Description

锤式粉碎机 技术领域
本发明属于一种粉碎设备,具体涉及一种锤式粉碎机。
背景技术
粉碎机是应用机械力对固体物料进行粉碎作业,使之变为小块、细粒或粉末的装置。
传统的粉碎机有。其中,锤式破碎机主要包括转子,转子外套设有锤片,电动机带动转子在破碎腔内高速旋转。物料自上部给料口给入机内,受高速运动的锤片的打击、冲击、剪切、研磨作用而粉碎。而现有的锤式粉碎机结构较为复杂,粉碎效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锤式粉碎机,以解决上述技术中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种锤式粉碎机,是由物料入口、进料插板、风机外壳、风叶、调风闸、截链体、挡料棒、
锤头、内衬板、机壳、机架、轴承座、皮带轮和回风口组成,所述的轴承座连接机架上部的
左右两端,皮带轮连接轴承座的左端,机壳连接在轴承座上位于机架的内侧,风机外壳纵向
连接在轴承座的右端,风叶位于风机外壳的内部,调风阀连接风机外壳的右侧,物料入口连
接机壳的上方,进料插板连接在物料入口的内部,回风口连接物料入口的左侧,挡料棒纵向
连接在轴承座上并位于机壳内部右侧,截链体两个分别连接在挡料棒的上下两端,锤头六个
分别纵向连接在轴承座的上下两侧,每侧连接三个,内衬板连接在机壳的内壁上。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,技术合理。利用锤头将物料粉碎,冲击力大,物料粉碎
效果好。

如图1所示,一种锤式粉碎机,是由物料入口1、进料插板2、风机外壳3、风叶4、
调风闸5、截链体6、挡料棒7、锤头8、内衬板9、机壳10、机架11、轴承座12、皮带轮
13和回风口14组成,所述的轴承座12连接机架11上部的左右两端,皮带轮13连接轴承座
12的左端,机壳10连接在轴承座12上位于机架11的内侧,风机外壳3纵向连接在轴承座
12的右端,风叶4位于风机外壳3的内部,调风阀5连接风机外壳3的右侧,物料入口1连
接机壳10的上方,进料插板2连接在物料入口1的内部,回风口14连接物料入口1的左侧,挡料棒7纵向连接在轴承座12上并位于机壳10内部右侧,截链体6两个分别连接在挡料棒

  1. 一种锤式粉碎机,是由物料入口、进料插板、风机外壳、风叶、调风闸、截链体、挡料棒、锤头、内衬板、机壳、机架、轴承座、皮带轮和回风口组成,其特征在于:所述的轴承座连接机架上部的左右两端,皮带轮连接轴承座的左端,机壳连接在轴承座上位于机架的内侧,风机外壳纵向连接在轴承座的右端,风叶位于风机外壳的内部,调风阀连接风机外壳的右侧,物料入口连接机壳的上方,进料插板连接在物料入口的内部,回风口连接物料入口的左侧,挡料棒纵向连接在轴承座上并位于机壳内部右侧,截链体两个分别连接在挡料棒的上下两端,锤头六个分别纵向连接在轴承座的上下两侧,每侧连接三个,内衬板连接在机壳的内壁上。
