Description

Hair dryer fittings and hair care equipment
The present disclosure relates to a fixture that is used by being attached to a hair dryer, and a hair care device.
The hair dryer releases warm air by heating air taken in from the air inlet at one end and discharging it from the air outlet at the other end. The user dries the hair by applying warm air from a hair dryer to the hair. Some recent hair dryers not only discharge warm air to dry and set the hair but also have hair and scalp care functions by blowing air containing ions. A hair dryer having such a care function is also called a hair care device.
Also, in order to obtain a scalp massage effect, it has been proposed to attach a fitting having a protrusion to the outlet of the hair dryer. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a blowout nozzle for a hair dryer used by being attached to a hair dryer.
The blowout nozzle for a hair dryer shown in Patent Document 1 has a nozzle main body 10 in which a nozzle flow passage extending from a nozzle inlet 11 to a nozzle outlet 12a detachably connected to an air supply port 92 of the hair dryer 9 is formed. A pin body 3 is provided. The pin body 3 is provided so as to protrude in the blowing direction from the nozzle outlet so that the tip can come in contact with the scalp.
Utility model registration 3184955 gazette
When using a hair dryer for the purpose of scalp massage, the hot air outlet is located near the scalp. For example, the hair dryer disclosed in Patent Document 1 blows hot air from the ion wind nozzle opening 15 with the tip of the pin body 3 in contact with the scalp. Therefore, the user of the hair dryer feels the wind blown from the hair dryer very hot, and the comfort at the time of use is reduced. Also, applying a high temperature wind from a position close to the scalp may stress the scalp.
Thus, in one aspect of the present invention, a hair dryer attachment and a hair care device are provided that can further improve the usability when using a hair dryer at a distance close to the scalp.
The fixture according to one aspect of the present invention is attached to a hair dryer. The fixture includes a main body having a wind outlet, and a projection having a contact portion projecting from the main body and in contact with the treatment site. And the said main-body part is comprised so that it may blow out at least one part of the wind which blows off from the said blowing outlet toward the location different from the said treatment part.
A hair care device according to another aspect of the present invention comprises a hair dryer and a fixture according to one aspect of the present invention.
By attaching the attachment according to one aspect of the present invention to a hair dryer, usability when using the hair dryer at a distance close to the scalp can be further improved. The hair dryer 3 has a substantially cylindrical outer shape. FIG. 4 shows the external appearance of the hair dryer 3 alone. The outer shape of the hair dryer 3 is mainly constituted by a casing formed of plastic or the like.
The hair dryer 3 is provided with an air inlet 57 and an air outlet 59 at each end of the substantially cylindrical shape in the longitudinal direction. Here, for convenience of explanation, the side provided with the suction port 57 is referred to as the lower end of the hair dryer 3 and the side provided with the outlet 59 is referred to as the upper end of the hair dryer 3.
An operation unit 58 is provided on the side surface of the housing. When the hair dryer 3 is used, the user operates the operation unit 58 to start or stop the operation of the hair dryer 3. Further, by operating the operation unit 58, the type (warm air / cold air), the air flow rate, and the like of the wind blown out from the blowout port 59 are adjusted.
A power cord 60 is provided at the lower end (the suction port 57 side) of the hair dryer 3.
The internal structure of the hair care apparatus 1 is shown in FIG. Inside the hair dryer 3, a warm air generator 51, an ion supply unit (charged particle generator) 52 and the like are provided.
The hot air generation unit 51 has a fan 54, a heater 53, and a motor 56 for driving the fan 54 as main components. When the hair dryer 3 is in operation, the driving force of the motor 56 causes the fan 54 to rotate. As a result, an air flow from the suction port 57 to the blowout port 59 is formed inside the hair dryer 3.
Further, when the hair dryer 3 is in operation, the heater 53 is operated, whereby the air taken into the inside of the hair dryer 3 is heated. As a result, warm air is sent from the blowout port 59. The operation of the heater 53 can also be stopped when the hair dryer 3 is in operation. In this case, cold air is sent from the blowout port 59.
The ion supply unit 52 is attached to the inner wall of the cylindrical case. The ion supply unit 52 is disposed in the vicinity of the outlet 59 side.
The ion supply unit 52 includes positive (+) ions (for example, H + (H 2 O) m (m is an arbitrary natural number)) and negative (−) ions (for example, O 2 (H 2 O) n (n Generates at least one of arbitrary natural numbers)). In the present embodiment, the ion supply unit 52 emits both positive ions and negative ions. By the provision of the ion supply unit 52 in the hair dryer 3, the wind blown out from the hair dryer 3 can contain ions. Since the wind blown out of the hair dryer 3 contains ions, it is possible to rehydrate the hair and scalp to be treated and to suppress keratin degeneration in the hair. This can further improve the treatment effect on the hair and scalp.
