼方式等,此处不加以限制。
当利用铰链组件30连接在主体10和主体20之间,并实现两个主体的可转动连接时,为了使转动时的力量较为均衡,铰链组件30的数量可以为一个以上。其中可选的,铰链组件30可以为两个,且两个铰链组件沿同一轴向间隔排列。
图8是本申请实施例一提供的另一种铰链结构中铰链组件的结构示意图。如图8所示,具体的,两个铰链组件中可以包括第一铰链组件30a和第二铰链组件30b,且第一铰链组件30a中具有铰链301a和铰链302a,第二铰链组件30b中具有铰链301b和铰链302b。其中,第一铰链组件30a的第一转动体3011a(3021a)和第二铰链组件30b中的第一转动体3011b(3021b)相向设置,也就是位于相互靠近的位置;而相应的,第一铰链组件30a中的第二转动体3012a(3022a)和第二铰链组件30b中的第二转动体3012b(3022b)之间距离较远,即相背设置。
第一铰链组件30a和第二铰链组件30b采用这样的对称设置方式,当两个主体之间产生相对转动时,主体10或者主体20与铰链组件30之间的作用力矩也会相对于主体的中线相互对称,因而让第一铰链组件30a和第二铰链组件30b的受力较为均衡,有效提高铰链组件30的转动可靠性,避免铰链结构在转动时因受力不均衡而发生损坏。
图9是本申请实施例一提供的又一种铰链结构中铰链组件的结构示意图。如图9所示,而当第一铰链组件30a和第二铰链组件30b间隔设置在两个主体之间时,为了简化从主体正面看去的结构线条,可以让两个主体的连接处均处于外观件的遮盖之下。具体的,作为其中一种可选的方式,可以让第一铰链组件30a中的铰链盖和第二铰链组件30b中的铰链盖相互连接,并形成一体式的遮盖件,即两个铰链组件中均拥有同一个铰链盖303。一般的,铰链盖303通常为厚度较薄的板状件。
此时,第一铰链组件30a中的铰链盖和第二铰链组件30b中的铰链盖为一体式结构,并形成了具有统一外形的遮盖件。因而两个主体之间的连接处被遮盖件(铰链盖303)所遮挡,无法看到位于遮盖件后方的铰链等结构。且因为两个铰链组件中的铰链盖相互连接,因而从主体的正面看去,每个单独的铰链组件也会被遮盖件遮挡。此时,从主体正面看去,两个主体之间的连接处所呈现的是一个整体的遮盖件,因而外观较为简洁、美观,视觉效果较好。
为了进一步减少从主体正面看上去的结构线条,可选的,遮盖件在铰链结构的轴向上的长度与主体10或者主体20在该方向上的长度相匹配。这样两个主体之间的连接处会完全被同一个遮盖件所遮盖,且遮盖件的边缘与主体的边缘一般会相互齐平或 者位于接近齐平的位置。这样即可有效的减少铰链结构在主体正面方向上的线条数量,使整个结构的外观更为简洁。
图10是本申请实施例一提供的第四种铰链结构中铰链组件的局部结构示意图。如图10所示,可选的,由于两个主体之间可能需要通过导线和线缆进行电性连接,所以遮盖件的面向铰链301或者铰链302的一侧还可以开设有用于穿设线缆的线槽3031,线槽3031的长度方向与铰链301或者铰链302的轴向相互交错。这样,遮盖件上所开设的线槽3031能够为线缆提供空间,使线缆穿过两个主体之间的连接处,且由于线缆位于线槽3031内,所以线槽3031能够为线缆提供保护,使线缆在主体10与主体20相对转动时仍能够藏在线槽3031内,不会因主体10和主体20的相对位置变化而产生折断或者损坏现象。
其中,线槽3031的长度方向与铰链301或者铰链302的轴向相互交错,因而埋设在线槽3031内的线缆同样可以与铰链301或者铰链302的轴向相交,并连接至两个不同的主体上。
可选的,线槽3031的长度方向可以与铰链301或者铰链302的轴向相互垂直,这样线槽的长度较短,可以有效减少线缆的长度。
由于用于连接在两个主体之间的线缆可以为柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)等形式,因而可选的,线槽3031可以沿遮盖件的板面方向延伸。这样线槽3031只要具有较浅的深度即可将柔性电路板容纳在其中,不会破坏遮盖件的外观。
图11是本申请实施例一提供的铰接结构的截面示意图。如图11所示,为了配合铰链组件中铰链的转动,可选的,铰链盖303具有与铰链301或者铰链302的形状相匹配的弧形面。这样当铰链301或者铰链302中的不同部分相对转动,例如是第一转动体相对于第二转动体转动时,铰链301或者铰链302中可转动部分的最外侧轮廓会绕着铰链的轴线转动,并形成一个弧形的移动轨迹,而此时,铰链盖303所形成的弧形面即可与铰链301或者铰链302在转动时的移动轨迹所匹配,以避免和铰链之间发生结构干涉。
进一步的,因为铰链组件30中通常可包括有两个并排设置的铰链301和铰链302,因而相应的,铰链盖303也具有两个与铰链301以及铰链302一一对应的弧形面,两个弧形面并排排列并相互连接。这样铰链301和铰链302均可正常转动而不被铰链盖303所阻挡。
