Description

风道组件及具有该风道组件的冰箱
本申请要求了申请日为2017年06月29日,申请号为201710517043.0,发明名称为“风道组件及具有该风道组件的冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻储物领域,特别是涉及一种风道组件及具有该风道组件的冰箱。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高以及环境意识的增强,对冰箱的要求从满足低温制冷向食物的保鲜性能转移了。所以风冷冰箱逐步受到人们的青睐。对于风冷冰箱,食物的保鲜性能在很大的程度上取决于风冷冰箱储藏室内气流循环及箱内各个部分之间的温差。箱内气流循环合理,温差越小,则冰箱的保鲜性能越好。而决定冰箱的气流循环是否合理的关键部件就是风道,它决定了如何将风输送到储物间室内的合理位置处。在目前市面上的风冷冰箱风路设计中,大部分风冷冰箱是将蒸发器设置于一个单独的容纳室内,利用复杂的风道***将蒸发器的容纳室连通于各储物空间,造成现有风道***的设计比较复杂、结构比较大,且由于现有风道***结构的限制不能将风输送到预想的位置处。
发明内容
本发明目的旨在克服现有的风冷冰箱的至少一个缺陷,提供一种新颖的用于冰箱的风道组件,其具有特殊的风道***,可使冰箱的结构设计合理,且能够进行有效送风。
一方面,本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的风道组件,其包括后壳部,安装于所述后壳部前侧的第一前盖,以及安装于所述第一前盖前侧的第二前盖;所述后壳部与所述第一前盖共同限定出容装腔以及与所述容装腔连通的多个第一风道;所述第一前盖与所述第二前盖共同限定出至少一个与所述容装腔连通的第二风道;且所述容装腔配置成容纳出风装置;所述出风装置具有沿前后方向延伸的周壁部和设置于所述周壁部前端的第一轴向端部;所述周壁部上设置有多个第一出风口,所述第一轴向端部上设置有至少一个第二出风口;每个所述第一出风口配置成与至少一个所述第一风道连通,且每个所述第一风道与一个所述第一出风口连通;每个所述第二出风口配置成与一个或多个所述第二风道连通,且每个所述第二风道与一个或多个所述第二出风口连通。
可选地,所述后壳部包括后壳和设置于所述后壳内的至少一个风道桥接件;每个所述风道桥接件的前后两侧均配置成限定一个所述第一风道的部分或全部,以使该风道桥接件前侧的所述第一风道绕过该风道桥接件后侧的所述第一风道。
可选地,所述后壳具有后壁,从所述后壁的中部或上部向前延伸出的容装腔壁,从所述后壁向前延伸出的第一风道壁,以及从所述后壁向后延伸出的第三风道壁;所述风道桥接件为一个,且安装于所述后壳的上部,具有第四风道壁和从所述第四风道壁向前延伸的第五风道壁;且所述后壁、所述容装腔壁和所述风道桥接件以及所述第一前盖共同限定出所述容装腔;所述第四风道壁的后侧与所述第三风道壁共同限定出一所述第一风道,且该第一风道从所述容装腔向所述容装腔的后上方延伸;所述后壁、所述第四风道壁的前侧、所述第一风道壁和所述第五风道壁以及所述第一前盖共同限定出其余的每个所述第一风道。
可选地,多个所述第一出风口包括出风口一、出风口二和出风口三,所述出风口一设置于所述周壁部的上侧,所述出风口二和所述出风口三设置于所述出风口一的两侧;多个所述第一风道包括风道一、风道二、风道三、风道四和风道五;所述风道一为从所述容装腔向所述容装腔的后上方延伸的所述第一风道,且所述出风口一与所述风道一连通;所述风道二从所述出风口二向上倾斜延伸至所述后壳的上部的横向一侧,所述风道三从所述出风口二向上延伸后从所述风道桥接件上越过所述风道一向所述后壳的上部的横向另一侧延伸;所述风道四和所述风道五均从所述出风口三向下延伸,且所述风道四的末端处于所述风道五的末端的上侧或下侧。
可选地,所述第一前盖具有盖板以及从所述盖板向前延伸出的第二风道壁;所述盖板、所述第二风道壁以及所述第二前盖共同限定出至少一个所述第二风道;且所述盖板上设置有至少一个连通孔,每个所述第二出风口与一个所述连通孔相对齐,以使每个所述第二出风口经由一个所述连通孔与相对应的一个或多个所述第二风道连通。
