伸缩结构、吸顶灯及灯具
技术领域
本申请涉及一种伸缩结构和采用该伸缩结构的吸顶灯及采用该吸顶灯的灯具。
背景技术
如今市面上很多家庭装修的房子已预留了灯具(吸顶灯灯具)接口,当消费者需要更换灯时,只需更换灯泡即可,不需更换灯具。但是,在实际生活中,各家庭装修房子时,预留的灯具接口内腔的深度不统一,因此现有的吸顶灯安装时具有一定限制,兼容性较低。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种伸缩结构,旨在便于将吸顶灯安装于预留的灯具接口。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种伸缩结构,应用于吸顶灯,所述吸顶灯包括灯体和与外部市电连接的灯头,所述伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,所述固定座固定安装于所述灯体靠近灯头的一端,且设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的通孔,所述活动座的一端与所述灯头固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔,所述弹性件的一端与所述灯体固定连接,另一端与所述活动座固定连接,且安装于所述通孔内。
可选地,固定座远离所述灯头的一端插合于所述灯体,所述灯体的内部还设有安装架,所述安装架一端插合于所述活动座,另一端与固定座抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述安装架,另一端安装于所述活动座远离灯体的一端。
可选地,安装架包括包括限位座和导向管,所述限位座安装于所述导向管的一端,并与所述固定座远离灯头的一端面抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述导向管的内腔,并与所述限位座固定连接;
所述活动座设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的导向槽,所述导向管远离限位座的一端插合于所述导向槽。
可选地,活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的端面设有挡板,所述挡板部分封堵所述通孔,所述凸缘与所述挡板接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座;或者,所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的内壁设有至少一挡块,所述凸缘与所述挡块接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
可选地,活动座与所述灯头之间还设有固定环,所述固定环固定套合于所述活动座的外周缘,所述固定环与所述固定座接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
可选地,通孔的内壁设有至少一沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的滑槽,所述活动座滑动安装于所述滑槽。
可选地,通孔靠近所述灯头的一端的内壁设有至少一锁紧槽,一所述锁紧槽位于一所述滑槽的一侧,且与所述滑槽连通;
所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘凸设有至少一滑块,所述滑块安装于所述滑槽,且沿所述滑槽滑动,所述滑块自所述滑槽滑动至所述锁紧槽时,抵持于所述锁紧槽的内槽壁,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
本申请还提供一种吸顶灯,所述吸顶灯包括灯体和与外部市电连接的灯头,所述灯体和伸缩结构,所述伸缩结构的固定座与所述灯体固定连接,所述伸缩结构的活动座与所述灯体连接,使所述灯头可沿所述灯体和所述灯头连线方向伸缩,其中,所述伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,所述固定座固定安装于所述灯体靠近灯头的一端,且设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的通孔,所述活动座的一端与所述灯头固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔,所述弹性件的一端与所述灯体固定连接,另一端与所述活动座固定连接,且安装于所述通孔内。
可选地,灯体包括主体、驱动电路板、盖板、光源组件及灯罩,所述主体一端与所述固定座连接,另一端设有一带开口的安装空间,所述驱动电路板固定安装于所述安装空间,所述盖板罩固定安装于所述安装空间,并盖于所述驱动电路板,所述光源组件固定安装于所述安装空间内,并朝向所述开口设置,所述灯罩与所述灯体固定连接,并封堵所述开口;且/或,所述主体的外周缘还套设有安装环。
本申请还提供一种灯具,包括灯座,所述灯座与所述外部市电电性连接,所述灯具还包括吸顶灯,所述吸顶灯与所述灯座固定连接,所述灯头与所述灯座电性连接,其中,所述吸顶灯包括灯体和与外部市电连接的灯头,所述灯体和伸缩结构,所述伸缩结构的固定座与所述灯体固定连接,所述伸缩结构的活动座与所述灯体连接,使所述灯头可沿所述灯体和所述灯头连线方向伸缩,其中,所述伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,所述固定座固定安装于所述灯体靠近灯头的一端,且设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的通孔,所述活动座的一端与所述灯头固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔,所述弹性件的一端与所述灯体固定连接,另一端与所述活动座固定连接,且安装于所述通孔内。
