Description

洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
在下述的专利文献1的洗衣机中,由网构成的袋状的衣物收纳体装接于洗涤兼脱水桶的内周壁。易损的衣物被投入衣物收纳体,其他普通的衣物直接投入洗涤兼脱水桶,这些衣物被一起洗涤。
在专利文献1的洗衣机中,当直接投入洗涤兼脱水桶的普通的衣物与衣物收纳体碰撞时,衣物收纳体的网有可能会破损,每副网破损都需要修理或更换衣物收纳体。此外,由网构成的衣物收纳体柔软,因此位于衣物收纳体之外的普通的衣物与衣物收纳体碰撞时的冲击会传递给衣物收纳体内的易损的衣物,由此,衣物收纳体内的衣物有可能会损伤。

发明所要解决的问题
本发明是在这样的背景下完成的,其目的在于提供一种洗衣机,其能以防止用于将普通的洗涤物和易损的洗涤物一起洗涤的结构的破损并且不损伤易损的洗涤物的方式进行洗涤。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明是一种洗衣机,包括:外桶,可蓄水;洗涤桶,形成为具有纵向延伸的轴线的圆筒状,能绕所述轴线旋转,收容于所述外桶内并具有收容洗涤物的主收容空间;以及收容箱,具有:弯曲板部,从所述轴线侧与所述洗涤桶的内周面对置并沿所述内周面的周向延伸;一对侧板部,从所述周向上的所述弯曲板部的两端延伸至所述内周面;以及底板部,从所述弯曲板部以及所述一对 侧板部各自的下端延伸至所述内周面,所述收容箱形成有被所述内周面、所述弯曲板部、所述一对侧板部以及所述底板部包围并收容洗涤物的副收容空间,所述副收容空间具有沿所述周向延伸的圆弧状的横截面,以所述轴线为中心的径向上的所述副收容空间的尺寸越朝向所述副收容空间的上端越小。
此外,本发明的特征在于,所述弯曲板部具有随着朝向所述弯曲板部的上端而靠近所述内周面的倾斜板部,用于向所述副收容空间投取洗涤物的出入口形成于所述倾斜板部。
此外,本发明的特征在于,在所述收容箱设有用于在所述洗涤桶脱水旋转时将所述副收容空间内的水分排出的排水孔。
此外,本发明的特征在于,在所述收容箱的面朝所述副收容空间的内表面部,设有将所述排水孔包边并且向所述副收容空间内突出的突出部。
发明效果
根据本发明,能在洗涤桶的主收容空间收容不用分开洗涤的普通的洗涤物,并能在设置于洗涤桶的内周面的收容箱的副收容空间收容易损的洗涤物。
由于收容箱由弯曲板部、侧板部以及底板部这样的板构件构成,因此刚性比由网构成的情况高。由此,即使主收容空间内的普通的洗涤物与收容箱碰撞,也能防止收容箱的破损,还能防止普通的洗涤物与收容箱碰撞时的冲击传递给副收容空间内的易损的洗涤物而导致副收容空间内的洗涤物损伤。
进而,副收容空间的横截面为沿洗涤桶的内周面的周向延伸的圆弧状,以洗涤桶的轴线为中心的径向上的副收容空间的尺寸越朝向副收容空间的上端越小。由此,副收容空间内的易损的洗涤物被限制住,因此能防止该洗涤物在副收容空间内活动而导致损伤。
以上的结果是,能以防止用于将普通的洗涤物和易损的洗涤物一起洗涤的收容箱的破损并且不损伤收容箱内的易损的洗涤物的方式进行洗涤。
此外,根据本发明,收容箱中的洗涤物的出入口在弯曲板部上形成于随着朝向所述弯曲板部的上端而靠近洗涤桶的内周面的倾斜板部。由此,与出入口形成于倾斜板部之外的情况相比,能确保出入口大。由此,容易将洗涤物向收容箱的副收容空间投取。
此外,根据本发明,由于在洗涤桶脱水旋转时,副收容空间内的洗涤物中所含的水分从收容箱的排水孔排出到收容箱之外,因此能将副收容空间内的洗 涤物有效地脱水。