本实施例中,铰链结构具体包括有至少一个铰链组件,铰链组件用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或者是相对打开,铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;其中,两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链用于和对应的主体连接并可至少部分收容在对应的主体的内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体和用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖设置在两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。这样铰链结构中的铰链组件可以被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,外观线条较为简洁,因而结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。
在上述铰链结构基础上,本申请实施例二还提供一种铰链装置,其包括有上述实施例一所述的铰链结构。图12是本申请实施例二提供的铰链装置在打开时的外形示意 图。图13是本申请实施例二提供的铰链装置在关闭时的外形示意图。图14是本申请实施例二提供的一种铰链装置中铰链组件与主体的连接结构示意图。图15是图14中的铰链组件与主体在连接完成时的结构示意图。图16是本申请实施例二提供的另一种铰链装置中铰链组件与主体的连接结构示意图。图17是图16中的铰链组件与主体在连接完成时的结构示意图。如图12至图17所示,具体的,铰链装置具体包括两个主体和上述实施例所述的铰链结构,而铰链结构中的铰链组件分别与两个主体连接。其中,铰链结构的具体结构、功能以及工作原理均已在前述实施例中进行了详细说明,此处不再赘述。
具体的,铰链结构中,仍然包括有至少一个铰链组件30,铰链组件30用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或者是相对打开,铰链组件30包括铰链盖和两个铰链;其中,两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链均可至少部分收容在对应的主体内部。且每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体和用于和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖设置在两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。而两个主体可以分别为主体10和主体20,铰链结构30连接在主体10和主体20之间,这样主体10和主体20可以通过铰链结构30实现相对转动,并使铰链装置整体呈打开或者关闭状态。
为了让铰链组件30中的铰链部分或全部收容在对应的主体的内部,避免整个铰链结构转动时,铰链和对应的主体之间发生结构干涉,作为一种可选的实施方式,铰链装置中,可以在每个主体上均开设有用于收容铰链的容置结构。容置结构可以为在主体的内部为铰链提供足够的容置空间,让铰链全部或者部分的被容纳在该容置空间内,同时保证铰链与其它结构之间的正常连接关系,以方便的实现铰链的正常转动功能。具体的,容置结构可以为多种形式,例如可以是在主体上的局部位置所开设的容置槽,或者是让主体的整体为中空结构,再或者是其它本领域技术人员所熟知的容置结构和容置方式等,此处不加以限制。
进一步的,在主体中的各类容置结构中,可选的,容置结构可以包括开设在主体上的容置槽。此处以主体10为例进行说明,在主体10上可以开设容置槽1011。而相应的,为便于叙述,仍可以定义铰链组件30中的铰链301用于和主体10连接,且铰链301中包括第一转动体3011和第二转动体3012;而铰链组件30中的铰链302用于和主体20连接,铰链302中包括第一转动体3021和第二转动体3022。此时,主体10上的容置槽1011可以开设在于铰链组件30所连接的位置,这样铰链组件30中的铰链301可以被容纳在容置槽1011中,并与主体10上的结构连接。具体的,容置槽1011具有面向该主体10外侧的槽口,而铰链301即可由槽口与铰链盖303或者是铰链组件30中的其它结构相连,这样铰链301在转动时,铰链组件30可以通过容置槽1011的槽口与另一主体20正常连接,而不会与该主体10之间产生结构干涉。
具体的,为了在容置槽1011内收容部分或者全部铰链301,容置槽1011的大小通常会大于铰链301的大小,以便让铰链301容纳在其中。
