Description

商品下单方法和商品下单装置
本申请要求于2017年12月06日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711272760.8、发明名称为“商品下单方法和商品下单装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子商务领域,具体而言,涉及一种商品下单方法和一种商品下单装置。
背景技术
在相关技术中,目前电商用户查看到自己感兴趣、想关注的商品,实现方式通常有以下几种:
(1)运营人员根据商城抓取的行为数据,对用户兴趣和关注点手动归类后,用户被动的***接收推荐商品;
(2)商城通过计算模型自动对用户兴趣和关注点进行归类后,用户被动的接收推荐商品;
(3)用户主动收藏商品,但仅仅只能看收藏,而无法对产品分层分级,只能被的结合上述两点被动式的推荐商品。
由于用户为被动式推荐感兴趣的商品,运营和商城获取的行为数据不能直接对等到用户真实的想法,导致存在以下缺陷:
(1)因此商品推荐数据的准确性存在很大的不稳定因素,同时据此对其他用户自动推荐的数据没有参考意义;
(2)用户无法对感兴趣和想关注的商品做灵活的归类分级;
(3)需要定时定量购买的商品没法自动提醒,用户容易忘记关注或购买。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的商品下单方案,通过在指定应用界面显示用户关注链接标识,实现对任意商品的一键关注,并能够针对用户关注的商品生成关注列表,进一步生成分类关注列表,再进一步,与关注商品对应设置快捷购买链接标识,实现一键购买功能,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了用户的查看操作,另一方面,通过设置一键购买功能,与现有技术中的购买操作相比,进一步简化了购买步骤,从而有利于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。
有鉴于此,本发明的第一方面的技术方案提出了一种商品下单方法,包括:在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面;在用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,每个商品分类关注列表中包括至少一个已标记商品;生成与已标记商品对应的快捷购买链接标识,以在接收到对任一快捷购买链接标识的触控操作后,生成对应的购买订单。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面前,还包括:在任意一个商品的商品详情页设置商品的标记链接标识;在检测接收到对标记链接标识的触控操作时,将商品详情页的商品信息添加至初始关注列表;在接收到对初始关注列表的分类指令时,根据分类指令对应的分类规则对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个商品分类关注列表。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在用户关注界面接收到针对任一已标记商品的提醒设置指令时,确定提醒设置指令对应的提醒条件;在检测到当前时间满足提醒条件时,生成提醒信息,提醒信息中包括任一已标记商品的商品页链接标识和/或任一已标记商品的快捷购买链接标识。

在上述任一实施例中,优选地,还包括:接收商品推荐列表;在用户关注界面生成列表切换标识,列表切换标识与商品分类关注列表和/或商品推荐列表逐一对应设置;根据接收到触控操作的列表切换标识,切换显示对应的商品分类关注列表或商品推荐列表。
在该实施例中,通过在指定时间段内收集被所有用户标记的标记数据, 以筛选出热度最高的商品,由于通常情况下,热度最高的商品为口碑最好的商品或用户最常用的商品,通过接收对应生成的商品推荐列表,以吸引用户对推荐商品的关注,一方面,有利于满足用户的购买需求,另一方面,方便用户挑选最合适的商品。
图2示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的商品下单装置的示意框图。
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例的商品下单装置200,包括:跳转单元202,用于在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面;显示单元204,用于在用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,每个商品分类关注列表中包括至少一个已标记商品;生成单元206,用于生成与已标记商品对应的快捷购买链接标识,以在接收到对任一快捷购买链接标识的触控操作后,生成对应的购买订单。
在该实施例中,在该实施例中,通过在指定应用界面显示用户关注链接标识,实现对任意商品的一键关注,并能够针对用户关注的商品生成关注列表,进一步生成分类关注列表,再进一步,与关注商品对应设置快捷购买链接标识,实现一键购买功能,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了用户的查看操作,另一方面,通过设置一键购买功能,与现有技术中的购买操作相比,进一步简化了购买步骤,从而有利于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。