此外,根据本发明,在收容箱的内表面部设有将排水孔包边并且向副收容空间内突出的突出部。即使收容箱之外也就是主收容空间内的洗涤物要从排水孔进入副收容空间内,也会被突出部阻挡,因此能防止该洗涤物挂到排水孔上。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对本发明的实施方式进行具体说明。图1是本发明的一实施方式的洗衣机1的内部构造的纵剖面图。首先,以图1中的上下方向Z为基准来对洗衣机1的概要进行说明。纵向的上下方向Z之中,将上侧称为上侧Z1,将下侧称为下侧Z2。需要说明的是,洗衣机1不仅包括进行洗涤物的洗涤运转、漂洗运转以及脱水运转的洗衣机,也包括还进行烘干运转的洗干一体机。洗衣机1包括:形成为箱状的箱体2、配置于箱体2内的外桶3、洗涤桶4、马 达5、波轮6、抽水路7以及收容箱8。
外桶3例如为树脂制,形成为在其下端设有底壁3A的有底圆筒状。在外桶3的上端形成有开口部3B。在外桶3内,自来水、洗澡水以及溶解有洗涤剂的液体等水从底壁3A侧蓄积。
洗涤桶4形成为比外桶3小一圈的有底圆筒状。洗涤桶4具有:大致圆筒状的圆周壁4B,上端具有出入口4A;以及圆盘状的底壁4C,从下侧Z2堵住圆周壁4B的中空部分。例如,圆周壁4B为金属制,在底壁4C中,圆心部分为金属制,外周部分为树脂制。底壁4C的外侧周缘部形成为向上侧Z1弯折的筒状,可以视作圆周壁4B的下端部。底壁4C和圆周壁4B中与底壁4C连接的下端部构成洗涤桶4的底部4D。在洗涤桶4中,将被圆周壁4B包围并被底壁4C从下侧Z2堵住且从出入口4A向上侧Z1敞开的大致圆筒状的内部空间称为主收容空间4E。洗涤桶4同轴状地收容于外桶3内,并由外桶3的底壁3A支承。该状态的洗涤桶4能通过洗涤桶4的圆心而绕上下方向Z延伸的轴线J旋转。这样的洗衣机1为纵向配置洗涤桶4的立式洗衣机。
洗涤桶4的轴线J也是外桶3的中心,洗涤桶4的旋转方向与外桶3以及洗涤桶4各自的周向P一致。以下,将以轴线J为中心的径向称为径向R,在径向R之中,将轴线J侧也就是朝向轴线J的一侧称为径向内侧R1,将远离轴线J的一侧称为径向外侧R2。周向P以及径向R都是沿着水平方向H的方向。
洗涤桶4的出入口4A处于与外桶3的开口部3B连通的状态。开口部3B以及出入口4A通过设置于壳体2或外桶3的门9一起开闭。洗衣机1的使用者能经由敞开的出入口4A向洗涤桶4内投取洗涤物。在圆周壁4B以及底壁4C分别形成有贯通孔4F,外桶3内的水经由贯通孔4F在外桶3与洗涤桶4之间往来。由此,从底壁4C侧向洗涤桶4蓄水至与外桶3水位相同。蓄于外桶3以及洗涤桶4的水经由与外桶3的底壁3A连接的排水路10排出机外。
圆周壁4B的内周面4G为洗涤桶4的内周面。周向P为内周面4G所延伸的方向。在内周面4G的上端部装配有沿周向P的环状的平衡器11。平衡器11是减少旋转时的洗涤桶4的振动的构件,在平衡器11的内部的空洞11A收容有用于帮助减少振动的盐水等液体。
马达5在箱体2内配置于外桶3的底壁3A的圆心的下侧Z2。马达5的输出轴分支为:管状的第一输出轴5A,沿轴线J向上侧Z1延伸;以及第二输出 轴5B,保有游隙地插通第一输出轴5A。马达5能从第一输出轴5A和第二输出轴5B中的任一方选择性地输出驱动力。第一输出轴5A向上侧Z1延伸并贯通底壁3A的圆心。第一输出轴5A的上端部通过固定于洗涤桶4的底壁4C而与洗涤桶4连结。当马达5驱动并向第一输出轴5A传递驱动力时,洗涤桶4旋转。
波轮6为在洗涤桶4的底部4D沿水平方向H配置的圆盘。波轮6的周向与洗涤桶4的周向P一致,波轮6的径向与洗涤桶4的径向R一致。在波轮6中,在构成表面的上表面设有沿周向P排列的多个凸部6A,在构成背面的下表面设有沿周向P排列的多个叶片6B。各个凸部6A形成为沿波轮6的径向R并且向上侧Z1凸起的筋状。各个叶片6B为周向P上薄的板状,从波轮6的圆心部分放射状地配置。在波轮6中相邻的凸部6A之间的区域形成有沿上下方向Z贯通波轮6的多个贯通孔6C。
马达5的第二输出轴5B的向第一输出轴5A的上侧Z1突出的上端部贯通洗涤桶4的底壁4C而装配于波轮6的圆心部分。当马达5驱动并向第二输出轴5B传递驱动力时,波轮6绕轴线J进行旋转。
