移印属于特种印刷方式之一,它能够在产品表面上印刷文字、图形和图像,现在正成为一种重要的印刷,待印刷产品放置在治具中,移印装置的移印胶头下压,对待印刷产品进印刷。
发明人在研究本发明的过程中发现,现有技术中的治具底座上未设置定位结构,使得只能移印待印刷产品的一处位置,因此在移印过程中需要人工调试位置,其操作不便,导致移印效率低、稳定性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开的技术方案至少能够解决以下技术问题:现有技术中的治具底座上未设置定位结构,使得只能移印待印刷产品的一处位置,因此在移印过程中需要人工调试位置,其操作不便,导致移印效率低、稳定性差。
本发明的一个或者多个实施例公开了一种装夹治具,用于装夹待印装置,所述装夹治具包括固定底板、用于装夹所述待印装置的移印治具和用于固定所述移印治具的至少一个活动底板,所述固定底板上设置有用于放置所述至少一个活动底板的容纳部,所述容纳部内设置有用于定位所述活动底板的位置的定位部。
在本发明的一个或者多个实施例中,所述容纳部为仿形槽结构;或者,所述容纳部为凹槽结构。
在本发明的一个或者多个实施例中,所述容纳部在所述固定底板上的投影形状与所述活动底板在所述固定底板上的投影形状相同。

在本发明的一个或者多个实施例中,所述胶头组件包括胶头以及用于固定所述胶头并带动所述胶头移动的胶头固定板;
所述胶头固定板具体用于带动所述胶头沿着第一移动方向移动到所述油槽与存放于所述油槽中的移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油后返回初始位置;所述胶头固定板还用于带动所述胶头沿着第二移动方向移动到所述装夹治具的正上方后,再沿着第三移动方向移动并压在装夹于所述装夹治具上的待印装置的表面,将所述胶头上蘸取的移印油印刷在所述待印装置的表面上。
在本发明的一个或者多个实施例中,所述胶头组件还包括用于调节所述胶头位置的第二调节部件,所述第二调节部件插设于所述胶头固定板中并与所述胶头连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果在于:
在本发明的实施例中,通过将所述活动底板固定于所述固定底板上, 且将装夹待印装置的移印治具固定在所述活动底板上。当待印装置调整好位置并装夹完毕时,通过所述胶头固定板带动所述胶头沿着第一移动方向移动到所述油槽与存放于所述油槽中的移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油后返回初始位置;待所述胶头蘸取到移印油后,所述胶头固定板带动所述胶头沿着第二移动方向移动到待印装置的正上方后,再沿着第三移动方向移动并压在待印装置的表面,将移印油印刷在所述待印装置的表面上。待移印完毕后,所述胶头回到始发位置,此时作业员取下移印治具以及待印装置并更换其他尺寸的移印治具,以适用于不同大小待印装置的移印,按照此动作依次循环操作。本发明实施例提供的技术方案操作方便,既提高了移印的效率,也保证了移印的稳定性。

参照图1和图2所示,本发明的一实施例公开的一种装夹治具,用于 装夹待印装置。所述装夹治具包括固定底板10、用于装夹所述待印装置的移印治具20和用于固定所述移印治具20的至少一个活动底板30。为了使本实施例中所述至少一个活动底板30完全容纳于所述固定底板10中,在所述固定底板10上设置有用于放置所述至少一个活动底板30的容纳部11,所述容纳部11内设置有用于定位所述活动底板30的位置的定位部12。通过所述定位部12配合所述活动底板30将所述活动底板30固定于所述容纳部11中,即将所述活动底板30镶嵌于所述容纳部11中,使得所述活动底板30不会发生相对移动。在本发明一种或多种可能的实施例中,待印装置可为任意一种不规则的异形表面的产品,比如仪器、电气零件、玩具等,本实施例中所述待印装置为无人机的桨叶,而为了便于将桨叶固定于所述移印治具20上,所述移印治具20可根据桨叶的3D形状制作成仿形治具,以提高待印装置的装配效率。当然,在实际的应用中,当对不同大小桨叶进行移印时,只需要更换与该桨叶大小匹配的移印治具即可,其使用方便,可以提高桨叶装配的效率。