在上述实施例中,优选地,还包括:设置单元208,用于在任意一个商品的商品详情页设置商品的标记链接标识;添加单元210,用于在检测接收到对标记链接标识的触控操作时,将商品详情页的商品信息添加至初始关注列表;分类单元212,用于在接收到对初始关注列表的分类指令时,根据分类指令对应的分类规则对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个商品分类关注列表。
在该实施例中,通过对标记链接标识的触控操作,以将对应的商品信息添加至初始关注列表,初始关注列表可以包括多个用户标注(关注)的商品,初始关注列表可以按照关注时间的先后排序,然后根据预设的分类规则对初始关注列表进行分类,并将生成的商品分类关注列表,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了 用户的查看操作,另一方面,从而有利于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。
其中,分类规则可以为由终端发送的根据用户的设定确定的分类规则,也可以是服务器中预存的分类规则。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,还包括:确定单元214,用于在用户关注界面接收到针对任一已标记商品的提醒设置指令时,确定提醒设置指令对应的提醒条件;生成单元206还用于:在检测到当前时间满足提醒条件时,生成提醒信息,提醒信息中包括任一已标记商品的商品页链接标识和/或任一已标记商品的快捷购买链接标识。
在该实施例中,通过针对每个商品分类关注列表,对应生成提醒条件,并在检测到满足提醒条件时,生成提醒信息,提醒信息中可以包括商品分类关注列表中的商品详情页链接或商品对应的快捷购买链接,一方面,实现了针对用户关注的商品的提醒功能,另一方面,通过生成包括购买链接的提醒信息,有利于提升用户的购买兴趣,进而提升商品成交率。
其中,提醒条件可以为到达指定时刻时的单次提醒,也可以通过设置提醒周期(比如每天一次)实现周期性提醒。
提醒信息中还可以包括关注商品的优惠信息等,还可以通过接收用户的输入信息,以输入信息作为提醒信息的内容。
具体地,通常对于需要周期性经常购买的,可以设定提醒时间点和间隔时间,避免忘记(例如主蔬菜/配菜),对于特殊节假日或活动日也可以设置自动提醒。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,设置单元208还用于:在任意一个商品详情页设置快捷购买链接标识;跳转单元202还用于:在接收到对提醒信息的展示指令时,跳转至提醒信息的展示界面;生成单元206还用于:在展示界面接收到对商品页链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至对应的商品详情页,以在商品详情页接收到对快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的购买订单;生成单元206还用于:在接收到对快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的购买订单。
在该实施例中,还可以在商品详情页上设置快捷购买链接标识,通过在 提醒信息的展示界面显示快捷购买链接标识和/或商品详情页连接标识,在接收到对快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,直接跳转至一键购买的订单界面,在接收到对商品详情页连接标识的触控操作时,跳转至商品详情页,从而能够提升用户下单的便捷性。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,还包括:接收单元216,用于接收商品推荐列表;生成单元206还用于:在用户关注界面生成列表切换标识,列表切换标识与商品分类关注列表和/或商品推荐列表逐一对应设置;商品下单装置200还包括:切换单元218,用于根据接收到触控操作的列表切换标识,切换显示对应的商品分类关注列表或商品推荐列表。
在该实施例中,通过在指定时间段内收集被所有用户标记的标记数据,以筛选出热度最高的商品,由于通常情况下,热度最高的商品为口碑最好的商品或用户最常用的商品,通过接收对应生成的商品推荐列表,以吸引用户对推荐商品的关注,一方面,有利于满足用户的购买需求,另一方面,方便用户挑选最合适的商品。
下面分别从终端侧与服务器侧,描述根据本发明一些实施例的商品下单方法。
如图3所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的商品下单方法,适用于终端侧,包括:步骤302,在指定应用界面显示用户关注链接标识;步骤304,在检测接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面;步骤306,在用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,每个商品分类关注列表中包括至少一个已标记商品;步骤308,生成与已标记商品对应的快捷购买链接标识,以在接收到对任一快捷购买链接标识的触控操作后,生成对应的购买订单,并将购买订单发送至服务器。
在该实施例中,通过在指定应用界面显示用户关注链接标识,实现对任意商品的一键关注,并能够针对用户关注的商品生成关注列表,进一步生成分类关注列表,再进一步,与关注商品对应设置快捷购买链接标识,实现一键购买功能,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了用户的查看操作,另一方面,通过设置一键购买功能,与现有技术中的购买操作相比,进一步简化了购买步骤,从而有利 于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。
