Description

一种小区用残羹收集垃圾箱 技术领域
本发明属于生活用品,特别是一种小区用残羹收集垃圾箱。
背景技术
现有的居民小区垃圾桶是由桶身及可开合的桶盖构成。小区内居民日常生活会产生大量生活垃圾,生活垃圾中污水含量大,当垃圾污水淤积在垃圾桶内时,会加快垃圾腐败变质产生恶臭气味,在夏天这种现象尤为严重,大大影响了居民日常生活。尤其是厨房垃圾,各种烂菜叶以及残羹直接倒入垃圾桶内就必须使用牢固度高的垃圾袋,如果垃圾袋不够牢固,在丢入小区垃圾桶时破裂,及其容易腐烂发臭,如果垃圾桶已满而未及时清理,常常造成垃圾洒落在垃圾桶四周,不但影响了小区环境,并且给清理工作带来了不便,且塑料垃圾袋难于降解处理,以致破坏环境,出现严重污染的现象。而且,清洁类化学药品:如去油、除垢、光洁地面、清洗地毯、通管道等化学药剂,空气清新剂、杀虫剂、化学地板打蜡剂等含有机溶剂或大自然难降解的石油化工产品;具有腐蚀性;含氯元素(如漂白剂,地板洗剂等),人体有毒;药品含破坏臭氧层物质;杀虫剂中,约有50%含致癌物质,有些可损伤动物肝脏。所以,对待我们的垃圾,我们必须变得小心起来,不能继续采用传统的方法,全塞在一块儿,扔到自然界中,那样做是不负责任的,说不定哪一天,自己也就成了垃圾污染的受害者。因此,有必要设计一种小区用残羹收集垃圾箱,可以省略家庭中大量使用垃圾袋,也有效防止臭味散发,防止环境污染。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种可以省略家庭中大量使用垃圾袋且有效防止臭味散发小区用残羹收集垃圾箱。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种小区用残羹收集垃圾箱,包括依次并排设置的残羹收集箱、污水处理箱和循环利用水储存箱;所述残羹收集箱的内部从上往下依次设置暂存区、固体存储区和液体存储区;所述暂存区和固体存储区之间设置有可开合的隔离层;所述固体存储区和液体存储区之间设置有过滤网;所述残羹收集箱的顶部固定连接有顶盖;所述顶盖中部开设有一个集料口;所述集料口上设置有一个可打开关闭的密封盖;所述固体存储区的侧壁靠近底端端部处开设有一个固体出口;所述固体出口处设置有一个开合门;所述液体存储区的侧壁靠近底端端部处开设有一个出油管;所述出油管另一端设置有一个输油泵;所述残羹收集箱和污水处理箱之间设置有第一输水泵;所述第一输水泵上连接有进水管和出水管;所述进水管穿透液体存储区的侧壁,其管口向下靠近液体存储区的内腔底端面;所述出水管穿透污水处理箱的顶壁;所述污水处理箱的内腔中部上方从上往下依次设置有渗透膜和活性碳层;所述污水处理箱和循环利用水储存箱之间设置有第二输水泵;所述第二输水泵将污水处理箱中经过渗透膜和活性碳层两层处理的水输送到循环利用水储存箱中储存起来;所述循环利用水储存箱的侧壁靠近底端处开设有一根排水软管;所述排水软管上设置有可打开关闭的排水阀。
优选的,所述过滤网呈倾斜状设置,其与水平呈10~15°;所述固体出口位于过滤网最低的一侧。
优选的,所述隔离层呈喇叭口朝上的漏斗状;所述隔离层下端开设有下料口;所述下料口上设置有可开合的下料开关;所述下料开关为滑动式连接在下料口处的盖板式开关,所述下料开关侧方设置有控制其开合的驱动装置;所述驱动装置串联连接有下料启动按钮;所述下料启动按钮设置在残羹收集箱的桶身外侧。
优选的,所述密封盖采用电动控制。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的小区用残羹收集垃圾箱,其设计合理,专门用于各个家庭中残羹冷炙的收集并处理,且残羹收集箱采用密封设计,有效减缓了垃圾的腐败变质速度,使其产生的异味小。经初步固液分离的液体输送到污水处理箱进一步处理后储存到循环利用水储存箱,此时的水可在此利用,例如给小区内绿植浇水;给清理工作也带来了方便,清洁人员可通过清洁车的抽吸泵来清理残羹储存箱中的固体垃圾,并及时排出液体存储区内的油层,工作轻松且干净。且回收的固体残羹可再次加工成动物饲料,再次回收利用。

本发明的小区用残羹收集垃圾箱,其设计合理,专门用于各个家庭中残羹冷炙的收集并处理;使用时下料启动按钮打开,人们打开残羹收集箱上的密封盖倒入残羹并关闭密封盖,然后启动下料开关则残羹在重力作用下往下落,并通过过滤网进行初步固液分离,分离后的液体在液体存储区中沉淀自然分离成上部油层和下部水层,其中下部的水输送到污水处理箱进一步处理后储存到循环利用水储存箱,此时的水可在此利用,例如给小区内绿植浇水;该残羹收集垃圾箱,给小区垃圾清理工作也带来了方便,清洁人员可通过清洁车的抽吸泵来清理残羹储存箱中的固体垃圾,并及时排出液体存储区内的油层,工作轻松且干净。
