一种反应釜简易报警切断安全装置,包括反应釜架(1)和电机(9),所述反应釜架(1)的上侧设置有反应釜体(3),所述反应釜体(3)的下侧表面设置有泄水口(2),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近中间位置处设置有搅拌扇(15),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近搅拌扇(15)的外侧设置有反应室(13),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近反应室(13)的外侧设置有水浴层(6);该装置方便合理,安全可靠,反应釜在进行反应时具有可控性,设备具有检测报警装置,以免反应过程中发生意外,可以通过观察压力表的变化和热电偶(10)的反馈,控制电机(9)和电热丝的功率,采用水浴加热使升温速度不能太快,尤其是搅拌速度,只允许缓慢升速,保证了反应的安全进行。

背景技术
反应釜的广义理解即有物理或化学反应的不锈钢容器,根据不同的工艺条件需求进行容器的结构设计与参数配置,设计条件、过程、检验及制造、验收需依据相关技术标准,以实现工艺要求的加热、蒸发、冷却及低高速的混配反应功能。反应釜是综合反应容器,根据反应条件对反应釜结构功能及配置附件的设计。从开始的进料-反应-出料均能够以较高的自动化程度完成预先设定好的反应步骤,对反应过程中的温度、压力、力学控制(搅拌、鼓风等)、反应物/产物浓度等重要参数进行严格的调控,其结构一般由釜体、传动装置、搅拌装置、加热装置、冷却装置、密封装置组成。
反应釜在进行反应时具有不可控性,所以需要检测报警装置,以免反应过程中发生意外,导致不良后果,造成损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种反应釜简易报警切断安全装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的反应釜在进行反应时具有不可控性,所以需要检测报警装置,以免反应过程中发生意外,导致不良后果,造成损失问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种反应釜简易报警切断安全装置,包括反应釜架和电机,所述反应釜架的上侧设置有反应釜体,所述反应釜体的下侧表面设置有泄水口,所述反应釜体的内侧靠近中间位置处设置有搅拌扇,所述反应釜体的内侧靠近搅拌扇的外侧设置有反应室,所述反应釜体的内侧靠近反应室的外侧设置有水浴层,所述反应釜体的内侧靠近水浴层的外侧设置有加热丝,所述加热丝的外侧靠近反应釜体的内侧设置 有保温层,所述反应室的上侧表面靠近左侧位置设置有泄压阀,所述泄压阀的左侧安装有气压表,所述电机的右侧表面靠近下端处安装有热电偶,所述热电偶的下侧设置有进料口,所述进料口的右侧靠近反应釜体的上侧安装有进水阀,所述搅拌扇的右侧靠近反应室的中间位置处安装有进料管,所述反应釜体的上侧表面安装有反应釜盖,所述电机的下侧设置有反馈调速装置,所述的上侧表面安装有釜盖螺母。所述反应釜盖的上侧安装有釜盖螺母,所述电机、加热丝和热电偶均与外部电源电性连接。
优选的,所述反应釜体与反应釜盖之间通过釜盖螺母固定连接。
优选的,所述搅拌扇与电机之间通过转轴转动连接。
优选的,所述进料口与反应釜体之间通过密封圈密封连接。
优选的,所述进水阀与水浴层之间通过密封管密封连接,泄压阀与反应室通过密封管密封连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型方便合理,安全可靠,反应釜在进行反应时具有可控性,设备具有检测报警装置,以免反应过程中发生意外,可以通过观察压力表的变化和热电偶的反馈,控制电机和电热丝的功率,采用水浴加热使升温速度不能太快,尤其是搅拌速度,只允许缓慢升速,这样就保证了反应的安全进行。