Further, H + (H 2 O) m and O 2 - (H 2 O) n is attached to the surface of airborne fungi in the air are active species by chemical reaction H 2 O 2 or · OH (hydroxyl Radical). Since this H 2 O 2 or .OH exhibits extremely strong activity, it can be inactivated and removed around molds and bacteria that are airborne bacteria in the air. Therefore, the wind blown from the hair dryer 3 can be made cleaner. As the ion supply unit 52, for example, an ion generator disclosed in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2013-102826) or the like is used.
An ion supply port 55 is provided at an end of the ion supply unit 52 closer to the blowout port 59. Thereby, the ions (positive ions and negative ions) generated by the ion supply unit 52 can be blown out from the blowout port 59.
In another aspect of the present invention, a hair dryer provided with an ion supply unit that generates only negative ions can be employed. Also in this case, the same configuration as this embodiment can be applied.
Note that the charged particle generation device provided in the hair dryer of one embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the ion supply unit, and may be a discharge device that generates ions, electrons, ozone, radicals, active species and the like by discharge. Just do it. When the charged particle generator generates ions, it may be configured to generate both positive ions and negative ions, or may be configured to generate either positive ions or negative ions.
By the above configuration, the wind can be blown out from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3. By placing the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 near the hair, the wind from the blowout port 59 can be applied to the hair. Thereby, the hair can be dried.
Further, since the hair dryer 3 is provided with the ion supply unit 52, the air blown out from the blowout port 59 can contain ions. This has the effect of treating the hair and scalp.
In the present embodiment, the attachment 2 is attached to the outlet 59 of the hair dryer 3 having the above configuration. As described later, a space is formed inside the main body 11 of the attachment 2. This space is an air path which guides the wind blown out from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 to the treatment site of the user and the vicinity thereof.
That is, according to the hair care apparatus 1 concerning this embodiment, the wind supplied from the hair dryer 3 can be sent mainly to the treatment site of the user by passing the air path inside the attachment 2. As described above, the attachment 2 is provided with the protrusion 12 having the contact portion 21. Therefore, the user using the hair care device 1 causes the tip of the projection 12 (ie, the contact portion 21) to contact the scalp or the hair while applying the wind containing the ions supplied from the hair dryer 3 to the hair or scalp. You can massage the treatment site.
An attachment (for example, a brush-shaped attachment) having a shape other than the attachment 2 can be attached to the outlet 59 of the hair dryer 3. In this case, while drying the hair, it is possible to blow the hair or style the hair.
(Configuration of attachment)
Subsequently, a more specific configuration of the attachment 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 5 to 7.
FIG. 3 shows the appearance of the attachment 2. In FIG. 5, each structural member of the attachment 2 is shown in the disassembled state. FIG. 6 shows the attachment 2 as viewed from the end of the projection 12 (i.e., the contact portion 21). FIG. 7 shows the attachment 2 as viewed from the wind inlet 18 side.
As described above, the attachment 2 is mainly configured by the main body 11 and the projection 12 projecting from the main body 11. As shown in FIG. 3, the main body 11 has a generally truncated cone shape. Then, an inflow port 18 and outlet ports 22a and 22b, which are the first outlet ports, are respectively provided on the bottom surface of the substantially truncated cone shape. Specifically, an inlet 18 through which the wind from the hair dryer 3 flows is provided on the bottom of the smaller area of the truncated cone, and the hair or scalp treatment site is provided on the bottom of the larger area of the truncated cone. Air outlets 22a and 22b are formed to blow wind toward the air.
In other words, the main body 11 is connected to the outlet 59 of the hair dryer 3 at the end on the inlet 18 side. As shown in FIG. 2, the end on the inlet 18 side of the main body 11 is attached to the upper end of the hair dryer 3 so as to cover the periphery of the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3.
In the present specification, for convenience of explanation, the end on the inlet 18 side of the main body 11 is referred to as the lower end or lower side of the main body 11 or the attachment 2, and the end on the blowout ports 22a and 22b of the main body 11 Is called the upper end or upper side of the main body 11 or the attachment 2. When each end of the main body 11 is defined by the direction of the air flow of the hair dryer 3, the end on the inflow port 18 side of the main body 11 is called the upstream side, and the outlet 22 a of the main body 11 and the outlet 22 a The end on the 22b side is called the downstream side.
Further, in the present specification, in describing the shapes and positional relationships of the components of the attachment 2, for convenience, the attachment 2 is defined by three coordinate axes of X, Y, and Z as shown in FIG. 3. The X direction is a direction along a line connecting the contact portions 21 a and the contact portions 21 e located at the end portions of both the contact portions 21 of the protrusion 12. The Y direction is a direction orthogonal to the X direction on the surface on which the outlets 22a and 22b are formed. The Z direction is a direction orthogonal to the plane in which the outlets 22a and 22b are formed.
