辐条轮 技术领域
本公开涉及一种轮,例如涉及一种辐条轮。
背景技术
在摩托车和自行车中,经常使用辐条轮。辐条轮主要包括轮毂、轮辋及连接轮毂和轮辋的辐条,辐条轮通过轮辋和辐条变形由此能够吸收冲击并且还能够实现轻型化,如遇障碍可以自行调整。
真空轮胎因具有爆胎性低的特点,得到广泛应用,然而,相关技术中用于真空轮胎的辐条轮直接在轮辋上打孔,然后安装辐条后再用橡胶盖将轮辋上的孔堵塞而达到无内胎化,此种结构的真空轮胎,极易出现漏气现象,且安装复杂,散热性较差。
发明内容
本公开提供一种辐条轮,解决了相关技术中用于真空轮胎的辐条轮直接在轮辋上打孔后安装辐条,并加装橡胶盖,安装复杂,散热性差,易漏气的问题。
一种辐条轮,包括轮毂、轮辋及位于轮毂和轮辋之间的多根辐条,所述轮辋内壁轴向的第一侧沿圆周方向布置有多个第一辐条固定头,且所述轮辋内壁轴向的第二侧沿圆周方向布置有多个第二辐条固定头,所述第一辐条固定头和所述第二辐条固定头上均开有用于安装辐条的固定孔。
可选地,所述第一辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线与所述第二辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线不重合。
可选地,所述的多个第一辐条固定头沿圆周方向均匀分布,所述的多个第二辐条固定头沿圆周方向均匀分布。
可选地,单个所述第二辐条固定头位于相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头之间,且相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头均通过连接板与位于该相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头之间的所述第二辐条固定头相连。
可选地,所述连接板的内侧端面为弧形面。
可选地,单个所述第二辐条固定头位于相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头的中间。
可选地,所述的多个第一辐条固定头、所述多个第二辐条固定头和所述连接板为一体结构。

本公开的辐条轮通过在轮辋内壁上设置第一辐条固定头和第二辐条固定头,进而可方便的固定辐条,辐条位于轮辋与轮毂之间,而没有贯穿轮辋,因此可以直接应用于真空轮胎上,不会产生漏气现象,其次,第一辐条固定头位于轮辋内壁轴向的第一侧,第二辐条固定头位于轮辋内壁轴向的第二侧,且第一辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线与第二辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线不重合,错位布置的方式使得受力均匀,进而大大提高了辐条轮的承载强度,再者,多个第一辐条固定头、多个第二辐条固定头、连接板和轮辋均为一体结构,进一步提高了辐条轮的承载强度,且将连接板的内侧端面设计成弧形面,有效提高了结构强度,此外,辐条由第一辐条、第二辐条和连接条构成,第一辐条通过右旋螺纹与连接条螺纹连接,第二辐条通过左旋螺纹与连接条螺纹连接,使得辐条在受力时不会出现松动,结构简单且易于实现。

请参照图1及图2所示,本实施例提供的一种辐条轮,包括轮毂1、轮辋2及位于轮毂1和轮辋2之间的多根辐条,所述轮辋2内壁的左侧沿圆周方向均匀布置有多个第一辐条固定头3,且轮辋2内壁的右侧沿圆周方向均匀布置有多个第二辐条固定头4,所述第一辐条固定头3和第二辐条固定头4上均开有用于安装辐条的固定孔11,且第一辐条固定头3上固定孔11的轴向中心线与第二辐条固定头4上固定孔11的轴向中心线不重合,单个第二辐条固定头4位于相邻 的两个第一辐条固定头3的中间,且相邻的两个第一辐条固定头3均通过连接板5与位于该相邻的两个第一辐条固定头3之间的第二辐条固定头4相连,所述连接板5的内侧端面为弧形面,所述的多个第一辐条固定头3、多个第二辐条固定头4、连接板5和轮辋2为一体结构,所述辐条包括第一辐条6、第二辐条7及用于连接第一辐条6和第二辐条7的连接条8,所述第一辐条6的外端设置有与固定孔11卡接配合的第一卡头9,且第一辐条6的内端端头设置有右旋外螺纹,所述第二辐条7的内端设置有与轮毂1卡接连接的第二卡头10,且第二辐条7的外端端头设置有左旋外螺纹,所述连接条8的外端开有右旋螺纹孔,并与第一辐条6的内端端头螺纹连接,连接条8的内端开有左旋螺纹孔,并与第二辐条7的外端端头螺纹连接。
上述辐条轮通过在轮辋2内壁上设置第一辐条固定头3和第二辐条固定头4,进而可方便的固定辐条,辐条位于轮辋2与轮毂1之间,而没有贯穿轮辋2,因此可以直接应用于真空轮胎上,不会产生漏气现象,其次,第一辐条固定头3位于轮辋2内壁的左侧,第二辐条固定头4位于轮辋2内壁的右侧,且第一辐条固定头3上固定孔11的轴向中心线与第二辐条固定头4上固定孔11的轴向中心线不重合,错位布置的方式使得受力均匀,进而大大提高了辐条轮的承载强度;再者,多个第一辐条固定头3、多个第二辐条固定头4、连接板5和轮辋2均为一体结构,进一步提高了辐条轮的承载强度,且将连接板5的内侧端面设计成弧形面,有效提高了结构强度,此外,辐条由第一辐条6、第二辐条7和连接条8构成,第一辐条6通过右旋螺纹与连接条8螺纹连接,第二辐条7通过左旋螺纹与连接条8螺纹连接,使得辐条在受力时不会出现松动,结构简单、易于实现。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种辐条轮,包括轮毂、轮辋及位于轮毂和轮辋之间的多根辐条,所述轮辋内壁轴向的第一侧沿圆周方向布置有多个第一辐条固定头,且所述轮辋内壁轴向的第二侧沿圆周方向布置有多个第二辐条固定头,所述第一辐条固定头和所述第二辐条固定头上均开有用于安装辐条的固定孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种辐条轮,其中,所述第一辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线与所述第二辐条固定头上固定孔的轴向中心线不重合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种辐条轮,其中,所述的多个第一辐条固定头沿圆周方向均匀分布,所述的多个第二辐条固定头沿圆周方向均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种辐条轮,其中,单个所述第二辐条固定头位于相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头之间,且相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头均通过连接板与位于该相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头之间的所述第二辐条固定头相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种辐条轮,其中,所述连接板的内侧端面为弧形面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种辐条轮,其中,单个所述第二辐条固定头位于相邻的两个所述第一辐条固定头的中间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种辐条轮,其中,所述的多个第一辐条固定头、所述多个第二辐条固定头和所述连接板为一体结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种辐条轮,其中,所述辐条包括第一辐条、第二辐条及用于连接所述第一辐条和所述第二辐条的连接条,所述第一辐条的第一端设置有与所述固定孔卡接配合的第一卡头,且所述第一辐条的第二端端头设置有右旋外螺纹,所述第二辐条的第一端设置有与所述轮毂卡接连接的第二卡头,且所述第二辐条的第二端端头设置有左旋外螺纹,所述连接条的第一端开有右旋螺纹孔,所述连接条的第二端开有左旋螺纹孔。
