Description

一种mura补偿方法及装置
本申请要求于2017年11月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711167291.3、发明名称为“一种mura补偿方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及屏幕显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种mura补偿方法及装置。
背景技术
由于LCD面板制程中的偏移、液晶分子之间的特性差异等因素,LCD面板在纯白色固定灰阶画面下各区域位置的亮度存在差异,形成mura现象(亮暗不均一)。根据亮度与灰阶值的一一对应关系(伽马gamma曲线),可以通过补偿灰阶值来提高LCD面板的整体亮、暗均一性,即通过相机拍摄整体灰阶画面,以LCD面板中心区域的亮度为基准,分析其它区域与中心区域的亮度差值,换算出对应的灰阶mura补偿数据(比中心区域偏暗的区域提高灰阶值,补偿数据为正数;比中心区域偏亮的区域降低灰阶值,补偿数据为负数),再选取固定间隔位置像素的mura补偿数据存储在flash中(为了降低所需flash容量),时序控制器(TCON)IC上电后从flash中读取补偿数据,再经过线性插值计算出各像素在灰阶画面下的mura补偿数据,与输入画面信号(灰阶值)作加、减运算,以此来提高LCD面板整体画面的亮、暗均一性(实际输入画面信号为相同的灰阶值,但是经过灰阶mura补偿数据补偿后,LCD面板各区域的灰阶值不同了,但是亮度却趋于相同),如图1、图2所示。
如图3、图4所示,TCON IC内部通过线性插值算法计算固定间隔区域内其它像素的mura补偿数据,A/B/C/D为固定间隔区域顶点像素的mura补偿数据,固定间隔区域内任一像素的mura补偿数据G都可以由A/B/C/D表示。
当LCD面板上存在亮/暗点(单个像素),或者提供亮度的背光模组BLU 表面存在灰尘/脏污时(现象同LCD面板上的暗点),经过***计算出的异常像素所处固定间隔区域的顶点位置mura补偿数据会明显偏大/小,TCONIC内部使用此偏大/小的mura补偿数据进行线性插值计算,固定间隔区域内其它像素的mura补偿数据也会随着偏大/小,导致亮/暗点、脏污位置进行mura补偿后形成暗/亮块状区域,严重影响产品品质,如图5所示。
由上可知,针对LCD面板上的亮暗点以及背光模组BLU上的黑点脏污状况,其对应的灰阶mura补偿数据不能根据gamma曲线去计算,需要经过处理去避免异常偏大/小的补偿数据产生,以免造成线性插值后出现区域性亮、暗不均一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种mura补偿方法及装置,以避免对LCD面板存在亮暗点及背光模组BLU存在脏污情况下的mura补偿后发生异常。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种mura补偿方法,包括:
获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
如果所述图像上存在异常像素,则以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值;
根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿。
其中,所述判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素具体包括:
判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,若是则判定此像素为异常像素。
其中,所述判断某一像素亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,具体是:
判断该像素的亮度,与以该像素为中心、以至少5×5像素区域内除该像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值之间的差异是否超过所述判断阈值。

本发明还提供一种mura补偿装置,包括:
获取模块,用于获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
判断模块,用于判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
处理模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述图像上存在异常像素时,以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
计算模块,用于根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值;
补偿模块,用于根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿。
其中,所述判断模块具体用于判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,若是则判定此像素为异常像素。

本发明实施例的有益效果在于:针对存在亮、暗点的面板,或者背光模组BLU上有点状脏污的状况下,避免采用常规伽马gamma曲线去计算补偿数据,而是通过判定异常像素并计算其实际亮度,进行一定的mura修补,不会出现异常偏大/小的补偿数据,不会影响亮、暗点及脏污周围区域的显示效果,避免出现区域性亮、暗不均一状况。