From the above, it can be said that the blowout ports 22a and 22b are provided on the surface on the upper end side of the main body 11 (this surface is called the front surface of the main body 11 for convenience). Most of the wind blown out of the hair dryer 3 (for example, 50% or more and 90% or less of the air volume from the hair dryer 3) is blown out from the blowout ports 22a and 22b which are the first blowout ports. That is, the outlets 22a and 22b are outlets of the main wind in the hair care device 1. Then, when the hair care device 1 is used, wind is blown out directly from the blowout ports 22a and 22b toward the scalp or the treatment site of the hair.
Therefore, the outlets 22a and 22b are arranged to surround the protrusion forming position 15d (see FIG. 5) on the front surface of the main body 11 (see FIG. 3).
Here, the treatment site means a part of the user's scalp or hair, which is a place to be intensively treated using the hair care device 1. For example, when the hair care device 1 is used, the point at which each contact portion 21 at the tip of the protrusion 12 of the attachment 2 contacts corresponds to the treatment point. In addition, at the time of use of the hair care apparatus 1, a user performs care (treatment), moving the hair care apparatus 1 with respect to scalp or hair. Therefore, the treatment site moves sequentially.
Here, a place different from the treatment site means any place other than the above-mentioned treatment site. The term “around the treatment site or in the vicinity of the treatment site” means a place which is included in a place different from the treatment site but is relatively close to the treatment site (for example, within a radius of 50 cm). For example, the entire head of the user of the hair care device 1 is included around or near the treatment site.
Further, the main body portion 11 is provided with a peripheral air outlet 23 (a second air outlet) as an air outlet different from the air outlets 22a and 22b. The peripheral air outlet 23 is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the main body 11. In the present embodiment, the peripheral air outlet 23 is formed over substantially a half of the outer periphery of the main body 11. The peripheral air outlet 23 is located closer to the lower end of the main body 11 than the air outlets 22a and 22b.
With this configuration, when the hair care device 1 is used, the wind from the peripheral air outlet 23 is blown out to a location different from the treatment site. Specifically, the wind blown out from the peripheral outlet 23 is configured to flow around the treatment site or in the vicinity of the treatment site.
Thus, in the present embodiment, when the wind blown out of the hair dryer 3 passes through the main body 11, at least a part of the wind is blown out to a location different from the treatment site.
The attachment 2 is formed by assembling a plurality of constituent members. Below, each structural member which comprises the attachment 2 is demonstrated, referring FIG.
In the present embodiment, the attachment 2 is disassembled into the cylindrical member 13, the air passage forming member 14, the tip member 15, and the cover member 16. Among these members, the main body 11 is formed by the cylindrical member 13, the air passage forming member 14, a part of the tip member 15, and the cover member 16. Further, a protrusion 12 is formed on a part of the tip member 15. In the present embodiment, each constituent member is formed of a resin material (for example, plastic or the like) having a thermal conductivity lower than that of metal. However, the material of each component is not particularly limited.
The cylindrical member 13 mainly forms the outer shape of the main body 11 having a cylindrical shape (more specifically, a bell mouth shape). The cylindrical member 13 has an outer peripheral surface 31, an inner peripheral surface 32, a recess 33 and the like. The inner circumferential surface 32 forms an air passage through which the wind from the hair dryer 3 passes.
The recessed portion 33 is present at a position recessed one step inward of the outer peripheral surface 31. The recess 33 is covered by a cover member 16 described later. Further, an opening 33 a is formed in the recess 33 near the boundary with the outer peripheral surface 31. Thereby, a part of the wind passing through the inside of the inner circumferential surface 32 flows toward the recess 33 through the opening 33 a.
The air passage forming member 14 is fitted into the inside (inner peripheral surface 32) of the cylindrical member 13. The air passage forming member 14 has a curved plate portion 34 (air receiving portion), an air amount regulating portion 35, an insertion hole 36 and the like. The curved plate portion 34 divides the air passage formed by the inner peripheral surface 32 of the cylindrical member 13 into two.
Specifically, the curved plate portion 34 guides the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the first air path P1 for guiding the air outlets 22a and 22b around the protrusion 12 and the second air wind for guiding the air outlet 23 to the peripheral air outlet 23. It divides into the path P2 (see FIG. 2, FIG. 7, FIG. 10, etc.). The curved plate portion 34 also plays a role as a blocking member that blocks the flow of a part of the wind blown from the hair dryer 3 (in particular, the wind located on the temperature peak side) to the blowout ports 22a and 22b.
The air flow rate regulation portion 35 is disposed at a position corresponding to the central portion (arrangement position of the contact portion 21c) of the contact portions 21a to 21e which are generally arranged in a line along the X direction. Thus, it is possible to reduce the amount of wind blown out from the periphery of the contact portion 21c in the central portion among the wind blown out from the outlet 22b through the first air path P1 in the main body portion 11. With this configuration, the amount of wind reaching the treatment site of the user at the shortest distance is reduced, so that the user's perceived temperature at the time of hot air blowing can be lowered.
