Description

卷曲式柔性显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种卷曲式柔性显示装置。
背景技术
在显示技术领域,液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)与有机发光二极管显示屏(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)等已经逐步取代阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)显示屏。
其中,OLED显示屏具有自发光、驱动电压低、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高、近180°视角、使用温度范围宽,可实现柔性显示与大面积全色显示等诸多优点,带动了柔性显示技术的发展。
近年来,柔性显示技术的开发极大地促进了未来显示技术向更加轻便、多样化的方向发展。卷曲式柔性显示装置由于可以对柔性显示屏幕进行卷曲收纳,能够最大限度地节省空间,便于用户携带,成为未来显示技术发展的热点之一。
目前,已有部分相关专利设计见诸报道,例如:
美国公开专利US20150340004和US20150047796公开了一种单轴卷曲的显示设备,这两个专利均采用多屏幕设计,通过在卷曲收纳壳体上设置单独一个小屏幕和按键来提供待机交互画面和显示控制界面,实现对卷曲柔性显示屏的交互与控制,这样会增加工艺难度,且增加整体成本;
另一美国公开专利US20160187929在卷曲屏幕末端设置交互区域,使卷曲屏幕在收纳起来时可通过该交互区域进行部分功能显示,但屏幕末端需使用特殊结构夹持,表现为突起状态,影响装置的整体美观,给握持带来不便,且交互区域的面积较小,使用户交互体验下降。
因此,有必要对现有的卷曲式柔性显示装置进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,能够增加人机交互界面的面积,改善用户交互体验,降低工艺难度,降低生产成本,且外形更加美观,用户握持舒适度明显改善。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括:
一柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏的末端具有一圆弧弯曲区域,该圆弧 弯曲区域具有显示与触控功能作人机交互界面之用;

当收纳壳体收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏时,所述限位固定组件将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上。
所述收纳壳体设有狭缝形的开口供柔性显示屏穿过;所述收纳壳体内的旋转机构连接柔性显示屏的首端。
所述收纳壳体呈圆筒状。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括一柔性显示屏、一收纳壳体、及一限位固定组件;所述柔性显示屏的末端设置成具有显示与触控功能的圆弧弯曲区域作人机交互界面之用,所述限位固定组件包括设在所述收纳壳体外表面上的第一构件、及设在柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域背面的与所述第一构件配合的第二构件,第二构件呈圆弧形,且第二构件的弧度和所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度一致;当收纳壳体收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏时,所述限位固定组件将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,相比现有的多屏幕设计,本发明仅使用一块柔性显示屏实现显示与人机交互的功能,一屏多用降低材料成本,降低工艺难度,柔性显示屏的末端的圆弧弯曲区域既能够增加人机交互界面的面积,改善用户交互体验,又能够有效减小柔性显示屏卷曲后所占的空间,使卷曲式柔性显示装置外形更加美观,更加便携,明显改善用户的握持舒适度。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请同时参阅图1、图2、图4、与图5,本发明提供一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括一柔性显示屏1、一收纳壳体3、及一限位固定组件5。
所述柔性显示屏1的末端具有一圆弧弯曲区域11,该圆弧弯曲区域11具有显示与触控功能作人机交互界面之用。
请参阅图6,所述收纳壳体3内设有包括转轴及驱动转轴的动力部件的旋转机构7,所述收纳壳体3内的旋转机构7用于卷绕柔性显示屏1使柔性显示屏1呈卷曲状态,所述收纳壳体3用于收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏1。具体地,所述收纳壳体3呈圆筒状;所述收纳壳体3设有狭缝形的开口31供柔性显示屏1穿过;所述收纳壳体3内的旋转机构7连接柔性显示屏1的首端。
所述限位固定组件5包括设在所述收纳壳体3外表面上的第一构件51、及设在所述柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11背面的与所述第一构件51配合的第二构件53;第二构件53呈圆弧形,且第二构件53的弧度和所述柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11的弧度一致;进一步地,所述第一构件51亦呈圆弧形,且第一构件51的弧度和第二构件53的弧度一致。
如图4所示,当本发明的卷曲式柔性显示装置处于展开状态时,所述柔性显示屏1除去首端与末端的主体部分显示供用户观看的画面,作为人机交互界面的柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11显示时间等辅助信息,供用户以触控方式进行控制操作,且该圆弧弯曲区域11还可以为用户将柔性显示屏1从收纳壳体3拉出时提供握持着力点。
如图5所示,当收纳壳体3收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏1时,所述限位固定组件5将柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11贴合、固定在收纳壳体3的外表面上继续用作人机交互界面。
结合图3A与图3B,所述柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11的弧度可在10°~180°之间选择,选择的弧度越大,则作为人机交互界面的柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11的面积越大。
相比现有的多屏幕设计,本发明的卷曲式柔性显示装置仅使用一块柔性显示屏1实现显示与人机交互的功能,一屏多用降低材料成本,降低工艺难度,柔性显示屏1的末端的圆弧弯曲区域11既能够增加人机交互界面的面积,改善用户交互体验,又能够有效减小柔性显示屏1卷曲后所占的空间,使卷曲式柔性显示装置外形更加美观,更加便携,明显改善用户的握持舒适度。
具体地,所述限位固定组件5可通过磁力吸附形式将柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11贴合、固定在收纳壳体3的外表面上,所述第一构件51、第二构件53的其中之一为铁片,另一个为电磁铁片。以第一构件51为铁片,第二构件53为电磁铁片为例,当需要将卷曲的柔性显示屏1从收纳壳体3内拉出时,用户触摸作为人机交互界面的柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11中相应的触控区域,发出信号使电磁铁片即第二构件53断电,电磁铁片与铁片即第一构件51二者之间的吸引力消失,可握持着所述柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11将柔性显示屏1展开,反之,在柔性显示屏1被卷曲收纳起来之后,用户触摸作为人机交互界面的柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11中相应的触控区域,发出信号使电磁铁片即第二构件53上电,电磁铁片与铁片即第一构件51二者相吸,使柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11贴合、固定在收纳壳体3的外表面上。