可选地,所述第二风道为多个,所述第二出风口的数量为多个;所述盖板、所述第二风道壁以及所述第二前盖还共同限定出汇流分流腔,多个所述连通孔经由所述汇流分流腔与多个所述第二风道连通。
可选地,多个所述第二风道包括风道六和风道七;所述风道六和所述风道七从所述汇流分流腔的上侧分别向所述盖板的上部的横向两侧延伸。

另一方面,本发明提供了一种冰箱,其包括:
箱体,所述箱体内具有冷却空间和至少一个储物空间;
出风装置,所述出风装置具有沿所述箱体的纵向方向延伸的周壁部和设置于所述周壁部前端的第一轴向端部;所述周壁部上设置有多个第一出风口,所述第一轴向端部上设置有至少一个第二出风口;和
上述任一种风道组件,安装于所述箱体;所述出风装置安装于所述风道组件的容装腔;且
流出所述冷却空间的气流经由所述出风装置的多个所述第一出风口和所述多个第一风道流动至所述至少一个储物空间;流出所述冷却空间的气流经由所述出风装置的所述至少一个第二出风口和至少一个所述第二风道流动至所述至少一个储物空间。
本发明的风道组件及具有该风道组件的冰箱中因为风道组件具有两层风道,可使气流经两层风道进入冰箱的储物空间,特别是方便进入储物空间的多个位置处,特别便于送风位置的设计,使合理的位置能够得到送风。而且,每个风道的流道比较短,可显著降低风阻,提高送风顺畅性,能够为食物提供最佳的储存环境,减少食物的营养流失,并且能够减小冰箱的耗电,节约能源,降低噪音。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的风道组件200的示意性结构图。如图1所示,并参考图 3和图4,本发明实施例提供了一种用于冰箱的风道组件200。该风道组件200可包括后壳部210、安装于后壳部210前侧的第一前盖220,以及安装于第一前盖220前侧的第二前盖230。后壳部210与第一前盖220共同限定出容装腔以及与容装腔连通的第一风道层,第一风道层可具有多个第一风道。第一前盖220与第二前盖230共同限定出与容装腔连通的第二风道层,第二风道层可具有至少一个第二风道。第一前盖220可卡接于后壳部210,可通过螺钉等固定装置将第二前盖230固定于第一前盖220以及后壳部210。
本发明实施例的风道组件200可安装于冰箱的箱体100,后壳部210可卡接于箱体100。冰箱还可包括出风装置300。出风装置300具有沿前后方向延伸的周壁部310和设置于周壁部310前端的第一轴向端部320;周壁部310上设置有多个第一出风口311,第一轴向端部320上设置有至少一个第二出风口321。特别地,容装腔配置成容纳出风装置300。每个第一出风口311配置成与至少一个第一风道连通,且每个第一风道与一个第一出风口311连通。例如,部分第一出风口311中每个出风口连接两个第一风道,部分第一出风口311中每个出风口连接一个第一风道。每个第二出风口321配置成与一个或多个第二风道连通,且每个第二风道与一个或多个第二出风口321连通。例如,全部第二出风口321中每个出风口连接所有的第二风道,每个第二风道也与所有的第二出风口321连通;当然也可存在其它的连通方式。
为了便于多个第一风道的布局,后壳部210包括后壳211和设置于后壳211内的至少一个风道桥接件212。每个风道桥接件212的前后两侧均配置成限定一个第一风道的部分或全部,以使该风道桥接件212前侧的第一风道绕过该风道桥接件212后侧的第一风道。后壳211与风道桥接件212可一体注塑成型,也可单独成型再进行安装,单独成型可有利于出风装置300等的安装。
在一些具体的实施例中,后壳211具有后壁2111,从后壁2111的中部或上部向前延伸出的容装腔壁2112,从后壁2111向前延伸出的第一风道壁2113,以及从后壁2111向后延伸出的第三风道壁2114。风道桥接件212为一个,且安装于后壳211的上部,具有第四风道壁2121和从第四风道壁2121向前延伸的第五风道壁2122。后壁2111、容装腔壁2112和风道桥接件212以及第一前盖220共同限定出容装腔。第四风道壁2121的后侧与第三风道壁2114共同限定出一第一风道,且该第一风道从容装腔向容装腔的后上方延伸。后壁2111、第四风道壁2121的前侧、第一风道壁2113和第五风道壁2122以及第一前盖220共同限定出其余的每个第一风道。
