一种LED灯,其包括LED灯壳(1)、活动面板(2)、LED灯板(4)、反光杯(5)以及透光板(6)。将LED灯壳(1)设置为封闭腔体,并在封闭腔体的侧壁设置可拆卸的活动面板(2),封闭腔体内置电源(3)与LED灯板(4),并设置以LED灯板(4)为底、以面向活动面板(2)的一端为出光口的反光杯(5),活动面板(2)中间部位镂空,镂空处设置隔离封闭腔体与外界环境的透光板(6)。反光杯(5)的设置可以提高LED灯的出光率,优化出光效果,在节约能源的同时满足照明需求。

一种LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具照明领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
一些用于户外照明的LED灯,例如停车场灯,由于所在的照明环境较为空旷,传统LED灯难以达到需求的光照流明,若同时布置多盏LED灯照明, 消耗的能源多,不够绿色环保。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种LED灯,利用本发明的装置,可以提高LED灯的出光率,优化出光效果,在节约能源的同时满足照明需求。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED灯,包括:LED灯壳,所述LED灯壳形成一个封闭腔体,所述封闭腔体的侧壁设置可拆卸的活动面板;所述封闭腔体内置电源和LED灯板;增设反光杯,所述反光杯以所述LED灯板为底,以面向所述活动面板的一端为出光口;所述活动面板的中间部位镂空,镂空处设置透光板,所述透光板将所述封闭腔体与外界环境隔离。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述LED灯壳的侧边设置第一挂孔,所述活动面板的侧边设置第二挂孔,用螺栓穿过所述第一挂孔与所述第二挂孔,将所述LED灯壳与所述活动面板连接。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述活动面板与所述透光板之间设置防水胶圈。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光杯在所述出光口的边缘外侧设置与所述LED灯壳固定连接的支撑板,所述支撑板用于承载所述透光板。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述封闭腔体内设置单独的封闭的电源仓,所述电源仓内置所述电源;开启与关闭所述电源仓的仓盖,进行所述电源的更换。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述LED灯壳在远离所述出光口的侧壁上设置散热翅片。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述LED灯壳的侧壁上设置安装支架,用于将LED灯整体固定安装。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述安装支架包括第一半部与第二半部,所述第一半部与所述LED灯壳固定连接,所述第一半部与所述第二半部的相对的端面边缘设置相互配合的凹凸结构,所述第一半部与所述第二半部通过轴向设置的螺栓连接,同时通过所述凹凸结构实现相对转动。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述第一半部在端面的中间设置凸起,所述第二半部在与所述凸起对应的位置处设置沉孔,所述凸起与所述沉孔配合。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述安装支架为U型架,所述U型架的两端与所述LED灯壳的两侧铰接或固定连接,所述U型架的中间部位用于悬挂安装LED灯整体。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将LED灯壳设置为封闭腔体,并在封闭腔体的侧壁设置可拆卸的活动面板,封闭腔体内置电源与LED灯板,并设置以LED灯板为底、以面向活动面板的一端为出光口的反光杯,活动面板中间部位镂空,镂空处设置隔离封闭腔体与外界环境的透光板。反光杯的设置可以提高LED灯的出光率,优化出光效果,在节约能源的同时满足照明需求。