In addition, the provision of the air volume restricting portion 35 allows the air flow blown out from the outlet 22b through the first air passage P1 in the main body 11 to be divided on both sides of the air volume restricting portion 35 (see FIG. 11).
The insertion holes 36 are respectively provided at both ends of the curved plate portion 34 and extend so as to protrude toward the tip end member 15 side. The insertion portion 15 c of the tip member 15 is inserted into the insertion hole 36. Thereby, the tip end member 15 is fixed and constitutes a part of the main body portion 11.
The tip member 15 constitutes the front surface of the main body 11. On the front surface, a first wall portion 15a, a second wall portion 15b, an outlet 22a, an outlet 22b, and the like are provided. In addition, the tip end member 15 is provided with a protrusion 12 so as to protrude from the front surface. Each protrusion of the protrusions 12 extends in the substantially Z direction from the protrusion forming position 15 d on the front surface. Contact portions 21 are provided at the tips of the protrusions of the protrusions 12 respectively.
The configuration of the front surface of the tip member 15 will be described with reference to FIG. Here, for convenience of explanation, the positional relationship of each school element will be described in the directions of arrows X and Y shown in FIG. However, when the hair care device 1 is used, it is not always used in this positional relationship.
The front surface of the tip member 15 has a substantially circular shape. The contact portions 21 of the projection 12 are arranged in a line so as to cross the front surface in the X direction. In the present embodiment, the contact portions 21 of the protrusions 12 are not arranged in a straight line, but the three contact portions 21b, 21c, and 21d located in the middle of the row are in the arrow Y direction (in FIG. Upward) is placed slightly offset. That is, each contact portion 21 is arranged to draw an arc as a whole.
The first wall portion 15a and the second wall portion 15b are respectively located on both sides in the Y direction across the contact portion 21c located at the center. That is, in FIG. 6, the first wall 15a is located above the contact portion 21c, and the second wall 15b is located below the contact portion 21c.
FIG. 7 shows the attachment 2 as viewed from the inlet 18 side. As shown in FIG. 7, the air flowed in from the inflow port 18 is made to the two flow paths (that is, the first air path P1 and the second air path P2) by the curved plate portion 34 of the air path forming member 14. It is divided and flows. In FIG. 7, the first air path P1 and the second air path P2 are divided into upper and lower. Of the two flow paths, the first wall 15a and the second wall 15b of the tip member 15 are located in front of the first air path P1 (the upper air path in FIG. 7).
This means that the first wall portion 15a and the second wall portion 15b serve as a barrier against the wind blown from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 to the first air path P1 of the attachment 2. That is, by providing the first wall portion 15a and the second wall portion 15b, the wind blown into the first air path P1 of the attachment 2 from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 blows out directly to the treatment site Can be suppressed. Thereby, the user's sensible temperature can be lowered when using the hair care device 1.
In the state shown in FIG. 7, a second air passage P2 is formed in the lower portion inside the main body portion 11. As shown in FIG. 7, the curve of the air passage forming member 14 at a position corresponding to the second air passage P2 on the front side (downstream side of the flow of air) of the main body 11 as viewed from the inlet 18 side. The plate portion 34 is disposed. This means that the forward movement of the wind flowing from the inlet 18 into the lower part of the inside of the main body 11 is blocked by the curved plate 34. That is, the wind flowing through the second air path P2 is prevented from advancing forward by the curved plate portion 34, and flows toward the opening 33a formed on the lower side of the cylindrical member 13.
Further, a blowout port 22a and a blowout port 22b are formed on the front surface of the tip member 15 at places other than the places where the first wall portion 15a and the second wall portion 15b are formed. As shown in FIG. 6, the outlet 22a and the outlet 22b are respectively disposed in the Y direction (in the vertical direction in FIG. 6) with the formation position of the protrusion 12 interposed therebetween.
Specifically, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the outlet 22a is located above the protrusion forming position. Further, the blowout ports 22a are respectively formed on both sides of the first wall portion 15a formed at the central portion in the X direction. Further, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the outlet 22b is located below the protrusion forming position. The outlet 22b is formed to occupy most of the lower part of the front surface of the tip member 15 in the state shown in FIG. Further, the curved plate portion 34 of the air passage forming member 14 is positioned on the back side of the outlet 22b in a front view from the treatment site (or the contact portion 21) (see FIG. 6).
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the attachment 2 is viewed from the treatment site (or the contact portion 21), the inlet 18 through which the air from the hair dryer 3 flows is a member that constitutes the main body (specifically Is covered by the first wall portion 15a, the second wall portion 15b, the curved plate portion 34, etc.) (see FIG. 6). In addition, when the inside of the main body 11 of the attachment 2 is viewed from the inflow port 18 side, members constituting the main body 11 (specifically, the first wall 15 a, the second wall 15 b, and the curve) The front is shielded by the plate portion 34 and the like (see FIG. 7).