例如,多个第一出风口311包括出风口一、出风口二和出风口三,出风口一设置于周壁 部310的上侧,出风口二和出风口三设置于出风口一的两侧。多个第一风道包括风道一241、风道二242、风道三243、风道四244和风道五245。风道一241为从容装腔向容装腔的后上方延伸的第一风道,且出风口一与风道一241连通。风道二242从出风口二向上倾斜延伸至后壳211的上部的横向一侧,风道三243从出风口二向上延伸后从风道桥接件212上越过风道一241向后壳211的上部的横向另一侧延伸。风道四244和风道五245均从出风口三向下延伸,且风道四244的末端处于风道五245的末端的上侧或下侧,优选地,风道四244的末端处于风道五245的末端的下侧。
在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,后壳部仅包括后壳,没有风道桥接件。后壳可具有:后壁,从后壁的中部或上部向前延伸出的容装腔壁,从后壁向前延伸出的第一风道壁。后壁、第一风道壁和第一前盖共同限定出每个第一风道。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一前盖220具有盖板221以及从盖板221向前延伸出的第二风道壁222。盖板221、第二风道壁222以及第二前盖230共同限定出至少一个第二风道;且盖板221上设置有至少一个连通孔2211,每个第二出风口321与一个连通孔2211相对齐,以使每个第二出风口321经由一个连通孔2211与相对应的一个或多个第二风道连通。进一步地,第二风道为多个,第二出风口321的数量为多个。盖板221、第二风道壁222以及第二前盖230还共同限定出汇流分流腔,多个连通孔2211经由汇流分流腔与多个第二风道连通。多个第二风道包括风道六246和风道七247;风道六246和风道七247从汇流分流腔的上侧分别向盖板221的上部的横向两侧延伸。
在本发明的一些实施例中,冰箱的箱体100内可具有至少一个储物空间。第二前盖230的前方优选可为储物空间。为了便于向第二前盖230前方的储物空间输送气流,第一前盖220上设置有多个开口朝前的第一送风口223,每个第一送风口223与一个相对应的第一风道的末端连通,且第一送风口223的数量小于或等于第一风道的数量。例如,风道一241的送风口可设置于风道组件200的上端面,仅需要用第一前盖220进行限定的第一风道才可与一个相应的第一送风口223连通。第二前盖230上设置有多个开口朝前的第二送风口231,每个第二送风口231与一个相对应的第二风道的末端连通。第一送风口223和第二送风口231的设置特别便于冰箱向风道组件200前侧的储物空间送风。
在本发明的一些实施例中,部分或全部第一出风口311中每个第一出风口311连通两个第一风道,以使流出该第一出风口311的气流流动至一储物空间的后部的横向两侧,以使气流尽可能地在储物间室内分布均匀。进一步地,部分或全部第二出风口321中每个第二出风口321连通两个第二风道,以使流出该第二出风口321的气流流动至一储物空间的后部的横 向两侧。
在本发明的一些进一步的实施例中,与每个第一送风口223连通的第一风道的至少末端部分,以及与每个第二送风口231连通的第二风道至少末端部分沿着气流的流动方向逐渐扩大。每个第一送风口223以及每个第二送风口231可为沿水平纵向方向延伸的长条形送风口。每个第一送风口223以及每个第二送风口231内也可设置分隔板,使送风口为多个送风小孔。
在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,盖板221上也可设置多个开口超前的第三送风口,每个第三送风口可与一个相对应的第一风道的始端和末端之间的任一位置处连通,也就是说,一些第一风道不仅可在其末端与储物间室连通,还可在其的其它位置处与储物间室连通。同样地,第二前盖230上可设置有多个开口朝前的第四送风口,每个第四送风口可与一个相对应的第二风道的始端和末端之间的任一位置处连通。
