技术领域
本申请涉及金融技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频面签派工方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在贷款人向金融机构借贷时,贷款人需要和金融机构进行面签,从而对贷款人的信息及身份进行核实。面签是指贷款人(连同共同还款人或担保人)携带合法有效证件原件、手章及贷款所需费用到贷款银行交纳贷款所需费用并进行面谈及签字的手续。面签是向银行申请贷款必须的手续。在面签之前,当接收到面签请求时,需要进行分配面签审核人员。
现有技术中,现有分配面签审核人员有两种模块, 一种是把视频面签请求派给指定的技能组, 另一种是派给固定的一些人,在分配时,不能确定分配到的面签审核人员是否有空闲,当分配给没有空闲的审核人时,客户需要等待,导致面签的效率不高,并且不能灵活地分配给指定的面签审核人员。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提出一种视频面签派工方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有的面签审核人员分配不灵活技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种视频面签派工方法,所述方法包括:
当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;
根据所述贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员;
将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种视频面签派工装置,所述装置包括:
获取模块,用于当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;根据所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
分配模块,用于根据所述贷款申请所在网点查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员,将提取到的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种视频面签派工设备,所述视频面签派工设备包括视频面签派工程序,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时实现如上所述的视频面签派工方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有视频面签派工程序,所述视频面签派工程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的视频面签派工方法的步骤。

在本实施例中,该方法包括:
步骤S10,当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;
在本实施例中,当视频面签终端监测到面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息,并将所获取的视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息发送给视频面签审核***,其中,所述视频面签终端为处于房交所中的视频面签终端,贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息包括但不限于主贷款人、共同贷款人、主贷款人配偶、以及共同贷款人配偶等的姓名、年龄、住址和身份证号码、办理贷款的网点地址以及主贷款人的身份证拍照、人脸图像采集信息等,其中,所述主贷款人的身份证拍照、人脸图像采集信息可以通过视频面签终端的操作界面进行拍照采集,然后发送给视频面签审核***。视频面签请求可由视频面签终端对应的工作人员触发。需要说明的是,为了保证面签平台的工作流程和房交所***的工作流程一致,即为了视频面签终端的工作流程和视频面签审核***的工作流程一致,可以通过预设接口绑定视频面签终端和视频面签审核***。视频面签终端和视频面签审核***之间流程节点的跳转和预设接口有紧密关系。当流程节点与视频面签终端和视频面签审核***之间约定的节点一致时,表明视频面签终端和视频面签审核***之间的流程是同步,当流程节点与视频面签终端和视频面签审核***之间约定的节点不一致时,表明视频面签终端和视频面签审核***之间的流程未同步。在本实施例中,预设接口为B2B1 ((Business to Businessintegration) 接口。可以理解的是,预设接口为虚拟接口,预设接口对应的参数设置为常量,以使在修改预设接口参数名时,可直接修改常量类定义的参数常量,降低工作量。
进一步地,在视频面签终端对应的工作人员触发视频面签请求之前,视频面签终端对应的工作人员应先检查贷款人所带资料是否齐全。若贷款人所带资料不齐全,则应在视频面签终端中输入相应的信息,以使视频面签终端后续获取的贷款申请的详细信息为完整的面签信息,从而保证发送给视频面签审核***的贷款申请的详细信息为完整的面签信息。
步骤S20,根据所述贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
在获得所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息之后,由于所述贷款订单信息中包含用户进行贷款申请的具体网点的详细信息,比如地址信息、电话信息等,因此,通过所述贷款订单信息即可获知客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型。
步骤S30,根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员;
步骤S40,将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
在获得客户进行贷款申请所在网点之后,由于所述对应用户的身份信息包含了用户的身份证号码、用户现在的住址信息等,因此可以通过所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,比如查找距离贷款申请所在网点预设距离内的审核银行,以及距离用户现在的住址预设距离内的审核银行,然后根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员,同时可以进一步判断提取到的视频面签人员是否处于空闲状态,将处于空闲状态的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员,从而实现灵活分配面签审核人员,同时确保分配的面签审核人员为空闲状态,减少视频面签人员的等待时间,提高了视频面签的效率。

