Description

一种流动人员信息采集反馈方法、服务器及*** 技术领域
本发明涉及物联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种流动人员信息采集反馈方法、服务器及***。
背景技术
改革开放以来中国社会经济的快速变化推动了劳动力的流动,主要是从农村向城市、从欠发达地区向经济发达地区的流动。政策和制度变革放开了对农民到城镇务工的限制,降低了流动风险;经济转型和工业化以及经济全球化背景下的沿海劳动密集型产业的飞速发展,产生了巨大和持久的劳动力需求;农业现代化提高了农业生产率,降低了农业劳动强度、减少了对农业劳动力的需求;沿海地区和大城市在20世纪90年代最先完成人口转变,长期的低生育率导致新生劳动年龄人口逐渐减少,经济的快速增长又需要大量年轻劳动力;诸多因素共同推动了人口的流动。
在流动人口为流入地社会经济发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也出现了相应的社会问题。一方面,由于居住条件相对较差,收入相对较低,同时,当流动人口的劳动力超过流入地城市的需求量时,就会造成求职人口与就业机会有限的矛盾,这为社会治安埋下了隐患。另一方面,由于流动人口的户籍地并不在其长期工作、生活的城市,因此,并不能和当地居民一样享受相应的社会保障,面对自身权益受侵犯时,流动人口较难找到合法解决途径。
对于第一个问题,多数城市政府工作部门采用的做法是进行流动人口信息采集,既有被动式的要求流动人口自行登记信息,也有主动式的上门进行信息登记的方式,但总体效率较低,并且是政府工作部门对流动人口的单向工作,缺乏反馈性。对于第二个问题,多数城市政府工作部门采用的做法是社区宣传的方式,但现有居住环境和经济条件,宣传的覆盖程度和流动人口的接受率均较低。
发明内容
为了能够更高效地对流动人员进行信息采集,同时增加工作人员执法的透明性,使流动人员可以查询并接收到相应的官方执法信息,为其提供更方便的安全和保障途径,本发明提供了一种流动人员信息采集反馈方法、服务器及***。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种流动人员信息采集反馈方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
接收采集终端发送的流动人员的基本信息,其中,所述基本信息包括所述流动人员的居住地信息和联系方式;
创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目;
根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区 的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息;
将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。
本发明提供的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,采集终端在采集到流动人员的基本信息后发送给服务器,服务器根据基本信息确定流动人员所属辖区及辖区内的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息,并发送给流动人员,这样不仅增加了执法的透明性,使流动人员及时收到反馈信息,同时流动人员还能根据反馈获得的最近的治安部门和社会保障等部门的联系信息以及辖区内的治安事件信息,方便日后遇到相关问题时进行联系并提高安全与自我保护意识。

发送模块,用于将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。

所述摄像处理单元用于通过对所述二级居住地信息进行拍摄识别,以自动获得所述二级居住地信息。
定位模块可以自动获得居住地信息,相较于现在需要手动录入居住地信息,提高了采集工作的工作效率。

工作人员持采集终端120采集流动人员的基本信息,其中基本信息包括居住地信息和联系方式,居住地信息包括一级居住地信息和二级居住地信息,一级居住地信息包括小区、街坊或城中村名称,二级居住地信息包括楼栋号和房间号,并将上述基本信息通过物联网网络层100发送至服务器110。
服务器110用于处理来自采集终端120的基本信息,创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目,根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息,再将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过通过物联网网络层100发送给流动人员移动终端130。
流动人员通过流动人员移动终端130接收信息,流动人员移动终端130对应流动人员的联系方式,如果流动人员提供的联系方式为手机号码,则流动人员移动终端130收到服务器110发送来的反馈信息形式为短信,如果联系方式为其他形式,则收到相应其他形式的反馈信息。
当然,读者应理解,在上述流动人员信息采集反馈***中,物联网网络层100的主要功能是建立服务器110和采集终端120、流动人员移动终端130之间的数据传输通道,因此,在下文具体介绍流动人员信息采集反馈方法的流程中将不做详细介绍。而在本***中,主要执行功能的是服务器110。

