  1. 一种送料装置,用于输送物料,其特征在于:所述送料装置包括料架、丝杆、载料机构、棘轮机构和驱动气缸,所述丝杆旋转地设置于所述料架上、所述载料机构活动套设在所述丝杆上且设置于所述料架内、所述棘轮机构设置在所述料架上并连接于所述丝杆一端,所述载料机构包括可拆卸地套设并螺接于所述丝杆上的套接件,所述驱动气缸能驱动所述棘轮机构旋转一定距离以带动所述丝杆旋转相应的距离,并使所述套接件沿所述丝杆的长度方向移动一定距离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述载料机构还包括设于所述料架内的一载料架,所述套接件包括连接于所述载料架的一固定块、能转动地连接于所述固定块的一配合块及连接于所述固定块与所述配合块之间的至少一连接部,所述连接部能使所述固定块与配合块贴合,所述丝杆螺接于所述固定块与所述配合块之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述固定块包括能贴合于所述配合块的一第一配合面,所述第一配合面上沿所述丝杆的长度方向开设半圆形的一第一通孔,所述配合块包括能贴合所述第一配合面的一第二配合面,所述第二配合面上沿所述丝杆的长度方向开设对应所述第一通孔的一第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔配合形成能***述丝杆的一配合孔,所述第二通孔的内表面设有与所述丝杆对应的内螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述套接件还包括连接于所述配合块的一手柄,操作所述手柄能使所述配合块转动而远离所述固定块,所述配合块上的内螺纹脱离所述丝杆,所述套接件沿所述丝杆向下滑动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述连接部是一拉簧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述套接件是开合螺母。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任意一所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述棘轮机构包括连接于所述丝杆的一棘轮及滑动地设于所述料架上的一主动棘爪,所述驱动气缸能驱动所述主动棘爪往返滑动而推动所述棘轮旋转,所述棘轮带动所述丝杆旋转。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述棘轮机构还包括设于所述料架上的一止回棘爪,所述止回棘爪能防止所述棘轮回转。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述棘轮机构还包括固定于所述料架上的一定位块及一复位弹簧,所述主动棘爪滑动地连接于所述定位块上,所述复位弹簧连接于所述主动棘爪与所述定位块之间,所述复位弹簧能迫使所述主动棘爪复位。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的送料装置,其特征在于:所述定位块上沿所述主动棘爪的滑动方向开设一导滑槽,所述主动棘爪包括滑动地收容于所述导滑槽内的一导滑部及连接于所述导滑部并能抵推所述棘轮旋转的一抵推部,所述定位块上开设穿通所述导滑槽的一收容孔,所述复位弹簧的一端卡固于所述收容孔内,所述复位弹簧的另一端连接于所述导滑部。