在本实施例中,所述步骤S30之后的步骤,还包括:
步骤S50,提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息;
在本实施例中,具体可以通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断面签审核人员是否有空,因此需要提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息,其中,所述状态标注信息可以通过面签审核人员手动设置,当面签审核人员处于空闲状态时,则点击对应的按钮,将当前状态标注信息标注为空闲,也可以通过视频面签审核***进行监测,当监测到面签审核人员当前没有就那些视频面签时,则将面签审核人员当前状态标注信息标注为空闲。
步骤S60,通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲;
步骤S70,当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;
提取到审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息之后,即可通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲,具体地,当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;
步骤S80,将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
在确定各个面签审核人员的状态之后,即可将将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员,当空闲的面签审核人员大于一个时,可以空空闲的面签审核人员中进行随机挑选,并将挑选到的面签审核人员作为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员,从而确保分配的面签审核人员是空闲的,减少客户的等待时间,提高面签效率。
本实施例提出的视频面签派工方法,通过提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息;通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲;当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;然后将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员,从而确保分配的面签审核人员是空闲的,减少客户的等待时间,提高面签效率。
进一步地,参照图3,基于本申请视频面签派工方法第一实施例提出本申请视频面签派工方法第三实施例。
在本实施例中,所述步骤S80之前的步骤,还包括:
步骤S90,查询各个面签审核人员的面签审核记录,及面签审核记录对应的贷款类型;
在本实施例中,在确定各个面签审核人员的状态之后,在进行分配之前,除了可以随机挑选进行分配的面签审核人员之外,还可以根据各个面签审核人员的审核记录挑选进行分配的面签审核人员,具体地,查询各个面签审核人员的面签审核记录,及面签审核记录对应的贷款类型。
步骤S100,将面签审核记录对应的贷款类型中,与当前视频面签请求类型一致的面签审核记录次数进行统计;
然后将查询到的面签审核记录对应的贷款类型与当前视频面签请求对应的贷款类型进行对比,然后将对比到的与当前视频面签请求对应的贷款类型,一致的贷款类型的面签审核记录次数进行统计,从而获知各个面签审核人员面签当前贷款类型的经验。
步骤S110,将各个面签审核人员统计得到的次数进行排序,选取面签审核记录次数最多的面签审核人员作为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。

步骤S140,根据优先级最高的视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型。

本实施例提出的视频面签派工方法,通过根据所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息填充贷款人描述,并根据所述贷款订单信息、对应用户的身份信息及贷款人描述,生成对应的页签;生成页签后, 自动将所述贷款人描述填充至页签中进行展示,从而减少获取贷款人信息的时间,提高面签效率。

