背景技术
***是银行提供给用户的一种先消费后还款的小额信贷支付工具,是银行或其它财务机构签发给那些资信状况良好的人士,用于在指定的商家购物和消费、或在指定银行机构存取现金的特制卡片,是一种特殊的信用凭证。
然而,发明人意识到传统技术中***的申请过程,需要用户首先将申请信息提供给银行,然后银行对用户的申请信息进行审批,审批成功后,制作该***,最后将制作成功的***通过邮寄的方式寄送给用户,从而导致***的申请过程耗时较长。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种***制卡方法、装置、计算机设备及可读存储介质。
一种***制作方法,包括:
获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;
通过身份证阅读器获取与所述身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;
获取标准身份信息库中存储的与所述身份文字信息对应的第二头像;
当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;
接收所述坐席端根据与所述身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;
根据所述信用度显示可申请的***类型;
接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及
制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
一种***制作装置,包括:
制卡请求获取模块,用于获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
参阅图1,图1为一实施例中***制作方法的应用场景图,包括柜员机、坐席终端,柜员机又称自动取款机(Automatic Teller Machine,简称ATM),是一种高度精密的机电一体化装置,用户可以通过操作该柜员机以进行取款、存款或者办理***等业务,坐席终端是可以与柜员机进行通信的终端,其由坐席人员进行操作。
请参阅图2,在其中一个实施例中,提供一种***制作方法,本实施例以该方法应用到上述图1中的柜员机来举例说明。该柜员机上运行有***制作计算机可读指令,通过该***制作计算机可读指令来实施***制作方法。该方法具体包括如下步骤:
S202:获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示。
具体地,制卡请求是由用户输入至柜员机的,例如用户可以自行到部署至银行、地铁站等公共场合的柜员机,选择柜员机所提供的***申请业务,并选择在线发卡模式,在线阅读***领用合约,柜员机在接收到用户同意***领用合约的指令后则生成制卡请求,然后显示与制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示,以引导用户进行身份输入。
S204:通过身份证阅读器获取与身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息。
具体地,身份证阅读器是指可用来阅读居民身份证及其它电子标签(13.56MHZ频率的射频卡或电子标签)的安防身份识别设备。当柜员机显示与制卡请求对应的身份信息输 入提示时,用户将自己的身份证放置在身份证阅读器中,柜员机通过该身份证阅读器读取用户的身份证上的第一头像以及身份文字信息,其中身份文字信息可以包括:姓名、性别、民族、出生日期、住址、身份证号码、签发机关以及有效日期等。
S206:获取标准身份信息库中存储的与身份文字信息对应的第二头像。
具体地,标准身份信息库是指存储有居民身份信息的数据库,其可以是公安部的全国身份证联网核查平台,根据身份文字信息从标准身份信息库中获取第二头像可以是将身份文字信息中的身份证号发送至标准身份信息库,然后标准身份信息库查询与身份证号对应的身份信息,将该查询到的身份信息中的第二头像返回至柜员机。
S208:当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端。
具体地,当柜员机接收到标准身份信息库所返回的第二头像后,计算第一头像和第二头像的相似度,当第一头像和第二头像的相似度大于预设相似度时,则认为第一头像和第二头像匹配,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端,以便于坐席端计算该用户的信用度。
S210:接收坐席端根据与身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度。
具体地,当坐席端接收到用户的身份文字信息后,则根据用户的身份文字信息,例如用户的身份证号码等在征信审核平台上获取用户的信用,例如可以获取用户的贷款记录,用户办理其他银行卡的时间以及qq、淘宝等电商、公积金等数据,并选取这些数据中感兴趣的部分进行计算以获得用户的信用度,并实时返回柜员机。具体地,选取感兴趣的部分可以是根据预设的优先级进行选取,例如将固定资产作为第一优先级,将公积金、工资、股票等作为第二优先级,将qq、淘宝等电商作为第三优先级,然后给每一个优先级分配一定的权重,最后根据各个优先级中的资产额和权重获取用户的信用度。例如某个用户固定资产房产的资产额为300万,权重0.5,公积金为10万,权重0.3,支付宝20万,权重0.2,则经过计算300*0.5+10*0.3+20*0.2=157,则其信用度可以根据157来计算。
S212:根据信用度显示可申请的***类型。
具体地,柜员机在接收到坐席终端返回的信用度,例如根据157所计算的信用度。柜员机中可以存储有相应的***类型以及用户等级,例如当信用度在第一等级时,则显示第一等级所对应的***类型给用户,当信用度在第二等级时,则显示第二等级所对应的***类型给用户,当用户的信用度过低,则提示用户当前不可申请***。
S214:接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;根据选取指令获取所选取的***类型。
具体地,柜员机显示用户当前可申请的***类型,其还可以提供关于可申请的***类型的文字说明,以便于用户了解每一类型的***的限额等,然后用户选择自己想要申请的***,例如用户可以通过点击柜员机屏幕上的***图标来选择该***,柜员机接收到用户的点击指令后,根据用户所点击的位置的坐标与柜员机显示界面上所显示的***的坐标获取用户所选择的***类型。
S216:制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
具体地,当用户选择***类型后,柜员机也获取到了该***类型,则柜员机启动制卡装置制作与本次制卡请求对应的***,并通过吐卡口吐出该***,从而用户可以直接领取柜员机所吐出的***,而不必等待15天等才能领取***。
上述***制卡方法,在接收到制卡请求后,接收与制卡请求对应的身份信息,只有身份信息验证成功后,才会根据身份信息获取信用度,即坐席端根据身份信息获取到对应的信用信息,然后根据信用信息计算得到信用度,从而根据信用度返回该用户可以申请的***的类型,并根据该***的类型制作对应的***并输出,节约用户的时间。
在其中一个实施例中,参阅图3,图3为根据图2所示实施例中的步骤S208的流程图,步骤S208,即当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端的步骤可以包括:
S302:当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则获取第一头像与第二头像的第一匹配度。
具体地,当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,即通过柜员机远程联网至标准身份信息库后自动计算第一匹配度,具体可以参见上文。
S304:通过摄像头获取第三头像;将第一头像与第三头像发送至坐席端;接收坐席端根据第一头像与第三头像返回的第二匹配度。
