Description
本发明是涉及一种拼图，尤指一种侧边也有图案的无边框拼图。
拼图是一种常见的益智玩具，其包含有多个拼图片，而该等拼图片可组合在一起以共同形成一图案；公知的拼图组合完成后会设置于一边框内，并夹设于一背板及一透明板之间，后来本专利申请人研发出一种无边框拼图，如中国第CN206715281U号实用新型专利案，其将最***的拼图片加厚，使该等拼图片于侧边也有一定的面积，并藉此作为边框使用，因此便无须另外设置前述的边框；除此之外，最***的拼图片的侧面有一定的面积而同样可印刷图案，因此可让拼图的图案延伸至侧面。
具体来说，前述中国专利案的无边框拼图的最***的拼图片(以下简称外拼图片)的构造包含有一顶壁片(本体)及一侧壁片；顶壁片的底面向下突出有一结合部(第一柱体、第二柱体等等)；侧壁片的一侧可翻转地连接顶壁片的一侧，侧壁片可翻转至侧壁片的内壁面结合于顶壁片的结合部的侧面，或可翻转至侧壁片的外壁面与顶壁片的顶面平行，藉此方便印刷或喷涂连续的图案于顶壁片的顶面及侧壁片的外壁面；然而，此种外拼图片的缺点在于：
第一，顶壁片向下突出的结合部需要有一定的高度，以让侧壁片有足够的面积来结合；但如此一来整个外拼图片便具有一定的厚度，进而导致该外拼图片不仅难以固定也不便加工，因此造成制作上的不便。
第二，同样由于外拼图片的厚度太厚，因此若想在侧壁片的内侧面上依序标上编号以方便使用者拼装，则过厚的外拼图片不便进行侧壁片的内侧面的喷涂或印刷。
第三，同样由于外拼图片的厚度太厚，尤其相较于内侧的一般片状的内拼图片，厚度差距更是甚大，因此使用者不便拼装。
第四，现有技术的外拼图片仅有在顶壁片的横向相对两侧边有凹凸而得以与另一外拼图片的顶壁片的横向侧边嵌合，但是侧壁片的横向相对两侧边则是一直线的侧边而无法与另一外拼图片的侧壁片的横向侧边嵌合；因此当一整排的外拼图片的侧壁片向上翻转而要喷涂或印刷图案时，则相邻的两侧壁片可能因为彼此之间没有任何固定而可能会有高低起伏，进而造成喷涂或印刷的图案有误差或凹凸不平。
发明内容
有鉴于前述的现有技术的缺点及不足，本发明提供一种无边框拼图，其可有效降低最***的拼图片的厚度，以方便制作及拼装。
为达到上述的发明目的，本发明提出一种无边框拼图，其中包含：
一固定架，该固定架的顶面凹设有一上结合环槽，该固定架的底面凹设有一下结合环槽；
一拼图本体，其包含有：
多个外拼图片，其设于该固定架上，该等外拼图片彼此连接成环状且围绕出一内部空间；各该外拼图片包含：
一顶壁片，该顶壁片的底面突出有一上结合部，该上结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该上结合环槽中，该顶壁片的周缘形成有至少一上嵌合部；任两相邻的该外拼图片的该顶壁片透过该至少一上嵌合部相互嵌合；
至少一侧壁片，其可翻转地连接于该顶壁片的该周缘，各该至少一侧壁片具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，该至少一侧壁片可翻转至该至少一侧壁片的该外壁面与该顶壁片的顶面平行，且该至少一侧壁片可翻转至该至少一侧壁片的该内壁面贴合于该固定架的侧面；
至少一底壁片，其可翻转地连接于该至少一侧壁片，且该至少一底壁片与该顶壁片分别位于该至少一侧壁片的相对两侧边，各该至少一底壁片具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，该至少一底壁片的该内壁面突出有一下结合部，该至少一底壁片可翻转至该至少一底壁片的该外壁面与该至少一侧壁片的该外壁面平行，且该至少一底壁片可翻转至该至少一底壁片的该下结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该下结合环槽中；
多个内拼图片，其设于该外拼图片围绕出的该内部空间内，该等内拼图片相互嵌合，且部分的该内拼图片与该外拼图片相互嵌合；
其中，该等外拼图片的该顶壁片的该顶面、该等外拼图片的该至少一侧壁片的该外壁面及该等内拼图片的顶面，设有图案。

