Description

一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂 技术领域
本发明涉及工业清洗剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂。
背景技术
现有的清洗剂包括水基型、半水基型以及溶剂型三类,溶剂型的清洗剂不但大量浪费能源,造成环境的污染,同时又极易发生火灾,而水基清洗剂的使用,可以节约能源,降低生产成本,减少环境污染,安全防火等优势,而引起了人们的广泛关注。然而现有的水基清洗剂具有去油垢能力不够强,去污时间长等缺点,如何设计一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,是业界亟待解决的问题
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,所述用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂由以下组分的重量份组成:
皂角提取物20-30份;
偏硅酸钠10-20份;
磷酸钠5-20份;
油酸20-35份;
三乙醇胺20-40份;
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5-15份;
蔗糖脂肪酸酯5-10份;
十二醇硫酸钠5-15份;
丙酮10-15份;
纤维素甲醚10-15份;
香蕉皮提取物5-10份;
聚醚酰亚胺5-10份;
活性黑磷烯粉末5-10份;
碳纳米管5-10份;
消泡剂0.5-2份;
去离子水70-90份。
作为优选,所述用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂由以下组分的重量份组成:

本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明的清洗剂可以快速有效的去除油垢,对机械油、防锈油、矿物油以及动植物油有很强的清洗作用,泡沫低,且对金属具有一定的防锈功能。
2)本发明的清洗剂中添加有活性黑磷烯粉末和碳纳米管,通过将表面活性剂分子吸附到活性黑磷烯粉末以及碳纳米管中,二者的协同作用可以提高表面活性剂的活性,进而增强清洗剂的去污能力,并降低清洗时间。
3)本发明的清洗剂中含有多种表面活性剂,使得本申请的清洗剂可以清洗多种不同类型的油垢,且油酸和三乙醇胺的添加可以使得清洗后的金属具有防锈功能。
4)本发明的清洗剂中含有皂角提取物和香蕉皮提取物,可以降低本申请的生产成本,且不会污染环境,可以广泛应用于各种领域。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明提供一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,所述用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂由以下组分的重量份组成:
皂角提取物20-30份;
偏硅酸钠10-20份;
磷酸钠5-20份;
油酸20-35份;
三乙醇胺20-40份;
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5-15份;
蔗糖脂肪酸酯5-10份;
十二醇硫酸钠5-15份;
丙酮10-15份;
纤维素甲醚10-15份;
香蕉皮提取物5-10份;
聚醚酰亚胺5-10份;
活性黑磷烯粉末5-10份;
碳纳米管5-10份;
消泡剂0.5-2份;
去离子水70-90份。
实施例1:
本发明提供一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,所述用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂由以下组分的重量份组成:

测试表明:本发明的用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,对金属表面油垢的清洗效率达到95%,且用本发明的清洗剂的清洗时间是常规清洗剂的清洗时间的四分之三。

本发明提供一种用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,所述用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂由以下组分的重量份组成:

偏硅酸钠10份;

油酸20份;
三乙醇胺25份;
脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯15份;
蔗糖脂肪酸酯10份;

聚醚酰亚胺7份;
活性黑磷烯粉末7份;

测试表明:本发明的用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,对金属表面油垢的清洗效率达到97%,且用本发明的清洗剂的清洗时间是常规清洗剂的清洗时间的三分之一。

测试表明:本发明的用于去除金属表面油垢的清洗剂,对金属表面油垢的清洗效率达到 96%,且用本发明的清洗剂的清洗时间是常规清洗剂的清洗时间的三分之二。

    香蕉皮提取物5-10份;
    聚醚酰亚胺5-10份;
    活性黑磷烯粉末5-10份;
    碳纳米管5-10份;
    消泡剂0.5-2份;
    去离子水70-90份。
