在一个实施例中,所述车载器102上设置有拍摄模块,所述车载器102具体是通过所述拍摄模块拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。也就是说,在车载器102上处理配置有插ETC卡、读卡等功能外,还具有拍照功能。由于车载器102本身是贴合在前挡风玻璃的内侧上方,因此可以更为容易地拍 摄到诸如“XX”收费站等字牌。
本发明实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:GPS定位装置104,所述车载器102通过有线或者无线连接方式与所述GPS定位装置104数据相连;所述车载器102,具体用于从所述GPS定位装置104中获取经纬度坐标信息,并将所述经纬度坐标信息作为水印信息设置到拍摄得到的环境影像上。通过GPS定位装置104来获取位置坐标,进而方便后续能够进一步准确地确定入口信息。
在一个实施例中,所述车载器102,具体用于在基于所述GPS定位装置104检测到所述待计费车辆进入公路收费站的预设范围区域内时,拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。也就是说,为了保证能够拍摄到诸如“XX”等表示入口位置的字牌,可以在检测到快到收费站时,就触发拍摄一段影像,由此可以确保能够拍摄到“XX”等收费站入口位置的字牌。收费站的坐标位置一般是固定的,因此,基于车载的GPS定位装置104等可以确定车辆是否靠近某个收费站入口,到达离该收费站入口的一定区域范围内,例如50m范围内。
在一个实施例中,所述车载器102通过已建立的WiFi热点与外部设备进行通信;所述车载器102,还用于在接收到外部设备的影像信息下载请求时,将存储的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。
在一个实施例中,所述车载器102,具体用于在接收到影像信息下载请求时,对发起该影像信息下载请求的外部设备进行鉴权,在鉴权通过后,从内置的存储器中提取包括水印信息的环境影像,并将提取的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。也就是说,车载器102只允许公路收费处的管理员设备等外部设备能够接入,这样可以放置入口信息被篡改。在本发明实施例的车载器102出厂时,可以设置某些特殊意义的字符,这些字符可以通过安全保密的通知方式通知给收费公路运营部门,以便于仅这些部门中的少部分工作人员能够基于特征意义的字符与车载器102建立连接,下载最近一次拍摄的待水印的影像。
车载器102可以循环存储拍摄到的环境影像,或者仅存储最近一次拍摄的环境影像。
本发明实施例中,车载器除了能够将在该车载器上***的ETC卡的相关信息上报给收费通信装置的功能,还能够触发对入口处的环境进行拍照的功 能,这两个功能相互独立的,当ETC卡出错无法确定入口信息时,可以快捷地读取ETC卡触发拍摄的入口视频信息,通过该水印来确定入口位置等信息。避免了ETC卡失效时确定入口信息效率低下的问题,节省了人力成本。
再请参见图2,是本发明实施例的一种车载器的结构示意图,所述车载器安装与待计费车辆的目标位置处,所述车载器包括:通信接口201、GPS定位模块202、摄像模块203、存储器204以及处理器205,其中:所述通信接口201,用于与收费通信装置进行通信,将存储在所述存储器204中的车辆信息发送给所述收费通信装置,以便于基于该车辆信息对所述待计费车辆进行计费;所述处理器205,用于在所述通信接口201与所述收费通信装置通信的同时或者之后的预设时间段内,调用所述摄像模块203拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像,并在所述环境影像上设置水印信息,将设置了水印信息的环境影像存储到所述存储器204中,所述水印信息包括拍摄所述环境影像时从所述GPS定位模块202中获取到的所述待计费车辆的定位信息。
所述存储器204可以包括易失性存储器(volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(random-access memory,RAM);存储器204也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如快闪存储器(flash memory),硬盘(hard disk drive,HDD)或固态硬盘(solid-state drive,SSD);存储器204还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
所述处理器205可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)。所述处理器205还可以进一步包括硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(programmable logic device,PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device,CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(generic array logic,GAL)或其任意组合。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器205,具体用于在基于所述GPS定位模块202检测到所述待计费车辆进入公路收费站的预设范围区域内时,触发所述拍摄模块拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器205,还用于在通过所述通信接口201接收到影像信息下载请求时,对发起该影像信息下载请求的外部设备进行鉴权,在 鉴权通过后,从所述存储器204中提取包括水印信息的环境影像,并将提取的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。也就是说,车载器只允许公路收费处的管理员设备等外部设备能够接入,这样可以放置入口信息被篡改。在本发明实施例的车载器出厂时,可以设置某些特殊意义的字符,这些字符可以通过安全保密的通知方式通知给收费公路运营部门,以便于仅这些部门中的少部分工作人员能够基于特征意义的字符与车载器建立连接,下载最近一次拍摄的待水印的影像。车载器可以循环存储拍摄到的环境影像,或者仅存储最近一次拍摄的环境影像。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的车载器与上一实施例所描述的***中的车载器在功能实现相同,本发明实施例中的车载器以及其他结构、功能模块的具体实现可参考上一实施例中相关内容的描述,在此不赘述。
