如图1所示，本实用新型的固液分离垃圾桶，其结构抱括一个垃圾桶本体2和桶盖5；所述的垃圾桶本体2外表面呈圆柱形铁质材料，顶端齐口与桶盖5结合无缝隙。在靠近桶底处有一液体排污口3，排污口内有堵塞4，垃圾桶内表面上部的直径45厘米，垃圾桶内表面下部的直径为40厘米形成一个凸台；分离网呈圆形，其直径为45厘米，分离网1的孔目尺寸为1*1厘米，置于凸台之上。使用时，推拉磁性桶盖5，垃圾桶本体2的桶口自然露出，固液垃圾中的液体部分会通过分离网1的孔目流至垃圾桶的底部，当清理垃圾桶时，将堵塞拔出，液体污物即可排出。