请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:包括反应釜架1和电机9,反应釜架1的上侧设置有反应釜体3,反应釜体3的下侧表面设置有泄水口2,反应釜体3的内侧靠近中间位置处设置有搅拌扇15,反应釜体3的内侧靠近搅拌扇15的外侧设置有反应室13,反应釜体3的内侧靠近反应室13的外侧设置有水浴层6,反应釜体3的内侧靠近水浴层6的外侧设置有加热丝5,加热丝5的外侧靠近反应釜体3的内侧设置有保温层4,反应室13的上侧表面靠近左侧位置设置有泄压阀7,泄压阀7的左侧安装有气压表8,电机9的右侧表面靠近下端处安装有热电偶10,热电偶10的下侧设置有进料口11,进料口11的右侧靠近反应釜体3的上侧安装有进水阀12,搅拌扇15的右侧靠近反应室13的中间位置处安装有进料管14,反应釜体3的上侧表面安装有反应釜盖16,电机9的下侧设置有反馈调速装置17,16的上侧表面安装有釜盖螺母18。反应釜盖16的上侧安装有釜盖螺母18所述电机9、加热丝5和热电偶10均与外部电源电性连接。
为了使得反应釜的整体气密性,本实施例中,优选的反应釜体3与反应釜盖16之间通过釜盖螺母18固定连接。
为了使得电机准确的控制反应搅拌扇的转速,本实施例中,优选的搅拌扇15与电机9之间通过转轴转动连接。
为了使得反应条件的密封性,本实施例中,优选的进料口11与反应釜体3之间通过密封圈密封连接。
为了使得反应过程中压力反馈的准确性,本实施例中,优选的进水阀12 与水浴层6之间通过密封管密封连接,泄压阀7与反应室13通过密封管密封连接
本实用新型中的热电偶10在工业生产过程中应用广泛,温度是需要测量和控制的重要参数之一。在温度测量中,热电偶10的应用极为广泛,它具有结构简单、制造方便、测量范围广、精度高、惯性小和输出信号便于远传等许多优点。另外,由于热电偶是一种有源传感器,测量时不需外加电源,使用十分方便,所以常被用作测量炉子、管道内的气体或液体的温度及固体的表面温度
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:本实用新型安装好过后,通过进料口11将物料顺着进料管14送到反应室13的底部,管关紧阀门,通过进水阀12在水浴层中冲入适量水,然后开动开关,在加热丝5的加热下,水浴层缓缓升温,整体对反应室加热,搅拌扇15在电机9的带动下对物料进行搅拌,发应进行过程中,若温度过高,气压过高,则通过泄气阀7泄压并发出响声,热电偶10将温度传入反馈调速装置17中对电机9进行调速,反应将缓慢下来,若持续升温升压,电机9停止旋转,反应釜3底部泄水口打开,停止对发应室的加热,必要时在进水口12加水冷却,以达到切断反应动力的条件。

  1. 一种反应釜简易报警切断安全装置,包括反应釜架(1)和电机(9),其特征在于:所述反应釜架(1)的上侧设置有反应釜体(3),所述反应釜体(3)的下侧表面设置有泄水口(2),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近中间位置处设置有搅拌扇(15),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近搅拌扇(15)的外侧设置有反应室(13),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近反应室(13)的外侧设置有水浴层(6),所述反应釜体(3)的内侧靠近水浴层(6)的外侧设置有加热丝(5),所述加热丝(5)的外侧靠近反应釜体(3)的内侧设置有保温层(4),所述反应室(13)的上侧表面靠近左侧位置设置有泄压阀(7),所述泄压阀(7)的左侧安装有气压表(8),所述电机(9)的右侧表面靠近下端处安装有热电偶(10),所述热电偶(10)的下侧设置有进料口(11),所述进料口(11)的右侧靠近反应釜体(3)的上侧安装有进水阀(12),所述搅拌扇(15)的右侧靠近反应室(13)的中间位置处安装有进料管(14),所述反应釜体(3)的上侧表面安装有反应釜盖(16),所述电机(9)的下侧设置有反馈调速装置(17),所述(16)的上侧表面安装有釜盖螺母(18)。所述反应釜盖(16)的上侧安装有釜盖螺母(18),所述电机(9)、加热丝(5)和热电偶(10)均与外部电源电性连接。