具体地,由于随着时间的变化,用户的外貌可能会发生变化,例如长发变成短发等,因此仅通过柜员机联网来验证用户身份可能会存在不准确的情况,从而柜员机不仅通过身份证阅读器获取身份证上的头像,还通过摄像头来获取用户的第三头像,例如柜员机提示用户通过柜员机所提供的摄像头进行拍照,并将所拍摄的第三头像和通过身份证阅读器所获得的第一头像发送至坐席端,由人工来判断第一头像与第三头像的第二匹配度,这样既参考了柜员机所计算的第一匹配度又参考了通过坐席人员所计算的第二匹配度,使得匹配更加精确。坐席人员可以通过判断第一头像和第三头像是否相似,进而选择相应的匹配度,例如比较相似则选择90%,一般相似则选择60%等,在此不做限制。
S306:根据第一匹配度与第二匹配度计算目标匹配度。
具体地,柜员机在接收到坐席端所返回的坐席人员根据第一头像和第三头像所计算的第二匹配度后,则根据第一匹配度与第二匹配度计算目标匹配度,例如目标匹配度=第一匹配度*60%+第二匹配度*40%。例如某一用户的第一匹配度为0.9,第二匹配度为0.8,则目标匹配度=0.9*60%+0.8*40%=0.86。
S308:当目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端。
具体地,预设匹配度是由柜员机的研发人员根据大量人脸识别数据来确定的,例如为75%、77%等,不同的用户可以设置不同的预设匹配度,从而可以提高匹配的精度,例如根据身份证的签发日期来设置预设匹配度。
S310:当目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
具体地,当所计算的目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则表示用户的身份验证失败,因此为了保障用户的财产安全,柜员机提示制卡失败,当所计算的目标匹配度大于等于预设 匹配度时,则标识用户的身份验证成功,则可以继续下一步。
上述实施例中,不仅通过柜员机来判断第一头像与第二头像是否匹配,还通过坐席端的坐席人员来进行人工判断第一头像与第三头像是否匹配,并通过所计算的两个匹配度来获得目标匹配度,根据目标匹配度来确定用户身份验证是否成功,提高了身份验证的准确度。
在其中一个实施例中,***制作方法还可以包括申请信息录入步骤,该申请信息录入步骤可以是在图2所示的实施例的步骤根据选取指令获取所选取的***类型之后,该申请信息录入步骤可以包括:当已存在与身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的申请信息;当不存在与身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息。例如柜员机可以在用户输入身份信息时,例如身份证阅读器读取了身份证中的身份文字信息后,查询后台服务器是否存储有该用户的申请信息,如果存在该用户的申请信息,则直接下载该用户的申请信息即可,当后台服务器中未存储有该用户的申请信息,则提示用户输入申请信息,例如通过柜员机显示申请表,用户在申请表的相应位置处填写相应的申请信息,其中由于身份证阅读器已经读取了部分身份文字信息,例如姓名、性别、出生日期等,则直接填写到柜员机界面的申请信息表中。其中服务器之所以会存储有用户的申请信息是因为事前,例如用户去柜员机的部署点之前,通过手机登录银行的服务器,进行注册,并通过手机填写了用户的申请信息,将申请信息存储到了服务器,当用户在柜员机上进行操作时,柜员机查询服务器是否存在该申请信息,有的话,则下载到柜员机本地。
从而制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***的步骤,包括:制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含申请信息的***。例如在***上显示***类型,例如图案文字等。并在***上显示用户的名字和***的制卡日期等。
上述实施例中,当用户事前已经将申请信息通过手机等移动终端填写后,在柜员机上则不需要再次填写该申请信息,柜员机直接查询后台服务器,将用户的申请信息下载下来,由用户进行确认即可,减少了申请现场的操作,节约了时间。
在其中一个实施例中,申请信息可以包括地址信息和邮编信息,请参阅图4,图4为根据一个或多个实施例中申请信息录入步骤的流程图,该申请信息录入步骤,即获取输入的申请信息的步骤可以包括:
S402:通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息。
具体地,参阅图5,图5为根据一个或多个实施例中柜员机申请信息输入界面的界面图,其中该申请信息输入界面包括地址输入框,用户可以向该地址输入框中输入地址信息,例如输入“xx省aa市nn区”等。
S404:从标准地址邮编库中,获取与地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框。
具体地,标准地址邮编库是指存储有全部邮政编码的库,通过地址信息,则可以从该 标准地址邮编库中查询相应的邮编,例如图5中所示的,当用户在地址输入框中输入“xx省”后,柜员机则查询标准地址邮编库,查到与“xx省”对应的邮编为“25”,柜员机将“25”输入至申请信息输入界面的邮编信息输入框中,当用户继续输入“aa市”,则柜员机再查询“aa市”对应的邮编为“26”,则柜员机再将“26”输入至申请信息输入界面的邮编信息输入框中,从而邮编信息输入框中显示为“2526”,而不需要用户查询完邮编信息后再次输入,节省了用户的时间。
S406:通过提交按钮接收提交指令,根据提交指令,获取地址输入框中的地址信息以及邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
具体地,申请信息输入界面还包括一提交按钮,具体可以参见图5,当用户将申请信息输入完成,或者是用户检查完成申请信息后,则可以点击该提交按钮,以将该申请信息提交给柜员机,从而柜员机可以获取到申请信息,以便于后续制卡方便。
上述实施例中,在需要用户自己输入申请信息时,用户输入地址信息后,柜员机根据用户输入的地址信息可以查询相应的邮编信息,并填写到相应的邮编输入框中,不需要用户自己查询后再输入,节省了用户的时间。
在其中一个实施例中,参阅图6,图6为根据一个或多个实施例中检查步骤的流程图,该检查步骤可以是在获取输入的申请信息的步骤之后,该检查步骤可以包括:
S602:检测所输入的申请信息是否完整。
具体地,当用户点击图5所示的提交按钮后,则柜员机会获取到用户输入的申请信息,且柜员机首先会检查用户输入的申请信息是否完整,例如所有的必填信息是否全部填写了,如果没有全部填写,则提醒用户重新填写。即使所有的必填信息全部填写了,柜员机还可以对用户填写的信息进行校验,例如与身份证上的信息是否相同,填写的格式是否正确等进行校验,如果存在错误,则提示申请信息不完整。
S604:当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整。
具体地,当存在没有填写的申请信息时,则提醒用户重新填写。即使所有的必填信息全部填写了,柜员机还可以对用户填写的信息进行校验,例如与身份证上的信息是否相同,填写的格式是否正确等进行校验,如果存在错误,则提示申请信息不完整。
S606:当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端,接收坐席端返回的与申请信息对应的审核信息。
具体地,当柜员机经过初步检查申请信息完整后,则将所输入的申请信息发送到坐席端进行审核,坐席端在接收到该申请信息后,首先判断申请信息是否完整,然后判断用户填写的申请信息是否正确,只有用户填写的申请信息均正确的时候,才会向柜员机返回审核通过的结果。
S608:当审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
具体地,当审核信息表示审核通过时,即柜员机可以制作***了,则柜员机调取相 应的制卡装置制作与用户所选取的类型相对应的***,并通过吐卡口输出,以便于用户可以实时的拿到该***。