抽水路7设有单个或多个。抽水路7为径向R上薄且上下方向Z上尺寸长的罩状,以架设于平衡器11与洗涤桶4的底壁4C之间并沿上下方向Z的姿势,从径向内侧R1装配于洗涤桶4的内周面4G。在抽水路7与内周面4G之间形成有上下方向Z延伸的流路12。流路12的下端作为入口而位于洗涤桶4的底部4D,并从径向外侧R2面朝波轮6的下表面的叶片6B。在抽水路7,在径向内侧R1的表面的上端部,形成有沿周向P延伸的出口7A。出口7A处于与流路12的上端部连通的状态。
收容箱8在洗涤桶4的内周面4G装配于周向P上偏离抽水路7的部分。图2为收容箱8的分解立体图。收容箱8例如为树脂制,包括主体15和盖16。
也参照从径向外侧R2观察主体15的立体图(图3),主体15形成为径向R上扁平且沿周向P弯曲的罩状。主体15一体地具有弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19、以及顶板部20。弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20之中,相邻板部彼此间的接合部以不会尖利的方式被倒圆。
弯曲板部17具有与径向R大致一致的板厚方向,是沿周向P弯曲并延伸的板构件,从径向内侧R1与洗涤桶4的内周面4G对置地配置。弯曲板部17一体地具有:下侧板部17A,占弯曲板部17的下侧约三分之一的区域;以及倾斜板 部17B,占弯曲板部17的上侧约三分之二的区域。下侧板部17A与内周面4G平行。因此,虽然下侧板部17A沿周向P弯曲,但是在上下方向Z上直线状延伸,无论在下侧板部17A中的哪个部分,在径向R上与轴线J的距离均相同。虽然倾斜板部17B沿周向P弯曲,但是不与内周面4G平行,而以随着朝向弯曲板部17的上端而靠近内周面4G的方式倾斜。
在倾斜板部17B形成有出入口17C。出入口17C形成为周向P上尺寸长的大致长方形状,占倾斜板部17B的几乎整个区域,并沿其板厚方向贯通倾斜板部17B。在倾斜板部17B的面朝内周面4G的内表面部,一体地设有将出入口17C局部包边的凸缘状的包边部17D。在相邻的包边部17D之间形成有构成出入口17C的一部分的凹槽17E。两个凹槽17E以沿周向P排列的方式分别设置于出入口17C的上缘部和下缘部。
侧板部18逐一设置于周向P上的弯曲板部17的两端,合计存在一对。一对侧板部18是从弯曲板部17的这两端延伸至径向外侧R2的内周面4G的板构件。各侧板部18的板厚方向与周向P大致一致。一对侧板部18以周向P的间隔随着朝向径向外侧R2而扩大的方式,俯视时岔开地配置。一对侧板部18具有相同的大小和形状,具体而言,形成为从周向P观察具有与弯曲板部17的下侧板部17A连接的上底、和与内周面4G连接的下底的大致梯形。
底板部19为从弯曲板部17以及一对侧板部18各自的下端延伸至内周面4G的板构件。底板部19形成为俯视观察时沿周向P的圆弧状,一边下降一边向径向外侧R2延伸。底板部19的下端部也就是径向外侧R2的端部为遍及周向P的整个区域并沿水平方向H的平坦部19A。
顶板部20为从弯曲板部17以及一对侧板部18各自的上端延伸至内周面4G的板构件。顶板部20形成为俯视观察时沿周向P的圆弧状,沿水平方向H延伸。
盖16为具有正好覆盖弯曲板部17的出入口17C的大小的板构件,以在堵住出入口17C时与弯曲板部17的倾斜板部17B平行的方式弯曲。在盖16的下缘部设有向下侧Z2突出的下侧卡合部16A。下侧卡合部16A例如设有两个并沿周向P排列配置。在盖16的上缘部设有向上侧Z1突出的上侧卡合部16B。上侧卡合部16B例如设有两个并沿周向P排列配置。在盖16的当堵住出入口17C时向轴线J侧露出的外表面部的上部设有操作部16C。操作部16C能在上下方向Z上滑动,上侧卡合部16B与操作部16C的滑动连动而在上下方向Z上进退。
