Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un serveur et un système de rétroaction suite à une acquisition d'informations de personne mobile. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir des informations de base d'une personne mobile envoyées par un terminal de collecte, ces informations de base incluant des informations d'adresse de résidence et un mode de contact de la personne mobile ; à créer un élément d'informations pour la personne mobile, incluant les informations de base ; à déterminer, selon les informations d'adresse de résidence de la personne mobile, la zone de juridiction qui leur est associée, et à extraire des informations d'incident de sécurité et des informations de contact du département de sécurité publique de la zone de juridiction associée ; et à envoyer les informations d'incident de sécurité et les informations de contact extraites à la personne mobile au moyen du mode de contact. Ainsi, le problème de l'impossibilité pour une personne mobile de recevoir rapidement des informations de rétroaction efficaces après que des informations ont été collectées auprès d'elle est résolu.