The cover member 16 has a curved shape such that a substantially plate-like member draws a circular arc. The cover member 16 has an outer circumferential surface 37 and an inner circumferential surface 38. The cover member 16 is attached to the cylindrical member 13 so as to cover a part of the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 13 (specifically, the recess 33). In the present embodiment, the cover member 16 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical member 13 on the side where the first wall portion 15 a is formed in the tip end member 15.
With the cover member 16 attached to the cylindrical member 13, a space is formed between the recess 33 of the cylindrical member 13 and the inner circumferential surface 38 of the cover member 16. This space leads from the opening 33a to the peripheral air outlet 23, and constitutes a part of the second air passage P2.
(About the flow of wind in the attachment)
Subsequently, the flow of the wind in the attachment 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 8 to 12. 8 and 9 illustrate the attachment 2 with the cover member 16 removed, showing the flow of wind there. In FIG. 10, the cross-sectional structure of the attachment 2 is shown in figure, and the flow of the wind there is shown. 11 and 12 show the attachment 2 in a state in which the tip end member 15 is removed, and shows the flow of the wind in the main body portion 11. In each of the drawings, the wind W1 in the first air passage P1 is indicated by a solid arrow, and the wind W2 in the second air passage P2 is indicated by a broken arrow.
As shown in FIG. 2, the inside of the main body 11 is hollow. In this space in the main body portion 11, an air passage is formed to guide the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the treatment site of the user and the vicinity thereof. As described above, in the present embodiment, the air passage (the first air passage P1 and the second air passage P2) is roughly divided into two insides of the main body portion 11.
The first air path P1 is an air path for guiding the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the outlets 22a and 22b. In other words, the first air path P1 can be said to be an air path for guiding the wind blown out from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 to the treatment site generally along the blowout direction.
The second air path P2 is an air path for guiding the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the peripheral air outlet 23. In other words, the second air path P2 can be said to be an air path for guiding the wind from the hair dryer 3 to a place other than the treatment site.
Below, the flow of the wind of the 1st air path P1 is demonstrated in an order from an upstream. As shown in FIG. 12, a part of the air flowing from the inflow port 18 into the inside of the main body 11 of the attachment 2 flows to the opposite side (upper side in FIG. 12) to the arrangement position of the air passage forming member. This wind becomes the wind W1 flowing through the first air path P1.
As shown in FIG. 10, the wind W1 flows toward the end member 15 through the inside of the cylindrical member 13. The inner circumferential surface 32 of the cylindrical member 13 has a bell mouth shape in which the inner diameter gradually increases toward the tip member 15 in which the outlets 22a and 22b are formed. That is, the first air path P1 through which the wind W1 passes is expanded toward the downstream side.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, the wind W1 is directed to the outlet 22a and to the outlet 22b. Most of the wind directed toward the outlet 22 b flows along the curved plate portion 34. The air flowing along the curved plate portion 34 is branched into W1a and W1b by the air amount regulating portion 35. Thereby, the quantity of the wind which blows off from the center part of the X direction of the blowing outlet 22b can be reduced.
In addition, the internal peripheral surface 32 of the cylindrical member 13 which comprises the wall surface of the 1st air path P1 is curving along the direction of the flow of a wind. In addition, the curved plate portion 34 of the air passage forming member 14 which constitutes a part of the wall surface of the first air passage P1 also has a smooth curved surface along the direction of the flow of the wind. Thereby, the loss of the volume of air passing through the first air path P1 can be reduced.
Below, the flow of the wind of the 2nd air path P2 is demonstrated in an order from an upstream.
A part of the wind that has flowed into the inside of the main body 11 of the attachment 2 from the inflow port 18 flows to the side where the air passage forming member 14 is disposed. This wind becomes the wind W2 flowing in the second air path P2 (see FIG. 10).
As shown in FIG. 10, the wind W2 is prevented by the curved plate portion 34 from advancing toward the tip end member 15 side. Thereby, the wind W2 flows toward the opening 33a formed in the recess 33 of the cylindrical member 13 (see FIGS. 8 and 9). The wind W2 flowing into the opening 33a passes through the space formed between the recess 33 of the cylindrical member 13 and the inner peripheral surface 38 of the cover member 16 and blows out from the peripheral air outlet 23 (see FIG. 10).
