一种螺旋搅拌装置
本申请要求在2018年01月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201820063352.5、发明名称为“一种螺旋搅拌装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工领域,尤其涉及一种日用化工领域的搅拌的装置。
背景技术
目前,在化肥生产企业中,使用的化肥油剂防结块剂都是胺片或膏状类的,胺片或膏状类的油剂防结块剂常温下成固态,需要先将油剂防结块剂加热融化,然后再送入包膜机进行喷涂。
防结块剂的加热一般在搅拌加热釜中进行,加热温度至少需要80℃才能进行喷涂,并且采用折叶桨式搅拌器作为搅拌器,虽然搅拌釜中装有加热装置,但是由于防结块剂在加热搅拌过程中,防结块剂短时间内难以完全融化,折叶桨式搅拌器在加热搅拌釜中不容易搅拌,折叶桨式搅拌器受到较大的阻力,发动机不容易转动,严重时会还会对发动机造成损坏,同时造成防结块剂的受热不均匀以及在喷涂时候喷涂不均匀的情况出现。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供解决以上任何一个问题的一种螺旋搅拌装置。
一种螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌釜和搅拌桨,其中,所述搅拌桨包括搅拌轴和搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片呈螺旋状结构设置在所述搅拌轴的第一端,所述搅拌轴的第一端位于所述搅拌釜内,所述搅拌轴的第二端伸出所述搅拌釜外、且与所述电机连接。
其中,所述螺旋搅拌装置还包括加热管道,所述加热管道在所述搅拌釜内呈螺旋状设置,且所述加热管道的入口和出口均设置在所述搅拌釜外。
其中,所述加热管道的高度为所述搅拌釜的高度的1/5-3/5。
其中,所述搅拌叶片的螺旋直径小于所述加热管道的螺旋直径。
其中,所述搅拌叶片的螺旋直径为所述搅拌釜的直径的1/4-1/3。
其中,所述搅拌叶片的高度小于所述搅拌釜的高度、且所述搅拌叶片的两端均与所述搅 拌釜的端部悬空设置。
其中,所述搅拌叶片的材质为碳钢或不锈钢。
其中,所述螺旋搅拌装置适用于胺片状或膏状物品的搅拌。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用一种新型螺旋搅拌装置,当膏状或者片状的防结块剂遇到搅拌桨的螺旋桨叶时,防结块剂固体直接被切割,其切削效果好,相较传统的折叶式的搅拌桨而言,其阻力小,增加了搅拌面积,并且由于其阻力小,与搅拌桨相连的电机很容易被带动起来,其热损耗低,电机的效率高,搅拌桨的搅拌效率高。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明的基本思想是,改进搅拌器的搅拌桨,通过使用一种新型的螺旋结构来解决上述问题。
下面结合附图,详细说明该螺旋搅拌装置。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种螺旋搅拌装置,该螺旋搅拌装置可以包括电机1、搅拌釜2和搅拌桨3,其中,搅拌桨3包括搅拌轴32和搅拌叶片31,搅拌叶片31呈螺旋状结构设置在搅拌轴32的第一端321,搅拌轴32的第一端321位于搅拌釜2内,搅拌轴32的第二端322伸出搅拌釜2外、且与电机1连接。
根据实际生产的要求,防结块剂还需要进行加热处理,以便于接下来对化肥的喷涂,所以螺旋搅拌装置还可以包括加热管道4,加热管道4在搅拌釜2内螺旋设置,且加热管道4的入口41和出口42均设置在搅拌釜2外。这里的加热管道4一般是指蒸汽盘管,与传统的夹层加热釜相比其热效率高,单位时间内防结块剂熔化效率高。
其中,加热管道4的高度可以为搅拌釜2的高度的1/5-3/5。
经过多次的实验测试可以得出:当搅拌叶片31的螺旋直径为搅拌釜2的直径的1/4-1/3,搅拌叶片31的螺旋直径小于加热管道4的螺旋直径,搅拌叶片31的高度小于所搅拌釜2的高度、且搅拌叶片31的两端均与搅拌釜2的端部悬空设置的时候,搅拌桨3对防结块剂起到切削的作用最好,其搅拌阻力最小,能够有效增加搅拌面积,提高搅拌效率。
搅拌叶片31的材质可以选择碳钢或不锈钢。
螺旋搅拌装置可以适用于胺片状或膏状物品的搅拌。
本发明的螺旋搅拌装置通过螺旋叶片的使用,能够大大提高搅拌桨的搅拌效率,并且相较传统的折叶式搅拌机来说,电机负载低,其发热量小,电机使用寿命延长,操作方便。

工业实用性
通过在搅拌装置中使用螺旋状的叶片,当遇到膏状或者片状的防结块剂时候,防结块直接被切割,其切削效果好,大大提高搅拌桨的搅拌效率,相较于传统的折叶式的搅拌桨来说,其阻力小,有效增加了搅拌面积,并且因为其阻力小,与搅拌桨相连的电机很容易被带动起来,其电机负载低,其发热量小,电机使用寿命延长,操作方便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌釜和搅拌桨,其中,所述搅拌桨包括搅拌轴和搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片呈螺旋状结构设置在所述搅拌轴的第一端,所述搅拌轴的第一端位于所述搅拌釜内,所述搅拌轴的第二端伸出所述搅拌釜外、且与所述电机连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋搅拌装置还包括加热管道,所述加热管道在所述搅拌釜内呈螺旋状设置,且所述加热管道的入口和出口均设置在所述搅拌釜外。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述加热管道的高度为所述搅拌釜的高度的1/5-3/5。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片的螺旋直径小于所述加热管道的螺旋直径。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片的螺旋直径为所述搅拌釜的直径的1/4-1/3。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片的高度小于所述搅拌釜的高度、且所述搅拌叶片的两端均与所述搅拌釜的端部悬空设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片的材质为碳钢或不锈钢。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的螺旋搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋搅拌装置适用于胺片状或膏状物品的搅拌。