可选的,容置槽1011的内壁形状可以与铰链301的形状相互匹配。此时,容置槽1011的内壁所围成的形状和铰链301的形状保持一致。例如是铰链301的整体呈圆柱状时,容置槽1011的内部可以围成圆柱状或者矩形的腔体,这样铰链301即可被放入 容置槽1011中。而容置槽1011的内壁所围成的空间大小通常会略大于铰链301的大小,这样容置槽1011的内部与铰链301外表面之间存在一定的间隔,在便于铰链301的顺利装配的同时,也会避免容置槽1011阻碍到铰链301的正常转动。这样,一方面,容置槽1011可以保证铰链301的顺利容纳,使铰链301和主体10之间避免干涉现象;另一方面,容置槽1011对于主体10的内部空间占用较少,有利于主体10内部空间的充分利用,以及主体10内其它结构以及电子器件的摆放布置。
此外,主体20上所设置的容置槽的结构和功能与主体10上的容置槽1011类似,此处不再赘述。
而为了实现铰链组件30和主体10或者是主体20之间的连接,铰链组件30中的第一转动体3011和主体10,或者是第一转动体3021和主体20之间也有多种可选的结构以及连接方式。以下以第一转动体3011和主体10之间的连接为例进行说明,可以理解的是,第一转动体3021和主体20之间也可以具有类似的连接。
在其中一种可选的连接方式中,铰链301中的第一转动体3011和主体10之间可以为可拆卸连接。此时,第一转动体3011可以方便的与对应的主体10之间完成连接或者拆卸,从而有利于实现铰链结构的整个装配过程。
其中,因为第一转动体3011和主体10之间并不是一体式连接,因而为了避免第一转动体3011和主体10连接时,第一转动体3011相对于主体10产生相对转动,在第一转动体3011和主体10之间设置有能够防止转动的结构。例如,作为一种可选的结构,第一转动体3011具有沿铰链301轴向延伸的防转部3017,防转部3017具有与铰链轴向平行的安装平面B。
此时,第一转动体3011具有一个与自身转动轴线相互平行的安装平面B,而该安装平面B可以与主体10上的相应结构相互贴合,从而在第一转动体3011和主体10之间形成一个接触面。这样第一转动体3011和主体10上的相应结构之间会形成面接触,因而当第一转动体3011产生转动的趋势时,安装平面B会与主体10上的所贴合的结构相互抵接并维持面接触,以阻止防转部3017的安装平面B与主体10上相应结构之间的相对转动,从而遏制第一转动体3011相对于铰链301所对应的主体10的转动趋势。
此外,由于防转部3017具有安装平面B,因而主体10和第一转动体3011之间也可以利用安装平面B作为两者之间的连接面,实现主体10和第一转动体3011之间的连接。
一般的,防转部3017可以为多种不同的形状和结构,例如是防转部3017为沿铰链301轴向延伸的长方体,且长方体的一个侧面形成能够和主体10贴合的安装平面B;或者,防转部3017也可以是一个沿着铰链轴向延伸的半圆柱体,而半圆柱体的平面侧壁即可形成用于和主体10贴合的安装平面B。此外,防转部3017也可以是其它本领域技术人员所熟知的结构,此处不加以限制。
在其中一种可选的连接方式中,第一转动体3011和主体10之间卡合连接,且安装平面B与主体10的壁相互贴合。具体的,第一转动体3011和主体10之间同样可以具有多种不同的卡接方式和卡接结构。例如是,第一转动体3011和主体10上均可以设置有相互匹配的卡合结构,且第一转动体3011和主体10可以利用这些卡合结构 完成卡合连接,这样第一转动体3011和主体10就会实现相对固定和定位。具体的,这些卡合结构可以包括卡槽和卡凸部等。
为了简化第一转动体3011以及主体10的结构,可以利用第一转动体3011的整体外部轮廓实现卡合连接。具体的,可以在主体10上开设和第一转动体3011的轮廓相互匹配的容置空间,这样第一转动体3011放入容置空间之后,就会受到容置空间的形状限制,并和主体10之间进行卡合固定。可选的,当主体10上通过开设容置槽1011来容纳铰链组件30时,容置空间可以为容置槽1011的内部空间的一部分。
进一步的,当利用第一转动体3011的外部轮廓和主体10之间完成卡合连接时,由于第一转动体3011整体通常为回转体形状,为了避免第一转动体3011和主体10之间发生相对转动,当第一转动体3011具有防转部3017时,防转部3017上的安装平面B也可以和主体10的壁相互贴合,以利用安装平面B阻止第一转动体3011与主体10的相对转动,确保第一转动体3011和主体10之间能够可靠的相对固定。
除了卡合连接的方式外,第一转动体3011和主体10之间也可以采用其它可拆卸方式进行连接。在另一种可选的连接方式中,第一转动体3011和主体10之间可以采用螺纹连接或者铆接的方式实现可拆卸连接。此时,防转部3017的安装平面B上可以开设有至少一个第一安装孔3018,主体10上设置有与第一安装孔3018相对应的第二安装孔1012,第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012之间通过紧固件连接,且安装平面B和主体10的外表面贴合。