其中,分类的对象可以为关注的某种商品,比如男士运行背心等。
具体地,可以关注商品列表和详情页页面都增加了一键购买入口(快捷购买链接标识),接收用户的点击后直接进入订单提交页,在被关注的产品需要被购买的场景下,最多通过2步即可完成购买。
在上述实施例中,优选地,在指定应用界面显示用户关注链接标识前,还包括:在任意一个商品详情页设置商品的标记链接标识;在检测接收到对标记链接标识的触控操作时,将商品详情页对应的商品信息发送至服务器,以通过服务器将商品信息添加至初始关注列表中。
在该实施例中,通过设置标记链接标识,实现了向服务器发送对应的商品信息的功能,以通过服务器侧生成初始关注列表。
在上述实施例中,优选地,在用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,具体包括:并排序后的商品分类关注列表显示在用户关注界面上。
在该实施例中,通过将排序后的分类关注列表显示在用户关注界面上,以优先显示具有最高购买优先级的商品,通过购买优先级表征用户的购买意愿,实现了通过在用户关注界面对用户购买兴趣的体现,进而提升了购买应用程序(比如购买商城)的人性化显示。
其中,可以根据商品价格排序、根据标记时间排序、根据发货地距离排序、根据预计快速时长排序。
在上述任一项实施例中,优选地,还包括:在用户关注界面生成列表切换标识,列表切换标识与商品分类关注列表和/或商品推荐列表逐一对应设置;根据接收到触控操作的列表切换标识,切换显示对应的商品分类关注列表或商品推荐列表。
在该实施例中,通过设置列表切换标识,实现了包括多个商品分类关注列表和/或商品推荐列表之间切换显示,进而有利于优化显示效果。
其中,商品推荐列表可以对应设置关注按键和/或快捷购买链接标识,通过接收用户的点击操作,将推荐的商品添加至关注列表,或生成购买订单。
在上述任一项实施例中,优选地,指定应用界面包括商城首页界面、商品详情页界面、商品购物车界面中的至少一种。
如图4所示,根据本发明的再一个实施例的商品下单方法,适用于服务器侧,包括:步骤402,在接收到指定终端发送的商品信息时,将商品信息添加至终端对应的初始关注列表中;步骤404,根据预设的分类规则对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个商品分类关注列表。
在该实施例中,通过接收终端发送的商品信息,以生成包括该商品信息的初始关注列表中,初始关注列表可以包括多个用户标注(关注)的商品,初始关注列表可以按照关注时间的先后排序,然后根据预设的分类规则对初始关注列表进行分类,并将生成的商品分类关注列表,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了用户的查看操作,另一方面,从而有利于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。
其中,分类规则可以为由终端发送的根据用户的设定确定的分类规则,也可以是服务器中预存的分类规则。
在上述实施例中,优选地,根据预设的分类规则对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个商品分类关注列表,具体包括:提取初始关注列表中每个已标记商品的名称关键词;根据名称关键词对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成商品分类关注列表。
在该实施例中,通过提取初始关注列表中每个已标注商品的名称关键词,将名称关键词相同的已标注产品归为同一类,进而实现了对初始关注列表中商品的分类操作,用户能够针对同一类商品进行比较,以达到旋转最满意的商品购买的效果。
其中,根据名称关键词进行分类,可以是同一种产品,也可以是同一类产品。
在上述任一项实施例中,优选地,根据名称关键词对初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成商品分类关注列表,还包括:根据预设的排序规则对每个商品分类关注列表中的已标记商品执行排序操作;将排序后的商品分类关注列表发送至对应的终端,其中,预设的排序规则包括根据商品价格排序、根据标记时间排序、根据发货地距离排序、根据预计快速时长排序中的任意一种。
在该实施例中,通过对每个分类后的商品分类关注列表进行排序,并将排序后的分类关注列表发送至终端,以显示在终端的用户关注界面上,以优先显示具有最高购买优先级的商品,通过购买优先级表征用户的购买意愿,实现了通过在用户关注界面对用户购买兴趣的体现,进而提升了购买应用程序(比如购买商城)的人性化显示。
在上述任一项实施例中,优选地,还包括:在接收到终端发送的设置指令时,针对每个商品分类关注列表,对应生成提醒条件;在检测到当前时间满足提醒条件时,向对应的终端推送提醒信息,其中,提醒信息中包括商品分类关注列表中的商品详情页链接或商品对应的快捷购买链接。
在该实施例中,通过针对每个商品分类关注列表,对应生成提醒条件,并在检测到满足提醒条件时,向终端推送提醒信息,提醒信息中可以包括商品分类关注列表中的商品详情页链接或商品对应的快捷购买链接,一方面,实现了针对用户关注的商品的提醒功能,另一方面,通过推送提醒信息,有利于提升用户的购买兴趣,进而提升商品成交率。
其中,提醒条件可以为到达指定时刻时的单次提醒,也可以通过设置提醒周期(比如每天一次)实现周期性提醒。