使用者抓住操作部16C而使盖16移动,并通过盖16堵住出入口17C。此时,在盖16中,外缘部从径向外侧R2被弯曲板部17的倾斜板部17B处的包边部17D承接,下侧卡合部16A逐一嵌入出入口17C的下端处的凹槽17E,上侧卡合部16B逐一嵌入出入口17C的上端处的凹槽17E(参照图3)。在这种状态下,当使用者向上侧Z1滑动操作部16C时,上侧卡合部16B向上侧Z1前进,从径向外侧R2与倾斜板部17B卡合,因此盖16以堵住出入口17C的状态装配于主体15。这时,盖16的外表面部与出入口17C的周围的倾斜板部17B的外表面部共面。当使用者向下侧Z2滑动操作部16C时,上侧卡合部16B向下侧Z2后退而不与倾斜板部17B卡合,因此使用者能通过将操作部16C拉向径向内侧R1,从主体15取下盖16。需要说明的是,盖16也可以不从主体15取下,而是经由铰链等与主体15连结。
参照图3,在主体15形成有被弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20各自的径向外侧R2的端缘包边的开口15A。开口15A为周向P上尺寸长的长方形状。弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20各自的从开口15A向径向外侧R2露出的部分为主体15的内表面部15B。堵住弯曲板部17的出入口17C的盖16的从开口15A向径向外侧R2露出的部分为盖16的内表面部16D。内表面部15B以及内表面部16D构成收容箱8的内表面部8A。
在主体15的内表面部15B一体地设有沿径向R延伸的单个或多个凸起15C。凸起15C的径向外侧R2的端面与弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20各自的径向外侧R2的端面共面。在凸起15C的端面形成有向径向内侧R1延伸的螺孔15D。在收容箱8中避开凸起15C的位置设有单个或多个排水孔8B。排水孔8B例如为径向R上长的长孔。例如,排水孔8B形成于一对侧板部18和底板部19,但也可以形成于盖16、弯曲板部17。本实施方式中,多个排水孔8B在各侧板部18中沿上下方向Z排列形成,在底板部19中沿周向P排列形成。在收容箱8的内表面部8A一体地设有将各排水孔8B包边的环状的突出部8C。
通过将从径向外侧R2插通洗涤桶4的圆周壁4B的螺栓21(参照后述的图8)组装到主体15的各凸起15C的螺孔15D,使得主体15固定于洗涤桶4的内周面4G。在这种状态下的收容箱8,形成有被内周面4G、弯曲板部17、一对侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20包围的副收容空间8D。副收容空间8D和洗涤桶4的主收容空间4E是经由收容箱8而被分隔的相互独立的空间。
如图4~图6所示,副收容空间8D具有沿周向P延伸的圆弧状也就是扇形的横截面。如图7所示,径向R上的副收容空间8D的尺寸D越朝向副收容空间8D的上端8E越小。由此,副收容空间8D的上端附近的尺寸D1(参照图4)比副收容空间8D的中途位置的尺寸D2(参照图5)小,尺寸D2比副收容空间8D的下部附近的尺寸D3(参照图6)小。具体而言,虽然尺寸D在与弯曲板部17的下侧板部17A相同高度的位置大致固定,但是在与弯曲板部17的倾斜板部17B相同的高度位置,根据倾斜板部17B的倾斜,随着朝向上侧Z1而慢慢变小。由此,虽然副收容空间8D的横截面在与下侧板部17A相同的高度位置的大小大致相同,但是在与倾斜板部17B相同高度的位置,随着朝向上侧Z1而慢慢地在径向R上变窄。
如图8所示,收容箱8的内表面部8A处于面朝副收容空间8D的状态。将收容箱8的各排水孔8B包边的突出部8C处于向副收容空间8D内突出数mm~1cm左右的状态。此外,收容箱8的整体的高度尺寸比平衡器11的下表面11B与洗涤桶4的底壁4C的外周部的上下方向Z的间隔稍小,收容箱8的顶板部20从下侧Z2与下表面11B邻接配置。径向R上的顶板部20的尺寸与径向R上的下表面11B的尺寸大致相同。径向R上的收容箱8的整体尺寸是径向R上的下表面11B的尺寸的2倍左右。