具体的,当利用防转部3017实现第一转动体3011和主体10之间的连接时,可以在防转部3017的安装平面B上开设第一安装孔3018,且将安装平面B与主体10的外表面贴合后,利用穿入第一安装孔3018以及第二安装孔1012内的紧固件作为连接件,将第一转动体3011和主体10连接在一起。为了便于紧固件的连接,第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012的位置相互对应,且第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012具有相互匹配的孔径。
其中,紧固件可以为多种不同的类型,例如可以是螺纹紧固件或者是铆接件等。当紧固件为螺纹紧固件时,第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012可以一个为螺纹孔,而另一个为光滑的通孔,从而可以依靠螺纹连接将防转部3017与主体10连接在一起;而当紧固件为铆接件时,第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012可以均为光滑的通孔。
为了提高第一转动体3011和主体10之间的连接可靠性,第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012的数量均可以为多个,且第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012的数量保持相同,这样第一安装孔3018和第二安装孔1012可以一一对应设置。
此外,铰链302中的第一转动体3021和主体20之间也可以具有类似上述铰链301中的结构,此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,铰链装置包括铰链结构和两个主体,铰链结构具体包括至少一个铰链组件,铰链组件用于铰接两个主体,并使两个主体相对闭合或相对打开,铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;其中,两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,每个铰链均用于和对应的主体连接并可至少部分收容在对应的主体内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖设置在两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。这样铰 链结构中的铰链组件会被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,外观线条较为简洁,结构的整体性以及外观上的一致性均较好。
图18是本申请实施例三提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。如图18所示,本实施例中,电子设备100包括前述实施例二所述的铰链装置。其中,铰链结构的具体结构、功能和工作原理均已在前述实施例中进行了详细说明,此处不再赘述。
具体的,电子设备100可以为笔记本电脑、折叠式平板电脑或者是折叠式手机等便携式设备,且电子设备除了上述铰链装置外,还可以包括有主机、屏幕200和键盘300等组成部分,以便用户进行输入和显示。由于电子设备100中包括有铰链装置,因而电子设备的不同部分之间可以转动至折叠关闭状态,以提高电子设备的便携性,或者是转动至打开状态,以进行电子设备的正常工作。
可选的,铰链装置的主体10和主体20可以均为壳体,一个壳体设置有显示设备,也就是屏幕200,另一壳体设置有键盘300。而两个壳体之间通过铰链组件30连接,这样两个壳体可以相对转动至不同角度,以便使屏幕200和键盘300处于折叠关闭状态、或者将使屏幕200和键盘300相对打开,以实现电子设备100的正常输入、显示和其它工作。
本实施例中,电子设备包括铰链装置,铰链装置具体包括两个主体和至少一个铰链组件,两个主体通过铰链组件铰接以相对闭合或相对打开,铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;其中,两个铰链的轴向相互平行;两个铰链分别对应两个主体,且每个铰链均至少部分收容在对应的主体内部;每个铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,第一转动体和铰链对应的主体连接,第二转动体和铰链盖连接,铰链盖设置在两个主体之间并用于遮盖铰链。这样电子设备中的铰链组件会被主体上的结构以及自身的铰链盖所遮盖,外观线条较为简洁,并具有较好的结构整体性以及外观一致性。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种铰链结构,包括至少一个铰链组件,所述铰链组件用于铰接两个主体,并使两个所述主体相对闭合或相对打开,其特征在于,所述铰链组件包括铰链盖和两个铰链;
    两个所述铰链的轴向相互平行;
    两个所述铰链分别对应两个所述主体,每个所述铰链均用于和对应的所述主体连接并可至少部分收容在所述主体内部;