在本发明一种或多种可能的实施例中,为了提高移印的效率,可在该装夹治具上装夹多个待印装置;具体的,所述活动底板30的数量设置为多个,所述移印治具20的数量与所述活动底板30的数量相等,多个所述移印治具20一一对应固定于所述活动底板30上,而多个待印装置对应装夹于多个所述移印治具20上。在本实施例中,所述活动底板30的数量设置为两个,所述活动底板30的形状可根据具体的需求设置,可为长条形或方形等任意适宜的形状,在本发明的实施例中并不对此进行限定。
为了提高所述活动底板30的装配效率,所述容纳部11设置为仿形槽结构,即所述容纳部11根据所述活动底板30的形状加工成与其相对应的仿形槽结构,使得该仿形槽结构更易于容纳所述活动底板30,便于所述活动底板30的安装或拆卸。在本发明一种或者多种可能的实施例中,为了提高所述活动底板30的装配效率,所述容纳部11还可设置为凹槽结构,只需将所述活动底板30放置于该凹槽结构中,即也可方便所述活动底板30安装或拆卸的操作。所述容纳部11在所述固定底板10上的投影形状与所述活动底板30在所述固定底板10上的投影形状相同;具体的,当所述活动底板30为多个,以及所述容纳部11设置为仿形槽结构时,所述仿形 槽结构的数量与所述活动底板30的数量相等,多个所述活动底板30一一对应设置于多个所述仿形槽结构中;或者,当所述活动底板30为多个,以及所述容纳部11设置为凹槽结构时,多个所述活动底板30均设置于所述凹槽结构中。当然,本领域的技术人员应该了解,所述容纳部11设置为仿形槽结构,或者所述容纳部11还可设置为凹槽结构,并不是对所述容纳部11的结构进行限定。
在本发明一种或多种可能的实施例中,为了能够使所述活动底板30镶嵌并固定于所述定位部12,所述定位部12为定位槽结构,所述活动底板30上设有镶嵌并固定于所述定位部12内的凸块31,通过将所述凸块31镶嵌于该定位槽结构,以保证所述活动底板30在所述容纳部11中不会发生相对运动。本领域的技术人员应当了解,该定位槽结构的数量也并不限定于一个,也可以是多个,从而形成多个所述定位部12,并与同样设置的多个所述凸块31配合,以加强所述定位部12实现对所述活动底板30进行定位的效果,因此在其余的实施方式中如果是包括多个定位槽结构,应当认为是对所述定位部12的简单变形,同样属于本申请的保护范围。此外,在一些实施例中,当所述定位部12设置为多个定位槽结构时,该多个定位槽结构可以为大小不同的槽结构,使得所述活动底板30上设置的凸块31与该多个定位槽结构之间形成防呆结构,避免所述活动底板30与所述固定底板10之间因外部震动发生相对运动。
在本实施例中,所述定位部12的数量包括两个,即设置两个定位槽结构,且所述凸块31的数量与大小和所述两个定位槽结构的数量与大小相同。在其余的实施例中,为了使两个所述凸块31与两个所述定位槽结构之间形成防呆结构,可将两个定位槽结构设置成大小不同的槽结构,且两个所述凸块31的大小与两个定位槽结构相同,从而保证所述活动底板30与所述固定底板10之间不因外部震动而脱落。
本领域的技术人员应当了解,也可以是所述定位部12为凸块结构,所述活动底板30上设有容纳并固定所述定位部12的定位槽结构。此时,所述定位部12的凸块结构仍然可以镶嵌并固定于所述定位部12的定位槽结构中,且所述定位部12的定位槽结构同样可以加工成不同的槽结构,从而与所述定位部12的凸块结构形成防呆结构。因此在其余的实施方式中 如果是所述定位部12设置为凸块结构,所述活动底板30设置为定位槽结构,应当认为是对所述活动底板30以及所述定位部12的简单变形,仍然属于本申请的保护范围。
为了使所述活动底板30镶嵌并固定于所述定位部12上,提高所述活动底板30的装配效率,所述定位部12的定位槽结构在所述固定底板10上的投影形状与所述凸块31在所述固定底板10上的投影形状相同;或者,所述定位部12的凸块结构在所述固定底板10上的投影形状与所述活动底板30的定位槽结构在所述固定底板10上的投影形状相同。当然,本领域的技术人员应当了解,所述定位部12的定位槽结构横向的大小应该略大于所述凸块31横向的大小,或者,所述活动底板30的定位槽结构横向的大小应该略大于所述定位部12的凸块结构横向的大小,以便凸块结构在定位槽结构上能够进行快速地安装或者拆卸,提高所述活动底板30的装配效率。
