Description

一种不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***及方法 技术领域
本发明主要涉及不锈钢板带生产技术领域,具体涉及不锈钢黑卷(表面带氧化皮的不锈钢热轧卷)酸洗、白板(热轧、热处理酸洗后无氧化皮的不锈钢,参见中国国家标准GB-T4237-2007第6.6条的简称1D卷,或行业内统称的NO.1板(参见宝山钢铁股份有限公司企业标准Q/BQB 4302-2009))轧制、冷板退火、冷板酸洗和表面精整等工序联合在一起的连续生产机组及方法。
背景技术
不锈钢黑卷酸洗、白板轧制、冷板退火、冷板酸洗和表面精整等都是成熟生产工艺。不锈钢热轧卷(黑卷)氧化铁皮较厚、难出除,几乎所有不锈钢生产厂都将黑卷退火酸洗线作为单独的生产工序,部分酸洗产品直接外销,绝大部分酸洗好的不锈钢白卷再吊运到轧制车间进行冷轧轧薄。冷轧轧制过程通常都是采用可逆轧机轧制白卷,单机架可逆轧机的产能低,对于一些产能比较高的生产厂通常都要配置多台单机架可逆轧机,占地多投资大。近些年一些生产厂也在尝试多机架无头轧制,根据产品厚度规格的不同一般设置4机架或5机架。轧制后的冷轧钢卷再运到冷轧酸洗车间进行退火、酸洗和精整等工序来生产不锈钢冷轧2B/2D表面(GB/T 3280-2007;EN 10088;JIS G4305)产品。从目前的公开技术和实际生产状况来看,黑卷的退火酸洗、不锈钢白卷轧制和不锈钢冷带退火酸洗三个生产工艺都是分开工艺,只有少数生产工厂将不锈钢白卷轧制和退火酸洗工艺连接在一起,但均没有将黑卷酸洗与白卷轧制退火酸洗连接起来的生成工艺。
因不锈钢产量低,电气控制技术要求高、分开布置生产灵活,不锈钢热轧卷(黑卷)酸洗后的产品属于NO.1板,可以直接销售并应用没有现有的设备适用大批量生产2B/2D表面冷轧产品的经济化生产。
中国专利CN 101481778 B公开了一种奥氏体不锈钢带及其制造方法,冷轧工艺流程为:薄带连铸坯料→酸洗→冷轧→退火→酸洗→平整→纵切→不锈钢成品卷。其原料采用连铸产品,原料厚度1mm~5mm,经酸洗后轧制的压下率≤15%,轧制到需要的产品厚度需要二次轧程,不能一次轧制到需要成品厚度,其公布的连铸坯料后的生产工序为通常的生产工序。
印度专利IN590DEL2010A同族的中国专利CN101844151B不锈钢金属带的生产设备及其非连续生产方法,公开了一种不锈钢带的非连续生产方法,在一条或以上机组先将热轧 黑卷退火、酸洗和轧制而生产冷硬不锈钢卷。不锈钢冷硬卷再经过第二条生产线上开卷→退火→酸洗→精整→卷取。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***及方法,使得热轧后的不锈钢黑卷能够在一条连续生产线上经过即可生产2B/2D不锈钢冷轧产品,节约工厂占地、节约工厂投资和降低生产成品。
本发明为解决上述技术问题公开的技术方案为:
一种不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:至少包括黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组,所述黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组顺次连接在一起组成连续机组;在黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组之间不设置中间退火段。
进一步的,在连续机组的最末端设置卷取机对经过开卷处理后的钢卷重新卷取成卷。
进一步的,所述的黑卷酸洗机组包括黑卷酸洗段、两个开卷机、焊机、热带酸洗入***套,两个开卷机并列设置且开卷后的钢卷头端均与焊机前端对接;焊机焊接后的钢卷头端与热带酸洗入***套对接,热带酸洗入***套与黑卷酸洗段对接;所述黑卷酸洗段至少包括能够承装酸洗液的酸洗槽。
进一步的,所述不锈钢白卷轧制机组与黑卷酸洗机组之间设置轧机入***套,不锈钢白卷轧制机组出口依次设置清洗段和轧机出***套。
进一步的,退火酸洗机组包括依次对接的冷板退火炉、冷带酸洗段,冷板退火炉与不锈钢白卷轧制机组的轧机出***套对接,冷带酸洗段与冷带酸洗出***套对接。