接着,对洗衣机1所进行的洗涤进行说明。参照图1,在洗涤运转开始之前,使用者打开门9,经由出入口4A将洗涤物放入洗涤桶4。在洗涤物包括容易破损或变形的易损洗涤物S的情况下,使用者将收容箱8的盖16从主体15取下而将出入口17C敞开,并根据需要将放进洗涤网N的状态的洗涤物S从出入口17C放入收容箱8的副收容空间8D(参照图4~图6),之后将盖16装配于主体15而堵住出入口17C。此外,使用者将易损的洗涤物S之外的普通的洗涤物(未图示)从出入口4A放入洗涤桶4的主收容空间4E。
投入了所有洗涤物的使用者将门9关闭。之后,溶解有洗涤剂的水作为洗涤水蓄于外桶3以及洗涤桶4。然后,在洗涤桶4静止的状态下,波轮6进行旋转,主收容空间4E中的波轮6上的洗涤物被旋转的波轮6的凸部6A搅拌。此外,蓄于洗涤桶4的底部4D的洗涤水被旋转的波轮6的叶片6B送入抽水路7并在流路12内上升,从抽水路7的出口7A排出而淋到主收容空间4E的洗涤物上。主收容空间4E的洗涤物通过被搅拌、或被浇淋洗涤水、或被洗涤水中所含 的洗涤剂分解污垢而被洗涤。此时,主收容空间4E中的洗涤水、位于洗涤桶4外的外桶3内的洗涤水的一部分通过收容箱8的排水孔8B、洗涤桶4的圆周壁4B上的装配有收容箱8的部分的贯通孔4F(参照图8)流入副收容空间8D,淋到副收容空间8D内的易损的洗涤物S上。副收容空间8D内的洗涤物S通过被洗涤水中所含的洗涤剂分解污垢而被洗涤。流入副收容空间8D的洗涤水通过排水孔8B、贯通孔4F而向收容箱8外流出。当波轮6开始旋转并经过了规定时间之后外桶3以及洗涤桶4进行排水时,洗涤运转结束。
在洗涤运转后的漂洗运转中,在自来水作为漂洗水而被蓄于外桶3以及洗涤桶4之后,在洗涤桶4静止的状态下,波轮6进行旋转。由此,主收容空间4E的洗涤物通过在漂洗水中被波轮6搅拌或被浇淋来自抽水路7的漂洗水而被漂洗。此时,主收容空间4E、外桶3内的漂洗水的一部分通过收容箱8的排水孔8B、洗涤桶4的贯通孔4F流入副收容空间8D,浇淋到副收容空间8D内的易损的洗涤物S上。由此,副收容空间8D内的洗涤物S被漂洗。流入副收容空间8D的漂洗水通过排水孔8B、贯通孔4F向收容箱8外流出。在波轮6开始旋转并经过规定时间之后外桶3以及洗涤桶4进行排水时,漂洗运转结束。
脱水运转在漂洗运转之后作为最终脱水进行实施,但也可以作为中间脱水在洗涤运转之后立即实施。脱水运转中,洗涤桶4高速地进行脱水旋转。由此,水分从主收容空间4E内的洗涤物渗出,并从洗涤桶4的贯通孔4F排出。这时,水分也从收容箱8的副收容空间8D内的洗涤物S渗出,并从收容箱8的排水孔8B、洗涤桶4的贯通孔4F排出。需要说明的是,未从排水孔8B、贯通孔4F排尽的水分通过形成于收容箱8的底板部19的平坦部19A的放水孔19B(参照图3)而从收容箱8落下。当最终脱水结束时,洗衣机1中的洗涤结束。使用者将门9打开而将主收容空间4E的洗涤物从洗涤桶4的出入口4A取出,并取下收容箱8的盖16而将副收容空间8D的洗涤物从出入口17C取出。
如上所述,在洗衣机1中,洗涤桶4的主收容空间4E能收容不用分开洗涤的普通的洗涤物,设置于洗涤桶4的内周面4G的收容箱8的副收容空间8D能收容易损的洗涤物S,能将这些洗涤物一起洗涤。由此,省去了以往那样将易损的洗涤物S手洗或者与普通洗涤物分开清洗的麻烦。
由于收容箱8由弯曲板部17、侧板部18、底板部19以及顶板部20这些板构件构成,因此与由网构成的情况相比,刚性高而坚固。由此,即使主收容空 间4E内的普通的洗涤物与收容箱8碰撞,也能防止收容箱8破损,还能防止如下普通的洗涤物与收容箱8碰撞时的冲击传递给副收容空间8D内的易损的洗涤物S而导致洗涤物S损伤、或者普通的洗涤物与洗涤物S接触。