As described above, in the attachment 2 according to the present embodiment, a part of the air flowing from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 to the inflow port 18 is blown out from the blowout ports 22a and 22b provided around the protrusion 12. The other part of the wind flowing into the inlet 18 can be blown out from the peripheral outlet 23. While the wind W1 blown out from the blowout ports 22a and 22b is blown out toward the treatment site of the user, the wind W2 blown out from the peripheral blowout port 23 is a place different from the treatment site (for example, the head of the user Blow out to the
Thus, according to the attachment 2 concerning this embodiment, a part of the wind which flows in into the inflow port 18 from the blowing outlet 59 of the hair dryer 3 blows off toward a treatment part. Therefore, as compared with the case where the entire amount of wind flowing into the inflow port 18 is blown out to the treatment site, the heat quantity of the wind blown out to the treatment site can be lowered. Therefore, when the contact part 21 of the attachment 2 is brought into contact with the scalp or the like to perform massage or the like when using the hair care device 1, it is possible to suppress the user from feeling the wind hot. Therefore, the comfort at the time of use improves.
Further, in the attachment 2 according to the present embodiment, the first wall 15a and the second wall 15b are provided substantially at the center of the front surface of the tip member 15 directed to the treatment site. The provision of the first wall 15a and the second wall 15b prevents the wind from going straight. Thereby, the wind blown into the first air path P1 of the attachment 2 can be suppressed from being blown directly to the treatment site. Therefore, the temperature of the wind blown to the treatment site can be further lowered, and the comfort at the time of use is further improved. In addition, the first air path P1 is expanded as it goes to the outlets 22a and 22b. By this configuration, the temperature of the wind blown to the treatment site can be further lowered.
Further, in the attachment 2 according to the present embodiment, the wind W2 passing through the second air path P2 is blown out from the peripheral air outlet 23. The peripheral blowout port 23 has a blowout surface substantially parallel to the front surface of the tip member 15. However, the blowout direction of the wind from the peripheral outlet 23 is slightly shifted outward from the blowout direction of the outlets 22a and 22b. Thereby, part of the wind from the hair dryer 3 can be blown out toward a place different from the treatment site (for example, near the treatment site). The vicinity of the treatment site includes the entire head of the user. Therefore, while performing care (massage etc.) of the treatment site using the hair care device 1, it is possible to apply a breeze containing ions to the head and the entire hair.
(About the attachment position to the hair dryer)
Subsequently, the positional relationship between the internal structure of the hair dryer 3 and each component of the attachment 2 in a state where the attachment 2 is attached to the hair dryer 3 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 13 shows a cross-sectional configuration of the attachment 2 in a state where the attachment 2 is attached to the hair dryer 3 and a schematic configuration of the inside of the hair dryer 3.
FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the attachment 2 shown in FIG. 6 cut in the Y direction at the center in the X direction. In FIG. 13, for convenience of description, the direction toward the right in the figure is referred to as the Y1 direction, and the direction toward the left in the figure is referred to as the Y2 direction.
As described above, the inside of the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2 is divided into the first air passage P1 and the second air passage P2. In FIG. 13, the first air path P1 is located on the Y1 side, and the second air path P2 is located on the Y2 side. Further, the peripheral air outlet 23 of the second air path P2 is located at the end on the Y1 side.
Further, as described above, the warm air generating unit 51, the ion supplying unit 52, and the like are provided inside the hair dryer 3. As shown in FIG. 13, the warm air generating unit 51 is disposed close to the Y2 side inside the hair dryer 3. Further, the ion supply unit 52 is attached to the side wall on the Y1 side inside the hair dryer 3.
Hot air is blown out from the warm air generation unit 51 substantially perpendicularly toward the blowout surface of the blowout port 59. The temperature of the warm air blown out from the warm air generation unit 51 exhibits a distribution as shown by a solid line in FIG. 13 along the arrangement position. That is, there is a temperature peak of the warm air at substantially the center of the arrangement position of the warm air generation unit 51.
The ion supply unit 52 also emits ions from the ion supply port 55 toward the blowout port 59. The concentration of ions emitted from the ion supply port 55 has a distribution as shown by a broken line in FIG. 13 along the arrangement position of the ion supply port 55. That is, at the position corresponding to the ion supply port 55, there is a peak of ion concentration.
In the hair care device 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, the ion supply unit 52 (more specifically, the ion supply port 55) of the hair dryer 3 and the first air path P1 of the attachment 2 correspond to each other. It is arranged to be. That is, the ion supply unit 52 and the first air passage P1 are disposed close to the Y1 side.
According to the above configuration, it is possible to guide the wind containing ions at a higher concentration among the winds blown out of the hair dryer 3 to the first air path P1 side. Thereby, more ions can be contained in the wind blown out from the blowout ports 22a and 22b toward the treatment site.
Further, in the hair care device 1 of the present embodiment, the warm air generating unit 51 of the hair dryer 3 and the second air path P2 of the attachment 2 are arranged to correspond to each other. That is, the warm air generating unit 51 and the second air path P2 are disposed close to the Y2 side.