    每个所述铰链均包括可相对转动的第一转动体以及第二转动体,所述第一转动体用于和所述铰链对应的所述主体连接,所述第二转动体和所述铰链盖连接,所述铰链盖位于两个所述主体之间并用于遮盖所述铰链。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述第一转动体为套筒,所述第二转动体为可***所述套筒并在所述套筒内转动的***部;或者,

  5. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述第二转动体和所述铰链盖为一体式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述第一转动体和所述第二转动体之间具有转动阻尼。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述铰链组件为至少两个,且至少两个所述铰链组件沿同一轴向间隔排列。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,至少两个所述铰链组件包括第一铰链组件和第二铰链组件,所述第一铰链组件中的第一转动体和所述第二铰链组件中的第一转动体相向设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述第一铰链组件中的铰链盖和所述第二铰链组件中的铰链盖相互连接并形成一体式的遮盖件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述遮盖件在所述铰链的轴向上的长度与所述主体在该方向上的长度相匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述遮盖件的面向所述铰链的一侧开设有用于穿设线缆的线槽,所述线槽的长度方向与所述铰链的轴向相互交错。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述线槽沿所述遮盖件的板面方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述铰链盖具有与所述铰链的形状相匹配的弧形面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述铰链盖具有两个与所述 铰链一一对应的弧形面,两个所述弧形面并排排列并相互连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的铰链结构,其特征在于,所述铰链盖为板状件。
  16. 一种铰链装置,其特征在于,包括两个主体和权利要求1-15任一项所述的铰链结构,所述铰链结构中的铰链组件分别与两个所述主体连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,每个所述主体上均开设有用于***述铰链的容置结构。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述容置结构包括开设在所述主体上的容置槽。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述容置槽的内壁形状与所述铰链的形状相互匹配。
  20. 根据权利要求16-19任一项所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动体和所述主体之间为可拆卸连接。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动体具有沿所述铰链轴向延伸的防转部,所述防转部具有与所述铰链轴向平行的安装平面。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动体和所述主体之间卡合连接,且所述安装平面与所述主体的壁相互贴合。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述防转部的安装平面上开设有至少一个第一安装孔,所述主体上设置有与所述第一安装孔相对应的第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔之间通过紧固件连接,且所述安装平面和所述主体的外表面贴合。
  24. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求16-23任一项所述的铰链装置。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述铰链装置的两个主体均为壳体,一个所述壳体设置有显示设备,另一所述壳体设置有键盘。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备为笔记本电脑、可折叠平板电脑或者是可折叠手机。