参照图8,图8为本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。如图8所示,该视频面签派工设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004。这些组件之间的连接通信可以通过通信总线实现。网络接口1002可选的可以包括标准的有线接口(用于连接有线网络)、无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口、红外线接口等,用于连接无线网络)。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口(例如用于连接有线键盘、有线鼠标等)和/或无线接口(例如用于连接无线键盘、无线鼠标)。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。可选地,该视频面签派工设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的视频面签派工设备结构并不构成对视频面签派工设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图8所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作***、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及视频面签派工程序。其中,操作***是管理和控制视频面签派工设备硬件与软件资源的程序,支持网络通信模块、用户接口模块、视频面签派工程序以及其他程序或软件的运行;网络通信模块用于管理和控制网络接口1002;用户接口模块用于管理和控制用户接口1003。
在图8所示的视频面签派工设备中,网络接口1002主要用于连接数据库,与数据库进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(可以理解为用户端),与客户端进行数据通信,如通过窗口展示信息给客户端,或者接收客户端发送的操作信息;而处理器1001可以用于执行存储器1004中存储的视频面签派工程序,以实现上述视频面签派工方法实施例的步骤。
本申请还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述视频面签派工方法实施例的步骤。
还需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;
    根据所述贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
    根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员;
    将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的步骤之后,还包括:
    提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息;
    通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲;
    当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;
    将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员的步骤之前,还包括:
    查询各个面签审核人员的面签审核记录,及面签审核记录对应的贷款类型;
    将面签审核记录对应的贷款类型中,与当前视频面签请求类型一致的面签审核记录次数进行统计;
    将各个面签审核人员统计得到的次数进行排序,选取面签审核记录次数最多的面签审核人员作为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    判断所述视频面签请求是否有多个;
    若所述视频面签请求有多个,则根据所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息对各个视频面签请求进行分配视频面签审核人员优先级排序;
    根据优先级最高的视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行的步骤之前,还包括:
    将查找到的审核银行按照距离所述贷款申请所在网点的长短进行排序;
    按照距离的排序,根据所述贷款类型提取距离最小的审核银行中的面签审核人员。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述将空闲的面签审核人员作为根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息填充贷款人描述,并根据所述贷款订单信息、对应用户的身份信息及贷款人描述,生成对应的页签;
    生成页签后, 自动将所述贷款人描述填充至页签中进行展示。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的视频面签派工方法,其特征在于,所述将所述贷款人描述填充至页签中进行展示的步骤之后,还包括:
    将所述页签中的贷款人描述发送给公安***,以供所述公安***校验所述页签中的贷款人描述,并返回校验结果;
    当根据所述校验结果确定所述页签中的贷款人描述通过校验后,发送提示消息给所述视频面签终端,以完成面签。
  8. 一种视频面签派工装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;根据所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
    分配模块,用于根据所述贷款申请所在网点查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员,将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  9. 一种视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工设备包括视频面签派工程序,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时实现如下步骤:
    当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;
    根据所述贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
    根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员;
    将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息;
    通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲;
    当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;
    将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    查询各个面签审核人员的面签审核记录,及面签审核记录对应的贷款类型;
    将面签审核记录对应的贷款类型中,与当前视频面签请求类型一致的面签审核记录次数进行统计;
    将各个面签审核人员统计得到的次数进行排序,选取面签审核记录次数最多的面签审核人员作为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    判断所述视频面签请求是否有多个;
    若所述视频面签请求有多个,则根据所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息对各个视频面签请求进行分配视频面签审核人员优先级排序;
    根据优先级最高的视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型。

    将查找到的审核银行按照距离所述贷款申请所在网点的长短进行排序;
    按照距离的排序,根据所述贷款类型提取距离最小的审核银行中的面签审核人员。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息填充贷款人描述,并根据所述贷款订单信息、对应用户的身份信息及贷款人描述,生成对应的页签;
    生成页签后, 自动将所述贷款人描述填充至页签中进行展示。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的视频面签派工设备,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被所述视频面签派工设备执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    将所述页签中的贷款人描述发送给公安***,以供所述公安***校验所述页签中的贷款人描述,并返回校验结果;
    当根据所述校验结果确定所述页签中的贷款人描述通过校验后,发送提示消息给所述视频面签终端,以完成面签。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有视频面签派工程序,所述视频面签派工程序被处理器执行时,以实现如下步骤:
    当接收到视频面签请求时,获取与所述视频面签请求对应的贷款订单信息及对应用户的身份信息;
    根据所述贷款订单信息,获取客户进行贷款申请所在网点及贷款类型;
    根据所述贷款申请所在网点及对应用户的身份信息查找预设距离内的审核银行,并根据所述贷款类型提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员;
    将提取到的面签审核人员中空闲的面签审核人员分配为本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    提取查找到的审核银行中的面签审核人员的状态标注信息;
    通过面签审核人员的状态标注信息判断提取到的面签审核人员是否空闲;
    当所述面签审核人员的状态标注信息为空闲时,确定所述面签审核人员为空闲,否则,确定所述面签审核人员为不空闲;
    将空闲的面签审核人员作为进行分配的本次视频面签请求的面签审核人员。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述视频面签派工程序被处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