本发明的优点在于，藉由将外拼图片设置结合于固定架上，并且使外拼图片的侧壁片或底壁片结合于固定架的侧面或底面，藉此外拼图片的顶壁片的底面便无需突出让侧壁片结合的构造，外拼图片的顶壁片的底面仅需稍微突出有足以与固定架结合的构造(上结合部)即可，或是可进一步使最***的内拼图片结合于固定架，再使外拼图片嵌合内拼图片以间接固定于固定架上，此时外拼图片的顶壁片的底面甚至可完全无任何结合构造；藉此便可大幅降低外拼图片的顶壁片的厚度，进而方便固定外拼图片及进行加工、制造，同时藉由降低厚度而方便外拼图片的侧壁片的内壁面的喷涂或印刷，也方便使用者拼装；本发明藉此达成其发明目的。
优选地，所述的无边框拼图，其中该固定架的该底面凹设有一压缩环槽，其相邻于该下结合环槽，且该下结合环槽环绕于该压缩环槽的外侧。
优选地，所述的无边框拼图，其中各该外拼图片的该顶壁片的该上结合部为片状。

以下配合附图及本发明的较佳实施例，进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
请参阅图1及图2所示，本发明的无边框拼图的第一实施例包含有一固定架10及一拼图本体。
请参阅图3、图5及图6所示，固定架10的顶面凹设有一上结合环槽11，固定架10的底面凹设有一下结合环槽12；在本实施例中，上结合环槽11及下结合环槽12均 为矩形的环状，并与固定架10的周缘的形状相对应，但不以此为限，上结合环槽11及下结合环槽12也可为圆环状或其他形状的环状等等；
在本实施例中，固定架10为环状，且进一步来说为矩形的环状，但同样不以此为限，也可为圆环状或其他形状的环状等等；另外，在其他实施例中，固定架可并非成环状，仅要固定架的顶面环绕凹设有上结合环槽，且固定架的底面环绕凹设有下结合环槽即可。
请参阅图2及图8至图10所示，在本实施例中，固定架10为环状且进一步包含有多个结合段13及多个结合件14、15，该等结合段13及该等结合件14、15交错结合成环状，各结合段13具有一内部空间及两端开口；各结合件14、15的两端分别穿设结合于两结合段13中；在本实施例中，结合件14、15的端部是穿设紧迫于结合段13中，藉此结合两者，但不以此为限，也可透过其他方式结合结合件14、15及结合段13；在本实施例中，结合件14、15可分成直线连接两结合段13的直线结合件14以及垂直连接两结合段13的角落结合件15，因此该等结合段13及该等结合件14、15交错结合成矩形的环状；但固定架10的构造不以上述为限，例如固定架也可为一体成形。
请参阅图1至图3所示，拼图本体包含有多个外拼图片20及多个内拼图片30，外拼图片20结合于固定架10上，且彼此连接成环状且围绕出一内部空间；内拼图片30设于外拼图片20围绕出的内部空间内，该等内拼图片30相互嵌合，且位于最***的内拼图片30与外拼图片20相互嵌合；在本实施例中，内拼图片30为一般片状的拼图片，故其构造在此不多赘述。
请参阅图3及图6所示，各外拼图片20包含一顶壁片21、至少一侧壁片22及至少一底壁片23；侧壁片22可翻转地连接于顶壁片21，底壁片23可翻转地连接于侧壁片22，且底壁片23与顶壁片21分别位于侧壁片22的相对两侧边。
在本实施例中，外拼图片20可分成如图11及图12所示的侧边外拼图片20及如图13及图14所示的角落外拼图片20；两者的差异在于，侧边外拼图片20包含有单一侧壁片22及单一底壁片23，而角落外拼图片20包含有两侧壁片22及两底壁片23，并且在本实施例中，该两侧壁片22分别连接于顶壁片21的相互垂直的两侧边，藉此组合成矩形的拼图，但不以此为限，顶壁片21用以连接两侧壁片22的两侧边的夹角也可大于90度或小于90度，藉以组合成三角形或五边形等各种形状的拼图。
请参阅图3至图7及图12所示，各外拼图片20的顶壁片21，其贴靠于固定架10的顶面，顶壁片21的底面突出有一上结合部211，上结合部211穿设结合于固定架10 的上结合环槽11中，在本实施例中，上结合部211为片状，且紧迫于上结合环槽11中，但不以此为限。顶壁片21的周缘形成有至少一上嵌合部212，任两相邻的外拼图片20的顶壁片21透过上嵌合部212相互嵌合；在本实施例中，顶壁片21具有两上嵌合部212，侧边外拼图片20的顶壁片21的两上嵌合部212分别位于顶壁片21的横向相对两侧(如图11及图12所示)，角落外拼图片20的顶壁片21的两上嵌合部212分别位于顶壁片21的垂直相对两侧(如图13及图14所示)，但上嵌合部212的数量及位置不以此为限。
