摄像头,与控制单元通信,用于采集用户的人脸图像,并返回给所述控制单元;
控制单元,用于接收所述人脸图像,并获取与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息;
显示单元,与所述控制单元通信,用于将所述推送信息展示给所述用户;
驱动单元,与所述控制单元通信,用于根据所述控制单元发送的控制指令,驱动电机转动,以实现出货。
本发明实施例还提供一种信息展示的方法,包括如下步骤:
通过自动售货机的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像;
通过自动售货机的屏幕将与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息展示给所述用户。
本发明实施例还提供一种信息展示的***,包括:
设置有摄像头和显示单元的至少一个自动售货机,及与所述自动售货机通信的服务器;
所述自动售货机用于通过所述摄像头采集用户的人脸图像,并上传至服务器;

摄像头11,与控制单元12通信,用于采集用户的人脸图像,并返回给所述控制单元12;
控制单元12,用于接收所述人脸图像,并获取与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息;
显示单元13,与所述控制单元12通信,用于将所述推送信息展示给所述用户;
驱动单元14,与所述控制单元12通信,用于根据所述控制单元12发送的控制指令,驱动电机转动,以实现出货。
在本发明实施例中,一种自动售货机10,包括:摄像头11、控制单元12。显示单元13及驱动单元14。其中,摄像头11用于对用户的人脸图像进行采集,可以理解的,为了保证摄像头11对人脸的采集足够清楚与完整,摄像头11的安装位置需要进行针对性设置,这里所说的摄像头11位置,在横向上优选的为整台自动售货机10的几何正中间,纵向上,根据亚洲人的身高,可优选的设置为1.55m~1.75m范围内较为合适;在本发明的一个较优的实施例中,摄像头11的高度可以根据当前在该台自动售货机10上操作的用户的身高进行自动调节,设置更加地智能与人性化。在本发明实施例中,摄像头11对用户的人脸图像并不会进行无差别操作,即会进行选择性地采集,例如:当某用户持续出现在摄像头11的视野中三秒钟以上,可以默认该用户将会使用该自动售货机10进行购买操作,此时,再对其脸部图像进行采集;或者,可以设置为只采集距离摄像头111.5米范围以内的人脸图像,这样也可以避免人脸图像在较远处时图像采集太模糊,造成识别误差较大,并且,这样还可以避免自动售货机10持续进行不必要的运行而增加设备负担。此外,摄像头11采集到人脸图像之后,还用于与控制单元12通信,即将采集到的用户的人脸图像返回给上述控制单元12。
在本发明实施例中,控制单元12与上述摄像头11建立了通信连接,用于接收摄像头11采集到的用户人脸图像,再根据这个人脸图像,获取与这个人脸图像匹配的推送信息。在本发明实施例中,根据上述获取的人脸图像可以识别出该用户的年龄、性别等基本信息,根据这个基本信息,获取匹配的推送信息,例如:通过该用户的人脸图像分析知道该用户为20-25岁之间的男性,那么推断该用户更倾向于购买碳酸类饮料,那么就获取关于碳酸类饮料的推送信息等。
在本发明实施例中,显示单元13与控制单元12通信,用于将上述控制单元12获取到的推送信息展示给用户。在本发明实施例中,显示单元13为一触控显示屏。在本发明实施例中,推送信息主要包括两方面的内容,即广告推送信息和商品推送信息。例如,显示单元13要向用户展示关于A饮料的推送信息,那么,一种形式是通过显示单元13以图片或视频的方式播放A饮料的广告;另一种形式则可以是直接通过显示单元13推送A饮料,例如:在A饮料图像的右上角显示“推荐”字样,或者,将A饮料的展示区域以特殊的颜色凸显出来,或者显示单元13上只显示A饮料的图像,又或者将A饮料的图像标识在上述显示单元13进行闪烁、跳动等等,具体展示方式不做限制。
在本发明实施例中,一种自动售货机10,还包括与控制单元12通信,用于根据控制单元12发送的控制指令执行相应操作的驱动单元14,如在用户完成支付操作后,执行控制单元12的控制指令,驱动电机转动,使自动售货机10完成掉货。

