技术领域
本申请涉及线束技术领域,涉及一种线束保护装置及电池包。
背景技术
现有技术中,在设备或装置中通常会设置有线束,以用于供电或传输数据等。例如,在电动汽车的电池包内设置有线束,以实现供电以及对电池包内电池的电压、电流和温度等数据的采集。
线束在设备或装置内部空间的走线通常会沿多维方向排布。而在转角部位,线束通常无法很好的实现与转角贴合,容易发生上下翘起等问题。现在常用的方案是在线束部分位置设置定位部件如螺钉、卡扣等对线束固定,但此类设计不仅在外观上显得杂乱,而且操作工艺难度大、降低工作效率、提高了成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的是为了克服现有技术中所存在的线束的固定外观杂乱、操作工艺难度大以及工作效率低的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请一方面提供一种线束保护装置,所述线束保护装置包括柔性段,相邻的两个所述柔性段之间通过刚性段连接,所述柔性段和所述刚性段连接形成有用于线束穿过的通道。
根据本申请的另一方面,还提供一种电池包,所述电池包包括线束以及根据如上所述的线束保护装置,所述线束穿过所述线束保护装置形成的通道。
本申请提供的线束保护装置及电池包,通过在线束保护装置中设置柔性段和刚性段可以方便线束在装置或设备的空间内的任意布置和定位,避免线束在转角部位发生上下翘起等问题,而且采用该线束保护装置,线束的布置操作容易,利于提高工作效率,并且使得线束的布置在外观上整齐有序。

以下结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限制本申请。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。另外,“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外。

本申请提供一种线束保护装置,如图1所示,该线束保护装置包括至少两个柔性材质制成的柔性段1,相邻的两个所述柔性段1之间通过硬性材质制成的刚性段2连接,所述柔性段1和刚性段2连接形成有用于线束3穿过的通道。其中,柔性段1内设置有柔性段通道,刚性段2内设置有刚性段通道,该柔性段通道和刚性段通道连通形成用于线束3穿过的所述通道。
如图1中的第一柔性段11、第二柔性段12、第三柔性段13及第四柔性段14等多个柔性段1通过第一刚性段21、第二刚性段22、第三刚性段23及第四刚性段24等多个刚性段2连接形成用于线束3穿过的保护装置。
本申请提供的线束保护装置,通过设置柔性段1可以使得线束3在装置或设备的空间内走线时与相邻部件柔性配合,刚性段2通常设置在线束的转角部位,通过刚性段2可以方便线束在转角部位的贴合定位,避免线束在转角部位发生上下翘起等问题,而且设置刚性段2可以更好地实现线束沿多维方向的布置,使得线束可以在设备或装置(例如电池包内部)中随意布置以及较好的定位。另外,通过本申请提供的线束保护装置,线束的布置操作容易,利于提高工作效率,而且可以使得线束的布置在外观上整齐有序。
每个刚性段2具有至少两个插接口201,柔性段1至少部分***并固定在刚性段2的插接口201中。一些实施例中,柔性段1和刚性段2的所述插接口201通过过盈配合固定或胶粘固定。其中,图1中所显示的多个刚性段2各设置有两个插接口201,应该 可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,刚性段2可以设置三个或更多个插接口201,以使得线束在刚性段2中的一个插接口201进入,在其它的两个或更多个插接口201进行分支。
为方便刚性段2连接柔性段1,一些实施例中,刚性段2由两个壳体部分从柔性段1的相对的两侧扣合形成,两个壳体部分扣合后,所连接的柔性段1的端部位于扣合形成的插接口201处,两个壳体之间的空腔形成为线束穿过的刚性段通道。柔性段1在刚性段2的插接口201中可以被卡紧,或者通过胶粘固定在插接口201中。
一些实施例中,线束3包括多根导线,为方便对各导线进行识别,导线通常会并排布置(包括设置有多排的情况),因此柔性段1可以设置为扁平状的平直结构(如横截面为矩形结构),使得多根导线可以并排穿过柔性段1。
刚性段2通常设置为弯折结构,以能够连接呈弯折布置的两个柔性段1,从而通过刚性段2可以在拐角等部位固定线束。当然,刚性段2也可以为平直结构,以在布置的线束较长时,可以在其中设置平直结构的柔性段1,从而方便定位。
一些实施例中,刚性段2通常设置有多个,多个刚性段2设置为能够连接三维空间内布置的柔性段1。这样,使得线束可以在三维空间内任意布置。
为实现刚性段2能够连接三维空间内布置的柔性段1,其中的至少一个刚性段2设置为弯折结构,该弯折结构具有成角度布置的两个插接口201。如图1中的第一刚性段21、第三刚性段23以及多个第四刚性段24均为弯折结构,其中多个第四刚性段24的弯折结构与第一刚性段21和第三刚性段23的弯折面不同。第一刚性段21和第三刚性段23可以连接扁平的宽表面大致处于同一平面且弯折布置的柔性段,而第四刚性段24连接侧部的窄表面处于同一平面且弯折布置的柔性段。
