纺织机械就是把天然纤维或化学纤维加工成为纺织品所需要的各种机械设备,生产化学纤维的机械虽然包括多种化工机械,现被认为是纺织机械的延伸,属广义的纺织机械,把棉、麻、丝、毛等不同的纤维加工成纺织品所需要的工序不尽相同,有的完全不同,所以需要的机器也各式各样,种类繁多,纺织机械通常按生产过程分类,计有:纺纱设备、织造设备、印染设备、整理设备、化学纤维抽丝设备、缫丝设备和无纺织布设备,纺纱设备又分为加工短纤维和加工长纤维两类,棉和棉型化纤属短纤维类,毛、麻、绢及其混纺化纤属长纤维类,两类纤维的加工工序不同,设备也不能通用,只不过某些机器的设计原理相近,即使同一类设备,机器的结构也相类似,但由于原料的性质和对织物的最终要求不同,一般也不能通用。
但现有的纺织机械,在使用时整体转动所受到的摩擦力过大,不够顺畅,从而导致使用功耗高,装置在使用时护壁常常出现与纱筒架摩擦而损坏的情况,并且,布料收卷后边缘不够整齐。
所以,如何设计一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的纺织机械整体转动摩擦过大,护壁常常损坏,布料收卷后边缘不整齐的问题。

  1. 一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,包括纱筒架(1),其特征在于:所述纱筒架(1)的底部设有底座(103),所述底座(103)与纱筒架(1)紧密焊接,所述纱筒架(1)的中部设有纱筒(2),所述纱筒(2)固定安装在纱筒架(1)的中部,所述纱筒(2)的中部设有纱筒滚辊(201),所述纱筒滚辊(201)与纱筒(2)紧密焊接,所述纱筒滚辊(201)的外壁设有支杆(2032),所述支杆(2032)与纱筒滚辊(201)的外壁紧密贴合,所述支杆(2032)的中部设有固定轮(2031),所述固定轮(2031)与支杆(2032)通过螺钉固定连接,所述纱筒(2)的左侧设有螺杆(204),所述螺杆(204)与纱筒(2)紧密焊接,所述纱筒架(1)的中部设有第一撑杆(3),所述第一撑杆(3)嵌入设置在纱筒架(1)中,所述纱筒架(1)的中部设有第二撑杆(301),所述第二撑杆(301)固定安装在纱筒架(1)的中部,所述纱筒架(1)的右侧设有电机(4),所述电机(4)与纱筒架(1)的右侧紧密贴合,所述电机(4)的前部设有传动盘(401),所述传动盘(401)与电机(4)活动链接,所述传动盘(401)的外壁设有皮带(402),所述皮带(402)与传动盘(401)活动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒架(1)的左右两侧设有轴承(101),所述轴承(101)嵌入设置在纱筒架(1)中,且轴承(101)设有十个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒架(1)的前部设有定位杆(102),所述定位杆(102) 固定安装在纱筒架(1)的前部,且定位杆(102)可以转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒(2)的左右两侧均设有护壁(202),所述护壁(202)与纱筒(2)紧密焊接,且护壁(202)呈“喇叭”状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒(2)的左侧设有防护片(205),所述防护片(205)固定安装在纱筒(2)的左侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒滚辊(201)的外壁设有防滑器(203),所述防滑器(203)与纱筒滚辊(201)紧密焊接,且防滑器(203)均匀分布在纱筒滚辊(201)的外壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒架(1)的右侧设有皮带卡轮(206),所述皮带卡轮(206)与纱筒架(1)的右侧活动连接,且皮带卡轮(206)的外壁设有凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织机械纱筒装置,其特征在于:所述纱筒架(1)的顶部设有架立杆(302),所述架立杆(302)与纱筒架(1)紧密焊接。