在本发明实施例中,与实施例一的区别在于,本发明实施例提供的自动售货机10,摄像头11为红外摄像头11,可采集没有光线或者光线不足的情况下的图像、可变焦、广角等,使得即使在恶劣的拍摄条件下,摄像头11也可以保证清晰完整地获取用户的人脸图像。
在本发明实施例中,控制单元12包括通信模块,上述通信模块用于与服务器20通信,将接收的人脸图像上传给服务器20,并接收服务器20根据人脸图像返回的推送信息。在本发明实施例中,服务器20可以记录自动售货机10上产生的每一笔消费,将消费的用户信息与其消费的订单进行进行存储,当摄像头11获取到人脸图像之后,由通信模块上传至服务器20,再由上述通信模块接收由服务器20返回的与获取到的人脸图像匹配的推送信息。使得推送信息不仅可以依据本地的基本设置进行获取,还可以依据该用户的过往消费记录获其他用户的过往消费记录进行匹配,例如:该用户在过去曾有十条消费记录,其中有三次都选购了B饮料,那么此时,就获取关于B饮料的推送信息;或者,该用户在过去曾有十条消费记录,其中有七次都选择了碳酸型的饮料,那么,考虑到用户的健康,也可以获取其他较营养健康的饮料类型的推送信息;再或者,该用户是第一次进行消费,服务器20并未记录任何该用户的消费行为,那么,可以根据其人脸特征进行推断,例如:通过对该用户的人脸图像进行分析知道该用户为20-25岁之间的男性,那么根据服务器20已经记录的数据,发现与该用户处于同年龄的男性中,对C饮料的购买量最大,那么,就获取关于C饮料的推送信息等。本发明实施例提供的自动售货机10,包括通信模块,可以通过上述的方式获取与人脸图像匹配的推送信息,使得推送信息更加符合用户需要,令用户的满意度大大提升。
在本发明实施例中,自动售货机10还包括与控制单元12通信的麦克风15,用户可以通过麦克风15向自动售货机10讲话,自动售货机10识别讲话内容之后执行相应的操作,减少了用户的手动操作程序,更加智能化。
在本发明实施例中,一种自动售货机10,还包括设置于出货路径上的红外光栅检测装置16,用于检测在电机转动后是否成功出货。在本发明实施例中,显示单元13用于显示该台自动售货机10在售卖的货品,是不透明的,售货机机箱内部为相对黑暗的环境,红外光栅检测装置16可以非常精准地检测到是否出货。在本发明的一个较优的实施例中,如图2所示,红外光栅的数量为两个,分别设置于自动售货机10的料斗17上方、出货路径上的两侧。

在本发明实施例中,采集到用户的人脸图像信息之后,将会在自动售货机10的屏幕上对于上述人脸图像匹配的推送信息进行展示。应当理解的,这里的展示方式,可以是通过图片进行展示,也可以是通过视频进行展示等。在本发明实施例中,匹配关系可以例如:根据采集到的用户人脸图像信息,可以识别出用户的性别、年龄等基本信息,然后根据根据这个信息对应地展示推送信息。例如:通过该用户的人脸图像分析知道该用户为20-25岁之间的男性,那么根据推断该用户更倾向于喜欢碳酸类饮料,那么就在自动售货机10的屏幕上展示关于碳酸类饮料的推送信息等。

在步骤S402中,获取与所述用户特征信息对应的推送信息。在本发明实施例中,与用户特征信息对应的推送信息,是基于对用户特征信息进行分析判断之后得到的。例如:获取到的用户特征信息为:女生,25岁左右,根据之前的同龄的女性的购买情况,推断出其倾向于会购买奶制品,那么相应得到的推送信息应该是关于奶制品的推送信息,等等。
在步骤S403中,通过自动售货机10的屏幕将所述推送信息展示给所述用户。在本发明实施例中,推送信息的展示主要包括两种方式,即广告推送信息和商品推送信息。具体地,如上述各实施例中所描述,此处不再赘述。