所述限位固定组件5也可以通过魔术贴粘扣形式将柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11贴合、固定在收纳壳体3的外表面上,所述第一构件51、第二构件53的其中之一为魔术贴毛面,另一个为魔术贴钩面。用户可手动对魔术贴粘扣进行拉开、或粘贴操作以实现柔性显示屏1的展开、或卷曲收纳之后与收纳壳体3外表面的贴合、固定。
所述限位固定组件5还可以通过机械卡扣形式将柔性显示屏1末端的圆弧弯曲区域11贴合、固定在收纳壳体3的外表面上,所述第一构件51为卡槽、所述第二构件53为锁扣。用户可手动对卡扣进行分离、或***操作以实现柔性显示屏1的展开、或卷曲收纳之后与收纳壳体3外表面的贴合、固定。
综上所述,本发明的卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括一柔性显示屏、一收纳壳体、及一限位固定组件;所述柔性显示屏的末端设置成具有显示与触控功能的圆弧弯曲区域作人机交互界面之用,所述限位固定组件包括设在所述收纳壳体外表面上的第一构件、及设在柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域背面的与所述第一构件配合的第二构件,第二构件呈圆弧形,且第二构件的弧度和所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度一致;当收纳壳体收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏时,所述限位固定组件将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,相比现有的多屏幕设计,本发明仅使用一块柔性显示屏实现显示与人机交互的功能,一屏多用降低材料成本,降低工艺难度,柔性显示屏的末端的圆弧弯曲区域既能够增加人机交互界面的面积,改善用户交互体验,又能够有效减小柔性显示屏卷曲后所占的空间,使卷曲式柔性显示装置外形更加美观,更加便携,明显改善 用户的握持舒适度。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括:
    一柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏的末端具有一圆弧弯曲区域,该圆弧弯曲区域具有显示与触控功能作人机交互界面之用;
    一收纳壳体,所述收纳壳体内设有旋转机构,所述收纳壳体内的旋转机构用于卷绕柔性显示屏,所述收纳壳体用于收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏;
    以及一限位固定组件,所述限位固定组件包括设在所述收纳壳体外表面上的第一构件、及设在所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域背面的与所述第一构件配合的第二构件;第二构件呈圆弧形,且第二构件的弧度和所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度一致;
    当收纳壳体收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏时,所述限位固定组件将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述收纳壳体设有狭缝形的开口供柔性显示屏穿过;所述收纳壳体内的旋转机构连接柔性显示屏的首端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述收纳壳体呈圆筒状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一构件呈圆弧形,且第一构件的弧度和第二构件的弧度一致。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过磁力吸附形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件、第二构件的其中之一为铁片,另一个为电磁铁片。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过魔术贴粘扣形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件、第二构件的其中之一为魔术贴毛面,另一个为魔术贴钩面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过机械卡扣形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件为卡槽、所述第二构件为锁扣。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度为10°~180°。
  9. 一种卷曲式柔性显示装置,包括:
    一柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏的末端具有一圆弧弯曲区域,该圆弧弯曲区域具有显示与触控功能作人机交互界面之用;
    一收纳壳体,所述收纳壳体内设有旋转机构,所述收纳壳体内的旋转机构用于卷绕柔性显示屏,所述收纳壳体用于收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏;
    以及一限位固定组件,所述限位固定组件包括设在所述收纳壳体外表面上的第一构件、及设在所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域背面的与所述第一构件配合的第二构件;第二构件呈圆弧形,且第二构件的弧度和所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度一致;
    当收纳壳体收纳卷曲的柔性显示屏时,所述限位固定组件将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上;
    其中,所述收纳壳体设有狭缝形的开口供柔性显示屏穿过;所述收纳壳体内的旋转机构连接柔性显示屏的首端;
    其中,所述收纳壳体呈圆筒状;
    其中,所述第一构件呈圆弧形,且第一构件的弧度和第二构件的弧度一致;
    其中,所述柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域的弧度为10°~180°。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过磁力吸附形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件、第二构件的其中之一为铁片,另一个为电磁铁片。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过魔术贴粘扣形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件、第二构件的其中之一为魔术贴毛面,另一个为魔术贴钩面。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的卷曲式柔性显示装置,其中,所述限位固定组件通过机械卡扣形式将柔性显示屏末端的圆弧弯曲区域贴合、固定在收纳壳体的外表面上,所述第一构件为卡槽、所述第二构件为锁扣。