具体实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附图,用以示例本发明可以用以实施的特定实施例。
请参照图6所示,本发明实施例一提供一种mura补偿方法,包括:
S1、获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
具体地,步骤S1是通过相机(例如CCD相机)对液晶面板进行拍照而获得相应图像。
S2、判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
如前所述,如果LCD面板存在暗点像素,或者LED背光模组上存在脏污点,在步骤S1通过相机(例如CCD相机)拍摄得到的图像上,异常像素位置的亮度会明显低于周围像素的亮度。因此,本实施例设定一个判定阈值a,即当分析图像数据时,若发现某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异超过判断阈值a后,则判定此像素为异常像素。判断阈值a需要根据实际状况进行设定,包括背光亮度以及LCD面板本身的穿透率,基本上会超过20灰阶左右的亮度。进一步地,判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值a,具体是判断该像素的亮度,与以该像素为中心,以至少5×5像素区域内所有像素(该像素除外)的亮度平均值之间的差异是否超过判断阈值a。
S3、如果所述图像上存在异常像素,则以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
通过步骤S2判断出异常像素后,针对异常像素的补偿数据则不能根据 伽马gamma曲线进行计算,需要进行如下处理得到异常像素的mura补偿数据:
以异常像素为中心,以至少5×5像素区域内所有像素(异常像素除外)的亮度平均值作为异常像素的实际亮度。
本实施例设定的像素区域为5×5像素区域,过小则纳入计算的数据较少,结果不太准确;虽然像素区域越大结果越准确,但是需要处理的数据会较多,因此本实施例的5×5像素区域是合适的。
再请参照图7所示,为一5×5像素区域在异常像素亮度处理前后的对比示意图,在处理前获得中心点的像素亮度值为2,发现明显低于四周像素的亮度,按前述步骤S2判定为异常像素,然后计算得到其四周像素亮度平均值为8.8,则将亮度值8.8作为该异常像素的实际亮度。
S4、根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值;
如图8所示,将异常像素四周像素亮度平均值作为该异常像素的实际亮度,然后以所述异常像素的实际亮度参与固定设置间隔像素的mura补偿值计算,该异常像素的实际亮度由于是其四周像素亮度平均值,因此与四周像素亮度值差异非常小,计算出来的该异常像素所处固定间隔区域的顶点位置mura补偿值与不存在异常像素时计算出的mura补偿值仍趋一致。因此,异常像素不会影响到任何包含其在内的区域内所有像素的平均亮度,则计算出的固定设置间隔顶点像素的mura补偿值不会因异常像素的存在而出现偏大/小,TCON IC内部线性插值计算出的固定间隔内其余像素的mura补偿值仍趋于正常。
S5、根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿;
由于步骤S4计算出的mura补偿值不受异常像素影响,将该mura补偿值对LCD面板进行mura补偿后不会出现异常像素所在的固定间隔区域整体亮度偏亮/暗,造成区域性的视觉效果不良。
相应于本发明实施例一,本发明实施例二提供一种mura补偿装置,包括:
获取模块,用于获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
判断模块,用于判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
处理模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述图像上存在异常像素时,以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
计算模块,用于根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值;
补偿模块,用于根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿。
其中,所述判断模块具体用于判断某一像素位置的亮度与其四周像素位置的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,若是则判定此位置的像素为异常像素。
其中,所述判断模块判断某一像素位置的亮度与其四周像素位置的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,具体是:
判断该像素的亮度,与以该像素的位置为中心、以至少5×5像素区域内除该像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值之间的差异是否超过所述判断阈值。
其中,所述设定像素区域为5×5像素区域。
通过上述说明可知,本发明实施例的有益效果在于:针对存在亮、暗点的面板,或者背光模组BLU上有点状脏污的状况下,避免采用常规伽马gamma曲线去计算补偿数据,而是通过判定异常像素并计算其实际亮度,进行一定的mura修补,不会出现异常偏大/小的补偿数据,不会影响亮、暗点及脏污周围区域的显示效果,避免出现区域性亮、暗不均一状况。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种mura补偿方法,包括:
    获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
    判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
    如果所述图像上存在异常像素,则以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
    根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值;
    根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的mura补偿方法,其中,所述判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素具体包括:
    判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,若是则判定此像素为异常像素。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的mura补偿方法,其中,所述判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,具体是:
    判断该像素的亮度,与以该像素为中心、以至少5×5像素区域内除该像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值之间的差异是否超过所述判断阈值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的mura补偿方法,其中,所述设定像素区域为5×5像素区域。
  5. 一种mura补偿装置,其中,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取对液晶面板拍摄得到的图像;
    判断模块,用于判断所述图像上是否存在异常像素;
    处理模块,用于在所述判断模块判断所述图像上存在异常像素时,以所述异常像素为中心,以设定像素区域内除所述异常像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值作为所述异常像素的实际亮度;
    计算模块,用于根据所述异常像素的实际亮度和正常像素的亮度计算所述液晶面板的mura补偿值,
    补偿模块,用于根据所述mura补偿值对所述液晶面板进行补偿。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的mura补偿装置,其中,所述判断模块具体用于判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,若是则判定此像素为异常像素。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的mura补偿装置,其中,所述判断模块判断某一像素的亮度与其四周像素的亮度差异是否超过判断阈值,具体是:
    判断该像素的亮度,与以该像素为中心、以至少5×5像素区域内除该像素以外的所有像素的亮度平均值之间的差异是否超过所述判断阈值。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的mura补偿装置,其中,所述设定像素区域为5×5像素区域。