数据存储模块21,用于对应的存储用户特征信息与推送信息。在本发明实施例中,服务器20可以记录自动售货机10上产生的每一笔消费,将进行消费操作的用户信息与其消费的订单进行存储。其中,用户特征信息,包括用户的人脸图像、年龄、性别、订单详情等;推送信息则是通过上述用户特征信息形成的,如甲用户在过去所有的消费记录中,购买了D零食的次数最多,那么,与该用户特征信息对应的推送信息即为关于D零食的推送信息。数据存储模块21即用于存储上述相互对应的用户特征信息与推送信息。
人脸图像解析模块22,用于接收所述人脸图像,并解析出与所述人脸图像对应的用户特征信息。在本发明实施例中,自动售货机10通过摄像头11获取人脸图像信息,并将该人脸图像信息上传给服务器20,由服务器20对对该人脸图像信息进行分析比对,将其与上述数据存储模块21中的信息进行匹配,最终解析出与所述人脸图像对应的用户特征信息。
推送信息获取模块23,用于根据所述用户特征信息及对应存储的用户特征信息与推送信息,获取与所述人脸图像对应的推送信息,并返回给所述自动售货机10。在本发明实施例中,推送信息获取模块23根据由解析人脸图像得到的用户特征信息,获取该用户特征信息对应的推送信息并返回给自动售货机10,使得自动售货机10的屏幕能对推送信息进行展示。
本发明实施例提供的一种信息展示的***60,通过自动售货机10的摄像头11获取用户的人脸图像,将该人脸图像上传至服务器20,服务器20再根据该人脸图像获取其对应的推送信息并进行展示,可以实现针对不同的用户推送不同的广告或产品,满足了不同用户的不同需求和喜好,使得用户在自动售货机10上消费的可能性大大提高,对自动售货机10售卖产品的推销效果大大提升,解决了现有技术中的自动售货机10采用的商品推销方式,对用户的吸引程度十分不理想,相应的,对商品的推销效果也十分不理想的问题。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种自动售货机,其特征在于,包括:
    摄像头,与控制单元通信,用于采集用户的人脸图像,并返回给所述控制单元;
    控制单元,用于接收所述人脸图像,并获取与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息;
    显示单元,与所述控制单元通信,用于将所述推送信息展示给所述用户;
    驱动单元,与所述控制单元通信,用于根据所述控制单元发送的控制指令,驱动电机转动,以实现出货。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述摄像头为红外摄像头。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括:
    通信模块,用于与服务器通信,将接收的所述人脸图像上传给服务器,并接收服务器根据所述人脸图像返回的推送信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述自动售货机还包括与所述控制单元通信的麦克风。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述自动售货机还包括:
    设置于出货路径上的红外光栅检测装置,用于检测在电机转动后是否成功出货。
  6. 一种信息展示的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    通过自动售货机的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像;
    通过自动售货机的屏幕将与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息展示给所述用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的信息展示的方法,其特征在于,所述推送信息包括推荐商品的提示信息、广告。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的信息展示的方法,其特征在于,所述通过自动售货机的屏幕将与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息展示给所述用户的步骤,具体包括:
    提取所述人脸图像的用户特征信息;
    获取与所述用户特征信息对应的推送信息;
    通过自动售货机的屏幕将所述推送信息展示给所述用户。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的信息展示的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    自动售货机的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像,并上传至服务器;
    服务器根据所述人脸图像,获取与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息,并将所述推送信息返回给所述自动售货机;
    所述自动售货机通过屏幕将所述推送信息展示给所述用户。
  10. 一种信息展示的***,其特征在于,包括:
    设置有摄像头和显示单元的至少一个自动售货机,及与所述自动售货机通信的服务器;
    所述自动售货机用于通过所述摄像头采集用户的人脸图像,并上传至服务器;
    所述服务器用于根据所述人脸图像,获取与所述人脸图像匹配的推送信息,并将所述推送信息返回给所述自动售货机;
    所述自动售货机还用于通过所述显示单元将所述推送信息展示给所述用户。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的信息展示的***,其特征在于,所述推送信息包括推荐商品的提示信息、广告。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的信息展示的***,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    数据存储模块,用于对应的存储用户特征信息与推送信息;
    人脸图像解析模块,用于接收所述人脸图像,并解析出与所述人脸图像对应的用户特征信息;
    推送信息获取模块,用于根据所述用户特征信息及对应存储的用户特征信息与推送信息,获取与所述人脸图像对应的推送信息,并返回给所述自动售货机。