S610:当审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
具体地,当审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示用户失败的原因,用户可以根据该原因重新修改申请信息,并通过柜员机再次向坐席端发送,从而可以保证制卡成功。
上述实施例中,当用户输入申请信息后,首先会通过柜员机对申请信息进行初步检查,然后再通过坐席端对申请信息进行检查,以保证申请信息的准确性。
应该理解的是,虽然图2、图3、图5和图6的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2、图3、图5和图6中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

申请信息获取单元包括:
地址信息接收单元,用于通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息。
邮编信息接收单元,用于从标准地址邮编库中,获取与地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框。
提交单元,用于通过提交按钮接收提交指令;并根据提交指令,获取地址输入框中的地址信息以及邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
在其中一个实施例中,该***制作装置还可以包括:
检查模块,用于检测所输入的申请信息是否完整,且当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整。
发送模块904还用于当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端。
制作模块908还用于接收坐席端返回的与申请信息对应的审核信息;当审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***;当审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
上述关于***制作装置的限定可以参加上文中关于***制作方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述***制作装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是终端,如图1中的柜员机,其内部结构图可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过***总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、显示屏和输入装置。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作***和计算机可读指令。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作***和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种***制作方法。该计算机设备的显示 屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏,该计算机设备的输入装置可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是计算机设备外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,还可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图8中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器存储有计算机可读指令,该处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;通过身份证阅读器获取与身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;获取标准身份信息库中存储的与身份文字信息对应的第二头像;当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端;接收坐席端根据与身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;根据信用度显示可申请的***类型;接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;根据选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还可以实现以下步骤:当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则获取第一头像与第二头像的第一匹配度;通过摄像头获取第三头像;将第一头像与第三头像发送至坐席端;接收坐席端根据第一头像与第三头像返回的第二匹配度;根据第一匹配度与第二匹配度计算目标匹配度;当目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端;及当目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还可以实现以下步骤:当已存在与身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的申请信息;当不存在与身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息;及制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***的步骤,包括:制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含申请信息的***。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行计算机可读指令时还可以实现以下步骤:获取输入的申请信息的步骤包括:通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息;从标准地址邮编库中,获取与地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框;通过提交按钮接收提交指令;及根据提交指令,获取地址输入框中的地址信息以及邮编输入框中的邮编信息。

在一个实施例中,提供一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读指令存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;通过身份证阅读器获取与身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;获取标准身份信息库中存储的与身份文字信息对应的第二头像;当第一头像与第二头像相匹配时,则将身份文字信息发送至坐席端;接收坐席端根据与身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;根据信用度显示可申请的***类型;接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;根据选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种***制作方法,包括:
    获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;