进一步的,退火酸洗机组后还依次设置平整机、拉矫和检查活套区共同组成连续机组。
进一步的,本发明焊机采用满足焊缝直接轧制的激光焊机;黑卷酸洗段采用硫酸酸洗加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗模式,硫酸酸洗采用1~3段酸槽并单独设置循环***,硫酸浓度依次递减,混酸段采用2~4段酸洗槽并单独设置循环***,混酸酸洗浓度依次递减。
进一步的,本发明黑卷酸洗段前部设置拉矫破磷、抛丸等机械除磷设备,也可以不设置拉矫破磷、抛丸等机械除磷设备黑卷直接酸洗;黑卷酸洗段与焊机和连轧机之间用活套连接,保证酸洗段内带钢不停机。
进一步的,不锈钢白卷轧制机组中,连轧机采为用多机架联合轧制,设置3机架或以上机架轧制。
进一步的,冷带酸洗段采用中性盐电解加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗模式,或者采用中性盐电解其它无机酸酸洗模式。平整机采用两辊或者四辊平整机,平整机可以是双机架也可以是 单机架,平整机后面设置拉矫机进一步改善带钢板型。带钢经过表面检查进入卷取机卷取成卷。
一种采用上述不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***的连续生产方法,其特征在于:将热轧后不锈钢黑卷作为原料直接送入连续机组的黑卷酸洗机组入口,当热轧后不锈钢黑卷依次经过该连续机组处理后,最终生产出不锈钢冷轧产品不需要中间退火处理;
当采用热轧后不锈钢黑卷退火酸洗后的第一白皮钢卷作为原料时,第一白皮钢卷依次经过不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组、平整及拉矫处理后,直接成为2B/2D不锈钢产品。
相对于现有技术,本发明将黑卷酸洗与不锈钢白卷轧制、退火酸洗等多个工序连接在一起组成连续机组,直接生产2B/2D产品,省去黑卷退火、省去中间退火、省去工序间钢卷的调运,提高了成材率,很大程度上节约工厂建设用地和工程投资。同时本发明也可以采用热轧黑皮卷退火酸洗后的第一白皮钢卷作为原料,第一白皮钢卷不需要经过黑卷酸洗段,直接将第一白皮钢卷旁通过黑卷酸洗段后直接进入连轧机在线轧制、退火、酸洗和精整生产2B/2D不锈钢产品,不需要中间退火。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图1,对本发明不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***和方法进一步描述。
在如图1所示的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***中,包括第一开卷机1、第二开卷机2、焊机3、热带酸洗入***套4、黑卷酸洗段5、轧机入***套6、连轧机7、清洗段8、轧机出***套9、冷板退火炉10、冷带酸洗段11、冷带酸洗出***套12、平整机13、拉矫和检查活套区14、卷取机15。
第一开卷机1和第二开卷机2具备带钢厚度1mm~8mm开卷能力,带头带尾在焊机3处完成焊接,采用激光焊机焊缝质量好,可以直接轧制过连轧机。热带酸洗入***套4正常生产时处于满套状态,在带钢焊接时放套以保证黑卷酸洗段5带钢连续运行。黑卷酸洗段5采用硫酸酸洗加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗模式,硫酸酸酸洗采用1~3段酸槽并单独设置循环***, 硫酸浓度依次递减,混酸段采用2~4段酸洗槽并单独设置循环***,混酸酸洗浓度依次递减。