侧壁片22具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，侧壁片22可相对顶壁片21翻转至侧壁片22的外壁面与顶壁片21的顶面平行，且侧壁片22可相对顶壁片21翻转至侧壁片22的内壁面贴合于固定架10的侧面；在本实施例中，侧壁片22的周缘形成有至少一侧嵌合部221，任两相邻的外拼图片20的侧壁片22透过侧嵌合部221相互嵌合；且具体来说，侧边外拼图片20的侧壁片22具有两侧嵌合部221，该两侧嵌合部221分别位于侧壁片22的横向相对两侧，角落外拼图片20的各侧壁片22具有一侧嵌合部221，其位于侧壁片22的横向外侧边，但侧嵌合部221的数量及位置不以此为限，此外，侧壁片22也可视情形而没有侧嵌合部221。
底壁片23具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，底壁片23的内壁面突出有一下结合部231；底壁片23可相对侧壁片22翻转至底壁片23的外壁面与侧壁片22的外壁面平行，且底壁片23可相对侧壁片22翻转至底壁片23的下结合部231穿设结合于固定架10的下结合环槽12中。
在本实施例中，下结合部231的端部突出有一第二卡扣部232，且固定架10的下结合环槽12的开口周缘处突出有一第一卡扣部16；当底壁片23的下结合部231穿设结合于下结合环槽12中时，下结合部231的第二卡扣部232扣合于下结合环槽12的第一卡扣部16，藉此使底壁片23可稳固结合于固定架10；但下结合部231与下结合环槽12的固定方式不以此为限。
另外，在本实施例中，固定架10的底面进一步凹设有一压缩环槽17，其相邻于下结合环槽12，且下结合环槽12环绕于压缩环槽17的外侧，藉此压缩环槽17可让下结合环槽12的壁面有向内变形的空间，以让下结合部231得以穿设卡合于下结合环槽12中。
请参阅图1及图3所示，该等外拼图片20的顶壁片21的顶面、该等外拼图片20的侧壁片22的外壁面及该等内拼图片30的顶面，设有连续的图案，以共同形成拼图 的图案；在此要强调的是，图案可透过印刷、喷涂等各种来设置；此外，外拼图片20的顶壁片21的顶面、外拼图片20的侧壁片22的外壁面及内拼图片30的顶面可为一连续的图案，但也可为不连续的多个图案，图案的数量及连续与否均可视需求而调整，重点在于外拼图片20的顶壁片21的顶面、外拼图片20的侧壁片22的外壁面及内拼图片30的顶面形成一个连续性的区域而可供图案设置。
请参阅图3及图6所示，使用者拼装本发明时，外拼图片20的顶壁片21首先使其上结合部211穿设结合于固定架10顶面的上结合环槽11中，同时顶壁片21的上嵌合部212嵌合于相邻的外拼图片20的顶壁片21的上嵌合部212；请参阅图4所示，接着依序弯折侧壁片22，并使侧壁片22的侧嵌合部221嵌合于相邻的外拼图片20的侧壁片22的侧嵌合部221；请参阅图5及图7所示，最后弯折底壁片23，并使底壁片23的下结合部231穿设结合于固定架10底面的下结合环槽12中，到此即完成一片外拼图片20的拼装；但本发明的组装方式不以此为限，也可有其他变化。
请参阅图15及图16所示，以下为本发明的第二实施例，其与前述的第一实施例大致相同，差别在于第二实施例中，各外拼图片20A仅有顶壁片21A及侧壁片22A而没有底壁片，下结合部222A改设于侧壁片22A的内壁面，并且固定架10A的下结合环槽18A改设于固定架10A的侧面；侧壁片22A可相对顶壁片21A翻转至下结合部222A穿设结合于固定架10A的下结合环槽18A中；下结合部222A与下结合环槽18A的具体构造可与第一实施例的下结合环槽与下结合环槽相同，故在此不多赘述，而固定架10A的侧面也可具有一压缩环槽以让下结合环槽18A的壁面有变形的空间等等。
请参阅图17所示，以下为本发明的第三实施例，其与前述的第一实施例大致相同，差别在于第三实施例中，上结合部223B改设于侧壁片22B的内壁面，并且固定架10B的上结合环槽11B改设于固定架10B的侧面；侧壁片22B可相对顶壁片21B翻转至上结合部223B穿设结合于固定架10B的上结合环槽11B中。