    通过身份证阅读器获取与所述身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;
    获取标准身份信息库中存储的与所述身份文字信息对应的第二头像;
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据与所述身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;
    根据所述信用度显示可申请的***类型;
    接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;
    根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及
    制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端,包括:
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则获取所述第一头像与所述第二头像的第一匹配度;
    通过摄像头获取第三头像;
    将所述第一头像与所述第三头像发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据所述第一头像与所述第三头像返回的第二匹配度;
    根据所述第一匹配度与所述第二匹配度计算目标匹配度;
    当所述目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;及
    当所述目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型之后,还包括:
    当已存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的所述申请信息;
    当不存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息;及
    所述制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***,包括:
    制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含所述申请信息的***。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述申请信息包括地址信息和邮编信息;
    所述获取输入的申请信息包括:
    通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息;
    从标准地址邮编库中,获取与所述地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框;
    通过提交按钮接收提交指令;及
    根据所述提交指令,获取所述地址输入框中的地址信息以及所述邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取输入的申请信息之后,还包括:
    检测所输入的申请信息是否完整;
    当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整;
    当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端;
    接收坐席端返回的与所述申请信息对应的审核信息;
    当所述审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***;及
    当所述审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
  6. 一种***制作装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    制卡请求获取模块,用于获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;
    身份信息输入模块,用于通过身份证阅读器获取与所述身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;
    头像获取模块,用于获取标准身份信息库中存储的与所述身份文字信息对应的第二头像;
    发送模块,用于当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;
    信用度接收模块,用于接收所述坐席端根据与所述身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;
    显示模块,用于根据所述信用度显示可申请的***类型;
    选取模块,用于接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型;
    制作模块,用于制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块包括:
    匹配度获取单元,用于当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则获取所述第一头像与所述第二头像的第一匹配度;
    头像发送单元,用于将所述第一头像与所述第三头像发送至坐席端;
    匹配度接收单元,用于接收所述坐席端根据所述第一头像与所述第三头像返回的第二匹配度;
    计算单元,用于根据所述第一匹配度与所述第二匹配度计算目标匹配度;
    身份信息发送单元,用于当所述目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将所述身份文 字信息发送至坐席端;
    提示单元,用于当所述目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    申请信息获取单元,用于当已存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的所述申请信息;当不存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息;
    所述制作单元还用于制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含所述申请信息的***。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述申请信息包括地址信息和邮编信息;
    所述申请信息获取单元包括:
    地址信息接收单元,用于通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息;
    邮编信息接收单元,用于从标准地址邮编库中,获取与所述地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框;
    提交单元,用于通过提交按钮接收提交指令;及根据所述提交指令,获取所述地址输入框中的地址信息以及所述邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    检查模块,用于检测所输入的申请信息是否完整;当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整;
    所述发送模块还用于当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端;
    所述制作模块还用于接收坐席端返回的与所述申请信息对应的审核信息;当所述审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***;及当所述审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;