在本发明的一些实施例中,冰箱的箱体100内可具有冷却空间和压缩机仓。后壳部210的后方优选可为冷却空间,压缩机仓处于冷却空间的下方。后壳211的后壁2111可包括中下壁部分、上壁部分和连接壁部分。中下壁部分处于上壁部分的前侧,连接壁部分连接中下壁部分的上端和上壁部分的下端。这样设置可为蒸发器等的放置提供较大且合理的放置空间,以及便于出风装置300的安装,设计特别合理。后壳部210的下端具有向前延伸的回风风道部213,回风风道部具有一条或多条回风风道2131。回风风道部213先向前延伸然后向下倾斜延伸,以与箱体100下部的压缩机仓相适应。

例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,至少一个储物空间可包括处于上方的冷藏空间110和处于下方的冷冻空间130,冷冻空间130也可被分为上下依次设置的四层空间。在一些可选实施例中,上下依次设置的四层空间依次为上层托盘空间、上层抽屉空间、下层托盘空间和下层抽屉空间。也就是说,至少一个储物空间包括从上向下依次设置的上层托盘空间、上层抽屉空间、下层托盘空间和下层抽屉空间,以及设置于上层托盘空间上方的冷藏空间。上 层托盘空间和下层托盘空间处均可安装一托盘;上层抽屉空间和下层抽屉空间处均可安装一抽屉;冷藏空间110和冷冻空间130之间可设置一变温空间120,且用隔板间隔开;上层抽屉空间和下层托盘空间之间也设置有隔板。在一些替代性实施例中,上下依次设置的四层空间中可仅仅用隔板隔开。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,多个第一风道可在冷冻空间的多个位置处与冷冻空间连通,至少一个第二风道可与冷藏空间连通。在另一些实施方式中,部分第一风道可在冷冻空间的多个位置处与冷冻空间连通,至少一个第二风道可在冷冻空间的多个位置处与冷冻空间连通,其余第一风道可与冷藏空间连通。出风装置300和风道组件200的特殊结构可使气流经两层风道进入冰箱的储物空间,特别是方便进入储物空间的多个位置处,特别便于送风位置的设计,使合理的位置能够得到送风。出风装置300的第一出风口311和第二出风口321的位置设计,特别便于向两层风道送风,设计合理,结构紧凑。
在本发明的一些具体的实施例中,风道组件200的前方可为冷冻空间130。风道二242和风道三243与上层抽屉空间连通,具体地在上层抽屉空间的横向两侧向上层抽屉空间送风。风道四244与下层抽屉空间连通。风道六246和风道七247可与上层托盘空间连通,具体地在上层托盘空间的横向两侧向上层托盘空间送风。风道五245与下层托盘空间连通。风道一241可方便地利用风道与处于冷冻空间130上方的冷藏空间110连通,进一步地,风道一241的出风口也可设置风门。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,出风装置300还包括第二轴向端部330,设置于周壁部310的另一端,且第二轴向端部330上设置有进风口。优选地,冷却空间处于风道组件200的后侧。容纳空间的开口朝向后侧,进风口朝向冷却空间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,出风装置300还包括风机360,配置成促使气流从进风口进入周壁部310内。风机360优选为离心风机。出风装置300内风机360的设计可进一步使冰箱的结构紧凑,可有效扩大储物空间的体积。在本发明的一些优选的实施例中,出风装置300还包括调节部350,相对于周壁部310可转动地设置于周壁部310内,以在不同的运动位置处,对每个第一出风口311进行完全遮蔽、部分遮蔽或完全暴露,从而调整多个第一出风口311各自的出风面积。调节部350的设置能够对储物空间的送风量进行统一控制,可合理分配送风量,提高冰箱的制冷效果,以及保鲜效果。本发明的冰箱中由于出风装置的具有调节部,可能够对部分或全部第一出风口的气流量进行调节,进而对送入储物空间的冷量进行调节,不仅简化了结构,例如可省略现有风冷冰箱的风机、多个风门等结构。且能够对储物空间的送风量进行统一控制,可合理分配送风量,提高冰箱的制冷效果, 以及保鲜效果。出风装置内风机的设计可进一步使冰箱的结构紧凑,可有效扩大储物空间的体积。
