背景技术
机械化工不分家,化工,即化学工业,普及到人类生活的方方面面。在现代生活中,几乎随时随地都离不开化工产品,从衣、食、住、行等物质生活到文化艺术、娱乐等精神生活,都需要化工产品为之服务。有些化工产品在人类发展历史中,起着划时代的重要作用。它们的生产和应用,甚至代表着人类文明的一定历史阶段。凡运用化学方法改变物质组成或结构、或合成新物质的,都属于化学生产技术,也就是化学工艺,所得的产品被称为化学品或化工产品。
机械车间或生产车间经常会用到化工原料进行实验,更具体的是在化工材料生产中需要将多种液体原料进行混合,从而需要用到混合机。目前,市场上的混合机多数都是使用一个电机带动搅拌架在壳体内旋转使多种液体原料进行混合,液体原料的波动较小,导致现有的混合机将多种原料混合彻底所需要的时间较长,从而降低了化工材料的生产效率。
技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,解决了目前市场上的混合机多数都是使用一个电机带动搅拌架在壳体内旋转使多种液体原料进行混合,液体原料的波动较小,导致现有的混合机将多种原料混合彻底所需要的时间较长,从而降低了化工材料生产效率的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,包括壳体,所述壳体的两侧面均卡接有第一轴承,且两个第一轴承的内部套接有同一根第一转轴,所述第一转轴中部的表面卡接有第二轴承,所述第二轴承的内部与第一电机输出轴的表面套接,所述第一电机机身的两侧面均通过第一固定杆与第一转轴的表面固定连接,所述第一电机输出轴的底端固定连接有搅拌杆,且搅拌杆的表面对称设置有两个搅拌装置。

本发明提供了一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,具备以下有益效果:(1)、该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,通过设置U型的壳体、第一电机、搅拌杆、搅拌装置、驱动装置、连接装置、滑杆、滑套、齿杆、齿轮、第一轴承和第一转轴,使第一电机带动搅拌杆和搅拌装置旋转,使搅拌装置和搅拌杆在壳体内旋转,同时第二电机带动转盘旋转,转盘通过连接装置带动滑杆和齿杆实现反复的上下升降,从而使齿轮通过第一转轴带动第一电机、搅拌杆和搅拌架做前后摆动运动,从而提高了壳体内化工液体原料的波动程度,从而缩短了化工液体原料混合均匀所需要的时间,从而提高了化工材料的生产效率。(2)、该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,通过设置V型杆和搅拌架,使壳体的化工液体原料混合的更加均匀且迅速,从而提高了化工企业的生产效率。(3)、该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,结构紧凑,设计合理,实用性强。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,包括壳体1,壳体1的形状为U型,通过设置U型的壳体1,从而保证了搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7能够实现前后摆动,从而使化工液体原料实现混合,壳体1的顶端开设有物料入口,通过设置物料入口,从而使化工液体原料能够倒入壳体1的内部,壳体1的两侧面均卡接有第一轴承2,且两个第一轴承2的内部套接有同一根第一转轴3,通过设置第一轴承2和第一转轴3,使第一电机8、搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7能够实现前后摆动,从而便于化工液体原料的混合,第一转轴3中部的表面卡接有第二轴承4,第二轴承4的内部与第一电机8输出轴的表面套接,第一电机8机身的两侧面均通过第一固定杆9与第一转轴3的表面固定连接,第一电机8输出轴的底端固定连接有搅拌杆10,且搅拌杆10的表面对称设置有两个搅拌装置7,通过设置第一电机8、搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7,使第一电机8带动搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7实现旋转,从而对壳体1内的化工液体原料进行搅拌,从而使化工液体原料实现混合,搅拌装置7包括两个搅拌叶72,且两个搅拌叶72的一端均固定连接在搅拌杆10的表面上,搅拌杆10前后的摆动总角度为九十度,即为搅拌杆10向前可以摆动四十五度,向后也摆动四十五度,从而便于化工液体原料的快速混合,且两个搅拌叶72的向对面通过竖杆71固定连接,搅拌叶72包括V型杆721,V型杆721的两端均固定连接在搅拌杆10的表面,V型杆721的内部固定连接有搅拌架722,通过设置V型杆721和搅拌架722,使壳体1内化工液体原料混合的更加均匀且迅速,从而提高了化工企业的生产效率。
第一转轴3的左端固定连接有齿轮11,齿轮11啮合有齿杆12,通过设置齿杆12和齿轮11,使齿杆12实现上下反复运动,齿杆12可以带动齿轮11实现正转和反转交替进行,从而使第一转轴3带动搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7实现前后反复摆动,从而使壳体1内的化工液体原料实现搅拌均匀,齿杆12的底端固定连接有滑杆13,滑杆13的表面套接有滑套14,滑套14的表面通过第二固定杆15与壳体1的左侧面固定连接,滑杆13的底端通过连接装置6与驱动装置5的侧面固定连接,通过设置滑杆13和滑套14,使齿杆12上下升降更加方便,驱动装置5的底端固定连接在底板16的上表面。
驱动装置5包括第二电机51,第二电机51的底端通过支撑座52与底板16的上表面固定连接,第二电机51的输出轴固定连接有转盘53,通过设置第二电机51和转盘53,使第二电机51的输出轴带动转盘53旋转,使转盘53带动第二转轴61实现上下运动,从而使滑杆13实现上下反复运动,且第二转轴61偏心设置在转盘53的侧面上,转盘53远离第二电机51的侧面与连接装置6的一端固定连接,底板16的上表面固定连接有蓄电池20,蓄电池20的上表面设置有控制面板21,蓄电池20位于固定板17的右侧,蓄电池20的输出端与控制面板21的输入端电连接,控制面板21的输出端分别于第一电机8和第二电机51的输入端电连接,通过设置蓄电池20和控制面板21,使第一电机8和第二电机51的工作更加方便控制。