其中的至少一个刚性段2设置为从一端至另一端至少两次弯折的弯折结构,如图1中的第二刚性段22,该弯折结构的两端分别设置有插接口201,该第二刚性段22可以连接扁平的宽表面处于不同平面上的柔性段。
这样,通过多个不同弯折结构的刚性段2来连接多个柔性段1,可以实现线束可以在三维空间内的布置。其中在此所显示的刚性段2仅为实例性的结构,刚性段2还可以设置为其它的多种结构形式,以能够根据布置空间实现线束的任意布置和定位。
另外,刚性段2上还可设置有用于线束3中的部分导线穿出的导线穿出孔202。在线束3走线到一定部位时,可以使得部分导线通过导线穿出孔202穿出刚性段2,以方便部分导线在此分支出来。如图1和图2中所显示的,在第一刚性段21和第三刚性段23上分别设置有导线穿出孔202,穿出该导线穿出孔202的导线连接有连接端子4。
本申请提供的技术方案中,一些实施例中,如图3所示,柔性段1的柔性段通道为沿通道的延伸方向设置的多个导线容纳孔101。
一些实施例中,该多个导线容纳孔101成排布置,可设置一排或多排。
使用时,直接将各个导线穿过相应的导线容纳孔101中,可同时实现各导线的定位及保护。该设计方式区别于现有技术中的灌胶技术,通过容纳孔101可以避免各导线粘 连在一起,一旦需要更换、增加或减少导线的情况,即可随时进行更换。
另外,导线容纳孔101可以设置有用于识别位于该导线容纳孔(101)中的导线的标识,以便更好的区分不同的导线。
应该可以理解的是,本申请提供的技术方案中,柔性段1内并不限于设置分隔各导线的导线容纳孔101的方式,在柔性段1内设置共同通道,以使得各导线共同穿过该通道也属于本申请的保护范围。
此外,通常地,在线束穿出该线束保护装置的端部通常连接有接线端子4,如图1中所显示的,在线束穿出该线束保护装置的两端的端部以及部分线束穿出刚性段2的导线穿出孔202的端部分别连接有接线端子4,以方便线束与其它的线束或插座等连接。
根据本申请的另一方面,还提供一种电池包,该电池包包括有线束3以及如上所述的线束保护装置,所述线束3穿过所述线束保护装置形成的通道。本申请提供的电池包,采用上述的线束保护装置,可以方便线束在电池包内部空间内的布置和定位,并且使得线束的布置整齐美观。
以上结合附图详细描述了本申请的优选实施方式,但是,本申请并不限于此。在本申请的技术构思范围内,可以对本申请的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本申请对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本申请所公开的内容,均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述线束保护装置包括至少两个柔性段,相邻的两个所述柔性段之间通过刚性段连接,所述柔性段和所述刚性段连接形成有用于线束穿过的通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述柔性段内设置有柔性段通道,所述刚性段内设置有刚性段通道,所述柔性段通道和所述刚性段通道连通形成用于线束穿过的所述通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,每个所述刚性段具有至少两个插接口,所述柔性段至少部分***并固定在所述刚性段的所述插接口中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述刚性段设置有多个,多个所述刚性段设置为能够连接三维空间内布置的所述柔性段。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述柔性段为平直结构,所述刚性段为能够连接弯折布置的两个柔性段的弯折结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,其中的一个所述刚性段设置为具有成角度设置的两个插接口的弯折结构;
    或者,其中的一个所述刚性段设置为从一端至另一端至少两次弯折的弯折结构,在该弯折结构的两端分别设置有所述插接口。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述刚性段由两个壳体部分从所述柔性段的相对的两侧扣合形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述柔性段沿所述通道的延伸方向设置有多个导线容纳孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述导线容纳孔设置有用于识别位于所述导线容纳孔中的导线的标识。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的线束保护装置,其特征在于,所述刚性段上设置有用于线束中的部分导线穿出的导线穿出孔。
  11. 一种电池包,其特征在于,所述电池包包括线束以及根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的线束保护装置,所述线束穿过所述线束保护装置形成的通道。