请参照图2所示,为本发明一实施例所述装夹治具的侧视图,对请求保护的技术方案进行说明。在本实施方式中,所述固定底板10包括底面和垂直于底面的两侧壁,底面与两侧壁共同组成横截面呈凹型的固定底板10。为了能使所述活动底板30的左右均不会发生相对运动,所述装夹治具还设置有用于固定所述活动底板30的第一调节部件40,所述第一调节部件40包括相互垂直设置的头部41和尾部42,所述尾部42自所述固定底板10的一侧壁由外向内设置。具体的,所述固定底板10的侧壁上设置有用于供所述第一调节部件40穿过的安装部13,所述第一调节部件40的尾部42穿过所述安装部13并抵顶至所述活动底板30的侧面,用于固定所述活动底板30的侧面,并与所述定位部11配合,使得所述活动底板30在所述固定底板11上左右均不会发生相对运动。在安装时,将所述活动底板30放置于所述固定底板10的容纳部11中,并通过所述定位部12与所述凸块31镶嵌固定;此时,所述第一调节部件40的尾部42旋入所述安装部13,即所述尾部42抵持或***于所述活动底板30的侧壁,使得所述活动底板30的左右均不会发生相对运动,保证了所述活动底板30的稳定性。在拆卸时,只需将所述第一调节部件40的尾部42旋出所述安装部13,并取下所述活动底板30,从而进行对所述移印治具20进行更换, 进行下一轮的作业。
在一些实施例中,所述第一调节部件40可为调节螺母结构,所述安装部13可为螺孔结构,具体的,调节螺母的螺杆旋入螺孔中,即调节螺母的螺杆抵持或***于所述活动底板30的侧壁,以对所述活动底板30进行固定。当然,调节螺母的螺杆旋入或旋出螺孔可通过人工或机械等的方式拧动调节螺母的螺帽,在本申请中不再赘述。
所述固定底板10截面的形状呈“凹”形。所述活动底板30设于“凹”形固定底板10内,所述安装部13设置在“凹”形固定底板10的侧壁中,且与“凹”形固定底板10的容纳部11相通,以使所述第一调节部件40的尾部42旋入所述安装部13时,所述尾部42能够抵持或***于所述活动底板30的侧壁,从而实现对所述活动底板30的固定,使得所述活动底板30的左右均不会发生相对运动,保证了所述活动底板30的稳定性。
本领域的技术人员应当了解,图2中示意的所述第一调节部件40在装配后的状态只是一种可能的状态。所述第一调节部件40在装配后的状态取决于很多因素,例如所述固定底板30的形状。基于根据本领域的公知常识和/或惯用技术手段对所述固定底板30的形状做出的非实质性的改变都应当属于本申请的保护范围。
请参照图3所示,为本发明另一实施例所述装夹治具的侧视图,对请求保护的技术方案进行说明。所述固定底板10截面的形状为“L”形。所述活动底板30设于“L”形固定底板10内,所述安装部13设置在“L”形固定底板10的下板14上,并自下板14的侧壁向内延伸,以使所述第一调节部件40的尾部42旋入所述安装部13中时,所述第一调节部件40的头部41突出于下板14的上表面,使得所述第一调节部件40的头部41能够抵持于所述活动底板30的侧壁,从而实现对所述活动底板30的固定,使得所述活动底板30的左右均不会发生相对运动,保证了所述活动底板30的稳定性。在安装时,将所述活动底板30放置所述固定底板10中的容纳部11,并通过所述定位部12与所述凸块31镶嵌并固定;此时,所述第一调节部件40的尾部42旋入所述安装部13,所述头部41抵持于所述活动底板30的侧壁,使得所述活动底板30的左右均不会发生相对运动,保证了所述活动底板30的稳定性。在拆卸时,只需将所述第一调节部件40 的尾部42旋出所述安装部13,并取下所述活动底板30,从而进行对所述移印治具20进行更换,进行下一轮的作业。
本领域的技术人员应当了解,图3中示意的所述第一调节部件40在装配后的状态只是一种可能的状态。所述第一调节部件40在装配后的状态取决于很多因素,例如所述固定底板30的形状。基于根据本领域的公知常识和/或惯用技术手段对所述固定底板30的形状做出的非实质性的改变都应当属于本申请的保护范围。
参考图4所示,为本发明的一实施例公开一种移印设备的示意图,对请求保护的技术方案进行说明。所述移印设备包括上述实施例任意一种装夹治具、用于存放移印板以及移印油的油槽50以及用于与所述移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油的胶头组件60。所述油槽50的截面为“U”形或“凹”形,且在“U”形或“凹”形的油槽50内存放移印板以及用于移印的移印油,而本实施例中所述移印油可根据具体的移印需求来选择,在本申请中并不对此进行限定。此外,本实施例中所述移印板的材料采用钢制备,但本实施例中制备所述移印板的材料并不限于一种,还可以是其他材料,如铜、热塑型塑料或者多种材料的混合物等,因此在其余的实施方式中如果是包括其他材料的移印板,应当认为是对所述移印板的简单变形,同样属于本申请的保护范围。此外,为了使整个移印的操作过程更加简便,上述实施例所述装夹治具中的固定底板10与所述油槽50设置在同一平面,使得所述胶头组件60蘸取移印油后可快速地向固定底板10的方向运动,并完成移印的作业。