连接装置6包括固定连接在转盘53侧面的第二转轴61,第二转轴61的表面套接有第三轴承62,通过设置第二转轴61和第三轴承62,使连接杆63能够围绕第二转轴61旋转,第三轴承62的上表面固定连接有连接杆63,连接杆63顶端的侧面固定连接有第三转轴64,第三转轴64的表面套接有第四轴承65,通过设置第三转轴64和第四轴承65,使连接杆63能够围绕第三转轴64旋转,从而能够保证滑杆13实现上下升降,第四轴承65的上表面与滑杆13的底端固定连接。
底板16的上表面通过两个固定板17均与壳体1的底端固定连接,通过设置固定板17,使壳体1的固定更加稳固,壳体1的底端设置有物料出口18,物料出口18的底端设置有盖板19,通过设置物料出口18和盖板19,从而方便了化工原料的取出。
使用时,首先,将多种化工液体原料通过壳体1顶端的物料入口倒入壳体1内,倒入化工液体原料的总体积为壳体1总容积的三分之二即可,再通过控制面板21使第一电机8和第二电机51开始工作,第一电机8带动搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7旋转,使壳体1内部的化工液体实现搅拌,第二电机51的输出轴带动转盘53旋转,转盘53通过连接装置6带动滑杆13和齿杆12实现上下反复运动,齿杆12带动齿轮11实现正向和逆向反复旋转,齿轮11带动第一转轴3正向和逆向反复旋转,第一转轴3带动第一电机8、搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7实现前后反复摆动,从而使壳体1内的化工液体原料实现迅速混合均匀,当壳体1内的化工液体原料混合均匀后,通过控制面板21使第一电机8和第二电机51均停止工作,最后,通过物料出口18将化工液体混合原料取出即可。
综上可得,该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,通过设置U型的壳体1、第一电机8、搅拌杆10、搅拌装置7、驱动装置5、连接装置6、滑杆13、滑套14、齿杆12、齿轮11、第一轴承2和第一转轴3,使第一电机8带动搅拌杆10和搅拌装置7旋转,使搅拌装置7和搅拌杆10在壳体1内旋转,同时第二电机51带动转盘53旋转,转盘53通过连接装置6带动滑杆13和齿杆12实现反复的上下升降,从而使齿轮11通过第一转轴3带动第一电机8、搅拌杆10和搅拌架722做前后摆动运动,从而提高了壳体1内化工液体原料的波动程度,从而缩短了化工液体原料混合均匀所需要的时间,从而提高了化工材料的生产效率。该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,通过设置V型杆721和搅拌架722,使壳体1的化工液体原料混合的更加均匀且迅速,从而提高了化工企业的生产效率。该化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,结构紧凑,设计合理,实用性强。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,包括壳体(1),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的两侧面均卡接有第一轴承(2),且两个第一轴承(2)的内部套接有同一根第一转轴(3),所述第一转轴(3)中部的表面卡接有第二轴承(4),所述第二轴承(4)的内部与第一电机(8)输出轴的表面套接,所述第一电机(8)机身的两侧面均通过第一固定杆(9)与第一转轴(3)的表面固定连接,所述第一电机(8)输出轴的底端固定连接有搅拌杆(10),且搅拌杆(10)的表面对称设置有两个搅拌装置(7);
    所述第一转轴(3)的左端固定连接有齿轮(11),所述齿轮(11)啮合有齿杆(12),所述齿杆(12)的底端固定连接有滑杆(13),所述滑杆(13)的表面套接有滑套(14),所述滑套(14)的表面通过第二固定杆(15)与壳体(1)的左侧面固定连接,所述滑杆(13)的底端通过连接装置(6)与驱动装置(5)的侧面固定连接,所述驱动装置(5)的底端固定连接在底板(16)的上表面;
    所述驱动装置(5)包括第二电机(51),所述第二电机(51)的底端通过支撑座(52)与底板(16)的上表面固定连接,所述第二电机(51)的输出轴固定连接有转盘(53),所述转盘(53)远离第二电机(51)的侧面与连接装置(6)的一端固定连接;
    所述连接装置(6)包括固定连接在转盘(53)侧面的第二转轴(61),所述第二转轴(61)的表面套接有第三轴承(62),所述第三轴承(62)的上表面固定连接有连接杆(63),所述连接杆(63)顶端的侧面固定连接有第三转轴(64),所述第三转轴(64)的表面套接有第四轴承(65),所述第四轴承(65)的上表面与滑杆(13)的底端固定连接;
    所述底板(16)的上表面通过两个固定板(17)均与壳体(1)的底端固定连接,所述壳体(1)的底端设置有物料出口(18),所述物料出口(18)的底端设置有盖板(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(7)包括两个搅拌叶(72),且两个搅拌叶(72)的一端均固定连接在搅拌杆(10)的表面上,且两个搅拌叶(72)的向对面通过竖杆(71)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(72)包括V型杆(721),所述V型杆(721)的两端均固定连接在搅拌杆(10)的表面,所述V型杆(721)的内部固定连接有搅拌架(722)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述底板(16)的上表面固定连接有蓄电池(20),所述蓄电池(20)的上表面设置有控制面板(21),所述蓄电池(20)位于固定板(17)的右侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述蓄电池(20)的输出端与控制面板(21)的输入端电连接,所述控制面板(21)的输出端分别于第一电机(8)和第二电机(51)的输入端电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的形状为U型,所述壳体(1)的顶端开设有物料入口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工液体原料的电控混合搅拌设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌杆(10)前后的摆动总角度为九十度。