在本发明的一些实施例中,周壁部310优先呈筒状,其可与第一轴向端部320和第二轴向端部330中的一个一体成型,另一个可卡接于周壁部310。周壁部310、第一轴向端部320和第二轴向端部330的整体结构也可被称为出风装置300的壳体。多个第二出风口321沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向依次设置,优选为均匀地依次设置。当然,多个第二出风口321也沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向也可为不均匀地设置。进一步地,第一轴向端部320包括中央部和处于中央部外侧的***部,为了便于出风,每个第二出风口321设置于***部。风机360可安装于中央部。优选地,每个第二出风口321可呈沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向延伸的环形段状。
在本发明的一些实施例中,周壁部310的处于每两个相邻的第二出风口321之间的周壁区段上设置有一个第一出风口311。这样设置可充分利用进入周壁部310内的气流,可保证进入第二出风口321的气流量,也可保证出风顺畅,防止进入第一出风口311和第二出风口321的气流产生严重的干涉,防止如较大噪音等不良现象产生。
为了使每个第二出风口321尽可能地进行轴向出风,即每个第二出风口321配置成轴向出风,***部可设置成包括平板部和至少一个引导部322。平板部上设置有至少一个第二出风口321。进一步地,在一些实施例中,每个引导部322从一个第二出风口321的临近周壁部310的边缘处向第一轴向端部320内侧且朝周壁部310的轴线倾斜地延伸出。引导部322可呈板状,也可被称为引导板。进一步地,每个引导部322的两端也可设置引导遮挡板。在另一些实施例中,每个引导部322从一个第二出风口321的远离周壁部310的边缘处向第一轴向端部320外侧且朝远离周壁部310的轴线的方向倾斜地延伸出。引导部322可呈板状,也可被称为引导板。进一步地,每个引导部322的两端也可设置引导遮挡板。引导部322的倾斜角度可为30°至60°,优选为40°、43°、45°、47°、50°等。中央部可呈平板状。在一些替代性实施例中,引导部322也可仅为引导气流流动的引导面,以简化第一轴向端部320的结构或便于第一轴向端部320的设计。
在本发明的一些实施例中,调节部350可包括一个或多个沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向间隔设置的遮挡部351,以及至少一个流通部352。遮挡部351和流通部352沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向依次设置,且一个或多个遮挡部351与至少一个流通部352围成一筒状结构。而且,调节部350设置于周壁部310的内侧,在转动到不同的转动位置处,使一个或多个遮挡部351对每个第一出风口311进行完全遮蔽、部分遮蔽或完全暴露,使气流经由至 少一个流通部352进入被部分遮蔽或完全暴露的第一出风口311。
具体地,遮挡部351可为遮挡片,每两个相邻的遮挡片之间的间隔、缺口或孔洞可为流通部352,特别地,当遮挡部351只有一个时,则相应的流通部352也只有一个。例如,调节部350可包括基部,设置于基部上的遮挡片。再例如,调节部350可包括一筒状件,且筒状件上开设有多个流通部352。筒状件的两端均可设置基部,以提高强度。进一步可选地,基部可用于转动地安装于第一轴向端部320或第二轴向端部330。例如,第一轴向端部320或第二轴向端部330的内表面上设置有环形凹槽,基部上可设置有与环形凹槽对应的环形凸起,以***环形凹槽便于转动。还可选地,基部可转动地安装于周壁部310的一端,当周壁部310与第一轴向端部320一体成型时,基部可转动地安装于周壁部310的靠近第二轴向端部330的一端。
在本发明的一些实施例中,出风装置300还可包括电机370和传动机构。电机370可设置于周壁部310的径向外侧。传动机构配置成将电机370输出的旋转运动传递至调节部350。例如,传动机构可优选为齿轮传动机构,调节部350的基部上设置有齿圈380(齿圈380可与基部一体成型),电机370的输出端可安装有齿轮,齿轮与齿圈380啮合,从而可使电机370带动齿圈380旋转,进而带动调节部350转动。进一步地,周壁部310的外侧可设置有电机容纳部,以容装电机370。