黑卷酸洗段5前部设置拉矫破磷、抛丸等机械除磷设备,去除大部分氧化铁皮较少酸洗酸耗。也可以不设置拉矫破磷、抛丸等机械除磷设备黑卷直接酸洗,酸洗速度需要降低或者酸槽长度再加长。轧机入***套6位于黑卷酸洗段5和连轧机7、之间,保证连轧机7换辊时黑卷酸洗段5带钢连续运行。连轧机7根据原料和产品规格需要可以设置为3机架或以上机架轧机,轧制后带钢由清洗段8去除表面乳化液或轧制油。轧制后带钢表面残油需要经清洗段8清洗去除以改善最终成品表面质量,清洗段8采用碱液清洗或者采用高压热水冲洗。轧机出***套9位于清洗段8和冷板退火炉10之间,保证轧机换辊时冷板退火炉10和冷带酸洗段11内带钢不停机。冷板退火炉10采用直接加热方法,热处理后的带钢表面会有一层薄薄的氧化膜,需要用冷带酸洗段11去除。冷带酸洗段11采用中性盐电解加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗方式,通过控制电流、酸浓度和温度等等参数控制带钢表面状态。酸洗后带钢经过冷带酸洗出***套12进入平整机13、以及拉矫和检查活套区14进行板型和表面处理,使带钢表面达到2B/2D表面交货要求。冷带酸洗出***套12设置在冷带酸洗段11和平整机13之间,保证出口停机时冷板退火炉10和冷带酸洗段11内钢带连续运行。最后带钢经卷取机15卷取成卷。

  1. 一种不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:至少包括黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组,所述黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组顺次连接在一起组成连续机组;在黑卷酸洗机组、不锈钢白卷轧制机组之间不设置中间退火段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:在连续机组的最末端设置卷取机对经过开卷处理后的钢卷重新卷取成卷。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:所述的黑卷酸洗机组包括黑卷酸洗段、两个开卷机、焊机、热带酸洗入***套,两个开卷机并列设置且开卷后的钢卷头端均与焊机前端对接;焊机焊接后的钢卷头端与热带酸洗入***套对接,热带酸洗入***套与黑卷酸洗段对接;所述黑卷酸洗段至少包括能够承装酸洗液的酸洗槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:所述不锈钢白卷轧制机组与黑卷酸洗机组之间设置轧机入***套,不锈钢白卷轧制机组出口依次设置清洗段和轧机出***套。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:退火酸洗机组包括依次对接的冷板退火炉、冷带酸洗段,冷板退火炉与不锈钢白卷轧制机组的轧机出***套对接,冷带酸洗段与冷带酸洗出***套对接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:退火酸洗机组后还依次设置平整机、拉矫和检查活套区共同组成连续机组。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:黑卷酸洗段采用硫酸酸洗加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗模式,硫酸酸洗采用1~3段酸槽并单独设置循环***,硫酸浓度依次递减,混酸段采用2~4段酸洗槽并单独设置循环***,混酸酸洗浓度依次递减。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:焊机采用满足焊缝直接轧制的激光焊机;黑卷酸洗段前部设置拉矫破磷、抛丸机械除磷设备;不锈钢白卷轧制机组中,连轧机采为用多机架联合轧制,设置3机架或以上机架轧制;平整机采用两辊或者四辊平整机,平整机是双机架或单机架。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***,其特征在于:冷带酸洗段采用中性盐电解加混酸HF+HNO3酸洗模式,或者采用中性盐电解HNO3外 的其它无机酸酸洗模式。
  10. 一种采用上述权利要求1-9之一所述不锈钢冷轧板连续生产***的连续生产方法,其特征在于:将热轧后不锈钢黑卷作为原料直接送入连续机组的黑卷酸洗机组入口,当热轧后不锈钢黑卷依次经过该连续机组处理后,最终生产出不锈钢冷轧产品不需要中间退火处理;
    当采用热轧后不锈钢黑卷退火酸洗后的第一白皮钢卷作为原料时,第一白皮钢卷依次经过不锈钢白卷轧制机组、退火酸洗机组、平整及拉矫处理后,直接成为2B/2D不锈钢产品。