According to the above configuration, it is possible to guide the wind having a higher temperature among the winds blown out from the hair dryer 3 to the second air path P2 side. The wind passing through the second air path P2 changes its direction variously in the main body 11, and is finally blown out from the peripheral air outlet 23 to a place different from the treatment site. Thus, a relatively high temperature wind is blown out to a place other than the treatment site. Further, the second air passage P2 is formed to detour around the inside of the main body portion 11. Therefore, the temperature of the wind passing through the second air passage P2 tends to decrease to some extent before reaching the peripheral air outlet 23.
Further, in the hair care device 1 of the present embodiment, in the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2, at a position at least partially overlapping with the arrangement position of the hot air generating portion 51 in front view from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3. The curved plate portion 34 is disposed. Due to the provision of the curved plate portion 34, the high temperature wind blown directly from the warm air generating portion 51 into the inside of the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2 is blocked by the curved plate portion 34, and the outlet 22a is formed. And 22b are not blown out. That is, the curved plate portion 34 plays a role of a wind receiving that receives a high temperature wind blown directly from the warm air generating portion 51 into the inside of the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2.
According to the above configuration, among the winds blown out from the hair dryer 3, winds having a relatively low temperature can be preferentially blown out from the first air path P1 to the blowout ports 22a and 22b. Thereby, the comfort at the time of use of the hair care apparatus 1 improves.
Further, in the hair care device 1 of the present embodiment, the ion supply unit 52 is a position different from the arrangement position of the curved plate portion 34 of the attachment 2 in a front view from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 3 (namely, the curved plate portion 34 It is preferable to arrange in the position which does not overlap with the arrangement position of. As a result, among the winds blown out of the hair dryer 3, it is possible to preferentially blow the wind containing ions with relatively high concentration from the first air passage P1 to the blowout ports 22a and 22b. Thereby, more ions can be supplied to the treatment site.
(Summary of the first embodiment)
As described above, the attachment 2 according to the present embodiment is attached to the hair dryer 3 and used. The attachment 2 has a main body 11 and a projection 12 projecting from the main body 11. The main body portion 11 has a plurality of outlets ( outlets 22a and 22b, and a peripheral outlet 23). Further, air passages (first air passage P1 and second air passage P2) communicating from the inflow port 18 to the outlets are formed inside the main body portion 11. The protrusion 12 has a plurality of contact portions 21 that contact the treatment site.
The first air path P1 in the main body 11 guides the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the outlets 22a and 22b. The outlets 22 a and 22 b are provided around the protrusion 12. Therefore, the wind directed toward the treatment site is blown out from the outlets 22a and 22b.
The second air passage P2 in the main body 11 guides the wind from the hair dryer 3 to the peripheral air outlet 23. The peripheral air outlet 23 is disposed on the outer periphery of the main body 11. Therefore, the wind blown out from the peripheral air outlet 23 goes in the direction away from the protrusion 12. That is, from the peripheral air outlet 23, a wind is blown out to a place other than the treatment site.
As described above, when the wind blown from the hair dryer 3 passes through the main body 11, at least a part of the wind is blown toward a location different from the treatment site. Specifically, the wind blown out from the peripheral outlet 23 is configured to flow around the treatment site or in the vicinity of the treatment site.
That is, according to the attachment 2 concerning this embodiment, a part of the wind which flows in into the inflow port 18 from the blowing outlet 59 of the hair dryer 3 blows off toward the treatment site. Therefore, as compared with the case where the entire amount of wind flowing into the inflow port 18 is blown out to the treatment site, the heat quantity of the wind blown out to the treatment site can be lowered. Therefore, when making the contact part 21 of the attachment 2 contact a scalp etc. and massaging etc., it can suppress that a user feels a wind hot. Therefore, the comfort at the time of use improves.
Second Embodiment
Subsequently, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first embodiment, the hair care device 1 in which the attachment 2 is attached to the hair dryer 3 including the ion supply unit 52 has been described as an example. However, the attachment according to one aspect of the present invention may be attached to a hair dryer that does not have an ion supply. So, below, the hair care apparatus 101 by which the attachment 2 was attached to the hair dryer 103 which is not provided with the ion supply part is mentioned as an example, and is demonstrated.
FIG. 14 shows an internal configuration of the hair care device 101 according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 14, the hair care device 101 mainly includes an attachment (attachment) 2 and a hair dryer 103. As in the first embodiment, the attachment 2 is attached to a wind outlet (outlet) 59 of the hair dryer 103 and used.
The same configuration as that of the first embodiment can be applied to the configuration of the attachment 2. Therefore, the detailed description of the attachment 2 is omitted. FIG. 14 shows a cross-sectional configuration of the attachment 2 in a state where the attachment 2 is attached to the hair dryer 103, and a schematic configuration of the inside of the hair dryer 103.