具体地,至少一个采集终端通过物联网网络层与服务器建立通信传输通道,将采集到的流动人员的基本信息发送至服务器中。其中,基本信息包括居住地信息和联系方式,居住地信息包括一级居住地信息和二级居住地信息,一级居住地信息包括小区、街坊或城中村名称,二级居住地信息包括楼栋号和房间号,联系方式可以为手机号码、邮箱或其他常用联系方式。
步骤320,创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目。
具体地,根据流动人员的基本信息在服务器上为其建立对应的信息条目,信息条目包括上述基本信息。
步骤330,根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息。
具体地,首先根据居住地信息确定流动人员所在辖区,然后根据所在辖区确定辖区内的治安事件信息和治安部门、社会保障部门等部门的联系信息。
优选地,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的进出入所述所属辖区的时间信息。
所述提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息,具体包括:
根据所述时间信息提取所述所属辖区在所述时间信息对应时段的治安事件信息。
具体地,在采集流动人员的基本信息时,还可录入流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息,例如大概时间点或时间段,相应时间点或时间段均对应一个时段。例如流动人员每天进入所在辖区时间大概是十九点三十分,则相应时段为十九点至二十点。服务器根据流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息确定对应时段的所在辖区治安事件信息,如历史记录中的抢劫、盗窃等治安信息。
步骤340,将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。
其中,流动人员的联系方式和其所持移动终端对应,如果联系方式为手机号码,则其收到服务器发送来的反馈信息形式为短信,如果联系方式为其他形式,则收到相应其他形式的反馈信息。
优选地,还将普法知识和安全知识等通过联系方式不定期发送给流动人员移动终端。

如果流动人员请求查询采集工作的合法性,工作人员通过采集终端120输入自己的工作编号并生成合法性查询请求,并将其通过物联网网络层100发送至服务器110。
服务器110根据工作人员的工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接,再将其通过物联网网络层100发送至采集终端120。
采集终端120接收服务器110发送来的官方执法信息链接,并生成指示官方执法信息链接的二维码,供流动人员移动终端130扫码查询。
图5为本发明的第二实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈方法的流程示意图。
具体如图5所示,在上述实施例的基础上,该方法还包括:
步骤510,接收采集终端发送的包含工作人员的工作编号的合法性查询请求。
具体地,如果流动人员请求查询采集工作的合法性,工作人员可通过采集终端输入自己的工作编号并生成合法性查询请求,并将其发送至服务器。
步骤520,根据工作人员的工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接。
具体地,服务器预先存储有和每个工作人员编号对应的工作人员及其所属工作部门的***息,在收到采集终端发送来的合法性查询请求后,根据工作人员的工作编号确定官方执法信息,官方执法信息包括但不限于工作人员信息、工作部门信息、工作任务信息等证明采集工作合法性的信息。由于相关文字可能较为冗长,服务器生成包含上述信息的链接。
步骤530,将官方执法信息链接发送给采集终端。
具体地,服务器将官方执法信息链接发送给采集终端,采集终端可将此链接生成二维码,供流动人员持移动终端扫码查询,从而确定采集工作的合法性。
本发明的第二实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,采集终端可以根据流动人员的请求生成合法性查询请求并发送给服务器,服务器根据工作人员的工 作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接,采集终端可生成指示此链接的二维码,供流动人员持移动终端扫码查询。这样不仅增加了执法的透明性,使流动人员可以积极配合工作人员的工作。

具体如图6所示,在图3所示实施例的基础上,该方法包括:

具体地,在采集流动人员的基本信息时,还可录入流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息,例如大概时间点或时间段,相应时间点或时间段均对应一个时段。例如流动人员每天进入所在辖区时间大概是十九点三十分,则相应时段为十九点至二十点。服务器根据流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息确定对应时段的所在辖区治安事件信息,如历史记录中的抢劫、盗窃等治安信息。
步骤640,将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。
其中,流动人员的联系方式和其所持移动终端对应,如果联系方式为手机号码,则其收到服务器发送来的反馈信息形式为短信,如果联系方式为其他形式,则收到相应其他形式的反馈信息。
优选地,还将普法知识和安全知识等通过联系方式不定期发送给流动人员移动终端。
本发明的第三实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,采集终端在采集到流动人员的基本信息后发送给服务器,服务器根据基本信息确定流动人员所属辖区及辖区内的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息,并发送给流动人员,这样不仅增加了执法的透明性,使流动人员及时收到反馈信息,同时流动人员还能根据反馈获得的最近的治安部门和社会保障等部门的联系信息以及辖区内的治安事件信息,方便日后遇到相关问题时进行联系并提高安全与自我保护意识。另外,为了防止工作人员采集操作失误或者流动人员冒用他人信息,服务器会核对流动人员的生物识别信息,如果不匹配,将进行核对并重新采集,提高执法的准确性。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种流动人员信息采集反馈***,***包括服务器和采集终端。
图7为本发明提供的一个实施例的流动人员信息采集反馈***的服务器的结构示意图。如图7所示,该服务器包括:接收模块710、处理模块720和发送模块730。
接收模块710,用于接收采集终端发送的流动人员的基本信息,其中,所述基本信息包括所述流动人员的居住地信息和联系方式。
具体地,至少一个采集终端通过物联网网络层与服务器建立通信传输通道,将采集到的流动人员的基本信息发送至服务器中。其中,基本信息包括居住地信息和联系方式,居住地信息包括一级居住地信息和二级居住地信息,一级居住地信息包括小区、街坊或城中村名称,二级居住地信息包括楼栋号和房间号,联系方式可以为手机号码、邮箱或其他常用联系方式。
处理模块720,用于创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目,并根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息。
具体地,处理模块720根据流动人员的基本信息在服务器上为其建立对应的信息条目,信息条目包括上述基本信息。并首先根据居住地信息确定流动人员所在辖区,然后根据所在辖区确定辖区内的治安事件信息和治安部门、社会保障部门等部门的联系信息。
优选地,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的进出入所述所属辖区的时间信息。
处理模块720还具体用于根据所述时间信息提取所述所属辖区在所述时间信息对应时段的治安事件信息。
具体地,在采集流动人员的基本信息时,还可录入流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息,例如大概时间点或时间段,相应时间点或时间段均对应一个时段。例如流动人员每天进入所在辖区时间大概是十九点三十分,则相应时段为十九点至二十点。服务器根据流动人员进出所在辖区的时间信息确定对应时段的所在辖区治安事件信息,如历史记录中的抢劫、盗窃等治安信息。