本申请技术方案伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,通过将固定座固定安装于灯体一朝向灯头的一端面,且设有沿灯体灯头连线方向的通孔,再通过将活动座的一端与灯头连接,另一端滑动安装于该通孔,使灯头与灯体之间的距离可以任意调节,再通过弹性件一端与所述灯体连接,另一端与所述活动座连接,使灯头与灯体之间产生弹性力,当灯头与消费者家庭装修预留的灯具接口固定连接时,灯体在弹性件的弹性形变力作用下,驱动活动座向灯体滑动,当灯体接触墙壁或预留的灯具的灯座的外壁时,抵持连接,将活动座固定于所述固定座,无需采用螺钉进行固定连接,安装简单方便,且适用于与各种内腔深度的预留灯具接口连接。

本申请提出一种伸缩结构50,应用于吸顶灯100,所述吸顶灯100包括灯体10和与外部市电连接的灯头30。
参照图1至11,该吸顶灯100包括灯体10和与外部市电连接的灯头30,所述伸缩结构50包括固定座51、活动座52及弹性件53,所述固定座51固定安装于所述灯体10靠近灯头30的一端,且设有沿灯体10和灯头30连线方向延伸的通孔511,所述活动座52的一端与所述灯头30固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔511,所述弹性件53的一端与所述灯体10固定连接,另一端与所述活动座52固定连接,且安装于所述通孔511内。
本申请技术方案伸缩结构50包括固定座51、活动座52及弹性件53,通过将固定座51固定安装于灯体10一朝向灯头30的一端面,且设有沿灯体10灯头30连线方向的通孔511,再通过将活动座52的一端与灯头30连接,另一端滑动安装于该通孔511,使灯头30与灯体10之间的距离可以任意调节,再通过弹性件53一端与所述灯体10连接,另一端与所述活动座52连接,使灯头30与灯体10之间产生弹性力,当灯头30与消费者家庭装修预留的灯具300接口3011固定连接时,灯体10在弹性件53的弹性形变力作用下,驱动活动座52向灯体10滑动,当灯体10接触墙壁或预留的灯具300的灯座301的外壁时,抵持连接,将活动座52固定于所述固定座51,无需采用螺钉进行固定连接,安装简单方便,且适用于各种预留灯具300接口3011的内腔5421深度。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,固定座51远离所述灯头30的一端插合于所述灯体10,所述灯体10的内部还设有安装架54,所述安装架54一端插合于所述活动座52,另一端与固定座51抵持连接,所述弹性件53的一端安装于所述安装架54,另一端安装于所述活动座52远离灯体10的一端;此处,弹性件53采用弹簧,所述安装架54一端插合于所述活动座52,另一端卡持于固定座51,再通过弹性件53连接安装架54和活动座52,使活动座52在弹性力的作用下,沿灯体10和灯头30的连线方向平稳滑动。
具体地,安装架54包括包括限位座541和导向管542,所述限位座541安装于所述导向管542的一端,并与所述固定座51远离灯头30的一端面抵持连接,所述弹性件53的一端安装于所述导向管542的内腔5421,并与所述限位座541固定连接;所述活动座52设有沿灯体10和灯头30连线方向延伸的导向槽523,所述导向管542远离限位座541的一端插合于所述导向槽523,此处,本申请实施例中,弹性件53安装于所述导向管542的内腔5421,再通过导向管542插合于所述导向槽523的连接方式,使活动座52只能沿灯头30与灯体10的连线方向运动,同理,弹性件53只能沿所述导向管542的延伸方向,及灯头30与灯体10的连线方向发生弹性形变,有效避免了弹性件53向其他方向发生形变,导致弹性件53卡死,折断不易滑动的现象产生。
进一步地,在本申请一实施例中,活动座52背离灯头30的一端的外周缘设有凸缘522,所述固定座51背离灯体10的一端的端面设有挡板512,所述挡板512部分封堵所述通孔511,所述凸缘522与所述挡板512接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座52限位于所述固定座51;或者,所述活动座52背离灯头30的一端的外周缘设有凸缘522,所述固定座51背离灯体10的一端的内壁设有至少一挡块513,所述凸缘522与所述挡块513接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座52限位于所述固定座51。此处,本申请实施例中的挡板512采用环形的挡板512,所述挡板512的内周缘于所述活动座52的外周缘接触,使活动座52于固定座51的通孔511内滑动时,不易晃动,再通过设有挡板512或挡块513与凸缘522抵持连接的方式,限制活动座52于固定座51内的滑动行程,避免活动座52从固定座51中脱离的现象产生。
可以理解的是,在实际应用过程中,所述挡块513不仅限于上述采用一个挡块513与所述凸缘522抵持连接的方式,例如也可采用多个沿所述固定座51周向间隔排布的挡块513;同理,所述的挡板512不仅限于所述环形的挡板512与所述凸缘522抵持连接的方式,例如,也可采用多个沿所述固定座51周向间隔排布的挡板512的形式,并且所述挡板512和所述挡块513可同时存在,当两者同时存在时,所述挡块513设于所述挡板512朝向所述灯体10的一侧。
进一步地,活动座52与所述灯头30之间还设有固定环55,所述固定环55固定套合于所述活动座52的外周缘,所述固定环55与所述固定座51接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座52限位于所述固定座51。此处,通过设有固定环55,有效避免了灯头30在弹性件53的弹性作用力下滑入所述固定座51的现象产生。