    通过身份证阅读器获取与所述身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;
    获取标准身份信息库中存储的与所述身份文字信息对应的第二头像;
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据与所述身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;
    根据所述信用度显示可申请的***类型;
    接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;
    根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及
    制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所实现的所述当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端,包括:
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则获取所述第一头像与所述第二头像的第一匹配度;
    通过摄像头获取第三头像;
    将所述第一头像与所述第三头像发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据所述第一头像与所述第三头像返回的第二匹配度;
    根据所述第一匹配度与所述第二匹配度计算目标匹配度;
    当所述目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;及
    当所述目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所实现的所述根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型之后,还包括:
    当已存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的所述申请信息;
    当不存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息;及
    所述制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***,包括:
    制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含所述申请信息的***。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所涉及到的所述申请信息包括地址信息和邮编信息;
    所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所实现的所述获取输入的申请信息包括:
    通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息;
    从标准地址邮编库中,获取与所述地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框;
    通过提交按钮接收提交指令;及
    根据所述提交指令,获取所述地址输入框中的地址信息以及所述邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所实现的所述获取输入的申请信息之后,还包括:
    检测所输入的申请信息是否完整;
    当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整;
    当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端;
    接收坐席端返回的与所述申请信息对应的审核信息;
    当所述审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***;及
    当所述审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读指令存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取输入的制卡请求,并显示与所述制卡请求对应的身份信息输入提示;
    通过身份证阅读器获取与所述身份信息输入提示对应的第一头像和身份文字信息;
    获取标准身份信息库中存储的与所述身份文字信息对应的第二头像;
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据与所述身份信息对应的信用信息计算的信用度;
    根据所述信用度显示可申请的***类型;
    接收与所显示的可申请的***类型对应的***类型选取指令;
    根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型;及
    制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时所实现的所述当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端,包括:
    当所述第一头像与所述第二头像相匹配时,则获取所述第一头像与所述第二头像的第一匹配度;
    通过摄像头获取第三头像;
    将所述第一头像与所述第三头像发送至坐席端;
    接收所述坐席端根据所述第一头像与所述第三头像返回的第二匹配度;
    根据所述第一匹配度与所述第二匹配度计算目标匹配度;
    当所述目标匹配度大于等于预设匹配度时,则将所述身份文字信息发送至坐席端;及
    当所述目标匹配度小于预设匹配度时,则提示制卡失败。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时所实现的所述根据所述选取指令获取所选取的***类型之后,还包括:
    当已存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取已存在的所述申请信息;
    当不存在与所述身份文字信息对应的、通过用户终端输入的申请信息时,则获取输入的申请信息;及
    所述制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***,包括:
    制作并输出与所选取的***的类型对应的、包含所述申请信息的***。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时所涉及到的所述申请信息包括地址信息和邮编信息;
    所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时所实现的所述获取输入的申请信息包括:
    通过地址输入框接收输入的地址信息;
    从标准地址邮编库中,获取与所述地址信息对应的邮编信息;将所获取的邮编信息输入至邮编输入框;
    通过提交按钮接收提交指令;及
    根据所述提交指令,获取所述地址输入框中的地址信息以及所述邮编输入框中的邮编信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时所实现的所述获取输入的申请信息之后,还包括:
    检测所输入的申请信息是否完整;
    当所输入的申请信息不完整时,则提示申请信息不完整;
    当所输入的申请信息完整时,则将所输入的申请信息发送至坐席端;
    接收坐席端返回的与所述申请信息对应的审核信息;
    当所述审核信息表示审核通过时,则制作并输出与所选取的***类型对应的***;及
    当所述审核信息表示审核失败时,则提示制卡失败。