在本发明的一些实具体地施例中,出风口二、出风口一和出风口三沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向且可沿逆时针方向(以观察者从第一轴向端部320看向第二轴向端部330的视线为基准,即前后方向观察的视线为基准)依次间隔设置。且,出风口二与另外两个第一出风口311之间的距离均可为一个第一出风口311的长度。调节部350中,遮挡部351和流通部352的数量均为三个。三个遮挡部351分别为第一遮挡部、第二遮挡部和第三遮挡部。三个流通部352分别为第一流通部、第二流通部和第三流通部。遮挡部351和流通部352沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向且可沿逆时针方向依次间隔设置。第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部均配置成允许其完全遮蔽一个大小的第一出风口311的区域。第三遮挡部配置成允许其至少完全遮蔽两个大小的第一出风口311的区域,如第三遮挡部可遮蔽两个大小的第一出风口311的区域。第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部之间的流通部为第一流通部,配置成完全暴露一个大小的第一出风口311的区域。第二遮挡部和第三遮挡部之间的流通部为第二流通部,配置成完全暴露一个大小的第一出风口311的区域。第三遮挡部和第一遮挡部之间的流通部为第三流通部。在工作时,调节部350转动可使不同的第一出风口311处于打开状态,例如当第一遮挡部遮挡出风口一时,出风口二和出风口三可处于打开状态;再例如,当第二遮挡部遮挡出风口一 时,出风口二和出风口三均可处于关闭状态。
在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,出风口一与另外两个第一出风口311之间的距离均可为一个第一出风口311的长度的1/7至1/10。调节部350中,遮挡部351和流通部352的数量均为两个。两个遮挡部351分别为第一遮挡部、第二遮挡部。两个流通部352分别为第一流通部、第二流通部。遮挡部351和流通部352沿第一轴向端部320的周向方向且可沿顺时针方向依次间隔设置。第一遮挡部配置成允许其完全遮蔽一个第一出风口311。第二遮挡部配置成允许其至少完全遮蔽两个第一出风口311,如第二遮挡部可遮蔽三个第一出风口311以及每两个第一出风口311之间的周壁部310的连接段。第一流通部配置成完全暴露一个第一出风口311。第二流通部配置成可完全暴露三个第一出风口311。在工作时,调节部350转动可使不同的第一出风口311处于打开状态,例如当第一遮挡部遮挡出风口一时,出风口二和出风口三可处于打开状态;再例如,当第一流通部导通出风口一时,出风口二和出风口三均可处于关闭状态。
在本发明的一些实施例中,多个第一出风口311中任意两个第一出风口311的大小可相等也可不等。多个第二出风口321中任意两个第二出风口321的大小可相等也可不等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的风道组件,其特征在于,包括后壳部、安装于所述后壳部前侧的第一前盖以及安装于所述第一前盖前侧的第二前盖;所述后壳部与所述第一前盖共同限定出容装腔以及与所述容装腔连通的多个第一风道;所述第一前盖与所述第二前盖共同限定出至少一个与所述容装腔连通的第二风道;且所述容装腔配置成容纳出风装置;所述出风装置具有沿前后方向延伸的周壁部和设置于所述周壁部前端的第一轴向端部;所述周壁部上设置有多个第一出风口,所述第一轴向端部上设置有至少一个第二出风口;每个所述第一出风口配置成与至少一个所述第一风道连通,且每个所述第一风道与一个所述第一出风口连通;每个所述第二出风口配置成与一个或多个所述第二风道连通,且每个所述第二风道与一个或多个所述第二出风口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