需要说明的是,如无特殊说明,当某一特征被称为“固定”、“连接”在另一个特征,它可以直接固定、连接在另一个特征上,也可以间接地固定、连接在另一个特征上。此外,本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对于附图中本发明各组成部分的相互位置关系来说的。
此外,除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与本技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例,而不是为了限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的组合。
参照图1至5,该LED灯包括:
LED灯壳1,活动面板2,电源3,LED灯板4,反光杯5,透光板6,防水胶圈7,支撑板8,散热翅片9以及安装支架10。
本发明中, LED灯壳1形成一个封闭腔体,封闭腔体的侧壁设置可拆卸的活动面板2;封闭腔体内置电源3和LED灯板4;设置反光杯5,反光杯5以LED灯板4为底、以面向活动面板2的一端为出光口;活动面板2的中间部位镂空,镂空处设置透光板6,透光板6将封闭腔体与外界环境隔离。
如此,相较于传统LED灯从LED灯板直射出来的光束,本发明的LED灯板4发出的光束经反光杯5作用,通过透光板6照射出来,提高了出光率,优化出光效果,在节约能源的同时满足照明需求。
本实施例中,优选地,LED灯壳1的侧边设置第一挂孔101,活动面板2的侧边设置第二挂孔201,用螺栓穿过第一挂孔101与第二挂孔201,将LED灯壳1与活动面板2连接。此处,可以将LED灯壳1与活动面板2固定连接,优选地,实现二者之间的锁接,活动面板2可以以此处的螺栓为旋转中心轴进行旋转,相对LED灯壳1打开或者关闭,方便后期更换LED灯壳1内部的元器件。
本实施例中,优选地,如图3所示,活动面板2与透光板6之间设置防水胶圈7,保证灯体结构的密封性,提高防水性能。
本实施例中,优选地,反光杯5在出光口的边缘外侧设置与LED灯壳1固定连接的支撑板8,支撑板8用于承载透光板6,缓解反光杯5上方的透光板6以及活动面板2对反光杯5的压力,保持灯体结构的稳定性。
本实施例中,优选地,封闭腔体内设置单独的封闭的电源仓,电源仓内置电源3;通过开启与关闭电源仓的仓盖,进行电源3的更换。此处设置单独的封闭的电源仓,可以提升结构的密闭性能,进一步提高电源3的安全性能。
本实施例中,优选地, 如图2所示,LED灯壳1在远离出光口的侧壁上设置散热翅片9。增设散热翅片9可以提高灯体的散热性能,同时散热翅片9远离出光口,靠近作为光源的LED灯板4,进一步提高灯体的散热性能。
本实施例中,优选地, LED灯壳1的侧壁上设置安装支架10,用于将LED灯整体固定安装。此处,优选地,如图5所示,安装支架10为U型架140, U型架140的两端与LED灯壳1的两侧铰接或固定连接, U型架10的中间部位用于悬挂安装LED灯整体。结构简单,安装方便快捷。
此处,优选地,如图3、图4所示,安装支架10还可以设置为,包括第一半部110与第二半部120,第一半部110与LED灯壳1固定连接,第一半部110与第二半部120的相对的端面边缘设置相互配合的凹凸结构130,第一半部110与第二半部120通过轴向(如图4中的A向所示)设置的螺栓(图中未示出)连接,同时通过凹凸结构130实现相对转动,此处可以调节LED灯的照射方向。此处,进一步优选地,第一半部110在端面的中间设置凸起111,第二半部120在与凸起111对应的位置处设置沉孔121,凸起111与沉孔121配合,使第一半部110与第二半部120的配合更加稳固可靠。

  1. 一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括:LED灯壳,所述LED灯壳形成一个封闭腔体,所述封闭腔体的侧壁设置可拆卸的活动面板;所述封闭腔体内置电源和LED灯板;增设反光杯,所述反光杯以所述LED灯板为底,以面向所述活动面板的一端为出光口;所述活动面板的中间部位镂空,镂空处设置透光板,所述透光板将所述封闭腔体与外界环境隔离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯壳的侧边设置第一挂孔,所述活动面板的侧边设置第二挂孔,用螺栓穿过所述第一挂孔与所述第二挂孔,将所述LED灯壳与所述活动面板连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述活动面板与所述透光板之间设置防水胶圈。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯在所述出光口的边缘外侧设置与所述LED灯壳固定连接的支撑板,所述支撑板用于承载所述透光板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述封闭腔体内设置单独的封闭的电源仓,所述电源仓内置所述电源;开启与关闭所述电源仓的仓盖,进行所述电源的更换。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯壳在远离所述出光口的侧壁上设置散热翅片。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯壳的侧壁上设置安装支架,用于将LED灯整体固定安装。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架包括第一半部与第二半部,所述第一半部与所述LED灯壳固定连接,所述第一半部与所述第二半部的相对的端面边缘设置相互配合的凹凸结构,所述第一半部与所述第二半部通过轴向设置的螺栓连接,同时通过所述凹凸结构实现相对转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述第一半部在端面的中间设置凸起,所述第二半部在与所述凸起对应的位置处设置沉孔,所述凸起与所述沉孔配合。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架为U型架,所述U型架的两端与所述LED灯壳的两侧铰接或固定连接,所述U型架的中间部位用于悬挂安装LED灯整体。