可以理解的是,在实际应用过程中,不仅限于上述实施例中采用在活动座52的外周缘套设有固定环55的形式,例如也可采用将灯头30的壁厚设计较大,从而使灯头30的外周缘直径大于所述固定座51的通孔511的直径。
进一步地,通孔511的内壁设有至少一沿灯体10和灯头30连线方向延伸的滑槽514,所述活动座52滑动安装于所述滑槽514。此处,通过在通孔511的内壁设有滑槽514,活动座52滑动安装于所述滑槽514,限制活动座52的运动方向,避免活动周发生轴向方向的转动。
可以理解的是,在实际应用过程中,也可在通孔511的内壁凸设有滑轨,活动座52滑动安装于所述滑轨的方式,实现限制活动座52沿轴向方向转动。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,通孔511靠近所述灯头30的一端的内壁设有至少一锁紧槽515,一所述锁紧槽515位于一所述滑槽514的一侧,且与所述滑槽514连通;所述活动座52背离灯头30的一端的外周缘凸设有至少一滑块521,所述滑块521安装于所述滑槽514,且沿所述滑槽514滑动,所述滑块521自所述滑槽514滑动至所述锁紧槽515时,抵持于所述锁紧槽515的内槽壁,将所述活动座52限位于所述固定座51。此处,通过设置有锁紧槽515,当所述吸顶灯100未安装时,所述滑块521滑至所述锁紧槽515,并抵持于所述锁紧槽515的内槽壁,避免活动座52沿所述固定座51运动,便于将灯头30安装于消费者装修时预留的灯具300接口3011,当灯头30安装完成时,只需要拉动所述活动杆再进行旋转,使滑块521滑至所述滑槽514时,所述弹性件53在形变力的驱动所述活动座52沿所述滑槽514向滑入所述固定座51,从而调节灯头30与灯体10之间的距离,当所述灯体10接触墙壁或预留的灯具300的灯座301时卡持连接,完成安装。
本申请还提供一种吸顶灯100,所述吸顶灯100包括灯体10和与外部市电连接的灯头30,所述灯体10和伸缩结构50,所述伸缩结构50的固定座51与所述灯体10固定连接,所述伸缩结构50的活动座52与所述灯体10连接,使所述灯头30可沿所述灯体10和所述灯头30连线方向伸缩,适用于各种预留灯具300接口3011的内腔5421深度。该伸缩结构50的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本吸顶灯100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
进一步地,灯体10包括主体11、驱动电路板14、盖板15、光源组件13及灯罩12,所述主体11一端与所述固定座51连接,另一端设有一带开口的安装空间,所述驱动电路板14固定安装于所述安装空间,所述盖板15罩固定安装于所述安装空间,并盖于所述驱动电路板14,所述光源组件13固定安装于所述安装空间内,并朝向所述开口设置,所述灯罩12与所述灯体10固定连接,并封堵所述开口。且/或,所述主体11的外周缘还套设有安装环16。此处,光源组件13包括基板和安装于基板之面向所述灯罩12的一表面的LED灯珠,所述安装环16颜色和图案根据用户需要任意选定,使吸顶灯100的外观可变化性增大。增强用户的使用体验感,同时盖板15罩盖于所述驱动电路板14,有效避免了所述驱动电路板14长期在光照条件下使用寿命较低的现象产生。其中,LED灯珠的数量可以根据用户需求采用多个LED间隔排布于所述基板之面向所述灯罩12的一表面,并与所述驱动电路板14电性连接。
可以理解的是,在实际应用过程中,本领域技术人员可对驱动电路板14加装控制电路以及PWM电路实现调控每一LED灯珠发射光线的强弱、频闪以及色彩等实现灯光效果; 同时,所述活动座朝向所述灯头的一端面和所述安装架朝向所述驱动电路板的一端面均设有过线孔5411,所述过线孔5411内设有导电线缆将所述驱动电路板与所述灯头电性连接。
本申请还提供一种灯具300,包括灯座301,所述灯座301与所述外部市电电性连接,所述灯具300还包括吸顶灯100,所述吸顶灯100与所述灯座301固定连接,所述灯头30与所述灯座301电性连接。所述灯座301包括灯具300接口3011和反光罩3012,所述吸顶灯100安装于天花板302或灯具300的灯座301的外部,使光效高,并且,灯座301反光罩3012不会将光照反射至灯体10,有效增强了吸顶灯100的使用寿命。该吸顶灯100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本灯具300采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

  1. 一种伸缩结构,应用于吸顶灯,所述吸顶灯包括灯体和与外部市电连接的灯头,其中,所述伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,所述固定座固定安装于所述灯体靠近灯头的一端,且设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的通孔,所述活动座的一端与所述灯头固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔,所述弹性件的一端与所述灯体固定连接,另一端与所述活动座固定连接,且安装于所述通孔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述固定座远离所述灯头的一端插合于所述灯体,所述灯体的内部还设有安装架,所述安装架一端插合于所述活动座,另一端与固定座抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述安装架,另一端安装于所述活动座远离灯体的一端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述安装架包括包括限位座和导向管,所述限位座安装于所述导向管的一端,并与所述固定座远离灯头的一端面抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述导向管的内腔,并与所述限位座固定连接;