本发明实施例中,车载器除了能够将在该车载器上***的ETC卡的相关信息上报给收费通信装置的功能,还能够触发对入口处的环境进行拍照的功能,这两个功能相互独立的,当ETC卡出错无法确定入口信息时,可以快捷地读取ETC卡触发拍摄的入口视频信息,通过该水印来确定入口位置等信息。避免了ETC卡失效时确定入口信息效率低下的问题,节省了人力成本。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动收费***,其特征在于,该***包括:收费通信装置、车载器,其中,所述收费通信装置设置于计费公路入口处的承载架上,所述车载器设置在待计费车辆的目标位置处,在该目标位置处,所述车载器能够与所述收费通信装置通信;
    所述收费通信装置,用于与所述车载器通信,从所述车载器中获取该车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息,以便于基于该车辆信息对所述待计费车辆进行计费;
    所述车载器,用于与所述收费通信装置通信,向所述收费通信装置上报由该车载器记录的车辆信息;
    所述车载器,还用于在与所述收费通信装置通信的同时或者之后的预设时间段内,获取所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像,并在所述环境影像上设置水印信息,存储设置了水印信息的环境影像,所述水印信息包括拍摄所述环境影像时所述待计费车辆的定位信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,还包括:摄像装置;所述车载器通过有线或者无线连接方式与所述摄像装置数据相连;
    所述车载器,具体用于调用所述摄像装置拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,所述车载器上设置有拍摄模块,所述车载器具体是通过所述拍摄模块拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,还包括:GPS定位装置,所述车载器通过有线或者无线连接方式与所述GPS定位装置数据相连;
    所述车载器,具体用于从所述GPS定位装置中获取经纬度坐标信息,并将所述经纬度坐标信息作为水印信息设置到拍摄得到的环境影像上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的***,其特征在于,
    所述车载器,具体用于在基于所述GPS定位装置检测到所述待计费车辆进入公路收费站的预设范围区域内时,拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的***,其特征在于,所述车载器通过已建立的WiFi热点与外部设备进行通信;
    所述车载器,还用于在接收到外部设备的影像信息下载请求时,将存储的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的***,其特征在于,所述车载器,具体用于在接收到影像信息下载请求时,对发起该影像信息下载请求的外部设备进行鉴权,在鉴权通过后,从内置的存储器中提取包括水印信息的环境影像,并将提取的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。
  8. 一种车载器,其特征在于,所述车载器安装与待计费车辆的目标位置处,所述车载器包括:通信接口、GPS定位模块、摄像模块、存储器以及处理器,其中:
    所述通信接口,用于与收费通信装置进行通信,将存储在所述存储器中的车辆信息发送给所述收费通信装置,以便于基于该车辆信息对所述待计费车辆进行计费;
    所述处理器,用于在所述通信接口与所述收费通信装置通信的同时或者之后的预设时间段内,调用所述摄像模块拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像,并在所述环境影像上设置水印信息,将设置了水印信息的环境影像存储到所述存储器中,所述水印信息包括拍摄所述环境影像时从所述GPS定位模块中获取到的所述待计费车辆的定位信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的车载器,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于在基于所述GPS定位模块检测到所述待计费车辆进入公路收费站的预设范围区域内时,触发所述拍摄模块拍摄所述待计费车辆行驶方向上的环境影像。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的车载器,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于在通过所述通信接口接收到影像信息下载请求时,对发起该影像信息下载请求的外部设备进行鉴权,在鉴权通过后,从所述存储器中提取包括水印信息的环境影像,并将提取的包括水印信息的环境影像传输给所述外部设备。