请参阅图18所示，以下为本发明的第四实施例，其与前述的第三实施例大致相同，差别在于第四实施例中，各外拼图片20C仅有顶壁片21C及侧壁片22C而没有底壁片，下结合部222C改设于侧壁片22C的内壁面，并且上结合部223C与下结合部222C上下间隔设置，固定架10C的下结合环槽18C改设于固定架10C的侧面，并且上结合环槽11C与下结合环槽18C上下间隔设置；侧壁片22C可相对顶壁片21C翻转至上结合部223C及下结合部222C分别穿设结合于固定架10C的上结合环槽11C及下结合环槽18C中。
请参阅图19所示，以下为本发明的第五实施例，其与前述的第一实施例大致相同，差别在于第五实施例中，上结合部31D并未设于外拼图片20D上，而是改设于最***的内拼图片30D上，最***的内拼图片30D就是指与外拼图片20D的内拼图片30D，上结合部31D设于最***的内拼图片30D的底面，并同样穿设于固定架10D顶面的上结合环槽11D中；藉此外拼图片20D的顶壁片21D可透过最***的外拼图片20D而间接固定于固定架10D上，故顶壁片21D可为平滑面而未突出有任何结构。
请参阅图20所示，以下为本发明的第六实施例，其与前述的第五实施例大致相同，差别在于第六实施例中，各外拼图片20E仅有顶壁片21E及侧壁片22E而没有底壁片，下结合部222E改设于侧壁片22E的内壁面，固定架10E的下结合环槽18E改设于固定架10E的侧面；侧壁片22E可相对顶壁片21E翻转至下结合部222E穿设结合于固定架10E的下结合环槽18E中。
本发明藉由将外拼图片20设置结合于固定架10上，并且使外拼图片20的侧壁片22结合于固定架10的侧面(第二、第四及第六实施例)或是使外拼图片20的底壁片23结合于固定架10的底面(第一、第三及第五实施例)，藉此外拼图片20的顶壁片21的底面仅需稍微突出有足以与固定架10结合的构造(上结合部211)即可，因此便可大幅降低外拼图片20的顶壁片21的厚度；或者是可进一步使最***的内拼图片30结合于固定架10，再使外拼图片20嵌合内拼图片30以间接固定于固定架10上(第五及第六实施例)，此时外拼图片20的顶壁片21的底面甚至可完全无任何结合构造，而可更进一步降低外拼图片20的顶壁片21的厚度；藉由降低顶壁片21的厚度，而可方便固定外拼图片20及进行加工、制造，同时藉由降低厚度而方便外拼图片20的侧壁片22的内壁面的喷涂或印刷，也方便使用者拼装；本发明藉此达成其发明目的。
此外，当一整排的外拼图片20的侧壁片22向上翻转而要喷涂或印刷图案时，藉由使任两相邻的外拼图片20的侧壁片22(透过侧嵌合部221)相互嵌合，而可避免相邻的两侧壁片22有高低起伏而导致喷涂或印刷的图案有误差或凹凸不平。
最后，藉由将固定架10设计成环状且由多个结合段13及多个结合件14、15组成，因此无须受限于固定架10组合后的整体大小，而可将多个结合段13及多个结合件14、15放置在体积相对较小的盒子中，如此可大幅缩小本发明包装时的整体体积。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制，虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上，然而并非用以限定本发明，任何熟悉本专业的技术人员，在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内，当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许 更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例，但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容，依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (13)