    所述活动座设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的导向槽,所述导向管远离限位座的一端插合于所述导向槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的端面设有挡板,所述挡板部分封堵所述通孔,所述凸缘与所述挡板接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座;或者,所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的内壁设有至少一挡块,所述凸缘与所述挡块接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述活动座与所述灯头之间还设有固定环,所述固定环固定套合于所述活动座的外周缘,所述固定环与所述固定座接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。

  10. 如权利要求5所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述通孔的内壁设有至少一沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的滑槽,所述活动座滑动安装于所述滑槽。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的伸缩结构,其中,所述通孔靠近所述灯头的一端的内壁设有至少一锁紧槽,一所述锁紧槽位于一所述滑槽的一侧,且与所述滑槽连通;
    所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘凸设有至少一滑块,所述滑块安装于所述滑槽,且沿所述滑槽滑动,所述滑块自所述滑槽滑动至所述锁紧槽时,抵持于所述锁紧槽的内槽壁,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。

  13. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述固定座远离所述灯头的一端插合于所述灯体,所述灯体的内部还设有安装架,所述安装架一端插合于所述活动座,另一端与固定座抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述安装架,另一端安装于所述活动座远离灯体的一端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述安装架包括包括限位座和导向管,所述限位座安装于所述导向管的一端,并与所述固定座远离灯头的一端面抵持连接,所述弹性件的一端安装于所述导向管的内腔,并与所述限位座固定连接;
    所述活动座设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的导向槽,所述导向管远离限位座的一端插合于所述导向槽。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的端面设有挡板,所述挡板部分封堵所述通孔,所述凸缘与所述挡板接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座;或者,所述活动座背离灯头的一端的外周缘设有凸缘,所述固定座背离灯体的一端的内壁设有至少一挡块,所述凸缘与所述挡块接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述活动座与所述灯头之间还设有固定环,所述固定环固定套合于所述活动座的外周缘,所述固定环与所述固定座接触时抵持连接,将所述活动座限位于所述固定座。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述通孔的内壁设有至少一沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的滑槽,所述活动座滑动安装于所述滑槽。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其中,所述灯体包括主体、驱动电路板、盖板、光源组件及灯罩,所述主体一端与所述固定座连接,另一端设有一带开口的安装空间,所述驱动电路板固定安装于所述安装空间,所述盖板罩固定安装于所述安装空间,并盖于所述驱动电路板,所述光源组件固定安装于所述安装空间内,并朝向所述开口设置,所述灯罩与所述灯体固定连接,并封堵所述开口;且/或,所述主体的外周缘还套设有安装环。
  19. 一种灯具,包括灯座,所述灯座与所述外部市电电性连接,其中,所述灯具还包括吸顶灯,所述吸顶灯包括灯体和与外部市电连接的灯头,所述灯体和所述灯头之间设有伸缩结构,所述伸缩结构包括固定座、活动座及弹性件,所述固定座固定安装于所述灯体靠近灯头的一端,且设有沿灯体和灯头连线方向延伸的通孔,所述活动座的一端与所述灯头固定连接,另一端滑动安装于所述通孔,所述弹性件的一端与所述灯体固定连接,另一端与所述活动座固定连接,且安装于所述通孔内,所述伸缩结构的固定座与所述灯体固定连接,所述伸缩结构的活动座与所述灯体连接,使所述灯头可沿所述灯体和所述灯头连线方向伸缩,所述吸顶灯与所述灯座固定连接,所述灯头与所述灯座电性连接。