以往,易损的洗涤物S以放入洗涤网N的状态与普通的洗涤物一起在洗涤桶4内被洗涤,这种情况下,放入洗涤网N的洗涤物S有可能会混在其他的洗涤物中进行活动而导致破损或变形,就是说可能会损伤。但是,此次,易损的洗涤物S收容在收容箱8的副收容空间8D中,副收容空间8D的横截面为沿洗涤桶4的内周面4G的周向P延伸的圆弧状,以洗涤桶4的轴线J为中心的径向R上的副收容空间8D的尺寸D越朝向副收容空间8D的上端越小(参照图4~图7)。由此,副收容空间8D内的易损的洗涤物S的特别是上侧Z1的部分被向径向R压迫,从而被限制住而无法活动。由此,能防止该洗涤物S在副收容空间8D内活动而导致损伤或褶皱。
需要说明的是,副收容空间8D的下端附近的尺寸D也可以根据底板部19的倾斜而越朝向副收容空间8D的下端越小(参照图7)。由此,副收容空间8D内的易损的洗涤物S的下部也被限制住而无法活动。此外,当底板部19倾斜时,主收容空间4E内的普通的洗涤物不易挂到底板部19上,因此能防止该洗涤物团成团状。
以上的结果是,能以防止用于将普通的洗涤物和易损的洗涤物S一起洗涤的收容箱8的破损并且不损伤收容箱8内的易损的洗涤物S的方式进行洗涤。对于想将易损的洗涤物S和普通的洗涤物一起洗涤的使用者,特别是喜欢用洗涤网N来洗涤洗涤物S使用者而言,具备这样的收容箱8的洗衣机1有吸引力。
此外,收容箱8的出入口17C形成于弯曲板部17的向洗涤桶4的内周面4G侧倾斜的倾斜板部17B。由此,与出入口17C形成于倾斜板部17B之外的情况相比,能确保出入口17C大。由此,容易向收容箱8的副收容空间8D投取洗涤物S。
此外,由于在洗涤桶4脱水旋转时,副收容空间8D内的洗涤物S所含的水分从收容箱8的排水孔8B排出到收容箱8之外,因此能将副收容空间8D内的洗涤物S有效地脱水。
此外,在收容箱8的内表面部8A设有将排水孔8B包边并且向副收容空间8D内突出的突出部8C。就是说,收容箱8构成为:在排水孔8B的周围,越朝 向副收容空间8D内壁越厚(参照图8)。即使收容箱8之外也就是主收容空间4E内的洗涤物的一部分、例如纽扣等要从排水孔8B进入副收容空间8D内,也会被突出部8C阻挡,因此能防止该洗涤物挂到排水孔8B上。
本发明不限于以上说明的实施方式,能在技术方案记载的范围内进行各种变更。
例如,收容箱8的弯曲板部17的上端可以与洗涤桶4的内周面4G连接,这种情况下,可以省略收容箱8中的所述顶板部20。此外,弯曲板部17的曲率与内周面4G的曲率既可以相同,也可以在一定程度上不同。
此外,洗涤桶4的轴线J虽然在上述实施方式中沿着垂直方向,但是也可以相对于垂直方向倾斜。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括:
    外桶,可蓄水;
    洗涤桶,形成为具有纵向延伸的轴线的圆筒状,能绕所述轴线旋转,收容于所述外桶内并具有收容洗涤物的主收容空间;以及
    收容箱,具有:弯曲板部,从所述轴线侧与所述洗涤桶的内周面对置并沿所述内周面的周向延伸;一对侧板部,从所述周向上的所述弯曲板部的两端延伸至所述内周面;以及底板部,从所述弯曲板部以及所述一对侧板部各自的下端延伸至所述内周面,所述收容箱形成有被所述内周面、所述弯曲板部、所述一对侧板部以及所述底板部包围并收容洗涤物的副收容空间,
    所述副收容空间具有沿所述周向延伸的圆弧状的横截面,
    以所述轴线为中心的径向上的所述副收容空间的尺寸越朝向所述副收容空间的上端越小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,
    所述弯曲板部具有随着朝向所述弯曲板部的上端而靠近所述内周面的倾斜板部,
    用于向所述副收容空间投取洗涤物的出入口形成于所述倾斜板部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其中,
    在所述收容箱设有用于在所述洗涤桶脱水旋转时将所述副收容空间内的水分排出的排水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中,
    在所述收容箱的面朝所述副收容空间的内表面部,设有将所述排水孔包边并且向所述副收容空间内突出的突出部。