- 一种无边框拼图，其特征在于，所述无边框拼图包含：一固定架，该固定架的顶面凹设有一上结合环槽，该固定架的底面凹设有一下结合环槽；一拼图本体，其包含有：多个外拼图片，其设于该固定架上，该等外拼图片彼此连接成环状且围绕出一内部空间；各该外拼图片包含：一顶壁片，该顶壁片的底面突出有一上结合部，该上结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该上结合环槽中，该顶壁片的周缘形成有至少一上嵌合部；任两相邻的该外拼图片的该顶壁片透过至少一该上嵌合部相互嵌合；至少一侧壁片，其能翻转地连接于该顶壁片的该周缘，各该侧壁片具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，该侧壁片能翻转至该侧壁片的该外壁面与该顶壁片的顶面平行，且该侧壁片能翻转至该侧壁片的该内壁面贴合于该固定架的侧面；至少一底壁片，其能翻转地连接于该侧壁片，且该底壁片与该顶壁片分别位于该侧壁片的相对两侧边，各该底壁片具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，该底壁片的该内壁面突出有一下结合部，该底壁片能翻转至该底壁片的该外壁面与该侧壁片的该外壁面平行，且该底壁片能翻转至该底壁片的该下结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该下结合环槽中；多个内拼图片，其设于该外拼图片围绕出的该内部空间内，该等内拼图片相互嵌合，且部分的该内拼图片与该外拼图片相互嵌合；其中，该等外拼图片的该顶壁片的该顶面、该等外拼图片的该侧壁片的该外壁面及该等内拼图片的顶面，设有图案。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，该固定架的该底面凹设有一压缩环槽，其相邻于该下结合环槽，且该下结合环槽环绕于该压缩环槽的外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，各该外拼图片的该顶壁片的该上结合部为片状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，该固定架的该下结合环槽的开口周缘处突出有一第一卡扣部；各该外拼图片的该底壁片的该下结合部的端部突出有一第二卡扣部；当该下结合部穿设结合于该下结合环槽中时，该第二卡扣部扣合于该第一卡扣部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，各该外拼图片的该侧壁片的的周缘形成有至少一侧嵌合部；任两相邻的该外拼图片的该侧壁片透过该侧嵌合部相互嵌合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，各该固定架为环状。
- 根据权利要求6所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，各该固定架为包含多个结合段及多个结合件，该等结合段及该等结合件交错结合成环状。
- 根据权利要求7所述的无边框拼图，其特征在于，各该结合段具有一内部空间及两端开口；各该结合件的两端分别穿设结合于两该结合段中。
- 一种无边框拼图，其特征在于，所述无边框拼图包含：一固定架，该固定架的顶面凹设有一上结合环槽，该固定架的侧面凹设有一下结合环槽；一拼图本体，其包含有：多个外拼图片，其设于该固定架上，该等外拼图片彼此连接成环状且围绕出一内部空间；各该外拼图片包含：一顶壁片，该顶壁片的底面突出有一上结合部，该上结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该上结合环槽中，该顶壁片的周缘形成有至少一上嵌合部；任两相邻的该外拼图片的该顶壁片透过该上嵌合部相互嵌合；至少一侧壁片，其能翻转地连接于该顶壁片的该周缘，各该侧壁片具有位于相对两侧的一内壁面及一外壁面，该侧壁片的该内壁面突出有一下结合部，该侧壁片能翻转至该侧壁片的该外壁面与该顶壁片的顶面平行，且该侧壁片能翻转至该侧壁片的该下结合部穿设结合于该固定架的该下结合环槽；多个内拼图片，其设于该外拼图片围绕出的该内部空间内，该等内拼图片相互嵌合，且部分的该内拼图片与该外拼图片相互嵌合；其中，该等外拼图片的该顶壁片的该顶面、该等外拼图片的该侧壁片的该外壁面及该等内拼图片的顶面，设有图案。