在本发明一种或者多种可能的实施例中,所述胶头组件60包括胶头61以及用于固定所述胶头61并带动所述胶头61移动的胶头固定板62。所述胶头61设于所述胶头固定板62的下方,且其数量根据具体的移印需求设定,可以是2个、4个等。所述胶头61由硅胶材料制备,且所述胶头61与所述油槽50中的移印板的接触处设有弧度,使得所述胶头61在蘸取该移印板上移印油时,所述胶头61受到的压力可通过该弧度向两边过渡,避免所述胶头61受到过度挤压,从而导致所述胶头61的损坏。本领域的技术人员应当了解,所述胶头固定板62固定所述胶头61并带动所述胶头61移动移动的方式包括但不限于手动机械式、电动式以及气动式,但为了 使整个移印过程的操作方便,保证整个移印过程运动的平稳,本实施例中所述胶头固定板62采用气动的方式带动所述胶头61移动。
所述胶头固定板62用于带动所述胶头61移动。具体的,所述胶头固定板62带动所述胶头61沿着第一移动方向70移动到所述油槽50与存放于所述油槽50中的移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油后返回初始位置;待所述胶头61蘸取到移印油后,所述胶头固定板62带动所述胶头61沿着第二移动方向80移动到所述装夹治具的正上方后,再沿着第三移动方向90移动并压在装夹于所述装夹治具上的待印装置的表面,将所述胶头61上蘸取的移印油印刷在所述待印装置的表面上。本领域的技术人员应当了解,所述第一移动方向70、所述第二移动方向80以及所述第三移动方向90是用于区别不同对象,而不是用于描述特定顺序。所述第一移动方向70和所述第三移动方向90仅是表征所述胶头61向上或向下运动,所述第二移动方向80仅是表征所述胶头61向左或向右运动,而不是对所述胶头61的运动轨迹进行限定,具体的运动轨迹可根据所述胶头固定板62上连接的气动装置上的微控制器来设定,或者根据所述胶头固定板62上连接的机械装置来设定,或者根据所述胶头固定板62上连接的电动装置来设定。
在本发明一种或者多种可能的实施例中,所述胶头组件60还包括用于调节所述胶头61位置的第二调节部件63,所述第二调节部件63插设于所述胶头固定板62中并与所述胶头61连接。所述胶头固定板62上设置有用于与第二调节部件63连接的通孔结构(图未示),所述第二调节部件63穿过所述通孔结构并与所述接头61连接,通过对所述第二调节部件63的调整,实现对所述胶头61在所述第一移动方向70上的位置进行调整。在一些实施例中,所述第二调节部件63可为调节螺母结构,所述通孔结构可为与该调节螺母结构匹配的螺孔。当然,所述第二调节部件63的数量与所述胶头61的数量相等,所述第二调节部件63与所述胶头61分别设置在所述胶头固定板62上、下两侧相对的位置,以实现对每一所述胶头61的位置进行单独的调整。
在本发明一种或者多种可能的实施例中,所述移印设备进行移印操作之前,先对所述胶头61以及所述装夹治具中活动底板30的位置进行调整, 即调整所述胶头61与所述移印治具20上待印装置的待印点的位置相对应以及设定好所述胶头固定板62的运动轨迹,使所述胶头固定板62沿着设定的运动轨迹带动所述胶头61运动到装夹于所述移印治具20上的待印装置上方,使得所述胶头61正对待印装置的待印点,保证所述胶头61能够将移印油准确、无误地印刷在待印装置的待印点,提高移印的效率,以及移印的准确度。
在本发明的实施例中,通过将所述活动底板30固定于所述固定底板10上,且将装夹待印装置的移印治具20固定在所述活动底板30上。当待印装置调整好位置并装夹完毕时,通过所述胶头固定板62带动所述胶头61沿着第一移动方向70移动到所述油槽50与存放于所述油槽50中的移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油后返回初始位置;待所述胶头61蘸取到移印油后,所述胶头固定板62带动所述胶头61沿着第二移动方向80移动到待印装置的正上方后,再沿着第三移动方向90移动并压在待印装置的表面,将移印油印刷在所述待印装置的表面上。待移印完毕后,所述胶头61回到始发位置,此时作业员取下移印治具20以及待印装置并更换其他尺寸的移印治具20,以适用于不同大小待印装置的移印,按照此动作依次循环操作。本发明提供的技术方案操作方便,既提高了移印的效率,也保证了移印的稳定性。