其中,流动人员的联系方式和其所持移动终端对应,如果联系方式为手机号码,则其收到服务器发送来的反馈信息形式为短信,如果联系方式为其他形式,则收到相应其他形式的反馈信息。
优选地,发送模块730还用于将普法知识和安全知识等通过联系方式不定期发送给流动人员移动终端。
本发明的实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈***的服务器,采集终端在采集到流动人员的基本信息后发送给服务器,服务器根据采集终端发送的流动人员的基本信息确定流动人员所属辖区及辖区内的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息,并发送给流动人员,这样不仅增加了执法的透明性,使流动人员及时收到反馈信息,同时流动人员还能根据反馈获得的最近的治安部门和社会保障等部门的联系信息以及辖区内的治安事件信息,方便日后遇到相关问题时进行联系并提高安全与自我保护意识。
在上述实施例的基础上,作为本发明的一个优选实施例,所述基本信息还包 括所述流动人员的身份信息和生物识别信息。
所述处理模块,还具体用于检查所述采集终端发送的所述身份信息是否记录在已创建的所述信息条目中;
如果所述身份信息未记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的所述信息条目;
如果所述身份信息记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则比对所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息;
如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息匹配,则更新所述信息条目;
如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息不匹配,则通过所述发送模块发送提醒信息至所述采集终端。
本实施例的技术方案中,为了防止工作人员采集操作失误或者流动人员冒用他人信息,服务器会核对流动人员的生物识别信息,如果不匹配,将进行核对并重新采集,提高执法的准确性。
在上述实施例的基础上,作为本发明的一个优选实施例。
所述接收模块,还用于接收所述采集终端发送的包含工作人员的工作编号的合法性查询请求;
所述处理模块,还用于根据所述工作人员的所述工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接;
所述发送模块,还用于将所述官方执法信息链接发送给所述采集终端。
本实施例的技术方案中,采集终端可以根据流动人员的请求生成合法性查询请求并发送给服务器,服务器根据工作人员的工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接,采集终端可生成指示此链接的二维码,供流动人员持移动终端扫码查询。这样不仅增加了执法的透明性,使流动人员可以积极配合工作人员的工作。
图8为本发明提供的一个实施例的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端的结构示意图。
具体如图8所示,该采集终端包括:定位模块810、信息录入模块820以及通信模块830。
定位模块810,用于获得流动人员的居住地信息,并发送给信息录入模块820。
具体地,工作人员在开始对流动人员进行信息采集前,定位模块810通过GPS定位,可以自动获得流动人员所在居住地信息,信息录入模块820可以直接录入居住地信息。
信息录入模块820,用于录入流动人员的基本信息。
具体地,在执法过程中,工作人员通过信息录入模块820录入流动人员的身份信息、生物识别信息和联系方式等其他信息。
优选地,信息录入模块820还具有离线保存的功能,既能将采集到的基本信息实时发送至服务器,也可以将基本信息保存于采集终端本身。
通信模块830,用于将流动人员的基本信息发送至服务器并接收来自所述服务器的信息。
具体地,在和服务器建立通信连接后,将信息录入模块录入的工作人员的工作编号和流动人员的身份信息、居住地信息、生物识别信息和联系方式发送至服务器。
优选地,通信模块830还用于接收服务器发送的由于生物识别信息不匹配产生的提醒信息。
本发明的实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端,可以自动获得流动人员的居住地信息及其他基本信息,提高了信息采集过程的自动化程度,另外服务器可以根据居住地信息实现相应信息提取功能。
图9为本发明提供的另一个实施例的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端的结构示意图。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图9所示,本实施例的采集终端包括:定位模块910、信息录入模块920以及通信模块930,定位模块910包括GPS定位单元911和摄像处理单元912。
定位模块910,用于获得流动人员的居住地信息,并发送给信息录入模块820。
具体地,工作人员在开始对流动人员进行信息采集前,定位模块910通过GPS定位,可以自动获得流动人员所在居住地信息,信息录入模块920可以直接录入居住地信息。
优选地,居住地信息包括一级居住地信息和二级居住地信息,一级居住地信息包括小区、街坊或城中村名称,二级居住地信息包括楼栋号和房间号。
GPS定位单元911,用于通过GPS定位以自动获得所述居住地信息中的一级居住地信息。
具体地,GPS定位单元911通过GPS定位以自动获得流动人员所在小区、街坊或城中村名称。
优选地,GPS定位单元911还可用于追踪遗失的采集终端。由于采集终端存储有大量公民基本信息,如果采集终端不慎遗失,可以通过其自带的GPS定位单元911实现定位追回,提高安全性。
摄像处理单元912,用于对通过对所述二级居住地信息进行拍摄识别以自动获得所述二级居住地信息。
具体地,摄像处理单元912通过对流动人员所在楼栋号和房间号进行拍摄识别以自动获得所述二级居住地信息。
优选地,摄像处理单元912还可以通过拍照功能完成对流动人员相关生物识别信息,包括但不限于面部特征,的记录。
信息录入模块920,用于录入流动人员的基本信息。
具体地,在执法过程中,工作人员通过信息录入模块920录入流动人员的身份信息、生物识别信息和联系方式等其他信息。
优选地,信息录入模块920还具有离线保存的功能,既能将采集到的基本信息实时发送至服务器,也可以将基本信息保存于采集终端本身。
通信模块930,用于将流动人员的基本信息发送至服务器并接收来自所述服务器的信息。
具体地,在和服务器建立通信连接后,将信息录入模块录入的工作人员的工作编号和流动人员的身份信息、居住地信息、生物识别信息和联系方式发送至服务器。
优选地,通信模块930还用于接收服务器发送的由于生物识别信息不匹配产生的提醒信息。
本发明的实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端,可以自动获得流动人员的一级、二级居住地信息及其他基本信息,提高了信息采集过程的自动化程度,另外服务器可以根据一级、二级居住地信息实现相应功能。
图10为本发明提供的再一个实施例的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端的结构示意图。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图10所示,本实施例的采集终端包括:定位模块1010、信息录入模块1020,通信模块1030及二维码生成模块1040。
定位模块1010,用于获得流动人员的居住地信息,并发送给信息录入模块1020。
信息录入模块1020,还用于录入工作人员的工作编号并生成包含所述工作编号的合法性查询请求。