述后壳部包括后壳和设置于所述后壳内的至少一个风道桥接件;每个所述风道桥接件的前后两侧均配置成限定一个所述第一风道的部分或全部,以使该风道桥接件前侧的所述第一风道绕过该风道桥接件后侧的所述第一风道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述后壳具有后壁,从所述后壁的中部或上部向前延伸出的容装腔壁,从所述后壁向前延伸出的第一风道壁,以及从所述后壁向后延伸出的第三风道壁;所述风道桥接件为一个,且安装于所述后壳的上部,具有第四风道壁和从所述第四风道壁向前延伸的第五风道壁;且所述后壁、所述容装腔壁和所述风道桥接件以及所述第一前盖共同限定出所述容装腔;所述第四风道壁的后侧与所述第三风道壁共同限定出一所述第一风道,且该第一风道从所述容装腔向所述容装腔的后上方延伸;所述后壁、所述第四风道壁的前侧、所述第一风道壁和所述第五风道壁以及所述第一前盖共同限定出其余的每个所述第一风道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风道组件,其特征在于,多个所述第一出风口包括出风口一、出风口二和出风口三,所述出风口一设置于所述周壁部的上侧,所述出风口二和所述出风口三设置于所述出风口一的两侧;多个所述第一风道包括风道一、风道二、风道三、风道四和风道五;所述风道一为从所述容装腔向所述容装腔的后上方延伸的所述第一风道,且所述出风口一与所述风道一连通;所述风道二从所述出风口二向上倾斜延伸至所述后壳的上部的横向一侧,所述风道三从所述出风口二向上延伸后从所述风道桥接件上越过所述风道一向所述后壳的上部的横向另一侧延伸;所述风道四和所述风道五均从所述出风口三向下延伸,且所 述风道四的末端处于所述风道五的末端的上侧或下侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第一前盖具有盖板以及从所述盖板向前延伸出的第二风道壁;所述盖板、所述第二风道壁以及所述第二前盖共同限定出至少一个所述第二风道;且所述盖板上设置有至少一个连通孔,每个所述第二出风口与一个所述连通孔相对齐,以使每个所述第二出风口经由一个所述连通孔与相对应的一个或多个所述第二风道连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第二风道为多个,所述第二出风口的数量为多个;所述盖板、所述第二风道壁以及所述第二前盖还共同限定出汇流分流腔,多个所述连通孔经由所述汇流分流腔与多个所述第二风道连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风道组件,其特征在于,多个所述第二风道包括风道六和风道七;所述风道六和所述风道七从所述汇流分流腔的上侧分别向所述盖板的上部的横向两侧延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第一前盖上设置有多个开口朝前的第一送风口,每个所述第一送风口与一个相对应的所述第一风道的末端连通,且所述第一送风口的数量小于或等于所述第一风道的数量;所述第二前盖上设置有多个开口朝前的第二送风口,每个所述第二送风口与一个相对应的所述第二风道的末端连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述后壳部的下端具有向前延伸的回风风道部,所述回风风道部具有一条或多条回风风道。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内具有冷却空间和至少一个储物空间;
    出风装置,所述出风装置具有沿所述箱体的纵向方向延伸的周壁部和设置于所述周壁部前端的第一轴向端部;所述周壁部上设置有多个第一出风口,所述第一轴向端部上设置有至少一个第二出风口;和
    安装于所述箱体且如权利要求1所述的风道组件;所述出风装置安装于所述风道组件的容装腔;且
    流出所述冷却空间的气流经由所述出风装置的多个所述第一出风口和所述多个第一风道流动至所述至少一个储物空间;流出所述冷却空间的气流经由所述出风装置的所述至少一个第二出风口和至少一个所述第二风道流动至所述至少一个储物空间。