在该实施例中,通过在指定时间段内收集被所有用户标记的标记数据,以筛选出热度最高的商品,由于通常情况下,热度最高的商品为口碑最好的商品或用户最常用的商品,通过对应生成商品推荐列表,并将商品推荐列表推送至终端,以吸引用户的推荐商品的关注,从而有利于满足用户的购买需求。
具体地,指定时间段可以为24小时。
在上述任一项实施例中,优选地,还包括:根据名称关键词确定对应的同类未关注商品;收集指定时间段内多个用户对同类未关注商品的标记数据,以根据标记数据生成商品推荐列表,并将商品推荐列表发送至终端。
在该实施例中,还可以根据名称关键词确定热度比较高的同类未关注商品,以生成包括同类未关注商品的商品推荐列表,并将商品推荐列表发送至终端,以使用户在终端侧通过点击对应的“关注”按键,将未关注商品添加至同类的商品分类关注列表,以给用户提供更多的候选购买商品,以增加候选范围,进而提升用户购买商品的购买质量。
图5示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的商品下单方案的示意流程图。
如图5所示,包括:步骤502,接收到用户的任意商品的关注指令;步骤504,对关注的商品进行分类以及提醒设置,提醒设置包括提醒时间点、提醒频次与提醒内容等;步骤506,分别记录单个用户的标记数据,以及根据多个用户的标记计算关注最多的商品;步骤508,时间满足提醒条件时,提醒用户;步骤510,在商城首页显示商品关注入口,并进入步骤514;步骤512,生成关注商品推荐排行,并进入步骤514;步骤514,显示用户关注的商品;步骤516,检测是否接收到一键购买操作指令;步骤518,生成购买订单。
图6A至图6E示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的商品下单***的界面示意图。
如图6A所示,【首页】显示我的关注及总的关注个数。
如图6B与图6C所示,【我的关注】页面可以看到分类数据,左右可以滑动,可以看到推荐关注的区域。
具体地,可以按照默认、价格、更新时间排序。
如图6D可以修改商品设置或加入购物车,可以点击一键购买后直接到达【订单填写】页面—默认收货信息。
推荐关注标签分类下可以关注和设置商品。
如图6E所示,【商品详情】页可以看到我的关注入口,可以一键购买,可以设置关注,其中,设置关注后提醒关注成功,设置分类可自定义分类, 也可以选择已经设置好的分类,设置提醒设置最新提醒时间点,后续间隔提醒频次,提醒内容
当达到提醒条件后,手机收到推送消息【关注提醒】,显示提醒内容,点击后打开商品详情页,该页面点击一键购买后进入提交订单页。
如图7所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端70,包括处理器702,处理器702用于执行存储器704中存储的计算机程序时实现如上述另一个实施例中任一项的商品下单方法的步骤。
如图8所示,根据本发明的实施例的服务器80,包括处理器804,处理器804用于执行存储器802中存储的计算机程序时实现如上述再一个实施例中任一项的商品下单方法的步骤。
根据本发明的实施例的计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上述实施例中任一项的商品下单方法的步骤。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例终端和/或服务器中的单元可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)、一次可编程只读存储器(One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory,OTPROM)、电子抹除式可复写只读存储器(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储器、磁盘存储器、磁带存储器、或者能够用于携带或存储数据的计算机可读的任何其他介质。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过在指定应用界面显示 用户关注链接标识,实现对任意商品的一键关注,并能够针对用户关注的商品生成关注列表,进一步生成分类关注列表,以及与关注商品对应设置快捷购买链接标识,实现一键购买功能,一方面,能够基于用户的关注进行分类显示,与现有技术中的显示方案相比,进一步优化了用户的查看操作,另一方面,通过设置一键购买功能,与现有技术中的购买操作相比,进一步简化了购买步骤,有利于提升用户的购买体验,进而提升增加成交额的概率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种商品下单方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面;
    在所述用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,每个所述商品分类关注列表中包括至少一个已标记商品;
    生成与所述已标记商品对应的快捷购买链接标识,以在接收到对任一所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作后,生成对应的购买订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的商品下单方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面前,还包括:
    在任意一个商品的商品详情页设置商品的标记链接标识;
    在检测接收到对所述标记链接标识的触控操作时,将所述商品详情页的商品信息添加至初始关注列表;
