本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化用除味剂其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,室内装潢已遍及城乡,但装潢使用的各种装修材料如:胶合板、涂料、塑料制品、地板、水泥等不同程度含有挥发性的有害气体,室内空气污染的主要有毒有害气体为:甲醛、苯、氨等,室内污染严重威胁人类的健康。
除味剂用于减轻不愉快的气味,对舒适生活起着重要的作用。除味剂主要有以下几种类型:物理除味剂、化学除味剂、微生物型除味剂、植物型除味剂和复合型除味剂等。其中有的除味剂属于覆盖型除味剂,并没有消除臭味,而是在臭味中添加香料来中和臭味,使之从感官上减少臭味的影响,微生物型除味剂在冬季气温较低时除味效果也会下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种空气净化用除味剂及其制备方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明的空气净化用除味剂,组成如下:
包括粉剂A和混合液体B,粉剂A与混合液体B的比例为1:3;其中粉剂A按重量份包括:电气石70-190份、白云母120-230份、氯化钠45-90份、扇贝贝壳230-350份;混合液体B按重量份包括:紫苏90-150份、艾叶210-390份、大青160-240份、银花190-380份、雄黄水180-290份、米醋60-100份、香精180-270份。
在一种实施方式中:粉剂A按重量份包括:电气石75份、白云母145份、氯化钠63份、扇贝贝壳278份。
在一种实施方式中:混合液体B按重量份包括:紫苏113份、艾叶367份、大青228份、银花340份、雄黄水210份、米醋85份、香精217份。
在一种实施方式中:防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯或苯甲酸钠。
本发明的空气净化用除味剂的制备方法如下,包括以下步骤:
①制备粉剂A:将电气石、白云母、氯化钠和扇贝贝壳在30r/min下低速搅拌1.5h后,放入球磨机内球磨3h,随后放入130℃的烘干机内, 干燥2h,再放入搅拌机中以2000r/min高速搅拌30min,用200目筛筛去杂物,即得粉剂A,备用;
②制备混合溶液B:将紫苏、艾叶、大青和银花在清水中浸泡7h后,小火煎煮4h,再进行过滤,滤液冷却后加入雄黄水、米醋、香精,持续搅拌20min,即制得混合液体B;
③将粉剂A和混合液体B按1:3配比,进行混合搅拌,搅拌同时将温度加热至60℃,持续搅拌45min,再加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌同时将温度加热至85℃,持续搅拌20min,最后加入防腐剂、酸度调节剂,搅拌同时将温度加热至95℃,持续搅拌2h,搅拌完成后将温度冷却至室温。
本发明不仅对装修中有害气体分子具有良好的降解作用,并且可用于消毒、杀菌、除异味,以喷雾罐或喷雾器为载体,在使用效果上更明显,更直接,界面效应更大,吸附性强,且适用范围广泛,制备工艺简单,无毒副作用,安全可靠。

其中,防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯或苯甲酸钠。
本发明的空气净化用除味剂的制备方法如下,包括以下步骤:

本发明的空气净化用除味剂的制备方法如下,包括以下步骤:
①制备粉剂A:将电气石、白云母、氯化钠和扇贝贝壳在40r/min下低速搅拌2h后,放入球磨机内球磨4h,随后放入140℃的烘干机内,干燥2.5h,再放入搅拌机中以2300r/min高速搅拌35min,用200目筛筛去杂物,即得粉剂A,备用;
②制备混合溶液B:将紫苏、艾叶、大青和银花在清水中浸泡8h后,小火煎煮4h,再进行过滤,滤液冷却后加入雄黄水、米醋、香精,持续搅拌20min,即制得混合液体B;
③将粉剂A和混合液体B按1:3配比,进行混合搅拌,搅拌同时将温度加热至60℃,持续搅拌50min,再加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌同时将温度加热至85℃,持续搅拌20min,最后加入防腐剂、酸度调节剂,搅拌同时将温度加热至95℃,持续搅拌2h,搅拌完成后将温度冷却至室温。
实施例3
空气净化用除味剂,组成如下:

③将粉剂A和混合液体B按1:3配比,进行混合搅拌,搅拌同时将温度加热至60℃,持续搅拌45min,再加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌同时将温度加热至85℃,持续搅拌25min,最后加入防腐剂、酸度调节剂,搅拌同时将温度加热至95℃,持续搅拌2h,搅拌完成后将温度冷却至室温。

①制备粉剂A:将电气石、白云母、氯化钠和扇贝贝壳在37r/min下低速搅拌1h后,放入球磨机内球磨2.5h,随后放入140℃的烘干机内,干燥3h,再放入搅拌机中以2100/min高速搅拌28min,用200目筛筛去杂物,即得粉剂A,备用;
②制备混合溶液B:将紫苏、艾叶、大青和银花在清水中浸泡7h后,小火煎煮4h,再进行过滤,滤液冷却后加入雄黄水、米醋、香精,持续搅拌15min,即制得混合液体B;
③将粉剂A和混合液体B按1:3配比,进行混合搅拌,搅拌同时将温度加热至60℃,持续搅拌60min,再加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌同时将温度加热至85℃,持续搅拌20min,最后加入防腐剂、酸度调节剂,搅拌同时将温度加热至95℃,持续搅拌2h,搅拌完成后将温度冷却至室温。

②制备混合溶液B:将紫苏、艾叶、大青和银花在清水中浸泡7h后,小火煎煮8h,再进行过滤,滤液冷却后加入雄黄水、米醋、香精,持续搅拌20min,即制得混合液体B;
③将粉剂A和混合液体B按1:3配比,进行混合搅拌,搅拌同时将温度加热至60℃,持续搅拌45min,再加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌同时将温度加热至85℃,持续搅拌27min,最后加入防腐剂、酸度调节剂,搅拌同时将温度加热至95℃,持续搅拌3h,搅拌完成后将温度冷却至室温。

其中,发明人通过大量的实验得出,粉剂A中的扇贝贝壳与混合液体B中的大青和银花在混合后使得各个组分之间发挥了协同增效作用,会增强除味剂的除味效果,进而使所制得的除臭剂具有良好的除臭效果以及极少的残留,具有良好的应用潜力和广泛的市场价值,使其长时间贮藏都不会影响其除臭性能,而且使用后持久力强,混合液体B中的香精,人们吸入后产生愉悦感。
