Abstract

본 발명은 효모(yeast)가 살아있는 상태의 맥주를 현장에서 전문지식 없이도 직접 생산하여 판매할 수 있으며, 한 번에 다양한 종류의 맥주를 외부와 접촉되어 오염될 여지 없이 자동으로 저비용으로 쉽게 제조 가능한 맥주 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 맥주 제조장치는, 맥즙이 담긴 케그가 장착되는 챔버; 상기 챔버 내로 냉기를 공급하는 냉기공급장치; 상기 챔버 내에 장착된 케그에 담겨진 맥즙을 발효시키기 위한 발효장치; 상기 맥즙이 담긴 케그의 무게를 감지하는 무게센서; 상기 무게센서에서 감지된 상기 맥즙이 담긴 케그의 무게변화로부터 상기 맥즙이 담긴 케그의 비중(G, gravity)을 측정하는 발효도 측정부; 및 상기 발효도 측정부에서 측정된 상기 맥즙이 담긴 케그의 비중(G)에 따라 상기 냉기공급장치를 제어하여 상기 챔버의 내부 온도를 조절하며, 상기 발효장치를 제어하여 상기 챔버에 장착된 케그에 담겨진 맥즙의 발효를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함할 수 있다.