Inside the hair dryer 103, a warm air generating unit 51 and the like are provided. As in the first embodiment, the warm air generating unit 51 includes a fan 54, a heater 53, a motor (not shown), and the like. The hair dryer 103 according to the present embodiment does not have an ion supply unit. The configuration of the hair dryer 103 is basically the same as the hair dryer 3 of the first embodiment except that the ion supply unit is not provided.
In FIG. 14, for the convenience of description, the direction toward the right in the figure is referred to as the Y1 direction, and the direction toward the left in the figure is referred to as the Y2 direction.
As in the first embodiment, the inside of the main body 11 of the attachment 2 is divided into a first air passage P1 and a second air passage P2. In FIG. 14, the first air path P1 is located on the Y1 side, and the second air path P2 is located on the Y2 side. Further, the peripheral air outlet 23 of the second air path P2 is located at the end on the Y1 side.
Further, as described above, the warm air generation unit 51 is provided inside the hair dryer 103. As shown in FIG. 14, the warm air generating unit 51 is disposed close to the Y2 side in the hair dryer 103.
Hot air is blown out from the warm air generation unit 51 substantially perpendicularly toward the blowout surface of the blowout port 59. The temperature of the warm air blown out from the warm air generation unit 51 has a distribution as shown by a solid line in FIG. 14 along the arrangement position. That is, there is a temperature peak of the warm air at substantially the center of the arrangement position of the warm air generation unit 51.
In the hair care device 101 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, the warm air generating unit 51 of the hair dryer 103 and the second air path P2 of the attachment 2 are arranged to correspond to each other. That is, the warm air generating unit 51 and the second air path P2 are disposed close to the Y2 side.
According to the above configuration, it is possible to guide the wind having a higher temperature among the winds blown out from the hair dryer 103 to the second air path P2 side.
Further, in the hair care device 101 of the present embodiment, in the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2, at a position at least partially overlapping with the arrangement position of the hot air generating portion 51 in front view from the blowout port 59 of the hair dryer 103. The curved plate portion 34 is disposed. Due to the provision of the curved plate portion 34, the high temperature wind blown directly from the warm air generating portion 51 into the inside of the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2 is blocked by the curved plate portion 34, and the air outlets 22a and 22b. It does not blow out from. That is, the curved plate portion 34 plays a role of a wind receiving that receives a high temperature wind blown directly from the warm air generating portion 51 into the inside of the main body portion 11 of the attachment 2.
According to the above configuration, among the winds blown out from the hair dryer 3, the wind having a relatively low temperature (a wind having a temperature lower than the wind sent to at least the second air path P2) is given priority. Can be blown out to the outlets 22a and 22b from the air path P1. Thereby, the comfort at the time of use of the hair care apparatus 1 improves.
Third Embodiment
Subsequently, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first and second embodiments described above, the whole warm air generating unit 51 is disposed close to the Y 2 side inside the hair dryer 3 or the hair dryer 103. On the other hand, in the hair care device 201 according to the third embodiment, the configuration of the hot air generation unit 251 of the hair dryer 203 is different.
FIG. 15 shows an internal configuration of the hair care device 201 according to the third embodiment. As shown in FIG. 15, the hair drier 203 which comprises the hair care apparatus 201 is provided with the warm air generation part 251. As shown in FIG. The warm air generation unit 251 includes a heater 253, a fan 254, a motor (not shown), and the like. As shown in FIG. 15, the fan 254 is located at the center of the hair dryer 203, and the heater 253 is disposed close to the Y2 side. Thereby, the temperature peak of the warm air can be positioned on the Y2 side.
The same configuration as that of the first embodiment can be applied to the configuration other than this. Further, the configuration of the warm air generating unit 251 according to the present embodiment may be applied to the hair dryer 103 of the second embodiment.
Further, as a modification of the present embodiment, the fan 254 is located at the center of the hair dryer 203, and the coil of the heater 253 is wound with the Y2 side dense and the Y1 side rough, so that the hot air temperature peak is Y2 It can also be located on the side.
Further, the arrangement of the heater and the fan in the warm air generation unit is not limited to the above-described configuration. In the configuration described above, the fan is located downstream of the heater, but as another configuration, for example, the heater may be disposed downstream of the fan.
Fourth Embodiment
Subsequently, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first and second embodiments described above, the hair care device in which the attachment 2 is attached to a vertically long (substantially cylindrical) hair dryer has been described as an example. However, the attachment (attachment) according to one aspect of the present invention can be attached to and used in a hair dryer having a different shape.
For example, the attachment (attachment) according to one aspect of the present invention may be attached to the outlet of the hair dryer having a substantially L shape or a substantially T shape in a side view. More specifically, the attachment according to one embodiment of the present invention can be used by attaching it to a hair dryer having a shape as shown in Patent Document 1 (Utility Model Registration No. 3184955).
Therefore, the hair care apparatus which attached the attachment 2 mentioned above to the blowing outlet of the substantially L shape or the substantially T shape by side view is also contained in 1 aspect of this invention.