    在接收到对所述初始关注列表的分类指令时,根据所述分类指令对应的分类规则对所述初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个所述商品分类关注列表。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的商品下单方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述用户关注界面接收到针对任一所述已标记商品的提醒设置指令时,确定所述提醒设置指令对应的提醒条件;
    在检测到当前时间满足所述提醒条件时,生成提醒信息,所述提醒信息中包括任一所述已标记商品的商品页链接标识和/或任一所述已标记商品的快捷购买链接标识。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的商品下单方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在任意一个所述商品详情页设置所述快捷购买链接标识;
    在接收到对所述提醒信息的展示指令时,跳转至所述提醒信息的展示界面;
    在所述展示界面接收到对所述商品页链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至对应的所述商品详情页,以在所述商品详情页接收到对所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的所述购买订单;或
    在所述展示界面接收到对所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的所述购买订单。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的商品下单方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收商品推荐列表;
    在所述用户关注界面生成列表切换标识,所述列表切换标识与所述商品分类关注列表和/或所述商品推荐列表逐一对应设置;
    根据接收到触控操作的所述列表切换标识,切换显示对应的所述商品分类关注列表或所述商品推荐列表。
  6. 一种商品下单装置,其特征在于,包括:
    跳转单元,用于在接收到对用户关注链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至用户关注界面;
    显示单元,用于在所述用户关注界面显示至少一个商品分类关注列表,每个所述商品分类关注列表中包括至少一个已标记商品;
    生成单元,用于生成与所述已标记商品对应的快捷购买链接标识,以在接收到对任一所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作后,生成对应的购买订单。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的商品下单装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置单元,用于在任意一个商品的商品详情页设置商品的标记链接标识;
    添加单元,用于在检测接收到对所述标记链接标识的触控操作时,将所述商品详情页的商品信息添加至初始关注列表;
    分类单元,用于在接收到对所述初始关注列表的分类指令时,根据所述分类指令对应的分类规则对所述初始关注列表执行分类操作,以生成至少一个所述商品分类关注列表。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的商品下单装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定单元,用于在所述用户关注界面接收到针对任一所述已标记商品的提醒设置指令时,确定所述提醒设置指令对应的提醒条件;
    所述生成单元还用于:在检测到当前时间满足所述提醒条件时,生成提醒信息,所述提醒信息中包括任一所述已标记商品的商品页链接标识和/或任 一所述已标记商品的快捷购买链接标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的商品下单装置,其特征在于,
    所述设置单元还用于:在任意一个所述商品详情页设置所述快捷购买链接标识;
    所述跳转单元还用于:在接收到对所述提醒信息的展示指令时,跳转至所述提醒信息的展示界面;
    所述生成单元还用于:在所述展示界面接收到对所述商品页链接标识的触控操作时,跳转至对应的所述商品详情页,以在所述商品详情页接收到对所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的所述购买订单;
    所述生成单元还用于:在接收到对所述快捷购买链接标识的触控操作时,生成对应的所述购买订单。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的商品下单装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收单元,用于接收商品推荐列表;
    所述生成单元还用于:在所述用户关注界面生成列表切换标识,所述列表切换标识与所述商品分类关注列表和/或所述商品推荐列表逐一对应设置;
    所述商品下单装置还包括:
    切换单元,用于根据接收到触控操作的所述列表切换标识,切换显示对应的所述商品分类关注列表或所述商品推荐列表。