  1. 一种装夹治具,用于装夹待印装置,其特征在于:所述装夹治具包括固定底板、用于装夹所述待印装置的移印治具和用于固定所述移印治具的至少一个活动底板,所述固定底板上设置有用于放置所述至少一个活动底板的容纳部,所述容纳部内设置有用于定位所述活动底板的位置的定位部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其特征在于:所述容纳部为仿形槽结构;或者,所述容纳部为凹槽结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的装夹治具,其特征在于:所述容纳部在所述固定底板上的投影形状与所述活动底板在所述固定底板上的投影形状相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装夹治具,其特征在于:所述定位部为定位槽结构,所述活动底板上设有镶嵌并固定于所述定位部内的凸块;
    或者,所述定位部为凸块结构,所述活动底板上设有容纳并固定所述定位部的定位槽结构。

  7. 一种移印设备,其特征在于:所述移印设备包括装夹治具、用于存放移印板以及移印油的油槽以及用于与所述移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油的胶头组件;
    所述装夹治具包括固定底板、用于装夹所述待印装置的移印治具和用于固定所述移印治具的至少一个活动底板,所述固定底板上设置有用于放 置所述至少一个活动底板的容纳部,所述容纳部内设置有用于定位所述活动底板的位置的定位部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述容纳部为仿形槽结构;或者,所述容纳部为凹槽结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述容纳部在所述固定底板上的投影形状与所述活动底板在所述固定底板上的投影形状相同。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述定位部为定位槽结构,所述活动底板上设有镶嵌并固定于所述定位部内的凸块;
    或者,所述定位部为凸块结构,所述活动底板上设有容纳并固定所述定位部的定位槽结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述定位部的定位槽结构在所述固定底板上的投影形状与所述凸块在所述固定底板上的投影形状相同;
    或者,所述定位部的凸块结构在所述固定底板上的投影形状与所述活动底板的定位槽结构在所述固定底板上的投影形状相同。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述装夹治具还包括用于固定所述活动底板的第一调节部件,所述第一调节部件包括相互垂直设置的头部和尾部,所述尾部自所述固定底板的一侧壁由外向内设置;
    其中,所述头部抵持于所述活动底板的侧壁;
    或者,所述尾部抵持或***于所述活动底板的侧壁。
  13. 根据权利要求7至12任一所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述胶头组件包括胶头以及用于固定所述胶头并带动所述胶头移动的胶头固定板;
    所述胶头固定板具体用于带动所述胶头沿着第一移动方向移动到所述油槽与存放于所述油槽中的移印板接触并蘸取所述移印板上的移印油后返回初始位置;所述胶头固定板还用于带动所述胶头沿着第二移动方向移动到所述装夹治具的正上方后,再沿着第三移动方向移动并压在装夹于所述装夹治具上的待印装置的表面,将所述胶头上蘸取的移印油印刷在所述待印装置的表面上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述胶头组件还包括用于调节所述胶头位置的第二调节部件,所述第二调节部件插设于所述胶头固定板中并与所述胶头连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的移印设备,其特征在于:所述第二调节部件的数量与所述胶头的数量相等,且所述第二调节部件与所述胶头分别设置在所述胶头固定板上、下两侧相对的位置。