具体地,如果流动人员请求查询采集工作的合法性,工作人员可通过信息录入模块1020输入自己的工作编号并生成合法性查询请求。
通信模块1030,还用于将合法性查询请求发送给服务器,并接收由所述服务器发送的官方执法信息链接。
具体地,信息录入模块1020生成合法性查询请求后,传输给通信模块1030发送至服务器,通信模块1030接收到服务器发送来的官方执法信息链接后,传输给二维码生成模块1040。官方执法信息包括但不限于工作人员信息、工作部门信息、工作任务信息等证明采集工作合法性的信息。
二维码生成模块1040,用于生成指示所述官方执法信息链接的二维码。
具体地,在接收到通信模块1030传输来的官方执法信息链接后,二维码生成模块1040生成指示所述官方执法信息链接的二维码,流动人员可以持移动终端进行扫码查询。
本发明的实施例提供的流动人员信息采集反馈***的采集终端,可以自动获 得流动人员的居住地信息及其他基本信息,提高了信息采集过程的自动化程度,同时采集终端的二维码生成功能可以生成执法证明信息供流动人员查询,提高了执法工作的透明度,另外服务器可以根据居住地信息实现相应功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种流动人员信息采集反馈方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    接收采集终端发送的流动人员的基本信息,其中,所述基本信息包括所述流动人员的居住地信息和联系方式;
    创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目;
    根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息;
    将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,其特征在于,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的进出入所述所属辖区的时间信息;
    所述提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息,具体包括:
    根据所述时间信息提取所述所属辖区在所述时间信息对应时段的治安事件信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,其特征在于,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的身份信息和生物识别信息;
    在执行所述创建包括所述基本信息的流动人员信息条目的步骤前,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    检查所述采集终端发送的所述身份信息是否记录在已创建的所述信息条目中;
    如果所述身份信息未记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则执行所述创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目的步骤;
    如果所述身份信息记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则比对所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息;
    如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息匹配,则更新所述信息条目;
    如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息不匹配,则发送提醒信息至所述采集终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的流动人员信息采集反馈方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    接收所述采集终端发送的包含工作人员的工作编号的合法性查询请求;
    根据所述工作人员的所述工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接;
    将所述官方执法信息链接发送给所述采集终端。
  5. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    接收模块,用于接收采集终端发送的流动人员的基本信息,所述基本信息包 括所述流动人员的居住地信息和联系方式;
    处理模块,用于创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的信息条目,根据所述流动人员的所述居住地信息确定其所属辖区,并提取所述所属辖区的治安事件信息及治安保障部门的联系信息;
    发送模块,用于将提取的所述治安事件信息和所述联系信息通过所述联系方式发送给所述流动人员的移动终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的进出入所述所属辖区的时间信息;
    所述处理模块具体用于根据所述时间信息提取所述所属辖区在所述时间信息对应时段的治安事件信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述基本信息还包括所述流动人员的身份信息和生物识别信息;
    所述处理模块,还具体用于检查所述采集终端发送的所述身份信息是否记录在已创建的所述信息条目中;
    如果所述身份信息未记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则创建包括所述基本信息的所述流动人员的所述信息条目;
    如果所述身份信息记录在已创建的所述信息条目中,则比对所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息;
    如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息匹配,则更新所述信息条目;
    如果所述采集终端发送的所述生物识别信息和所述信息条目中的所述生物识别信息不匹配,则通过所述发送模块发送提醒信息至所述采集终端。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述采集终端发送的包含工作人员的工作编号的合法性查询请求;
    所述处理模块,还用于根据所述工作人员的所述工作编号确定包含工作人员信息和工作部门信息的官方执法信息,并生成官方执法信息链接;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述官方执法信息链接发送给所述采集终端。
  9. 一种流动人员信息采集反馈***,其特征在于,所述***包括采集终端和如权利要求5至8任一项所述的服务器;所述采集终端包括:
    定位模块,用于自动获得所述居住地信息;
    信息录入模块,用于录入所述流动人员的所述基本信息;
    通信模块,用于将所述基本信息发送至所述服务器并接收来自所述服务器的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的信息采集反馈***,其特征在于,所述采集终端还包括二维码生成模块,
    所述信息录入模块,还用于录入所述工作人员的所述工作编号并生成包含所述工作编号的所述合法性查询请求,
    所述通信模块,还用于向所述服务器发送所述合法性查询请求,并接收由所述服务器发送的所述官方执法信息链接,所述官方执法信息包括工作人员信息和工作部门信息,
    所述二维码生成模块,用于生成指示所述官方执法信息链接的二维码。
